Im a 27 year old horticulture student, I also work at an organic cafe across from the brisbane markets. At home im a tidy & clean person, respectful & like to keep the peace. I like to do art and alot of creative things and love music (60s -90s eclectic taste) but I try to remain as unmessy/ unbothering to others as I can be. Never had any issues paying bills on time. I also have a small car so would need parking of some kind but im cool with street parking. Would be keen to grow some stuff too! Looking for a chill environment with respectful open minded people. I am busy and like to relax when I am at home and tend to just keep to myself, but down for some housemate socialising too. Ideally looking for a large room in an old queenslander. Vegan household would be great too. Not interested in living with children, close minded people or party houses but open to most situations as long as people are kind & respectful :)
I'm tidy, clean and respectful. I'm all about fairness and believe the workload of a house should be split evenly so you'll never havr to worry about me not pulling my share. I'm also quiet, but don't mind the odd get together every now and then.
Very friendly, clean and tidy person. Loves singing and playing my guitar and keyboard (on the weekends at appropriate times off course) Likes to have a laugh and very easy going. I am a Clinical Theatre Nurse moving to Brisbane from Melbourne, as I've been offered a new job there! I start full time work on the 19th of Feb but need to find a place by the 12th of Feb. I love adventures, long drives, sightseeing, hiking, swimming, and flying (planes).
Hey brissy legends, I'm Laura. I just got back from 2 years travelling and figure it's about time I start doing life again! I'm originally from Melbourne but spent my last couple of years in Australia enjoying the NSW coast. I've always been keen for a life in Brissy so here I am!! I'm a pretty chill person when it comes to living, I just don't like living in a mess. I work in the travel industry so a lot of my time will be spent booking in holidays for people at the office and well when I'm not doing that most likely enjoying the events the industry puts on. I look forward to my weekends so I can escape to the beach, catch up with friends, etc. Definately not afraid of a good olllll chinwag but also am mindful and respectful of peoples space. Would love to be around other like minded house mates that enjoy a catch up and a drink. Stoked if I gain some pals
Hey:) I'm a Melbourne girl moving to Brisbane to study medicine. I'm looking for a relaxed and friendly place to call home close to UQ and the matter hospital. I intend to work alongside my studies so I would appreciate a more relaxed base rather than a party house. I enjoy cooking, getting outside and chats over tea. I'm very easy to get along with and look forward to getting to know you :) The main things that I'm looking for are: - A private room large enough for a queen bed and desk. - Proximity to UQ uni - A smoke-free house - AC is a plus Message me to find out more:)
I am an adventurous, friendly 20 year old girl from Norway. In February I'm starting my first university degree in Information Technology at UQ, and I'm looking for a room in a share house or to team up and look for a place together in Brissie from early February - early July. I'd love to be friends with my roommates, and do something fun together during weekends. As a person I am easy going and social, and I respect the need for privacy. I'm tidy and always on time with bills, and I don't smoke nor have pets. For fun I like to go out for drinks, binge Netflix, go to concerts, go hiking or relax at a café. I love a good craft beer or a nice cup of cold brew or tea. I am a huge fan of rnb music such as SZA, Kendrick Lamar, Childish Gambino and Kehlani. My favorite tv show of all time is The Office, so if you like this show we'll get along just fine! If you're interested, message me and we'll grab drinks or coffee to get to know each other before commiting to a lease!
Hey I'm Sarah! I'm an easy-going 26yo, working full-time as a Graphic Designer/Web Developer in the South Bank area. I love to spend my weekends at the beach, relaxing or catching up with friends. I also like to stay active and love to cook and enjoy a sneaky wine or two every now and then. I'm very clean, tidy and super considerate when it comes to living with others. I'm looking for a place to call home with roommates I can call friends. Any questions, feel free to send me a message.
Hi! I am a busy 31-year-old female professional working and studying at uni part-time. I've gone back to uni for a second time to pursue a career change and I'm graduating at the end of 2018, so I'm looking for a share for the coming year, or for a shorter period (e.g. six months or nine months) depending on what you may have available. A little more about me: - Fitness enthusiast that loves keeping fit; - Quiet, non-drinker, non-smoker... partying days are long behind me! - Away most weekends studying and visiting family; - Enjoys Netflix, travelling and running when I have the odd bit of spare time; - Tidy, clean, reliable, mature, respectful of others' personal space and privacy - I'm also happy to help take care of any plants or a pet that you might have. My budget is $220 per week (inclusive of bills), but I can be a little flexible around this if you are closer in to the CBD. More than anything though I'm looking for the right person. I understand that finding the right flatmate can be stressful (we've all been there) so I’m keen to find someone with similar personality and interests, and someone doesn't mind that I might not be around very much except for evenings - if you don't mind a fairly independent flatmate, I just might be for you. In return, I’ll be a helpful and tidy housemate who you can rely on :) What I'm looking for - - trustworthy and mature flatmate who is preferably of similar age, but anyone with a sensible outlook is okay; - furnished bedroom (study desk is a bonus); - someone who also prefers a non-party house; - ideally close to public transport, but I don’t mind walking a distance for a good express bus or train; - someone who is understanding of my schedule and doesn't mind having an independent flatmate rather than one who is home a lot - anyone who is studying and working as well I would love to hear from! Please note - I do require a furnished bedroom with a bed, as all of my things are in storage. I can't accept offers for unfurnished rooms at the current time. Sorry, also no outer suburbs please as I need to keep my commute time down). Please also note: I am taking a break from real estate agents so I am not looking to either sign on to a lease or take over a lease, apologies. Please feel free to ask any questions if you'd like to know more!
I work full time and live a healthy lifestyle. I have one quiet and clean adult cat that chills all day.
I'm a Brazilian chef who spent the last 13 years traveling arround the world cooking and chasing good food. I'm very calm guy (cause the kitchen is crazy enough) and I really enjoy a good chat with some beers or a glass of wine. I like to socialize a lot but I need my time alone too. Whatever I'm a good person, hard worker, clean and polite. I'm in Brisbane to study and work a bit. It would be a pleasure find a nice house with nice housemates to live at this amazing place.
I'm a 22 year old Physiotherapist from Brisbane. I am looking for somewhere that is pretty relaxed but with people who are down for a chat every now and then. I love travelling and go for long weekends away every now and again. like socialising with friends but also enjoy my own company and watching trashy reality TV with a drink or two. I am pretty easygoing, respectful, reliable and and self sufficient to live with. I am flexible with move in dates too!
We are a quiet couple, one of us is an international student. When we are at home we like to relax. We do not drinking or smoking. Quiet location is really important and also 2 spaces for cars.
**TEAM UP** Hey future Roomies, Liam and I met on Flatmates 5 months ago and got a place together for 6 Months, this is coming to an end so we are wanting to find a bigger place and preferably 2 other people to start a new share house 4+ Bedrooms. We are both working professionals, like to keep fit and healthy during the week and love to have a drink on the weekends. Both easy going and would like to find like minded people to create a fun, happy and drama free place where we are all become friends rather than just roommates. Happy to spend around $250 each a week for a room each, so looking for a place for about $1,000 a week. Preferably looking for at least 1 female to even the house out! Send me a message if you think you will be suited and we can all meet up for a coffee or a drink. :) Cheers, Patrick!
18 yr old working part-time at Aldi. Studying a bachelor of business- international at QUT! Love hanging out and socialising but also like some quiet time. Enjoy spending my spare time going to gigs, chilling with friends and of course staying in and watching Netflix. Super clean and organised!! Reliable job which means rent and bills will always be paid on time.
Hi future housemate, My name is Tori but most call me pixie :) I am a happy chatterbox and also quite reserved at different times. Nursing Student Stage 1 is my new description, and a qualified hairdresser my profession. Studying fulltime with weekend work and occasional holiday work. I pay my bills , on time too :) haha I currently live a life where material objects are not my interest so I wouldn't be bringing anymore then a bed, television, laptop and clothing with me when I move in. I can not wait to meet you xx
Friendly and down for a chat/drink but also enjoy my space. Quite busy with Uni during the week and often work weekends, but if I'm not working I enjoy a night out with friends. I'm clean and tidy but not OCD. I'm not a smoker myself, but wouldn't care if my roommates were as long as it's not in the house. Am looking for a place to call home with room mates I can call friends. Hit me up if you think I'm an ideal match for you. :)
Hey, I'm currently studying at QUT and travel to both campuses; Kelvin Grove and Gardens Point, so I am looking to live near uni. The majority of my time is spent studying as I am trying to get into Optometry, which unfortunately has a very high GPA entry cut-off. On weekends I travel down to the Gold Coast for work and to spend time with family. I prefer my living space to be clean and tidy and in general am an organised person. In my free time, I like to exercise and spend time with friends. Christina :)
Most of the time I am extremely quiet and conscientious, and spend a lot of time out of the house either working or studying in my room (BEnvSci student at Griffith University). In saying that i'm very personable and am always down for a chat when other roommates are around. Live music is my lifeblood and am always down to go see a gig if that's what you're into. I also DO NOT own a car, so being close to several modes of public transport would be a plus :) which also means I wont take up any valuable street or off-street parking you may have!
Hello! I am from Brisbane and looking for a place in close proximity to CBD and I have listed my preferred suburbs below. I will be flexible with moving before Feb 5th. Currently I work full time in retail in CBD. I am very friendly, introvert, down to earth, trustworthy, tidy, clean and respect your privacy and space. My hobbies are fitness, modelling, photography, volunteering, road trips and camping. If I am someone suitable please contact me. Cheers
Easy going, friendly. I will be out most of the weekdays as I'm a full-time research student in QUT. Appreciate respectful housemates, considerate and no party.
