I am a fun, friendly, clean and organised individual who respects others privacy and belongings. I enjoy having my own quiet space to relax and study, but also enjoy catching up with friends and going out for drinks on the weekend. I study Marketing at QUT and work a casual job in retail, so ideally, I would love to live close to Westfield, Chermside for this reason. Interests: cooking, healthy food, keeping fit, netflix, coffee with friends, weekend trips to the sunny coast (visit family and friends) Ideally, I am looking to rent with another female of a similar age with similar interests. Who will respect my own space and privacy, but is also willing to make a new friend.
I'm warm and friendly, easy going and love good company over a glass of red wine :-) I love the gym, live in my activewear and enjoy outdoor activities as well as a good meal at a nice restaurant. Looking for accommodation with own bathroom in South Brisbane. Keen to do a team up with another female over 30 - I love The Melbourne Residences, Botanica and anything surrounding Fish Lane in the heart of South Brisbane. Contact me if you are keen to team up or have a room in South Brisbane!
We are looking for a place in Brisbane/Gold Coast, we are easy going. Couples preferable. We are easy going likes to keep place clean and tidy. I will be studying and part time working and my wife will be working part time. My Wife loves cooking so you can taste Indian food sometimes:p
Hi everyone, I am a very neat and tidy person. I'm very respectful of others, mature, independent, understanding and friendly. I'm 18 so I'm always keen for a good night out in the valley but I also like chilling at home watching TV. Right now I'm on my gap year working on our family property in NSW. I am a farm girl but don't worry I'm not a complete bogan and I went to boarding school in Brisbane so I know my way around and have plenty of friends in Brisbane. I'm hoping to move to Brisbane in late July or early August so I'm able to settle in and get a job and earn more money before I start uni at QUT next year. I'm looking for a place that has easy access to the city, is preferably furnished, I have a room to myself and rent is under $180 with all bills included! So if you think that I would be a good fit for your house or if you have any questions about me, please message me!!!
Hi, my name is Chloe, recently finished being in my 20s. Originally from Melbourne. I was living in Teneriffe recently and loved it so looking for another place close by or wherever really, as long as you're nice and don't have a pest infestation. I work as an Accountant but hopefully I do not act like one:) I really love to travel, long walks on the beach (not really), cycling along the river, playing guitar (I've only mastered a few songs in the past 15 years - help, I need someone to jam with), stand up comedy, yoga, cooking (I like to pretend I'm on Masterchef) and would love to share a home with people who are friendly, clean and have a great sense of humour. I am respectful of people's space, possessions and privacy. Please let me know if I can meet up with you at some point soon before I give up on Brisbane, forever. Thank you greatly, Chloe
Studying IT at QUT. I'm a quiet guy and quite flexible and easy to live with. No gender or nationality preference although it would be better if roommates were closer to my own age 20-30 and general region i.e. South Asia due to food preferences. Having someone to have a chat with and hang out with occasionally is not a mandatory but would be nice. Vegan/non-vegan, doesn't matter. I'm also up for team-ups and sharing whole properties.
Hi, my name is Ella I'm from the UK and have lived in Canada for the past 2 years in Banff National park. I work full time at the Chermside shopping centre, non smoker and don't have any pets. I enjoy reading, climbing, outdoor adventure as well as catching up with friends going for dinner or just shopping and having a coffee. I like my own space so would ideally have my own room, but as i'm new to Brisbane would love to have some flatmates that i can chat with or watch GoT with! I am looking to move in as soon as possible with the ideal place i'd be looking at staying for 6 months if available. If i sound like the ideal flat mate please message me. Thanks, Ella
Hi! I'm Daphne and I'm a Dutchie who currently studies and lives in Amsterdam. Next semester I will be moving to Brisbane for my Exchange, which I'm very excited about! My introduction week starts on July 24th and by the end of November I will be done. So for this period I'm looking for a room. Since I Will be new to Brisbane and don't know anyone yet, I'm looking for homy and social flatmates to share a home with. Currently, I'm living with 2 female roomies in Amsterdam. We mostly make dinner together with everyone that's home and we sometimes go out together for drinks, a stopping session, the movies etcetera. In addition we can also really enjoy a night at home watching Netflix. Altough we love doing things together, we are also giving each other the space to do our own thing. I'd really like to live with flatmates with the same attitude of mind in Brisbane. If you have a room available and I fit the profile of your perfect flatmate, please send me a message!
We have just moved from Adelaide to Brisbane and are looking for some short term (4weeks) accommodation while we find our way around a new city. We are quiet, clean and tidy. Both active people and looking forward to finding Brisbane's rock climbing places. We enjoy living a healthy lifestyle and good food. Professionally we both have a background in architecture, Paul is currently working as a labourer and Clare is looking for work in Brisbane in an architecture practice.
hi- QUT student, Photography, Music, Beaches, Fun (and study) I'm Jade half Brazilian half German but London raised. I'm pretty into travelling, photography (analog, pinhole) and music: electronic, jazz, blues, afrobeat, hiphop, techno and some chart. Also ALL THINGS BEACH AND WATER AND SURF. Studying business/photography at QUT. Basically just looking for chill, open minded, nice humans with whom to share a house with. I am fun to live with yes (but also organized i promise). Mutual respect is always very important to me and as long as is it to you too i am sure we will live harmoniously together.
Hi, I am currently a FIFO worker (see below). My roster is quite lengthy and want to be as savvy with money as possible - this currently is a expression of interest to see if I can find a decent priced/location/residence that matches my current needs/fiscal outlay. I need to grow up and stop being a drifter/gypsy..... - I am quiet, responsible and clean. - I am a non-smoker, non-party animal and have no pets. - I am active and like to cook (still teaching myself). I like a good laugh and have a sense of humor, I don't mind having a drink from time to time and have an extroverted personality. - I respect peoples belongings and boundaries. - Ideally I am interested in sharing accommodation with one other female/male, within or around the same age group (Not into a frat house scenario or young hooligans partying insistently). - Part of living a nomadic live for the majority of my life I do not own any furnishings, however not opposed to purchasing such things, however at this point in time highly interested in furnished (fully/partial) establishments. - Prefer people around my age. - Close by to gym franchises or gyms in general. - I do own a little SUV, however I am considering selling it currently. Prefer housing in areas close to public transport or short walk to there. Areas interested in - Kangaroo Point, Teneriffe, South Brisbane and CBD... etc- areas close by to the city life :). Bit about me currently - I am FIFO into Darwin on a 4 weeks on 1 week off roster which is not the most ideal roster. I am an avid reader, budding pilot, love food/wine/coffee, travel and planning holidays (love this immensely), finding a good steak (cattle station girl), stockmarket and love getting dressed up for a good night out, considering my job is in jeans and steel caps! Bit of a gym addict as well :). My future plans are to either give up FIFO and settle into mainstream society, normal 9-5 job and a sleep in on weekends :). Thank you Cassandra
Chilled, won;t bother you a lot and expecting same back. Quite interesting introvert/extrovert mix. Camp in cave 70% of the time and spread out fun and energy other 30%. Work in huge US IT company, spending all my free time rolling the dice and travelling around the planet. Shit load of crazy stories to share, good at mixing cocktails and surviving in places mama won't let you go. Occasionally I also surf and play volleyball
Hi! I've just gone back to study and the only course in my field is in Brisbane, so here I am (previously Sydney). I'll be here for at least 6 months (quite likely longer) and am looking for a place to call home. I'm a fairly young 32 year old, very well housetrained, always do my dishes after I cook, and do my share of cleaning in the common areas. I am a non-smoker and do not have any pets. I'm sociable, creative, easy going and generally a decent human. I've always lived with housemates in Sydney, and can provide references if required. I like to live in a place where people sometimes ask 'how was your day?' or have little chats in the evenings, occasionally share meals or watch a movie together and sometimes go out for a walk to the park or markets or other little weekend adventures together... yet are also both respectful of each other's space and appreciate quiet time. I think occasional dinner parties are great, but I am not such a fan of having big house parties! My house preferences: - close to public transport - good proximity to a cafe hub/somewhere to buy groceries - prefer a 2 x 2 apartment, will look at other options though - clean and tidy - Friendly, non-bigoted housemate/s I'm also open to starting a lease with someone, I was the lease holder of my previous home in Sydney, get in contact if this interests you. Feel free to ask me any questions! Natarsha :)
I am moving to Brisbane to work at UQ. I am a sociable, but respectful 31 year old who enjoys exercising, the outdoors, BBQs and a laugh. Just as much, I like to chill on weekday evenings after work. I am used to living with housemates and am clean and tidy.
Hi, I'm looking for a place to call home for a few months. I'm very clean and respectful. I like to have a laugh and the occasional beer. My party days are definitely over though. I love music, play piano and guitar (not in front of anyone though so I wouldn't annoy you). I'm into alternative therapies and positive living. Would prefer a chemical free household. Looking for like minded flatmates. Cheers Mary
Hey, currently looking for a room or someone to get a place with. My current lease ends on August 13, so looking to move around that date- preferably before. I work part time at Telstra & study Business full time at QUT, so I'm not home heaps. I've been living with house mates for the past 3 years, so at this point I honestly just want a chill, easy environment to live in. Looking for someone who I can have a drink with after work but can still be independent. Give me a text & let's grab coffee.
Hi there I am an international student who has been living it up in Australia for the past 2 years. I am looking for flatmates who like to socialise from time to time but also understand and respect privacy of people around them Basically, I am an easy-going and fun loving guy who can cook, so if you ever feel like Indian-you won't have to go to a restaurant. Also, my room might get a little messy but the shared areas won't be because I can't stand a dirty kitchen or living room I also have a ps4 and I am weird with parties-I don't like to party a lot but when I do, I have been told that I am fun to be around.
I'm a 29 yo Australian male, non-smoker, non-drinker. Urgently looking for a clean room in Brisbane or on the Gold Coast that's less than 15 minutes walk from a coles or woolworths. Looking for somewhere that's very clean and somewhere quiet with people that are normal, considerate and that have common sense - no drug users, no crazy people, no domestic violence, no couples that fight 24/7 and think it's normal and no smokers (including those who were smokers in the past). I'm very clean and tidy. I never leave dirty dishes in the sink :) I'm very friendly but I also tend to just keep to myself. I would put a photo up but it tends to attract predators. Anyways, if you weren't offended by the above, hit me up :) I'm keen to move into a place as soon as possible. After studying engineering, I found it very difficult to find work and am currently unemployed. So I'm looking for a quiet room where I can get a lot of work done. Regarding rent, I won't have any problem paying rent so don't worry about me being unemployed. If you were still concerned, my sister is happy to be my guarantor just for your peace of mind. Looking to move in as soon as possible
Like to keep things clean and tidy, enjoy socialising but also place a lot of value in respecting the privacy both of ourselves and the people we live with. Always happy to lend a helping hand and always keen to make new friends :) I (Kaisen) was born in Adelaide but spent most of my life growing up in Central Queensland. My partner (Cassandra) was born in Canberra but spent most of her life growing up in the Mid-North Coast of NSW (don't hold that against her) :P Cass is studying Audio Engineering at JMC whilst I have mainly worked in construction since I was 15. I am not currently working at this point as we have just recently moved back to Brisbane but I plan to be working again ASAP. We both enjoy playing games of all sorts, we love music, animals, cooking and learning new things. Looking forward to meeting some like-minded people to live with and are excited for the experience.
