Hi! I currently live in Sydney and am moving up to Brisbane to study Paramedicine/Nursing at ACU this Feb. I'm quite easy going and clean. I have a few close friends up that way but thought I'd give being social a go and hopefully meet a few new mates while I'm at it! Feel free to hit me up with any questions! :)
Hi there, I'm Ness! I'm looking for a place while I continue (the seemingly never ending journey) of saving for a house deposit. And no, I will not sacrifice smashed avo. I'm single and have a pretty good balance in life. I'm housemate trained after share housing for a decade or so, including basics such as: - keeping communal areas tidy - 'clean as you go' kitchen habits - pushing a vacuum cleaner and other weekly chores - replacing toilet paper and other household items - Netflix binging - kicking back and having a chat with a drink in hand or over dinner - respecting/ giving you space I highly value staying active, healthy and happy, which means I'm busy during the weekdays with: - exercising (boxing, running, gym, indoor soccer, walking, or other) - working full time in health and community care (including some travel) - spending time with mates Weekends are for adventures, events, and sometimes relaxing. Things I'd like to do at any time? - travel. I just got back from trekking to base camp Everest which (probably needless to say) was incredible. Diving somewhere is happening for the Easter break... - eat. I love eating, particularly anything fresh, or on a brunch menu, but I certainly don't discriminate. - spend my time outdoors doing everything and anything. - spend time with animals- if you have a pet I'll love it like my own! I'm looking to move to a place: - preferably mid to late Feb - for 6 months or more - max 3 housemates - unfurnished bedroom - carpark (on street parking is fine) - close to the city (walking distance preferably) I'd be looking for housemate(s) who are positive, enjoy wit, predominantly sociable, and enjoy what they do. Anything else you want to know? Feel free to message me!
Hi, I'm a professional working in the Brisbane CBD looking to find someone to share with one or two others in a central location. I'd prefer to meet someone to find a place together, but happy to move into an existing property if the fit is right. Selling points for Michael include: - Clean and tidy, no stranger to a vacuum cleaner; - Produces baked goods for you from time to time; - Can bring along a high quality lounge suite; - Friendly, but happy to give you your space; - I won't always be just hanging around the house; - Comes with access to his Stan subscription. I'd appreciate meeting one or two like-minded, reasonably tidy people to share with. Let me know if you'd like to discuss this further, I'm happy to meet for coffee/apartment hunting.
I'm 35 , originally from England and have been working as a visual effects artist in Brisbane for a little under a year now now and enjoying it so far :) As a flatmate I'm pretty quite and quiet, happy doing my own thing and keeping to myself, but it's nice to have a chat and hang out once in a while, and ideally looking for similar flatmates. Oh and I'm a non-smoker if that's important. House wise, I'm looking for somewhere quiet and relaxed to come home to. I'm currently looking for somewhere short term (until May) as that's when my contract is until, but in all likelihood it will be for a longer.
Banter on point. Moving to Brisbane for studies (to be a teacher!) I'm outgoing, humorous and a huge DC geek. Apart from that i'd love enjoying life getting drinks with a couple of mates over the weekend or simply just netflix with homecooked food.
My name is Patrick age 26yo. Young professional, former Flight Attendant and Aviation Team Leader. Will be moving to the city to complete my Engineering Degree. Will be moving to the city end of January. I have a healthy financial record, therefore you can assure that the rent is payed on time. - Friendly - Sociable - Extremely Tidy - Very Clean - Professional - Full Time Student - Can Cook - Non Smoker - Non Drinker

I'm quiet, responsible and keep to myself. I do enjoy a drink or a night out occasionally but most of the time I love my private space. However I'd love to help out with anything if you need. I'm a graduate teacher but currently working part-time at UQ, will be looking for a teaching job next year.
Hi, I'm Stacey, 23 and working full-time and soon to be studying part-time in the city. I am pretty quiet to live with and will mostly keep to myself. Looking for something close to the city, preferably close to public transport. I don't have any pets, don't smoke and go out if I want to party. I have a car so some sort of parking is necessary (even if it is street). Flexible with move-in timing. Ideally looking for own bathroom and a smaller number of roommates. If there is anything you want to know, please don't hesitate to contact me. Please don't call, I check this site each night so if you message I will see your listing. Thanks :)
Hi I'm Japanese female on working holiday visa. I'm looking for own room which is maxmum $160 /pw. I'd happy to live a place close to some grocery store which I can walk. I'm tidy, responsible and very quiet. I like to watch movies very much. I can stay maxmum 3months, beacause I'll go back to Japan this spring. I may study English or look for job at home around clock, beacause I'm not going to language school and, I'm an unemployed now. If you are interested in me, Please feel free to contact me!
Hi :) I'm Kat. I'm a 24 year old, working full-time in the city for a consultancy firm. I'm a pretty laid back sort of person and very clean - bit of a coffee addict, love my wine & cheese, interested in any thing art or design related. I am looking for a place to start renting ASAP, ideally for 4-6 months, and an ensuite.
Hello, I'm about to study at Southbank TAFE and want to move a bit closer. So working full time and studying, you probably won't see much of me ! But I am an affable, good willed, positive minded (and modest ??) person that takes pride in the things I do.
I'm a Brissie girl - home from living in Berlin for the past year and am looking to move into an apartment/house from mid February (or potentially earlier) with a friendly, communicative and organised housemate or two! I'm a very social person, but work full time as a Media and Communications Officer in the CBD so won't be home most of the day. However! I'm very happy to share dinners and wines and chats in the evenings (or separately hide in our rooms and watch tv shows on me-time days). I love travelling, joking around as much as possible and all of the food in the world! (Fun fact - I did work as a cupcake froster in Berlin, so you know I'm not messing around when I say desserts of any kind are my weakness)
Hey guys, looking for a room in a share house that will fit a queen bed and possibly a study desk and clothing rack (or come with walk ins). I'm a mature, friendly and studious pharmacy student also working casually at a pharmacy. I'm a vegetarian but living alongside meat eaters doesn't bother me. I'm very rarely home, but am up for drinks or a chat when I am. My hobbies include cooking or baking, movies, making things, swimming, exploring new places... If you think I sound like someone that would fit into your home, please don't hesitate to contact me!
Hi! I'm Sophia from Argentina, I´m a Biologist going to UQ for a reasearch program. I´m an independent person, outgoing, easily to live with, I´m clean and tidy. I would be working at the laboratory most of the days at week and on weekends I would like to visit new places and nearby towns. I would like to live not so far of the UQ campus at St.Lucia, just a train or bus away. For fun I like to play soccer, sing, watch series at netflix and have a relaxing beer after work.
Hi! My name is Laura. I'm 24 looking to make the move to Brisbane from SA. I'm into a healthy active lifestyle. I rarely drink, total homebody. Respectful, tidy and like to keep to myself a lot but also looking to make some friends! Sorry I'm allergic to cats.
I'm a PhD Candidate (doing my research about culinary tourism/social media and marketing). Apart from doing my PhD, I also work part-time (a few days per week) as a consulate officer in the CBD. I've lived in a lot of shared houses (both in Brisbane and Glasgow) while Bangkok and Malmö are cities where I spent my childhood. Well I like to think that I'm pretty easy to live with - however I am such a clean/neat freak and a minimalist. I really like something that's marble, woody, white or rose-gold! If the bedroom is unfurnished, that's totally fine since I have got some ideas for my Pinterest-inspired bedroom. Obsessed with all the candles, Aesop products and etc that can make the home is a place to unwind. I would say I prefer to keep the house organised and clutter-free. I mostly cook at home but as a foodie I often go out to find good places/cafes to chill out and catch up with foodies. Although I love cooking and baking (everyone says I'm pretty good at baking anything about matcha) at home, I do use electricity wisely so we can save money and help protect the environment :)
My wife and I are English students from Brazil and we are looking for a double bed room to share in an apartment or house in city or inner city. We are very clean and tidy. We enjoy cooking, having a beer (not hard parties) and talking to practice our English.
I permanently relocated here in May to study and graduated in August. I'm now working in advertising in the CBD and looking to find someone to team up with. I currently live in Spring Hill, but looking to move either to the other side of the river or the Toowong/Auchenflower area. I'm chatty and sociable once I've got to know people, but also looking for someone who appreciates their own space too. Keen to find a flatmate who is happy to chilling in front of Netflix rather than too much of a crazy lifestyle. I can sometimes work pretty long hours, so looking to find a place where I can really relax in the evenings (when I make it home!). I love sport and exercise and try to eat pretty heathily, so an awesome kitchen is definitely on the list. I'm also a bit of a crazy cat lady - I don't have one at the moment, but I'd love to find a place where I could have one at some point in the future, but it's not a necessity! Get in touch if you think we might get along :) would be great to chat. Bonus points if you're a GIF/meme fan.
Easy going male, 27, clean and respectful. In full time employment working for Marine Parks. Enjoy an active lifestyle, meeting new people and I am a keen surfer. Just moved to Brisbane. Mid Feb move in date :) Thanks, Sam

32 year old West Ender seeks new lovely share-home! I'm looking for a place, but not just yet (around 25th Feb, but somewhat flexible). Ideally around West End / South Brisbane / Highgate Hill area but open to the right place in New Farm, Woolloongabba, or Paddington too. I'm 32, have lived around west end since 2008, and love it to bits. I'm living with a friend in her place at the moment but she'll shortly need the 2nd room to herself again. So I'm either looking for a place in an established shared house / apartment with some relaxed / mature minded folk, or to team up with someone who will be looking around the area at that time. I work Monday to Friday in the city, and in my spare time can usually be found around West End (at the markets, yoga, cycling, walking, dinner with friends, occasionally at urban climb), or southbank checking out what's on at GOMA and the like. I've got a bit of a hankering to start a herb / veggie garden too, so if that's your thing, give me a shout! I would love to stay in the West End area and share with a mature minded, considerate person or two, with whom I can share a laugh and a cuppa / glass of wine from time to time. I have my own things going on and am often out and about, but also enjoy living somewhere where housemates can be friendly and open. I'm good at paying bills on time, having open conversations to keep communication friendly and constructive, and keeping things clean and tidy, (but not to a silly degree). I like my home to look nice :) Given the summer heat, ideally the house/apartment would have air conditioning, or at the least some ceiling fans and nice cool breezes. I may melt otherwise!
Hows it goin, I'm Cory. I'm a Canadian from Vancouver studying kinesiology, and I'm doing an exchange at UQ for a term. Hobbies include drinkin beer, sports and music. Looking for a chill place to live in Bris from Mid feb to sometime in July. Preferably somewhere between UQ and the valley, I.e - Woolloongabba, Highgate Hill, etc.
First off- I have a 1 year old cat named Big Mac who is pretty amazing. Considering moving to anywhere in Brisbane from Sydney, no set date just putting feelers out there. I'm a vet nurse who works nights currently. I'm not big on parties or a social butterfly- if I'm not working I'm sleeping, cleaning or netflixing I'll be hanging out with mac. Keen to chat if you want to know more.
Hey there! We are on the hunt for a third person to team up with and find a place to live. We are looking to move towards the end of February/beginning of March. Lucy and I are both teachers. About me: I am a 22 year old female (turning 23). I have completed all my studies and now working full time in teaching (primary). I am respectful, clean and easy going. Love the occasional wine and socialise but also like my downtime as well. I live what I like to think an active and healthy lifestyle. About Lucy: Workaholic. Full time Teacher and Sports coach. Love to travel and explore new places. I enjoy trying new food places and heading out for a drink on the weekends. I'm in clean and independent but always up for a chat. Ideally, we are looking at places that are more on the modern/newer side. If you think I'll be interested in teaming up with us, please feel free to contact me. Annie
I'm an easy going, friendly and respectful tenant. Work full time Monday to Friday as a Business Analyst. When I'm not working I'm usually rock climbing or doing something active. Im equally into socialising as I am reading a book, so happy to hang out but also understand down time and respect for space. I'm looking for a furnished room, though I do have my own bedroom furniture if required. Preferably after a private bathroom/ensuite though I'm open to a shared bathroom at the right place. Also looking for a place to park my car (street parking is fine). Only after a 6 month lease at the most. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
I am currently studying Sustainable Agriculture in Germany. This February I will start my semester abroad at the QUT. I am looking forward to get to know Brisbane and its people. I am tidy and reliable. Of course i respect your privacy but i don't mind to have a drink with you. I am keen to meet you.
I'm currently studying my first year of Uni in Brisbane, and am looking for a place to move into ASAP! I'm extremely clean, self sufficient and friendly. I am from the South side but am in desperate need of somewhere closer to Uni, as my current situation isn't an option for much longer. In my spare time I love watching TV (Game of Thrones especially), but mostly spending time with friends.
Hey Everyone! We are Jacqui and Jade. We will be moving down to Brisbane in early Feb, before uni starts. Not picky at all... we are happy to live with anyone that is friendly, tidy and doesn't mind a chat every now and then. Most of our time will be spent studying or working. However, in our spare time we love to get active: Whether we're wake boarding, snow boarding, hiking, fishing, scuba diving or jamming out with awesome music/people.... we are there! TEAMUPS! (What we are looking for): -ideally i'd like to live in a unit close to the city: a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment. Facilities including: gym, pool, A/C...etc... -another couple would be cool but no preference really ABOUT US! (couple): -I would consider ourselves to be friendly, adventurous and social... Although, we don't mind a bit of quite time. - I am studying a bachelor of business at Nathan/My partner (Jade) will be studying his honors in mechanical/electrical engineering at UQ. -Part time workers in hospitality -Human lovers (regardless of ethnicity/gender/orientation) -Pet lovers -Food lovers -Non-smokers ....Let me know if you have any more questions :)
Hi! Im Johnson and i am from Germany for a semester abroad in my last years of my electrical engineering degree. I have asian roots, i am super clean, tidy, easy going and uncomplicated. I also like doing sports, food, games and traveling . Looking for a room until the end of July.
We are two friends who will be moving up to Brisbane next month.Milly is from Adelaide and is a Nurse and I'm in Property Management and originally from New York City. I have a whole house worth of furniture so happy to team up with 1-2 people (4 of us total max) to look for a place or if you have a place for rent hit us up. Looking for a 2-4 bedroom place with a balcony, a pool is greatly preferred. If you have a pet that a massive bonus. We would prefer to live with people close to our own age that are social, happy to chat, do group meals if they choose, but also know when to give people their own space. Happy to answer any and all questions.
Hi my name is Jessica. I am a full time circus performer with circa contemporary circus and I am looking for a room during my rehearsal weeks in Brisbane before heading out on tour. I am a relaxed clean person. I love, rock climbing, dancing, circus, markets, listening to live music and having a relaxing drink with friends.
Full time student on the Disability Support Pension awaiting an operation to get my body back into full swing. I need an unfurnished air conditioned room (although built-ins and clothes cupboards are fine), as I faint a bit from my medications, and so I can study with a fully working brain. I have bedroom furniture, a top loader laundry machine and a bar fridge for my meds and my Aromatherapy supplies as my degree is the study of Aromatherapy and the science behind it. I am passionate about my studies and create balms, lotions and perfumes often. Baby my Pussycat is very sweet, shy, and while a good rat hunter, she doesn't kill other wildlife. She is either hiding in the shade sleeping or hanging out with me, but sometimes she will get a crush on a flatmate and pay you loving attention. I am very mindful of cat hair as it makes me itchy, so I have a kick butt Dyson and I'm not afraid to use it. I don't do drugs and so don't want drugs in my home. I do love a cook up with the household and a drink to go with it. Ask if you want to know anything in particular. Thanks for looking at our blurb.

I am respectful of others, extremely clean and tidy and I dont mind having a chat and making dinner for my flatmates once in a while. I am also a very quiet person to live with and I enjoy living in a quiet home. I am very friendly but I like my own space too. I am happy to help with cleaning and I am reliable with paying rent and bills. Ideally I would like to live in a nice suburb in Brisbane, close to the action. I live a healthy lifestyle and would love to find similar people to share with. If you have something that is suitable, please drop me a line. Currently, I live on the Sunshine Coast, but looking to make the move to Brisbane for work and Uni purposes.
Hi there, my name is Jay and I am a 29 year old full time professional who works in Brisbane City. I am looking to move in with a like minded person/people into a share house, unit etc. I am a non smoker and do have the odd drink every now and then, however, I am certainly no party animal. I don't mind living with people who like to have fun and get down providing that it's not every night. I usually keep pretty busy and am tidy and courteous of other peoples space and things. I don't have any pets and travel light apart from my car, so I am looking for a place that at least has street parking available or I am happy to pay for a parking space. I am somewhat flexible around my move date. Any questions please feel free to contact me. Thanks, Jay

I am looking for a lease for 6-12 months while i settle into studying full time. I am a conscientious housemate, respectful and tidy in common areas... I like to keep my own room tidy too! West End, and close to the city are my preferred areas.
First year university student moving to Brisbane from Far North Queensland to start studying biomedical science at UQ. Just looking for a place, preferably furnished, where I can stay until June when I m going to be moving in with my sister. I don't mind parties but tend not to host them (so don't worry about that) and I spend a lot of time locked in my room trying force myself to study. I am however a sociable person and do enjoy a good discussion and can cook a few basics (I'm still learning). I consider myself mature and responsible, and will aim to keep the place tidy. I'm fairly friendly and outgoing but respect other people's privacy. I love to read, try to keep fit (but goodness knows I lack the motivation), and enjoy a variety of activities from hiking to binge watching Netflix. I'm very open minded and would love a flatmate or two who are nice and easy going.
Myself and friend Chris are two professionals who work together. We are looking for somewhere nice, close to work as our base of operations :) Clean, tidy and responsible.
