Hi I'm Nicoline I'm 22 years old, and I'm an exchange student from Copenhagen, Denmark. I am in Brisbane to study law at University of Queensland for the next semester - and I can't wait! My boyfriend, Frederik, is also in Brisbane to study at University of Queensland, but he will be studying economics and not law. We are two fun, outgoing, and lively youngsters who are extremely thrilled about this upcoming adventure. We have been together for two years, and we have decided to have this experience together. Nevertheless, we are definitely looking for friends in Brisbane, because we want to have the ultimate "exchange-experience". We both enjoy spending time with our friends, and Frederik also spends a lot of time on soccer in his spare time. If you are intrigued, please don't hesitate to contact us! Best regards, Nicoline and Frederik
Hi, My name is Sandra, 26 yrs old from Sweden. I'm studying commerce at Griffith, and I'm also working part-time in customer service at a loan company on weekdays. As a person I'm very respectful, tidy, social and active. On my free time I like going to the gym, beach, hang out with friends or going for walks/hikes, but I also have no problem just being lazy somedays and binge watch netflix. :) If you think I would be a good roomie or want to know more about me feel free to ask. X Cheers Sandra Hallberg :)
Hello, my name is Brianne! I am a 23 year old Canadian starting my next Aussie adventure in Brisbane. Hoping to find a lovely place with lovely people. I enjoy the occasional evening out or perfectly ok with an evening in with netflix and wine! Looking forward to hearing from you :)
I'm very clean but laid back and love to enjoy life and have a laugh. I'm looking for a drama free environment and a place that feels homely and welcoming. I'm looking for someone to live with who is like minded. I believe in respecting each others privacy and posessions however I'm a friendly, sharing , giving person and like the idea of someone who could potentially become a friend not just a housemate. I'm by no means a party animal and don't want a party house however I love to chill, chat and have a couple of drinks after work or on the weekend. I've lived in Sydney my whole life (travelled a lot too) and I'm moving to Brisbane at the beginning of July as I'm being transferred with work. I work full time Monday to Friday as a sales rep and in my down time I love fitness, being outdoors, exploring new places, scuba diving, socializing with friends and meeting new people. I don't have any pets however I love animals and am hoping to buy a dog in the next few months (I'm looking at a frenchie - small and low maintenance) so my housemate would need to be open to dogs. Hence why I'm looking for a house or townhouse with a back yard. I have all furniture and appliances to furnish a house and hoping to team up with someone to find a beautiful place to live. If you feel we would get as housemates, please get in contact with me.
Hi! I'm Giulia and I'm moving to Brisbane starting from mid September 2018, to write my thesis in molecular biology at UQ, for about 6-7 months (end of March 2019). I'm from Italy, so I stereotypically like to cook, but I always clean after myself and share my creations ;) I am easy to communicate with and I love making new friends, so I hope we can hang out and spend time together every once in a while! I don't smoke, so I'd rather have flatmates who don't smoke either, but as long as my room is smoke-free I'm good! I like movies and books and I have been guilty of binge watching many TV series. I'm not a party animal, but I'm always up for a drink! I love travelling and I'm curious about different cultures, this is the main reason I'm moving to Brisbane to write my Master's thesis instead of just getting it done in Italy, so I don't care where you're from as long as you're respectful and kind, like I try to be :)
Very clean and organized Open minded Friendly Currently in Australia for work and for my internship. Sharing this adventure with my boyfriend. He will be working full time. We both enjoy traveling, cuddling with koalas and experience life to the fullest.
I’m a psychology student studying at Griffith and looking to find a friendly, social share-house. I am moving back home to Brisbane this semester from NSW and would love to find a room that’s close to uni. I am a statistics tutor to psych students, I do a little web development too, and in a past life I am a Latin Dance teacher. I am easy-going and fun to talk to, open to all people and their life stories. I spend lots of time on my own working but also love to socialise whenever I can. I am neat and tidy and happy to help out wherever needed. Hit me up if you have a place that I might be interested in. I’ll be back in Bris in the next couple weeks, early July :)
We are two Australian students studding Education at Griffith Uni aged 19 and 18 years old and work as well in hospitality and retail. We are looking for a place along the tram line that has two spare bedrooms or for someone who would be keen to team up with us. We are clean and respectful, non smokers and are looking for roommates who are similar ages too us. :)
Hey guys, I’m very clean tidy and respectful of other people’s privacy. I’m looking to live with one other person between the ages of 29 - 43 with own bathroom and preferrably a carspace or garage space. I love to cook, spend time at the beach and getting outdoors. Im bubbly and love to socialise. Always out and about on weekends but also love some down time. If you think I might be a good fit feel free to send me a message😊
I'm a full-time student and i'm in my third year so I am looking for a cheap place to stay for one year max. I am a non-smoker, I rarely ever drink alcohol, and I don't have pets. I am usually pretty busy and quiet, but i'm always up for meeting new people and I am always considerate of others. I would like to live with people who are open-minded and non-judgmental, quiet, clean, and non-smokers. I also don't want to live with any animals as I suffer with sinus allergies. I have a long-term partner who will be staying with me about once a week, and I will be staying at his once a week. I spend most of my time studying/hanging out inside my room, or catching up with friends/out and about. I will never be sitting in the lounge room much because I never watch TV, however I do like a nice sunny spot in the mornings or evenings for a tea :). I don't have a job at the moment as I recently decided to focus on finishing my degree as best as possible, however I may be working in the evenings or weekends in the future if that was to change (my background is bartending). The main reason why I am moving to Brisbane is to meet new people, see new places, and focus on my career. I have only ever lived on the Goldcoast so far. I am wanting to move after the next trimester at griffith which isnt until october - so if you are looking for someone around this time and think id be a good fit dont hesitate to contact me :)
I study media and communications full-time at QUT Kelvin Grove and work as a casual AV technician setting up corporate events for Staging Connections. I've currently been living in the same share house for the last 3 years and two months. I know how to tidy up after myself, the importance of a friendly chat and when to give others some space. I like to cook at home as often as possible, ideally in a vegetarian household, but this isn't always possible. I would like to play more music at home and be able to set up a guitar / bass guitar in a corner of the house somewhere. I like watching the news, current affairs, documentaries and on-line TV series (I'm currently into The Handmaid's Tale). In the past I've organised a small Game Of Thrones night so we could watch the latest episode but also to bring people together. I like to do yoga in the park, meditate at home on a regular basis and usually attend a meditation centre on the weekends for group meditation.
Down to earth, from the countryside. Born in Tamworth nsw. Currently living in Canungra, working full time as “Head gardener” and “kitchen hand” in surfers paradise! Clean , easy to get along with, respect for others and their property. I like to have fun but definitely not the type to party every weekend, I like my quiet relaxed weekends. I own a small pet snake named Zen (100cm fully grown) very placid snake (friendly) has never bitten anyone and stays in his tank all the time. Thanks and hope to hear from you !
