Hey there. I'm a 27 yr old relocating to Brisbane for work. I'll be working full time at nights in the valley and will need a place to crash and keep my things. I'm very clean but not annoyingly picky about being clean. I keep to myself mostly but not afraid to have a chat or beer and just hang out. I'd say I'm just like anyone else. Moving up from the country so the city is all very fascinating but I'll be spending most of my time working as a bartender. I'm also a personal trainer and I'm basically a gamer at heart. :)
I am from a small country town but have been overseas alot for the last few years working and travelling. Im very easy going with a good sense of humour and I dont take myself too seriously. I love a few beers and laughs with friends when Im not working.
Hi, My name is Yeimi, i am from Colombia, I am professional in marketing and foreign trade . In Australia I study English to continue growing in my professions. Do not smoke, I like healthy living, I like sports and I look for a quiet house.
Hi, I am a full time IT professional working in Brisbane CBD. I am educated, quiet and easy going person. Looking for accommodation with Internet access, Kitchen and Fridge space.
Hi there, my name is Sabrina and I’m a 23-year-old German student. I’ll move to Brisbane in February to study architecture at the UQ for two semesters. I am a really easy-going person and I love to meet new people. I am clean and tidy, respectful, reliable and open-minded. I also enjoy cooking, the beach, good weather, horse riding and quality time with my friends.
Hi there! I am a second year medical student at UQ, and I'll be doing most of my clinical studies in PA and Mater hospital this year. I am very clean and tidy and spend most of my time studying :p Whenever I do have spare time though I enjoy attending live gigs, going out for a ride and reading. I prefer an unfurnished room as I've got my own bedroom furniture, but I'm flexible on that. My preferred length of stay is also quite flexible (6 months to a year).
Hey! Looking for a place asap furnished and modern as I'll have all my house belongings in storage. Something with a spa and gym would be good but not to picky. Looking for a short stay 4-5 weeks at this stage may stay long term. Thanks
I am a 3rd year UQ student looking for accommodation near UQ. I am responsible, mature, friendly and easy-going. Generally speaking I like music, movies and having a light hearted chat. I'm looking for a clean and enjoyable living environment and would be interested in any team-ups.
hello, My name is Douglas, i am Brazilian, i am 27 years old, i am a mechanical engineer. I am a calm person, i like to practice sports like soccer, running and tennis. I like to meet people and learn with them, i am going to Brisbane to improve my level in english, it's will be my first travel to another country and by plane too haha, soo i will learn a lot of things with this new experience. I am organized person, educated, good to live with. I would like to share and live with people from another country, i think it would be better to improve my english faster.
EDIT: Just cancelled my lease and will be available to move by 7th Feb 2018.. I am 28 yo male, living on me own and after a shared accommodation relatively nearer to city. I am full time working professional (engineer in constructions) and moved in Brisbane 5 months ago but settled in Northern suburbs because my work place is also in north. Now, I want move nearer to city as now has my own car. So distance now no more an issue. Furnsihed / unfurnished, I am fine with both. My preference is to have own room but hopes, will find an very friendly atmosphere in a place I could feel home. After work, I am usually up for chat and love too cook food (occasionally not regularly). Food I cook tastes more if cooked on gas stove. Place with a garage or reserved parking would be an additional plus. Place somewhere nearer to expressway that can get me to northern suburbs easily. Yes afterall, need a good night sleep, so a relatively quieter place in working days. Weekday, I don't mind noisy nights. I don't smoke at all, so would prefer a non-smoking place. In short, after a place, where we can meet friends and experience the life of this very cultural city. If you think we can group up for leasing or already have a space for me, please get in touch...... We can get to talk further details from there. Thanks Shojat
Hi all :) My name is Anne and I am looking for a room in Brisbane from early Feb 2018 until end of June/Mid July 2018. About myself: I am 30 years old, originally from Estonia, previously been a backpacker in Australia, now have been living in Norway for the past 5 years. I am moving to Brisbane early February for my Master studies in Professional Accounting at QUT. I am tidy, respectful and easy to live with. Have long experience with living in share houses o I am very mindful of other people around me. I do not smoke and have left my biggest party years in my past, so I would therefore prefer a peaceful and rather quiet household. I'm arriving to Brisbane around 7th of February so I am then available to come and see your property. If you have a room available that you think would suit me then I am looking forward to hearing from you!
I own my own small business so I work pretty hard & am reliable and responsible when it comes to house duties & finances. I am a respectful, clean and fun housemate. Looking for someone to live with me & my gorgeous girl Coco. Coco is a sausage-staffy, and the most well behaved dog you will meet. She does not bark, chew & is toilet trained. She would be absolutely no burden to you at all. You can of course love her and walk her and cuddle her if you love dogs, otherwise I don't expect you to have to worry/care for her at all. I love food & wine and am a social person, but just as much enjoy putting a movie on and cuddling on the couch with Coco & a wine. My hobbies include wine & I love travel. Small weekend drives or getaways and overseas trips when I can afford it :) Hoping to find a new friend, that makes living together enjoyable and who enjoys a gin or a wine ;) Oh, did I mention I love wine?
Hey there! My name is Evelyne And im 33yo almost 34! I’m a student and work part-time. I’m from Brazil, laid back, easy going, tidy woman. Also positive and always I’m hungry! Lol I’m lookin for a clean, quiet place to live. I’m very respectful and polite. I came to Brisbane to learning and improving my English. Probably I’ll challenge yourself with my English proficiency!!! I do apologise in advanced! Love food, wines, chilling out with friends, travelling around... now about new cultures! Well that is pretty much about me.
Outgoing, motivated millennial juggling corporate endeavours with creative passion - I work full-time in Communications in the CBD, study design part-time, and play gigs most weekends. Currently renting in Bardon with a beautiful household, but as our landlord is soon refurbishing, I'm keen to shorten my work commute (ideally, looking for that 4000- 4006 postcode zone.) Cheers!
I'm an incoming exchange student at UQ doing a master's in tropical ecology. I'm very tidy and easy going. In spare time I cook (for others too), cycle, swim and read. I prefer partying outside my house so would like a quiet, relaxing home where everyone is respectful of each other.
Oh Hey! I’m a student at QUT so I spend most of my time studying either on campus or at home and bartend a couple days/nights a week. I’m very clean and tidy. I’m low key and chill a majority of the time but love to be a social little butterfly when time allows it. I’m pretty active, living a fit and healthy lifestyle, so a fellow fitness flatmate would be fun. People describe me to be a positive presence and very down to earth. I have a kitty companion with an adorably amusing personality who loves a little cuddle. 😊✌🏽
We are moving over to Brisbane from Ireland in February on a working holiday visa. I will be working full time as a nurse and Dave will be working in IT. We are very clean, friendly and respectful housemates. We are both outgoing and love meeting new people but also love time to ourselves.
I'm a country girl with a bubbly personality. I'm easy to get along with happy to compromise and I am extremely clean and tidy.. and would like to live with someone reasonably tidy but I'm not a Stickler & don't have OCD about it. I do have an adorable small to medium dog, which is my fur baby until I have real ones.. lol and has been an inside pet her whole life. I keep her very clean and she would not be any trouble to anyone else in the house. I am currently single & lead a quiet, sensible life. I enjoy going out for coffee and lunches but I think the everyweekend party scene is no longer my thing. I don't mind a bbq with a few beers on a Sunday.. Overall I consider myself to be pretty easy going with a relaxed attitude and open to suggestions...
Hi, my name is Sofi, i'm from Argentina and i really want to visit Australia. I'm super tidy and clean so that's not a problem, i dont smoke but i dont have problem with smokers. I must confess i do enjoy a cold beer :) I hope to arrive in Australia july 2018
**Please contact me if you are interested in team-ups** Hello! My name is Mia and I'm a 1st year Bachelor of Behavioural Science / Bachelor of Business Double Degree student at QUT, studying at the QUT Gardens Point Campus. I currently live on the Gold Coast and am looking to make the move up to Brisbane in early Feb, as I'll be starting on the 12th. I'm fairly tidy and am very respectful, and enjoy going on outings and putting my amateur photography skills to the test. I also love animals and talk of all things travel and am guilty of the odd Netflix binge. I'm very chill, fun, and very much enjoy being able to have a laugh. My ideal place would have a car parking space, private bathroom, and private bedroom, although I am open to sharing bathrooms. I look forward to hearing from you :)
I like living in an environment that is inspiring and inviting. I can cook, having worked in kitchens during and following High School for a few years. These handy skills prove their worth. I like Gardens...and well-kept external areas...and am more than happy to assist with yard maintenance. ...I like researching topics of interest to the extent that I become quite versed on specifics, even before I have stepped out my front door. This goes for most things of great interest to me, which includes Travel... For over 4 Years I have been teaching myself the art of Financial Markets Trading. As a 'Chartist' - (Technical Analyst), I identify signals, trends (reversals and continuations) within the scope of the market... This includes timeframes from minutes...to days, weeks and months...This is something for my personal time. I will be taking this to the next level in the coming months. I started in Shares...and migrated to other financial instruments following 6 months of concerted effort. My journey continues... 2018 represents a 'coming together' on several levels for me personally...and professionally. My return to Brisbane will take place as part of a Greater Plan. Upon my return I will commence immediately with a Finance Company as a Broker / Assistant to Director. I will be working with a former associate on a 'Start Up'. This business will take up all of my working week, including some evenings for related meetings, et cetera. All of this means I will be diligently involved with personal and professional pursuits that shall allow me to confidently commit to a share house experience for a time that is suitable and beneficial to us both. (I would prefer a place with just one other resident) I Shall place great value on the undertaking of such pursuits as required - both professional and personal. And, when time is available for reflection on the hard work endured to successfully complete the week, I will most likely be the first to turn off...and, tune out!
