I am a 24 year old male from Portland, Oregon. I studied at the University of Oregon where I received a degree in business. I will be fully employed with a software company in Sydney. I am a very sociable person and I am leaving a large network of friends in the Portland area. I very much stay active and enjoy going on runs and going to the gym. I have lived with random roommate many times and have never had issues. I am a pretty laid back guy and I feel confident that I can get along with anyone. Let me know if you think we might be a good fit! Bests, Kyler
I am a 28 yrs old student from Canada attending UNSW for my masters degree in engineering. I am super fun and very handy person. I am looking for a clean and cozy place to stay. I like sports and I like to hangout at the beach mostly. I play volleyball and I love to swim. I would like to hangout with friends and grab few drinks here and there.
Work full time, sometimes over the weekend. Enjoy having a wine after work and cooking relaxing with friends. I am not a party animal at home but do like a good relaxing beverage session. Looking to live in a relaxing environment, laid back and easy going. Like to socialise but also like my own space a little in the week
We are all easy-going and respectful to others and clean people to live with. Two of us work in the city and the other two work in the suburbs nearby. We all like to cook, travel, watch films and have a couple drinks on the weekend. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
Hi there, I'm Sharon and I'm looking for a furnished private room in a quiet house for at least three months to the end of May 2017, maybe longer. I've flat and house shared most of my adult life, so am very aware of keeping a place clean and tidy and respecting other people's space. My career vocation is Organisational Change & Communications Management and I was a Professional House Sitter while living in Queensland a few years ago. I'm very open, adaptable and easy going. Live a fairly independent life and am also happy to share a meal or a glass of wine with my flat mate/s when it suits. Ideally, I'd like to share a relaxed home environment with like-minded 40+ people (of any orientation) who have some common values and life experiences. I'm ready to move anytime from Saturday 25 February 2017.
My name is Liona, I'm 21 years old and I'm a law student from Frankfurt, Germany. I'm currently doing an internship at a law firm in Sydney. I'm a sociable and laid back person and of course tidy! Other than that I like cooking, I enjoy reading and also going out once in a while and having a casual drink on weekends :) I'm seeking a furnished place for 7 weeks
Hola! I'm Martín, 21 year old Journalism student from Spain in an exchange at the University of Sydney. I've been in Sydney for about 7 months now and I'll be staying for about 5 more. I spend most of my time either doing music or taking photographs/filming, which I'm really passionate about. I've been living independently for about 4 years now, so I know how to take care of my environment, and obviously also being respectful with my flatmates. #Easygoing, #sociable, #clean&tidy and all of those nice person hashtags. :)
I'm a young professional in my late-20s, working full-time in government/policy. From Perth but I've been living in Melbourne for the last three years as the CEO of a non-profit company. Really excited to be moving to Sydney for 5 months before moving to North Carolina to finish my Master's degree. Ideally looking for a furnished room, move in date flexible. I'm outgoing, positive, super friendly and really clean. I love spending time with friends, exercising, the beach, volunteering and good food and wine!
I am 27 years old. I currently work in finance in the CBD, so I'm normally out of the house at 7.30 until 6pm or so, or later if I have plans. I would like to live somewhere in the Eastern Suburbs, preferably around Bronte, Tamarama, Bondi or Coogee because I need to be by the sea and when not working I like to get out of the city. During the week I'm partial to a nice meal somewhere or a fajita night at home etc, and I enjoy cooking for other people so hopefully that's a positive 😊 I also like to do day trips at the weekends to new beaches or areas, and basically make the most of any free time. I'm looking for somewhere that is available asap. Thanks, Sarah
I'm a Californian gone Sydney-Sider for the year. I'm respectful of others and like to keep a tidy house. I am busy during the weekdays, as I work full-time in addition to salsa and improv classes at night. On the weekends, I enjoy going to the beach, exploring the city, grabbing a beer, watching a movie, and hiking. I like to workout and eat healthy, but I'll occasionally indulge on the good stuff ;) Overall, I'm a social, down to earth guy who likes to joke around. If we have the same sense of humor we will get along great haha.
I am a friendly, responsible, and tidy 25-year-old Canadian who works full time (in administration for a government agency). I enjoy having a nice living space at home. I like going for runs, chocolate, barre pilates, and chilling out and enjoying some wine with housemates. I've been known to love baking so there is the benefit that if you live with me there'll probably be fresh baked cookies around :) Although I don't have any pets I would be happy to live with yours! I intend to do a couple little trips to see more of Australia at weekends and such so if this is something you're interested in too I'd be keen to be travel buddies! I am hoping to move ASAP and will be in Sydney for at least 6 months :)
Hello flatmates finders! My name is Courtney and I'm a 28-year-old Canadian originally from Vancouver, now going to be working full time in Sydney. I'm seeking a private room for 3 months in a flat with friendly, chill, tidy flatmates. I'm generally on the quiet side, and will be fairly busy as I'm taking an online course as well as working. That being said, I'm looking for a place with friendly people who are open to socialising at home over bottle of wine or cooking a meal from time to time. I like to cook and bake (occasional home baked goods are one perk of living with me!). I'm a vegetarian, if that matters to you, but am happy to live with people of all dietary habits! My other hobbies are running, photography, hiking and reading good fiction. I'm a very clean and tidy person, and keeping a clean living space is important to me. If I sound like the kind of person you'd be keen to live with, please send me a message! I'm hoping for something around $250 but would go up to $300 for a really great place/great people. Looking forward to hearing from you! Courtney
Hey potential roomies, I'm Roden. I'm new to Sydney and would love to live somewhere with awesome people. During the week, I'm a full time professional, working in the city. On weekends, I enjoy good food, craft beers and live music. I am a clean, outgoing person but also well aware of other's personal space.
Recently relocated to Sydney from London. I'm looking for a room with a private bathroom and good transport links to the CBD. I'm a full time professional working 9-5. I am clean (not OCD), respectful and considerate. I generally relax in the week after work and try to spend my weekends outside. I enjoy the usual scene - bars, restaurants, theatre and travel etc. Ideally I am looking for like minded professional(s) to share with. I'd like to live with someone who is sociable but isn't a party person during the week.
We are a couple from Prague, Czech Republic, Europe. Barbora is a publisher, writer and PhD student, Lukas is a freelance copywriter. We are both easygoing, non-smokers and more into books than parties :) We are looking for a flat somewhere between Randwick and Bondi, speed internet and private bathroom is a must. We will be in Sydney from around 20th March.
Neat and tidy 20 year old qualified carpenter, country boy, fairly new to Sydney. Work 6 days a week. Currently living in a share house in Cronulla, looking to move closer to the city as it is closer to work. Socialable person, love a beer and a chat, like abit of banter but know how to be respectful to other people and their privacy. Don't mind giving a hand with chores, or anything like that either. If anyone has or know's of any room's available that might suit myself. Please get in touch, cheers 👌

Hi, I'm Enguerrand, a 21 years old french student. I come to Sydney to make my internship during 6 months from March to August. I'm searching also for a flatsharing to have contact outside my job and to have some life where I live. I'm tidy, clean and calm. Like to hang out, take a drink, do sport, and discovering the city.
We are an easygoing french couple. We are brand new in Sydney as we arrived Friday 17 February. We are staying in Sydney to work and make money and don't know yet how many time we will stay. We are respectful of each others privacy. Friendly and openminded, it will be a pleasure for us to integrate a happy shared place :) See you soon guys!
I require a furnished room, at minimum a bed... I am from a country town in Victoria moving to Sydney for work. I will be working full time, long hours 5-6 days a week. I love to go to the gym in my spare time, explore the outdoors, foodie I LOVE finding awesome little cafes that serve a mean breakfast. I love movies and card/board games **there are no friends in card games >:) ** A cheeky little wine or cider but not to many. Dogs are my obsession so if you have one prepare for it to be smothered with love as I have to leave my gorgeous German Shepard at home! I have been renting for the past three years so I can cook and clean no worries.
Hey dudes, my name's René. I'm 23 which is old as for a student these days. I'm starting my masters in Sydney this year, and this particular flavour of masters focuses on radiation physics in medical context. So like cancer treatment, imaging technology and whatnot. I been out of uni two years now, did the BSc at the University of Auckland and finished up there end of 2014. Since then I've worked a number of different jobs saving those coins. So that's sorta where I'm coming from on the academic side of things. As for me personally I'm pretty relaxed on just about everything. Or think I am at least. I've grown up a wee bit since undergrad and I can't really be bothered partying hard like I used to. I'd rather get stuff done ya know? A few cheeky beers every now and then doesn't go amiss though. I'll probably be out of the house most of the time I guess, between coursework and sporting commitments, some kind of employment and whatever other social opportunities crop up. So if unobtrusive flatmates are your thing I'm your guy. My sport of choice is weightlifting so I got decent at cooking since one of the things we in the community like to do is eat a lot. One-pot wonders are a specialty and a couple of them I have whittled down to an art form. Feel free to ask me about anything else I may have missed in this very general summary!
Hey I'm a 27 year old builder just moved back to Sydney. I work full time during the week and most Saturdays. I would really love a place that is relaxed and has good vibes for me after a day at work. My interests are drumming (dw I wont be bringing any into the house and causeing a racket), beach time, keeping healthy and enjoying a stellar book from time to time. Also love a good red and a beer with a bbq in the sun. Hopefully this sounds fitting.
I currently work at channel 9 in the city doing advertising and sales. I also will start working part time for Football NSW at the end of March doing some writing for them as well as studying online through Australian Institute of Fitness this year. I am looking to move closer to work from my current living situation. I am a very easy going person and easy to live with. For fun I enjoy sport as I do play soccer, going to the beach, going out on the weekends and socialising.
My name is Shivani Brijmohan. My friend Zulimar and I just moved to Sydney, Australia from Miami, Florida and we've been traveling around Sydney for about two weeks now, and we're looking for something a bit more permanent while we find work in this new city. We're very easy going and have lived with varying roommates for the past few years. Very clean, into the arts scene and becoming beach bums. Thanks and hope to hear back soon!
Aussie girl, looking for a fun but also clean place with down to earth people. I'm active and motivated but also love to relax and share a bottle of wine. I'm looking to move from the Hunters Hill to the east to change things up and find some good vibes. I can happily live with guys or gals. Work full time as a geologist/enviro scientist in the city when I'm not in the field :)
27 years old, born and raised in Sydney. Looking for an awesome bunch of people who enjoy socialising. I love going for dinner/drinks and but also enjoy a cheeky netflix session after work to wind down. I'm very active and love all sports especially Rugby. I work in Finance/Funds Management full time in the CBD. I'm tall (6ft 5in!) so I'll probably need a room that fits a queen size bed.
Hey all, I'm a professional consultant from Toronto, Canada here on a work visa. Looking for a place with nice folks. I'm an active guy who has spent time working for a food related start-up with a Michelin chef so I can whip up a few things! I've just recently arrived in Sydney and would love to meet you all. My move in date is also pretty flexible. Thanks!
Im a 22yo Kiwi gal. I work full time in the city. I'm very easy going and down to earth. I'm super clean and tidy, have shared housing for the past 5 years so know how to be considerate of other people and their belongings. I am keen to find a place that feels more like a home rather than just a place to crash, a place where the flatties hang and keep it real together. I am a beach bum at heart, and spend most of my free time there. Coming from NZ I do love my rugby, so would be a plus if you do too! I'm into the gym and healthy living. I also don't mind a wine or two at the end of the week!😊 I love to have a laugh and get along with everyone, and am keen to meet new people. Im looking for somewhere with good vibes and no drama. If this sounds like you, then get at me!
"Good dude and great to live with." - current and soon to be former room mates testimonial. Jackson Carter, 24 years young, Civil Engineer moving to Sydney for work. Grew up in Airlie Beach; salt water in the veins opposed to blood. Went to Uni in Brisbane, flirted with mining for a year in Central Queensland (wouldn't recommend it) and recently finished a graduate program in Brisbane. On weekends I like going on adventures and finding cool spots to surf, camp, swim, drink beer etc. live music, bars, cafes - standard 24 year old activities I would say. I have lived in shared housing (of varying dynamics) since leaving home at 17 so I understand the importance of having clean, tidy and respectful roommates. I am kind, courteous with a (self diagnosed) decent sense of humour. I am looking for a young professional house of Monday - Friday workers (so our schedules aren't too conflicting) who are also respectful of others and are clean to live with. I would like to call the people I live with mates, not just roommates. 6 months+ on the lease would be beneficial but not too phased if it's not, I arrive in Sydney the weekend 4th March.
I´m Iris, a 28 years old open-minded mexican looking for a room and a place to be shared with people that will hopefully become friends and family. I don't mind a drink but I rather spend my time having a good conversation, reading, painting, watching documentaries and being outdoors ( Love swimming and the beach! =) ). I´m a nature fan, and try to live sustainably. I´m vegetarian (I compost and used to work in a food community garden). I´ll be studying my masters degree: engineering science on sustainable systems in UNSW starting on late february. I´m clean, tidy and easy going. =).
I'm a really friendly person from the UK. I'm here to study in an exchange at UNSW. I'm planning to learn how to surf whilst I'm here but first I need to learn how to swim (so a definite bonus if someone could teach me) . I like to cook and clean up after myself, go for walks and sometime spontaneous adventures. Most of all I want to live close to the beach with friendly and social housemates who would sometimes like to relax and chat together after a long day.
We are a friendly, easygoing and organized Brazilian couple. Postgraduate students and part-time workers. We are leaving Brisbane to start a Master in Project Management in Sydney. We like to share some beers and hang out with our friends along the weekend, also we enjoy outdoor sports and spend sometime on the beach... We reckon that the house is a place to rest and keep it tidy. We are not just looking for a place to live actually we intend to do big friends along this stay :) Cheers
I'm friendly, polite, tidy and sociable :) I work for a Finance Broker in Surry Hills. In my spare time I'm either on the beach, swimming, hiking, reading, eating out with friends or at the movies. I'm not a party animal but I do enjoy socialising, equally I like a quiet night in with a good glass of wine.
I am a 25 year old female norwegian exchange student at UTS studying marketing. I am looking for short term accomodation for 6-8 weeks from the 8th of march. I am a flexible and easy going person who has shared flats with others for most of my life. I take my studies seriousy, but in my freetime I enjoy exploring Sydney, spending time at the beach and spending my nights relaxing with netflix. I also love to cook and bake. I am currently on holiday in Melbourne and need a place for when I move back to Sydney. Your place looks lovely, and I hope to hear from you soon! Cheers, Liv.
South African/Canadian girl. Looking for a place to call home! I'm here on a year working/holiday visa so I'd like to find a place for 6+ months, preferably furnished. I'm super musical, love fashion, yoga and tasty food :) Cheers!!
I am a 30 year old working professional from the UK. I am laid back, clean and tidy, enjoy cooking, socializing with friends and beaching at the weekend. Looking to live where people interact with each other rather than just live in their rooms 24.7
Hi, my name is Jay and I'm looking forward to refreshing my career in software engineering at Australia. I'm looking for a place for a short-term stay until I do obtain a job. I'm also on the lookout for team-ups to make renting a whole property a viable option. I'm a no-complaints kind of person. I'm respectful and very easy to be with. I'm pretty social and my friends do tell me I'm fun to be with, although I tend to be weird sometimes and find myself frequently getting into funny and awkward situations. I can say that I'm interesting to hang out with at the least. I'm also all good for downtime chat. Coming from a job at a university as a research associate, and being a recent graduate myself, sharing living spaces with those taking up university studies is a plus! Bonus: As a software engineer, I presently create VR games for a living and will definitely miss doing so. Once I settle in with a comfortable daily program, I'll have my hands on an HTC Vive or a Microsoft Hololens at the place that I'm glad to share with everyone - it's tons of fun! Feel free to message me, even if you too are looking for a place yourself, I personally read all of them.
Hi, I am Zhongke, an international student studying at UNSW, currently I am looking for a furnished room to move in ASAP, idealy the room is close to UNSW, 10min walking or 15 mins by bus. I intent to stay at least three months, if everything goes well I would like to extend the length of my staying. If you have a room and would like to rent please contact me.
We are a lovely marriage travelling in our long honey moon. Not a party couple at all, we are more like a bbq and beer/wine time, we love music and cooking, we like having good talks and live in a chill but CLEAN and TIDY house. We absolutly respect other's privacy so we ask the same for us.
I'm friendly, relaxed housemate who likes to cook, watch and make films and chat over a drink or food. I'm respectful of space and noise and can guarantee fun times! I'll be studying my masters in Film production in 2017, also working part time. 👍
I am looking for a private room/apartment share from end of Feb/beginning of March. I am on a working visa and after travelling the East Coast for 2 months I am ready to settle into working Sydney life. I am from Surrey in the UK which lacks a beach and I love a beach!! As for being a housemate; I am kind, fun (not too fun!) happy and laid back! I respect the home and everyone else living there. I am clean, tidy and looking for friends not just housemates! I do enjoy making a bed, a good polish and a cheeky vacuum! I absolutely love cooking and would love to be able to sit down in the evenings with a bottle of wine and chat about our day, however, I can also appreciate everyone's personal space. Feel free to give me a message if you'd like to know more about me.
My name is Kristen and I am currently a 21 year old student studying abroad at UNSW. I study Communications at USC in Los Angeles, California, where I've grown up. It's my first time in Sydney, so I'm planning on being out all the time scoping the art and music scene in town.
