Hi! Gokhan here. I'm a 29-year-old human-being who tries to have a minimalistic life. I decided to take a break from Sydney after living there for 3 years and moved to Melbourne 5 months ago. Now I'm going back home to Sydney; mostly because of the weather in Melbourne which is quite unbearable even in summer as we all know -no offence Melburnians :) I am currently up-skilling myself in the field of Artificial Intelligence, so most of my time is dedicated to my computer and codes; it might sound a bit nerdy; not that scary though, trust me! I am a physically active, non-smoker guy; I regularly go to the gym (Fitness First), cook my own food, eat healthily and rarely have a glass of wine or two. I don't expect much from my prospective flatmates. We are all grown-ups, so I know everybody knows how to treat each other, and just because we are humans, we are likely to have conflicts every now and then. Still, I believe people can solve any problem as long as they are able to communicate. It is sad that I am not available for face to face inspection as I am currently in Melbourne and I will be back in Sydney on the 5th of February; however, we can arrange a Face time call or something else. Statistically speaking, 60% of people don’t read until this point. So, are you one of them to increase the percentage?
Easy going, friendly and clean seeking like minded housemates. I like to socialise and have a chat over a glass of wine but also enjoy my own time as well. I work full time in the city in the corporate world and often go to the gym after work or catch up with friends for dinner.
I am a 23 y/o student from Zurich, Switzerland. Vince is a 23 y/o student from Luxembourg. We are both laid-back persons who like to socialize, be it with card games and tv evenings or having a night out at a bar or club. We both live in a flatshare back home, respect other peoples' privacy, and like to keep our rooms and the common areas tidy. We look forward to hearing from you!
I am moving up to Sydney to do a masters and will be working remotely for a jewellery brand. I love cinema, my shtick is cinematic documentary, but apart from that music, reading, gardening, cooking, going on little adventures out of the city and trying to not use social media so much. I am a terrible surfer but love popping about in the white wash so i’ll be bringing up my board to ‘get pitted’. One of my new years resolutions is to cut down on meat and dairy, not totally but to lessen my impact on the environment, so I at the moment I eat meat once a week. What else can I tell you, I love architecture and design, I have a bunch of furniture but it all has homes with friends/fam (I recently came back from living OS or 8 months) so I can take as much or as little as I need. I would prefer not to have to truck it up, however I could contribute and have a lot of pretty nice stuff in storage. I am a clean person, I am a social person, but also love my quiet time. I would be interested in cooking together too, if thats something that you guys do, but also happy to cook solo as well.
Hello there! I am currently working at an NGO in rosebery and looking for somewhere closer to work. A little bit about myself, I love to be outdoors. I enjoy hiking on the weekends, going to the beach and just sitting in the sun enjoying a good book. On that note, I’m an avid reader, constantly buying new books (not great I know!). I enjoy watching movies, listening to music, having a good chat and a glass of red occasionally. I have lived in share accommodation before and am always quiet, neat and respectable of others privacy. I am looking for something long term where Iam comfortable and can call home. Ideally looking to move as soon as possible into a quiet house with someone with similar interests & values as myself, but happy to wait for the right place & flatmate to come along. I have my own bedroom suite (and my gorgeous plants) to bring and could contribute other items to the house if need be. I am ideally looking for a place with one or two other people. I also have a car so anywhere with parking would be great. I am an introvert who sleeps and rises early, so not looking for a loud party house. Looking for a comfortable home :) Thanks!
Hey, I'm Sebastian, 30 years old, I will be visiting UTS for my PhD in Marketing from 02/23 - 04/03 and usually finish work at around 6. I like CrossFit, cooking (and a good espresso) and I'm really looking forward to exploring Australia :) Because I will work at UTS, I'd prefer an apartment near a train station.
hi I'm fletcher, a second year uni student at UNSW Art and Design from Port Macquarie. I'm a pretty relaxed and respectful individual who enjoys the outdoors, reading, photography, skating and art galleries. I appreciate a healthy balance between being around people and spending time on my own and would consider myself someone who is easy to get along with. Looking for a relaxed place to stay where I can do my own thing while I focus on my studies in the city.
Hi! I'm a pretty chill Brit, always up for a laugh, love to cook, have a car, enjoy being active as well as lazy days...clean but not a total neat freak. Looking for a short term let from Jan 31st til Feb 12th. Let me know if you have anything!
I´m an italian architect, I have lived in Spain, Germany and Switzerland in the past 12 years. I love travelling, photography, reading, sport, nature, and of course cooking italian food! I´m looking for a quite flat to stay for the next 3-4 months, or maybe longer (I don´t know yet).
Hello! I am a 29 year old girl from London, I have just moved to Sydney on a work holiday visa. I am looking for a room to rent in an existing houseshare. As I am new to the city I am looking for a sociable house/flat that would be happy to hang out and do things together. However I also want some alone time every now then. I am easy going, considerate and tidy, I am happy to live with both males and females. I will be looking for contracting work and also plan to do some travelling.
22 year old artist, freelance writer, gallery assistant and researcher. My passion for art is consuming in every which ways - I love going to galleries and reading every chance I get. Hoping to study my Master of Art Curatorship @ The University of Sydney after my 4 month internship in France. I am super organised, very clean, enjoy healthy cooking, pilates and love living in a beautiful space!
Hey! I'm originally from the Gold Coast, but I have lived in Brisbane for the past 6 years to study at UQ. I'm moving down to Sydney for a full time job with a firm in the CBD at the start of February. Looking for some like minded housemates somewhere near the CBD, preferably inner-west. I like having a few casual bevs here and there, but not hugely into clubbing anymore. I love listening to new music and I enjoy a bunch of genres, so i'm sure we'd have a few artists in common. Also love going to the beach as much as possible. If i'm doing nothing at home I'll usually be watching a movie/doco on netflix or playing a video game. I'm clean, social and pretty easy-going. Totally happy with all religions/races/lifestyles/orientations/genders/coke habits/coriander preferences; you do you. I pay all my bills on time or early if possible. I'm looking for housemates who I could hang out and spin a yarn with, but also have time to ourselves. Let me know if you have any other questions!
I'm an architecture student from Montreal, Canada. I'm going to study at UNSW art and design for the upcoming semester. I'm an open-minded and laid back person. I love surfing, photography and of course architecture. Not really a party guy.
I am an Aussie female in her late 20's and looking for long-term accomodation in Sydney. I keep myself busy with work and uni. In my spare time I enjoy surfing and being active. My interests are food, travel, music and trying new things. I like to have quiet time to myself but also sociable! Looking for respectable, clean and tidy house mates. Not a party animal but do enjoy the odd drink now and then. What's important is that the household is easy to get along with and takes responsibilities of the house and care for others.
Hey! I have moved back to Sydney after living in Melbourne for 5 months - I lived in Bondi previously for 6 months. I'm really laid back, appreciate personal space but also like to socialise. I've been working as a Personal Assistant and Legal Secretary throughout my time in Australia and hope to be back in Sydney for at least another 6 months. Interests include going to the gym, sun-worshipping, cooking and having a wine/beer with friends.
Hello, I am a german business student and am starting a full-time internship in February. I am a really open person that loves to meet new people and loves to explore new things. I am also really clean, you don't need to worry about me leaving your place dirty. Cheers
I’m originally from Sydney but I’ve lived in London for the past 8 years and I’ve arrived back in June 2018. I’m easy going, have lived in shared houses in London, I’m clean and tidy, I work full time in the travel industry, so I love to travel, eating out with friends, I'm allergic to cats and dogs (or any aminal that sheds hair), I’m currently living with the folks and craving for my own space.
