Hi, Im scott from port maquarie looking for temporary accommodation. Im currently working in lismore in construction. Early starts late finish. Im clean living, quiet, trust worthy. Temporary stay with intentions to move uo to the gokd coast within a month or 2.
I am a down to earth person who is tidy and respect the personal space of others. My hobbies include swimming, hiking, trying new food and meeting new friends. I will be working full time on the Woolgoolga to Ballina Pacific Highway Upgrade and I am looking to share a house with someone who is respectful and is able to pay bills on time.
32, looking for a place so I can have my daughter, 7, from time to time, friendly, easy going, clean and tidy, quiet, like to keep to myself but not unsociable. Enjoy sports, music and 4wding.
Working 9-5 M-F in Goonellabah and looking for somewhere near. Would like one other housemate to share with. I go to the gym after work usually (sometimes the beach too) and most weekends I am back home in Qld, so I'm not really a homebody. When around the house I'll be usually zoning out on Netflix. I'm what you'd probably consider an 'ambivert'. I am more than up for a chat, beer, meal and whatever. I cook a few nights a week and clean up after myself but am not fazed by a bit of occasional mess as we all have busy lives, however will pitch in and use common sense. I am looking for someone who is similar and who has social skills, and maybe someone I can call a friend. Don't have to be besties but would like someone friendly to live with so it doesn't feel like two strangers living in the same house. My rent budget is $200, ideally lower, but may be able to stretch it a tiny bit if the place is right. It would be nice to have my own bathroom but not required. Off street parking is highly desirable. Hope to hear from ya, cheers!
I am respectful, tidy, friendly, intelligent, fun and considerate. Self-employed, semi-retired worker. Non-smoker. Have studied Food Science (Bachelor of Science) in Europe (The Netherlands). Have lived in Australia for 14 years. I am separated from my wife. Not a party person. Prefer calm and quiet environment where I can relax and get the best out of myself. I like animals, food/cooking, shopping, nature, sleeping and beach walks. Prefer a quiet furnitured place with preferably 1 housemate or maybe 2. I enjoy having peace and quiet around me. I do not need much space and will be out of the house most of the time. I have stopped with social media (waste of time) so my LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are all history and I hope that is not a problem for considering me.
I'm looking for a safe home for myself and my gorgeous dog Kyza. We both come with great references. I work full time in a government job, love getting out on the weekends. Not into loud parties. Not a smoker, social drinker, but respect those who don't. I have a partner who might stay a couple nights a week but we are both incredibly respectful people.
I am easy to live with - I have a 10 year old daughter who I share the care with her dad whom I am good friends with. I enjoy honest, open and fun loving communication with people. I would love to live with at least one other person though open to a couple also. It would be fun to share home dinners sometimes or all the time if it suits us all. I work in Real Estate learning a new career and loving it. My work is part time though beginning to become busier so I hope for full time work soon. I love working, spending time with my daughter and friends. I love walking each day to start the day and trips to the coast or hinterland for different experiences. Nature has so much to offer us. We cherish early nights and early mornings. We are also health conscious and do not want any alcohol, drugs or cigarette smokers around our home. I definitely do not want a Party House - gone are those days for me. I do love a good laugh and I try to keep things light and fun as I go about my day. If this kind of home/life style sounds like you lets get in touch and look at the possibilities.
Hi, I have obtained a full time role in Byron area and looking for a place to live. I am social, respectful, clean and tidy. Do enjoy outdoors eg fishing, skating, volley ball. Happy to have a banter over a few drinks but completely respect other's privacy. I will be starting my new job on the 11th of March. Feel free to ask any questions. Thanks. James
I am moving to Ballina/Lismore area for fulltime work at the end of February. I work in Marketing & Graphic Design so I do spend some time working from home during the week. Im usually fishing on the weekend but otherwise happy to just watch Netflix or play video games in my room to unwind after a busy week. Im quiet, clean, respectful of space and never miss a rent payment. I have used flatmates a few times and made some awesome friends when I was working in Toowoomba the past 2 years. I have great references if required.
Hi! My girlfriend and I are looking to moe back to the far north coast with our english bulldog "Loafy". We are looking around the east ballina, lennox head, suffolk park or byron bay areas. We both surf, are clean and polite and easy to get along with. We have a bit of a wierd working arrangement, as we work week on week off, fly in fly out, so we'd only be there half the time, but we need a place for loafy to hang around while we're away. We would pay you extra of course, but if we could arrange for someone to put some food out and take him for the odd walk when we're away, then that would be perfect! He pretty much looks after himself and sleeps all day, easy gig. If you think you may might be able accommodate the three of us, give me a call. Thanks!
Hey🌻 I am looking for a safe, clean space for Miss Chillie and myself to call home. Preferably with some trees, open space and maybe even a pool 💦 My current rental has been placed on the market and therefore its time to find another beautiful space . I work full-time in Lismore at the NDIS (GOV) then after sports, food, netflix and showers its bedtime during the week. Weekends are spent eating out, beach, relaxing or food prepping for the week ahead.. (Ground hog day everyday basically) A glass of wine to socialise on the weekends is generally enough these days but nothing hectic. We are not intersted in a party house or a silence camp... Just a relaxing environment with our own space and privacy.. My girl is in Year 6 and like most kids these days she would rather be on technology than cutting up the backyard (unfortunately). But that means she wont bother you after school unless you take ger iPad off her. I do have two French Mastiff's that are big lazy loveable creatures. Their names are Kula and Deus and it would devastate me to not have them with me. They are outside dogs that are walked everyday and huggable gentle giants. I know it sounds like alot of "baggage" but I invite anyone that is intersted to come visit me in my own home and you will see we are super clean, friendly, non destructive, law abiding citizens and dogs.. The only situation that wouldn't work with my dogs is living with a cat.. Kula is fascinated with cats and im not sure this would mix well but other dogs, humans and children are perfectly fine. I could take my dogs to my Father's house if necessary (but it would make me so sad to not see them everyday). For the right place I will consider this option but I am hoping it won't come to this 🤞 We come with excellent references from multiple real estates, private rentals and work. Did i mention Im clean....Hate mess!!! ..... Ideally a large room with a private bathroom and a seperate living area or a studio would be perfect. I am keen for team up on a new lease on a big house with the right person. Space is the key to harmony..!! If I have missed anything feel free to contact me - I'm easy to communicate with.. 🗣 Happy days 🤞🐕🍀
