I'm 21 years old and a full time uni student. I'm about to undertake my third and final year of a Bachelor of Arts degree at UTAS. I'm a quiet and shy person but do like to get to know people and socialise with them. I'm originally from north west Tassie. I have recently made Hobart my new home. I'm reliable with paying rent and do like a clean living space.
Hi My name is Md Ruhul Amin, you can call me Ruhul. I am 28 years old. I am going to join in UTAS as a PhD student at the end of April 2018 and I will be doing PhD in Electrical Engineering in UTAS Hobart. I am Trustworthy, Hardworking, Flexible, Easygoing, Respect other's privacy, Down to earth and obviously tidy. I would prefer to cook my own food. I like to socialize with people from different culture. I need quiet and calm environment for my study. Looking for somewhere near the UTAS or 2-3km far from UTAS, but reasonably close to shop. As a student, I'll need wifi, and have a reasonable but not massive budget for both rent and sharing bills if they aren't included. The first contact is minimum 3 months. However if accommodation is very comfortable and good environment for studying I have no problem to extent contract for whole PhD duration.
I am studying fine arts at the Uni of Tas and working as a freelance muralist and Tom is a carpenter studying drafting. We are respectful, clean, tidy and friendly. Looking for a place to call home :)
Hi , Im Sheia. I’m doing my master degree in UTAS and also working part time in North Hobart. I’m open minded, respectful , super chill and tidy of course . I’d like to live with someone who respect privacy when needed and also can chill together in our spare time . I’m very flexible about the location . And also interested in teaming up . Message me if you would like a chat Cheers .
We are a couple looking for accommodation. I am a great cook and my partner is good in keeping the house clean. We have recently moved to Tasmania and currently living at Clarendon vale. We are working fulltime at the city which is why we want to move near the city.
The both of us are chill and relaxed. Easy to get along with and respect personal space. One of us will be working and the other studying. Mostly spend free time having a laugh and playing video games.
Hello! I'm a 29 year old, full time worker, non smoker currently living in Hobart. I'm looking for a room within the greater hobart area. I come with a 7 year old rescue greyhound, Dolly. She's very quiet and well mannered and sleeps for most of the day. I'd like to think of myself as very friendly and easy going, i'm quiet but social and very much respect your space and privacy. When I'm not at work, I'm either out hiking/camping/enjoying the outdoors in some capacity or relaxing with a book/record/glass (or bottle) of wine.
Hi everyone, myself (Talitha) and my partner Luke have recently moved from Coral Bay, Western Australia to Tassie! I will be studying marine biology at UTAS and our hobbies include surfing, freediving and music. We are looking for like minded individuals to share a place with; anyone who's keen for an adventure! We would prefer a place that is between the university as well as close to some surf, but as we are currently living in a caravan park we will take what we can get for now. We are both very tidy, easy going non smokers who enjoy a social drink every now and then, but also respect individual quiet time.
Im a super chill, clean and easy to get along with individual. I’m fairly active so my days would be working, hiking, exploring, playing cards with anyone who will play, and throwing around a frisbee! I’m a really honest and independent individual. I enjoy getting to know my roommates but also appreciate and respect alone time. I really appreciate honest people who communicate effetively. I’ve found that works best in roommate situations, rather than passive aggressive people! I’m a keen traveller and haven’t explored Tas before so I’ll be hiking and camping lots hopefully. I'm Canadian, so living with me will guarantees a laugh a day at my accent! I’ve reached an age where I enjoy beer and wine still but not so much the party scene. Definitely enjoy a cheeky few drinks on the weekends though :] Cheers for your time. Steph
We are a globetrotter couple. In the past two years we lived in Russia, Denmark, Slovenia and Spain. I am going to write my master thesis at UTAS and my wife works remotely from home. So all we need is a place not too far from UTAS and quiet enough for my wife to work. We are open-minded and we like to mingle with the locals as much as possible. I am Brazilian-Italian and she is Russian.
We are three Danish students, who are going to study international business for one semester at the University of Tasmania in Hobart. What we are looking for: Location: Hobart Lease term: 4 months (the sooner the better - June) Quick facts about us: Who: 3 female students from Denmark (Caroline 22, Simone 22, Stine 23) Cleanliness: 10/10 Humour: Stine 4/10, Simone 10/10, Caroline 10/10 Special interests: We like travelling the world (just like Crown Princess Mary), hiking and eating potatoes in all shapes and sizes.
Outgoing international student from Alaska looking to get the most out of my experience here in Tassie. Looking for social people to live with who won't mind a housemate that's out and about most of the time but more than willing to hang out and chat when around.
I am an exchange (full-time) student from Norway looking for a nice place to live the few months I will be staying in Tasmania (february-june). I am quiet, responsible and like to keep the space around me tidy and clean. My hobbies include making art (mostly painting), drinking coffee, working out, and watching a good movie or series. I am also partial to a good meal and long conversations about everything and anything :) I have up until now been living in a flatshare for three years during my studies. I therefore understand that mutual respect and proper communication has to be present between flatmates when sharing a space. I would prefer living in an all-female flatshare, as this is what I've lived in until now. However I am flexible in this matter.

Hi guys! I am a student from the Czech Republic, currently moved to Hobart from Cairns. I am going to study Diploma of Laboratory Technology at TasTAFE for two years. I am also trying to find a work at the moment, preferably as a bartender with night shifts. I don't have any car, nor I am planing to have one soon. So I am looking for a place within reasonable range from the city central. I am very friendly and flexible, talkative and almost always in a good mood. I am respectful and easy-going. I have a great bartending experience, so I can mix a good drink for you! I like adventure, traveling, nature and music. I am also an artist and songwriter myself - a rapper, to be more specific. I am also interested in science, especially biology. People say my soul is much older then my actual age is. I like to talk about conspiracies, especially while drinking wine or whiskey (my favorite drinks). Although I enjoy to drink with my friends, I am normally very quiet and respectful, so you don't have to be worried about unwanted surprises in the house. My flexibility with any type of people, houses and lifestyles won't leave you disappointed. Have a great day and hopefully see you soon!
I'm Polish 35 yo hospitality professional recently relocated to Hobart from Melbourne. I'm mature, but young at heart, very easy to live with, and very well trained in house sharing, as I've been managing shared accommodation in the last five years, hosting people of every possible age and background. My idea of good time is a homemade meal shared with like minded people, accompanied by glass of wine and a good laugh. I like to spend as much time as possible outdoors, and hone my cooking skills whenever I can, that is when my busy schedule permits. My plan for this year is also to see as much of Tasmania as possible, so I will probably be out exploring over the weekends. As I do work quite a lot, I'm looking for a quiet and relaxed place with mature, respectful housemates. And if some of them walk on four paws, even better :)
Im a young working professional living here in Hobart and Im looking for a new place to call home. I work long hours and travel quite a bit for work so my time spend a home is usually just spend winding down and recharging.
I am a masters student from Germany who will study at UTAS next semster. I absolutely respect people's privacy and needs for quiet time as well as I like to get together and have fun. I am also a tidy person, who would like to explore the beauty of Tasmanian nature and would be happy to find friends to do that with! I love cooking, music, animals, photography, diving and dancing as well. =)
Hi my name is Jon, I am a 24 year old Canadian who came to Hobart to continue a career as a professional cook. I am interested in all aspects pertaining to the hospitality industry including all food, produce, wine and spirits, I plan on exploring these while experiencing all that Hobart and Tasmania has to offer. I am a very active person so will be out of the house at most times. You will find me to be a quiet person who is clean and considerate.
