Hiya I'm a gal from England currently on exchange for a year studying at Monash university. I've been here for one semester where I stayed at halls but am looking to move into the city to be closer to shops and bars. I'm really sociable and love going out for drinks and meals but my days will mostly be spent at uni and studying. I'm clean and am more then happy to share cleaning responsibilities around the place :)
My name is Kay, male, from West Africa. I'm currently a graduate student at CSU melbourne campus, studying for a Masters in Business Administration. I'm a very friendly person, and easy to get along with. I like to read, i also like to sketch sometimes. I love music and I like to cook. I don't smoke, but occassionally, i like to have a few beers wit my friends. I am very tidy, homely and quiet. I try to respect other people's space as well as their lifestyle, sexual orientation, religion and culture, but I'm also good for a chit chat every now and then. Uhhh... I'm loyal, dependable and nice. and I'm open to sharing a house with either male, female or both And yeah! I've got no pets.
Hi, I have just moved in to Melbourne with a job at Uni Melbourne. Have previously lived with some fantastic people, now close friends, who have enriched my life. Looking forward to building on similar experiences in your great city. Love cooking, hiking, reading, CINEMA and really just a good conversation. Regards, Sourav
Hello there folks, I'm Denny - a fairly mature-minded, amiable creature - and I'm looking at sharing in a friendly, warm and also relatively mature-minded household. I work between two jobs during the week - one at a media company, and another at a charity organisation, and I fit in a bit of study as well in my spare time. Love the outdoors and green spaces, the sun, good wholesome food, gardening and a decent laugh on a regular basis. I don't throw my weight / ego around (much!) in communal situations, so I wouldn't classify myself as the nightmare housemate by any means...
Hey! I'm currently looking into moving to Melbourne by the end of next week (11th March move-in date). A bit about me, my name is Besiat, 29yo from Sydney. I've been working as an RN for the last five years, recently I finished masters in public health and was offered a position a job in Melbourne. Very excited for what's ahead. I'm easy going, down to earth, I like to keep the space clean, I enjoy good conversations and respect others space when needed. I'm considerate of others and expect that people are the same way towards me. I believe in open communication and honesty. I'm looking for a place in area's I listed. I will be in Melbourne from 1st of March to 4th of March to look for places, so if you happen to have place free available in that time, I will like to see it. Inbox me! :) xx
Hi there, I am a non-binary person (nice try Flatmates.com) working full time at a cafe in Carlton and studying Steiner Early Childhood education. My partner Luke, who works in retail, and I are looking for a home to live in. We are looking for a lovely share house, granny flat or a lease transfer. We are also happy to consider short term accommodation.
Hi! I'm looking for a new home close to the city - filled with people that are very clean, healthy, loving and inspiring. I'm a organised, healthy and ambitious person, but wow do I balance that out with a great sense of humour, love of fun and being a big ol’ ball of geek! I love heading out on adventures, dancing and doing active outdoorsy things but equally value time chilling at home, creating cool stuff or just hanging out. My type of share house is one in which everyone can easily use the space as their own. Meaning shared spaces in particular are always left in an extremely clean and functional-for-everyone state and general cleaning/upkeep tasks are shared and done every few weeks. I like to uphold a relaxed/friendly/supportive/respectful/loving/fun vibe in the house and being really honest and open with communication. I’m happy to join an existing house or start a new one. Things you should know: - Housemates are all the best parts of family and friends for me. I genuinely care about the people i live with and the space around me so I expect a similarly high level of respect and initiative back. - Looking for rent under $150 a week - Within 20 minutes public transport access to chapel st/richmond/city is a must. - I need quite a bit of freezer and pantry space because i do monthly meal preps! - I own a beautiful big antique mirror and it would be epic to use this somewhere! - I like a generally peaceful, comfortable, very clean and functional living environment - I clean with low fragrance/chemical products only (vinegar/bicarb/natural sprays). Strong smelling stuff causes my body all sorts of issues so I try to keep that to a minimum and ask that people i live with respect that. - I have a car so space or street parking is a factor If you've read this far and are still curious, wewww get in touch! You're probably what i'm looking for! Shoot me a message and let's find out for sure! *Bonus points if you’re into entrepreneurship and the creative and tech industries.
Hi! My name is Wilson Jaksetič, and I'm a happy-go lucky Client Relations Manager for a firm in South Melbourne. I'm a very extroverted, positive and sometimes funny guy who feeds off like-minded individuals. In short, I'm a creative, who doesn't mind to party but works full time during the week. I work in advertising, so I come with a crippling gin and caffeine habit. On bad days, I'll mix the two. On good days, I'll mix the two. I'm getting off topic. I'm friendly, outgoing and very silly; but also polite, clean and I respect other people's space. I'm looking for awesome people to live with, people that don't mind a laugh or five and drinks to match. I'm looking for a place to hang my hat up at night, but to also call home and feel safe and welcome. The 14th of March is when my current lease ends (I started a share house in Clayton a year ago). If you feel my Velociraptor skull would be a fine addition to your mantlepiece, or you just want to hear how I got shot at by Papua New Guinean rebels when I was 16, I look forward to meeting with you! to arrange a meet and greet! (Just forgot to add; I'm LGBT friendly, of course)
I am a fun, considerate primary teacher who loves good food, cooking and socialising.I am clean and organised. Cutrently loving Melbourne life and looking to meet new people. Love netflicks, hikes, and nature! I work full time then enjoy the gym after my shifts! Wanting somewhere I can come have good after work chats with and binge in netflicks with me :) with a cheeky wine thrown in!
I've been living in London for the last two years (originally from the Gold Coast, don't judge) and my Visa has come to an end. So I've decided to move to Melbourne. I've enrolled to do a course at the Melbourne Fashion Institute. It's part time and in the evenings. I'm easy to get along with. The usual, mother has trained me well around the house as I am clean, tidy etc. Would love to hear from you! x
Hello fellow housemates. I'm a happy, positive and easy going sort, I enjoy living a healthy lifestyle, I LOVE cooking with fresh produce and exercising whenever I get the chance. I'm working full-time in childcare and studying my Diploma of Early childhood by distance, so during the week I'm quite busy and will most likely spend time on my computer studying after work (although I am easily distracted by netflicks or an interesting conversation). I am vegan but do not care what other people eat, I'm a strong believer in doing what is right for you and respecting everyone's views. On the weekends I try not to take life too seriously, Im quite social when time allows and like to spend time with friends, enjoy watching live music which usually accompanies a good dance, I like thrift shopping and markets, love the outdoors (would bring with me an ever expanding collection of small potted succulents, bound to make anyone smile) and I'm a sun child so any chance I get to warm my soul in the sun I will take! In terms of living I am very clean and would benefit housing with similar (open) minded/mature people who respect each other's privacy but all get along well as a family unit and are generally happy sorts (:
Both of us work full time and are very clean. Like chilling through the week, having a drink on the weekends, going to festivals, making amazing food and listening to good music. Also very outgoing so would need to live with someone on the same wavelength as us.
Hello future Roommates! We are a French/Scottish Couple in our late 20's on our second working holiday visa. We've already spent our first year travelling and working across Australia. We were previously in Brunswick which we loved but the lease ended as our housemates went travelling. Ideally we'd like to stay in this area but we're open to change! Little about us... My name is Gini 27 years old and originally from Glasgow, Scotland. He's is currently working as a sales assistant in a bike store, Ludo is a keen cyclist, triathlete sports in general oh and cheese! Like to lead a healthy lifestyle, keep fit, eat clean (not opposed to the odd treat now and then). Love to cook, try new recipes and happy to share meals and a bottle of wine! Both of us are clean and tidy, I like to keep things organised. We're looking to call a place home not just a place to live. Happy to share with open minded, respectful people from any nationality. I know our length of stay is short because of our travel plans but if you like the sound of us and think we'd suit your home, please don't hesitate to drop us a message! Merci :)

I enjoy art/galleries, board games and a good drink. I'm easy-going, LGBT+ friendly, sociable and responsible. Looking for a private room in a sharehouse where everyone respect each other and also share the fun of living together instead of hiding in their own rooms. If it sounds suitable for your house, I would love to hear from you, thank you. Also, because it is the worst time of the year to find a place now, I'm actually planning to start my own sharehouse. If anyone is interested in teaming up just shoot me a message and we should meet up ASAP, cheers!

Hey guys, I'm Mitchell. I've lived in a rural town my whole life so I'm long overdue for a change of scenery. I won't be moving until mid to late June, but its better to be organised. I consider myself to be a pretty nice guy, I value my friends and I'm happy to go out of my way to help somebody out (if you're upset, I'll probably just quote Simpsons until you smile). When I move I will be studying Animation, so between that and working I won't be in the house all that often. When I am at home you will find me reading a book, gaming, cruising through netflix, or listening to podcasts. I consider myself to be a pop culture fiend, so if you like Game of Thrones, Rick and Morty, or anything inbetween throw me a bone. I like to keep quite active and I regularly go to the gym. I do play around with the guitar a little bit aswell, so if you are a muso and want to jam that would be lovely too. Ideally, I would love to live with 2 or 3 other people to expand my social circle (I'm leaving all my friends behind ):) If you think I'll fall in with your bunch, please consider me.
I am a bright and charismatic 25 year old, self employed, music and movie nerd. David Bowie, Robert Smith and Pink Floyd are my life! I love gigs, reading and watching documentaries, drawing favourite move characters and movies, play music, exercising, meeting new people and hanging out at bars and pubs during where there is good music. I am very clean, always clean up after myself and contribute to household items and chores, drama free and would not be just the type to stay in my room all day. Ready to move out as soon as possible :) Please contact me if you are interested in getting to know me and think I'd be a great fit to your household :)
Hello! We're both British (English) and are over in Australia for a good few months on a 12 month working holiday visa. We just want to suck up and live the Aus lifestyle for a good few months whilst earning some money for our keep and also more importantly to have some fun. We both love music/live music and just socializing with people! We're definitely laid back friendly people that are easy to live with, but also tidy and respectful towards others! We're now ready to see what Melbourne has to offer and hope to find a cool place to share and live with others.
