Hi! I am a 28 year old female. I am self employed and operate a small swimwear business as well as online tutor students, which means that I work from home. I have no pets and I don’t smoke. I enjoy yoga, health, Netflix and travelling. I’m friendly, organised, clean, respectful and super relaxed. I have the occasional family/bf who comes over.
Hi, I'm Maria! Im 26 and working full time in facilities and maintenance management. I also work in retail on the odd weekend as a casual, which I really enjoy. Clean and tidy, which goes without saying. Quite the extrovert, love having a chat with a wine/IPA, but also happy to have a quiet night in with a book/Netflix binge. Currently living in the western suburbs, and looking to make the change to the east to be closer to work (Richmond). I never really know what to say in these things, so if there's anything you want to know, please ask away! Hope to hear from you soon :)
I am Yoojin from South Korea. I am currently taking a leave of absence from the University, and I have only left one more semester to graduate. Before I graduate from the university and leave Melbourne the end of this year, I'd like to share the property with flatmates and have a great, memorable time! I am very confident to say that I am very clean, and tidy, so that I clean my own room, and shared space everyday.
Hi Guys, living in shared apartments, on cruise ships, vans and festivals since over 7 years makes me - so say my former roomates - a fun and respective roomie :) I am from Munich, Germany and will study a semester abroad for six moths, starting mid-july. I am planning to work half-time and ready to explore the vibes of the city and everything Australia has to offer. I love the feathers in my hair, i am craving for banana milk shakes and am addicted to listen good music (any taste but metal). Always good for a beer, a philosophical chat about everything or any kinds of sport, especially skate (it's life) and acro yoga (looking for a partner!)! I also do - recording to my grandma - the best curry (veggie/vegan/standard) in the world. My parents provided me with education that makes paying rent on time, cleaning after me, helping wherever I can and respecting privacy and diversity a basic instinct. So, if you have something cozy, tiny, chilled, furnished, central or with connections, friendly and not over 180 $/week I am your best candidate! Looking forward to get in touch, of course also everyone offering something outside the suburbs I tagged. Sending good vibes from the European summer, Te
Hello, Looking for a place to live whilst I finish my final semester at RMIT. I study and work in Communications, as well as a bit of music and dance performance on the side. I'm a real creative person, and would describe myself as an introvert, although I'm super open and happy to chat to anyone about anything. I'm into current events, ted talks, classic rock, electronic music, playing guitar and singing. I love keeping fit and going to gym everyday... So an occasional gym buddy would be a bonus! I'm tolerant and aware of personal space, noise and keeping things looking tidy. I'm also hoping to find a place that's close to a main street and train station.
I'm a Colombian girl who have been living in Melbourne for nearly 3 years. I'm currently studying a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and also working as a Childcare Educator. I'm coming from London, UK and Stefania is coming from Uruguay. We are both friendly and calm people. We are old family friends and looking for 2 separate rooms. We both have been brought up with a very strict family and because of it we are super clean and organised. I've rented our spare rooms in London most of my life so I am well aware of what is acceptable and what isn't. Stefania is a Vet and I am in the Events Management industry - we heading over to Australia to lead a professional life and enjoy what the city has to offer. Landing on the 21st Aug (Melbourne) and open to locations.

Hey folks! My name is Sumit and I am a Master's student of Design at Monash Caulfield. I had been living in Oakleigh for 9 months and then in Caulfied for a month. I am looking for a private room in a quite setting. Being a post grad student, I spend most of my time at uni while doing my assignment. Even on weekends, I am at library for most of the day. I keep my room very tidy and like staying with people who prefer keeping home organised. I do not smoke at all but do take wine occasionally while socialising. Though I am mostly busy with studies but I do like to talk a bit. My friends say that I am a good listener. My growth has given me enough wisdom to appreciate the differences in opinions. I may have a different opinion than people but that shall never affect my respect for them till the till their conduct is ethical. You can always trust me for rent as I never miss the deadline. I am looking for a flat or house with one or two bedrooms. I have been through enough mess while living without contract because of real-estate agents or flatmate's carelessness and do not want to go ahead without it. Don't want to live a disturbed life again. After going through this mess for long, I have become very sensitive and very careful of my rights. Not interested for any more games, seriously!!! I am looking for a furnished apartment/room with shared facilities of refrigerator, washer, dryer, gas as a standard equipment + a carpark. A BIR is a must for my bedroom. . let me know if you think that you can team up with me or offer me a place to stay for next 1 year or more. . I am intending to move in Week 2 of July 2018. Thanks and kind regards.... :)
I am a female working hospitality professional in my 30s. I've lived and shared an apartment in Southbank for the last 6 years and I am now looking for a teamup to move into a brand new 2 bed 2 bath apartment at the end of July or early august if possible. I am very friendly but love having my own space and time. I am responsible and like to keep things around the house organised and neat. If it fits with you then message me so we can discuss. I have few properties I'd love to recommend.
Both of us are from India, and are pursuing our masters degree in Melbourne. We prefer the no smoking policy. A single room with two single beds suffice. Please let me know if you have any availability. Thanks.
I am from Lahore, Pakistan. Recently moved to Melbourne for higher education. Currently living in a temporary accommodation. I am a fun loving person with a positive attitude. I love to travel, try out different cuisines, and make new friends.
I’m respectful and conscientious, easy going and kind! Have a passion for houseplants, ice cream and sleep. I’m a full time design and marketing student, also working two jobs. In my spare time I love to take photos, watch movies and enjoy delicious food. I’ll cross the road to pat a cute cat, but not in a weird way. Born and raised, I’m Melbourne to the core and still in love with this city!
I work long hours, starting at 400am and finish around 600pm. I'm direct, honest, genuine and very respectful of other people but in the same sentence I lack the ability to care about people who wont help themselves and just complain. There is always a solution to any problem, even if its a painful and hard decision that needs to be made. I'm very laid back and love to joke around and have a great sense of humour. I do like meaningful conversation as listening to what others have to say develops my minds abilities and helps me to discover new directions in myself. I'm an open book but by nature I am a private person and I do like my own space at times. I guard myself accordingly and I can be selfish and unforgiving but if I don't look out for myself who will. I enjoy movies, reading, dining out, nature, animals or just catching up on sleep. I try to live a simple life free of complications and attachments. I need very little in life to function and survive and this works for me so you can be whoever you wish to be and I wont blink. If your interested contact me.

Non-smoker and looking for a non-smoking house/unit. I don't party/entertain but do enjoy good conversation and social interaction with flatmates. I am tidy and respectful of others. Apart from study, I work part-time, enjoy photography, music and movies. My creative past-times are fairly quiet (e.g., editing photos on laptop). Ideally looking to share with like-minded, tidy people 30+ (professionals or students; any gender; LGBT welcome). Need a room that will accomodate my queen size bed and writing desk, etc. Reliable internet is essential and would prefer bills (some or all) included, though not essential. Prefer a place with no pets. Will consider each property on its own merrits, so please get in touch.
