I’m moving to Melbourne from WA next month to start a job in the city. I lived in Melbourne seven years ago and I’m excited to return. I am sociable and friendly but also quiet and enjoy personal space - I am also conscious when my housemates need their alone time. I enjoy cooking for myself and others and the odd glass of wine. I like to meditate and cycle my bike in my spare time - when I’m not reading. I don’t mind a few drinks but I am not interested in living in a party house and definitely do not want to be around drugs. I don't like smoking but will tolerate it if you are far away from me when you smoke and not inside the house.
I'm Aideen !! 25 years old from Ireland working as a nurse. Just back from my regional work looking for a room in a shared house or keen to teaming up with others😊 Friendly, outgoing looking to to meet new people and have the craic !!
I’m Lisa, I’m relocating to Melbourne with my two small chihuahuas - so looking for a household that love dogs! I’ve got a car, but won’t be bringing my furniture over with me. I work full time, I’m tidy, easy going, and I’ve done the sharehouse thing before :) I am currently employed full time (I have been working in the same job for 8 years)
Hi, I'm Judith - from sunny Barcelona (Spain) to Melbourne. I have been living in Australia for almost one year now and over 7 months in Melbourne. I work full'-time in a startup in Prahran and I enjoy a lot my job but I also work pretty long hours... that's why I like to make the most of my free time! I'm social, easy going and I'd like to say a positive-thinker. I enjoy having a healthy lifestyle, I like going to the gym and doing outdoors activities when the weather is nice, I love coffee and my perfect Sunday plan includes a nice brunch in a cosy cafe. I like preparing my own meals for the week but I also enjoy dining out every now and then. I'm always keen to have fun and some drinks on the weekend but I also enjoy Netflix & Chill type of evenings. I like to think of my home as my sanctuary, I don't mind having friends over every now and then but not looking for a party house. I'm very respectful when it comes to sharing common areas, I like to keep spaces clean and tidy. Being away from my family and friends I would love to live with someone I can chat with, have a tea in the evening afterwork or watch a Netflix show together but I also enjoy spending some "me time".
Hi all, I moved down to Melbourne from Queensland at the start of last year to start work as a physiotherapist. I love what Melbourne has to offer so would prefer to be closer to the city. I've lived in share houses for a few years and have been lucky enough to share with some pretty great people. Happy sharing responsibilities but am a terrible cook.. I'm always up for adventures and exploring and ideally would like a place that feels like home, so would love to find someone social to move in with that could become a friend rather than just housemates. I also have a car so I would be looking for somewhere that at least had on-street parking. If anyone is looking to team up I'd be super keen as well. Preferably in a 3 bedroom place to split costs more but open to anything. Please only contact me on the website as right now I'm living in flight mode. I may take a couple of days to reply as I'm in and out of wifi! Ideally looking to move December or January.
Nomadic Melbourne media man. Work in Sponsorship at Australia's only LGBTI+ radio station JOY. I am friendly, fun clean and caring. I have been living in Collingwood for the past few months taking over someone's lease and I am looking to stay in the area longer and avoid heading back to the South Eastern suburbs.
I'm originally from Brisbane, and relocated to Melbourne last year. I work for the State Government in a full-time, professional role in an area that I'm passionate about. During the week after work, I mostly like to spend some down-time at home and chill out in front of the TV. On weekends, I love getting out and about in Melbourne and beyond - exploring, going to special events, and catching up with friends. Always up for adventures, new experiences, and robust conversations! I'm genuine, honest, and easy-going, and appreciate the same in others. I love beautiful buildings and spaces, and would love a spacious apartment or house with some character (but also some heating and cooling!). I'd like to be close to public transport and to have grocery stores, good food, and car sharing facilities close by. I'm mad about indoor plants, and have some furniture to bring along with me. I'm kind, respectful, independent, genuine, honest, easy-going, and a good communicator - and I'm keen to share a place with a flatmate who has these same qualities.
I'm a 30 year old man who has been living in Brisbane for the last 3 months but will be relocating to Melbourne for work. Looking for a private furnished room. Working as a Sales Engineer during weekdays, I like to go exercise either before or after work and love to spend my weekends outside exploring, playing sports and go out to try new cafes or restaurants. Thus you'll mostly have the couch for yourself :) I'm a clean, really active and easy-going person who's always up for a chat or sharing great conversations when at home. I also already have 3 years' experience living with flatmates. If I sound like a good fit for you/your flatmate, send me a message to chat more, Cheers, Nicolas
I'm a 29 year old Event Manager, working for a group of venues on Southbank. I moved from the UK 3 years ago, and sponsored through work. I'm fairly outgoing, active and always down for a chat and some beers, chill watching a movie at home or hitting some bars. I respect others privacy and always happy to chill on my own in my room when the mood takes.
Hey! My name's Dan and I'm originally from the fringes of Sydney. I got back from living in Queenstown, NZ a couple months ago, I was a tour guide while I was over there and spent a lot of my time either out doing hikes or rock climbing or just hanging with friends. I'm looking to make the move down to Melbourne and find some rad people to live with! I'm not a super big party person, I like to go out every now and then but not intending on bringing the party home constantly, I know at least 2 card tricks I can show off and more than enough card games to keep things nice and competitive AND give really great massages (according to all housemates prior) and most importantly I know how to look after myself AND a house, so you don't have to worry about dishes left for daysss on end (lived that experience, hated it, never again). ANYWAY, hope to hear back from you? Talk to you? Whatever works :)

hey, I'm a girl from Barcelona looking for a single room for myself. I'm studying in the city and working part-time. So I'm pretty busy during the week. I'm really friendly and easy going person, always keen for a weekend plan. Let me know if you have something to offer for me and I would be happy to come for an inspection and have a chat to know each other.
Hey! I'm Amber! I'm a pretty cool and easy going chick from the Kiwi Land. Iv'e been living in Australia for two and a half years now. Working in Queensland but ready for a change, so am making the move to Melbourne. I work as a Radiographer, my new job will require lots of travelling so I will probably not be around a heap during the week. But when I am around I'm always up for a chat. I love the gym, outdoors, the beach, a wine or two, and winding down with a few episodes of Netflix or the Bachelor.
Hey there. Christian from Norway here. 30 years old. Physiotherapist by trade, but currently working in construction here. Will be working a lot and be quite busy outside of work as well. Basically looking for a neat place where I can unwind and relax. Like to have it clean around me and am pretty easy-going. Hey there! I have just accepted a new role in Melbourne so am making the move from sunny Brisbane in November. I work in marketing Mon - Fri and am pretty chilled during the week. On weekends I am keen to check out all the foodie hot spots and adventure around Melbourne. I love the outdoors, keeping active, red wine and home cooking! Super chilled, tidy and looking for somewhere I can come home to relax.
I am Italian travelling around Australia since more than one year. I'm friendly, clean and tidy. I like having my personal space but I also like talking and spend time with my housemates, eating and drinking together. My plan is staying in Melbourne until Feb/March at the moment.
I'm a Londoner working as a freelance music events professional, looking to make a new home in Melbourne for the summer. I'm hoping to work through the Australian festival and outdoor music event season - something which has taken me to Glastonbury and the Croatian Coast in the past. I'm a huge fan of music of all genres and I am always trying to go out and support the local scene. Whenever I'm not working I am nearly always travelling somewhere, somehow, on some ridiculous budget, going out to watch music, cycling, going on hiking/nature weekends and hanging out with friends. I've lived in plenty of house shares in London, Cape Town and around Europe, so I can easily adapt and fit into any space. I prefer to live in a social, positive, clean environment with open-minded people where I can have a laugh and maybe polish off a bottle of wine or two. I'm planning to get a bike when I arrive in Melbourne so I'd like somewhere secure to store that. I'm an extremely liberal person and I'm attracted to people of all genders - you must be an accepting, inclusive household.
I am responsible and respectfull person, i am sociable but i like my own space too. I am looking for a long term single room in merlbourne. I'm coming to melbourne to work with a working holiday visa, so i won't be spend much time at home. I only want a big cozy room in a share flat.
I've recently moved to Melbourne from Perth and am looking for a fun place to live! I'm 28, working full time as a facade engineer in the city and easy going. I only came here with some boxes of clothes and a motorbike so I prefer being outdoors in my spare time either at the gym, hiking or reading. Would like to check out places in Melbourne and see what's good out there, don't mind the occasional pub or bar venture and good conversations! Looking for like minded hassle free people, would prefer a place for a minimum of 6 months. 😊 Don't require a furnished room as I have a bed sorted. 😊
