Hey guys! I'm looking for an awesome new place that's a bit closer to the city (a furnished room ideally). I'm currently a PhD student (perception/attention/consciousness kinda stuff) at Monash uni. I'm super easy going, pretty quiet through the week (though I do love a chat over a beer or wine), enjoy relaxing with a Netflix binge (crime docos, laughing at reality TV and any comedies), trying new foods/beverages/places --- and of course, I'm respectful, clean and quiet! I'm flexible on moving dates but am preferably looking to move at the end of May (though sooner than this is do-able too) Let me know if I sound like I'd be a good fit :) Cheers!
Originally from Amsterdam, I’m a pretty easy going and down to earth person. I work in advertising and in my free time I like to travel, go for a run, watch Netflix or meet up with friends. I don’t smoke, clean up after myself, love animals but don’t own any pets. Ideally I would like to live in a house with like minded housemates that respect each other’s privacy, but also like to hangout and chat occasionally. That being said, a studio apartment would also be great. I’m flexible in terms of the moving date.
I've just moved here from Perth. I'm quiet, neat, a non-smoker and pretty sociable. I'm in the marketing industry, and I enjoy sports, reading, travelling and am enjoying getting out and about and exploring Melbourne.
Hi there! My name is Sarah and I will be moving to Melbourne from America on a working holiday visa. My boyfriend currently lives in Adelaide and we are looking for a place to move in together. We are both social, clean, and will be working part-time. Currently, we are looking for a short term or month to month lease. We don't really have a preference on who we live with as long as they are cleanly, relaxed, and somewhat social. Cheers!
I am looking for a room in Melbourne. I hold a master in economy and will be studying law at RMIT while working part/full time. I speak english, french, spanish. I am relaxed, don't smoke or drink and not looking for a party house but a calm environment, non smoking place only. I am taking care of the place where I live in and I am very respectful of others. I love to exercise, practice yoga and to cook healthy food.
Hi My name is Monica from Chile lived 7 last years in Paris. I'm studing full time as dancer teacher in Richmond and waitress in the weekends in the city. my passion is sports and health I'm 29 years old, I like to travel, I speak 3 languages I would like to speak 5 one day, I'm clean, I like listen to music, and watch movies, very social and active woman. My courses is for 1 more year so I'm looking for some 1 year. Thanks
I’m originally from Perth, I moved to Melb a year and a bit ago, and I’ve only lived in Richmond but I’m open to other suburbs too! I don’t want to live in the CBD because I work there. I’m friendly, respectful, and clean. I enjoy a nice chat around the dinner table, kitchen, or lounge - maybe we can cook together! I’m not a vegetarian but I don’t eat meat at home. I've been living alone so I have furniture I can bring over. I also need to give a month notice before moving out of my current place. I work full time as an ESL teacher so after work I want to unwind. I want to live in a place when I can feel at home, not confined to my bedroom, or feel like I have to tip-toe around you. I prefer to stay in, drinking gin, and binge watch trash TV than going out to clubs and partying. I’m quite the homebody but I do go out every now and then. I’d also like the option to bring a friend or two over to the house (no parties, don’t worry).
Hi All, I've recently relocated from Perth to Melbourne in order to enjoy the wonderful lifestyle on offer and also for a new role at work. I'm 31 and work full time at a major Australian bank in Docklands. I like to catch up regularly with friends, shop, yoga/pilates, go out for meals/drinks, cook, bake, watch netflix and travel each year. I have a friendly personality and looking forward to living/working in Melb. I've grown up in Perth and currently own my own 2 bedroom apartment in Perth so I understand the responsibilities that come with it and like to keep it tidy and clean. Looking for a place that is very close to a train st so it’s easy to get into the city, plus trams. I won't have a car so excellent public transport is key. Hoping my new flatmates (up to 2 max) will be fun, clean, tidy and friendly. Initially looking for a place to settle into the city for around 4-6 months, with potential to extend. Also great (I'm told by friends) at making an excellent shared cheese and nibble platter!

Hi, My name is Paola and I’m 27, about to turn 28 in a few months. I’m originally from Italy but have decided to call Australia home and have recently gained Australian citizenship. I’m a kindergarten teacher working in Brunswick and I’m looking for a place to live in Brunswick. I love the area and I would also like to reduce my current commute time to work. I currently work four days a week and I do some relief teaching work on my days off. I’ve lived in shared houses for the past ten years both in Italy and Australia. I like to live in a neat and clean place. I’m very respectful of other people’s privacy but I also like to share a meal or watch a movie together. I like yoga and have recently started swimming again. I’m flexible with moving in dates. If there is anything you would like to know about me don’t hesitate to ask. Ciao, Paola
New Zealand bred. So I get mocked for saying "bro" and "fush". Working full time in construction management and train Muay Thai and BJJ after work, which keeps me busy. Like to banter about travel, business, design, architecture, property, entrepreneurship and mixed martial arts. You can find me chilling and sipping on gin and tonics with a book or listening to podcasts. Looking for a nice clean place to come home and relax in.
Just your every day young fella, looking for a place to live that feels comfortable to be my self. Love to cook (and clean up) be social and meet new people. Disclaimer- Not my child in the profile pic. Just a proud Uncle
Hello! I’m a 20 year old full time worker, originally from Scotland but have lived in Melbourne 4 years. I currently live with my family in Windsor, but now I’m keen to get my own space! Not looking too far because I love this side of the city. Very bubbly, love a good chat preferably over some wine & cheese! **Self acclaimed Chapel Street happy hour expert** :)
Matthew and I are an easy going young couple. We are relocating from Perth to Melbourne. I (Emily) am studyig my Masters of Social Work part time and working full time in the disability sector. Matthew is about to start a Masters of International Business and is hoping to get a transfer to an ANZ branch in Melbourne east. During the week, if we aren't at work, we will be at University or a library. On the weekends, we are hoping to go on adventures around Melbourne and surrounding areas.
Hello potential flatmates! I'm moving to Melbourne from Auckland, New Zealand for my new job as an electrical engineer in the CBD area. I will be arriving from Mid April 2018 and hoping to find an awesome place with some cool people. I'm friendly, tidy, and respectful of others space and privacy. I am easy going, am always up for a chat and tend to go with the flow but I also like my own downtime. I like my fair share of cooking experiments, hiking and and trying new foods at trendy new restaurants in the city. I enjoy playing football, listening to music and being outdoors. I love to travel and enjoying hearing about other's traveling experiences. I did my engineering degree in Brisbane so I'm not a stranger to Australia but I haven't seen much of Melbourne so I can't wait to explore the city! Feel free to message me if you are interested in having me as a new flatmate or doing a team up! :)
We are two sisters from New Zealand who have come to Melbourne to work. We are Burmese kiwis, 19 and 24. We are very friendly and respectful of everyone and anything. We have had 5 years of experience in renting so are very reliable. I am a Graphic Design student who studied in Wellington and Auckland, New Zealand. My older sister has completed 4 degrees in business, botany, neuroscience and biotech. I am working full time in Hospo and my sister is looking for a 9-5 job. We have enough savings to be able to pay rent for a few months definitely. It would be great if you could contact us if you have anything available. We are looking to make friends not just roommates. We both lead independent lives. We love to paint, draw, watch movies and play board games. Huge fans of studio ghibli films. We are a intj and a enfp. It'd be great to meet you. Willing to pay up to 350 if bills are included! :)
We are two fun loving guys doing our Masters at Deakin University. Work part time too, so wouldn’t be bothering much. Although we wouldn’t ever mind cooking a meal for everyone and probably sharing a drink or two. Like to keep things tidy and sorted, none that’s OCD.
I work full time in IT and recently moved to Melbourne from Perth. I'm easygoing, very quite, respectful, clean, sociable and well versed in share house living. I can offer several references from past housemates I previously lived with in Perth. I have a car so I am looking for some kind of parking.
