Hi! My name is Shannon and I come with a 2 year old kelpie mix Koda, she's well trained, including toilet trained, and loves other dogs if you happen to have a furry friend. She does spend a lot of time inside where we are currently, she sleeps in my room and hangs out inside when I am at work, however I understand this may require some flexibility upon moving and that is totally fine. We have also lived with cats so she's pretty well adjusted to different things. Enough about my better half, a little about me. I work full time in administration, not the most challenging but it's stable and pays the bills! I've lived in share accommodation for around 5 years now in different situations so I understand cleaning up after yourself and being respectful of others. Ideally I would like to have some sort of friendship with the people I live with, whether it's sharing a meal or having a pint, watching the football or whatever, I just think it makes for a nicer dynamic. I'm not looking to move until Jan/Feb but I think it's worth having a look sooner rather than later as these things tend to sneak up and I would like to find the right fit rather than somewhere just for the hell of it. I'm pretty open so any questions just ask! Thanks :)
very well traveled Canadian/Aussie recently new to Melbourne from Singapore and the middle east....spend most weekends sailing at Brighton or Sydney or at a mates farm... (almost) OCD clean, don't cook much (for one these days) but happy to join in and share food costs or do my own thing - trying to move to more veggie-t
British working trainee looking for a room around Melbourne whilst i study, gain experience and work within the Plumbing sector. Looking for neat and tidy shared Studios, Households and Flats to join or to rent private. I am an avid Gamer and Techie being so i spend a decent amount of time enjoying my hobbies so similar people are always welcomed although anyone friendly and nice to get on with is just as good, I am a quiet person but can also join in on community or group activities happily. I would prefer to be in a house without smokers (I do not smoke myself) and although i love animals/pets (My family currently owns 3 German shepherds and a Boxer) i would rather not share living accommodations with any bigger animals while living in a smaller/shared space. I will be moving on the 27th of December so that is when i will need the accommodation. Thanks for reading.
I'm a graphic designer and I run my own freelance design company. I work from home most days but I am on the road often to consult with clients. I'm a pretty social person, when I get free time I like to head into the city or Windsor and catch up with friends for dinner and drinks. On the weekends I like to go for bike rides, or head to open air cinema in the summer or a nice rooftop bar. I have a 5 year old Japanese Spitz who is completely house trained and super cute (I may be biased!). He doesn't chew except his own toys, and he's very laid back and friendly and doesn't bark much at all. He is great with cats and other small dogs, but is scared of big or aggressive dogs.
Sydney has been home for almost 11 years. Its Melbourne calling now. Accepted an awesome role and will be working full-time in the city. I am a 50% introvert and 25% extrovert. Undecided on the rest. You get to decide that! I love cooking and cleaning. If you don't find me in front of the TV watching Netflix or Stan, I may be out and about with my Kindle. I am looking for 2-4 months accommodation. Non smoker and no fuss individual.
Looking to move during feb, anytime before Feb 28th! I'm a part time nanny, studying Paramedicine looking for like minded people to make a new home with! I'm super open minded, easy going, dog obsessed and have a small addiction to indoor plants. I'm honest, respectful, sarcastic...sometimes a little sassy, but always real and friendly. I like my home to be a cosy sanctuary with good vibes all round and generally kept pretty tidy! I'd like to be able to find 1 or 2 (preferably) females to live with and hopefully become good friends with too! Bonus if you have nice pets! My hobbies include binge watching tv shows, stalking dogs at the dog park, reading and snowboarding. I also love to have drinks at home/bars and would love to do so with my housemates. I am a very food orientated person, I'm vego but respect others food choices too..I talk/think about food 90% of the time so get used to that. If you are looking for a more long term home and think you might get along with me shoot me a message and let's meet up!

Hey, my name's Oliver, 28yo, and currently living in Southbank. I live a bit of a busy lifestyle, mainly with work. I work two jobs, one is a full time office (Mon-Fri) job based in Collingwood and the second is a casual hospitality job that I work a couple of nights a week for a bit of extra pocket money. When I'm not working I'm usually either out with friends, gym or chilling at home binge watching some TV show. I do own a 4 year old, female, British Short Hair, indoor cat named Harlow. As long as I feed her then she's an easy one to look after. She will just do her own thing and basically nap all day. So if the place is off the ground I would prefer a balcony that is not easy for her to jump off. She loves being outside on the balcony so it's not a deal breaker if there is one, I may just have to baby proof it for her. I do own some furniture also. I have all your basic stuff plates, cutlery, mugs, pots, utensils, kettle, toaster etc and on top of that I have a huge couch that could fit 4-5 people. I also have a TV + unit, I do have unlimited WiFi under my name if it's needed but can always cancel that. Then I've got all my own bedroom gear. I would prefer a place with BIR, A/C (I don't use it a lot but when it's needed) and a dishwasher.
Hey Hey! I'm a full time nursing student and a retail assistant looking for a lovely home to live in with some awesome people. I'm a very outgoing gal who likes to have a drink or two but also likes to kickback. I'm happy to hangout with potential room mates if my schedule isn't hectic. Huge tennis fan, foodie, a bit of a movie geek and a gym junkie. I clean up after myself and above all, understand the importance of personal space of fellow room mates.
Hi My name is Shahrokh and it has been about 3 months since my arrival in Australia. I am looking for a place in which I cab have a furnished ensuite with separate private toilet and bathroom and kitchen and a shared lounge. I prefer the room to be a master room and I also need to have access to a washing machine and internet. I am a researcher and a tradesman. I am around 40. Non smoker, non drinker and I usually spend my days reading and doing my work. I jog daily and I like swimming, diving, parachuting and archery. I like to join a group with whom I can enjoy regular hiking and camping. I am adventurous and willing to take risks and enjoy new experiences. There is no need for meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) to be provided for me in the place that I rent. My main aim for wanting shared accommodation is to join a group that will help me become more familiar with the Australian culture as well as improve my English and cultural awareness. I prefer to start by renting for a month, then if all goes well with both parties, we can extend the duration. I can move on the 20th of this month. I would be happy to be of help to the people I am sharing the place with and as this is my first experience in shared accommodation, it takes time for me to adapt, which I hope will happen soon with the help of my housemates. Respect and well behaved manners are of vital importance to me in my relationship with others and vice versa. With due respect,
I am really easy going, super tidy and I am looking for somewhere I can call home rather than somewhere I'm renting. I love to meet new people and I am very approachable. I have an active healthy lifestyle and try and eat well ...... just dont put biscuits near me or thats it! Im the type of girl who'l put the kettle on when your having a bad day and listen to it all :) I like all kinds of music ...just not that heavy metal ish... and love a good car karaoke (think more smelly cat than mariah carey). I love exploring new places and enjoy a good road trip, I am looking at living with single gals ideally :) I am currently living in South Yarra and my lease is up end of Jan (flexible on moving date however if i have to move sooner) Please note- Not interested in sharing a room Not interested in student housing Thank you :)
Hey there, my name's Lachlan and I'm currently looking for short term accomodation after recently moving to Melbourne from Adelaide. I've been working full time as a designer in St Kilda working long hours Mon - Fri and am hoping to find a place nearby. St Kilda definitely has an incredible feel to it and I've fallen in love with the place. Also quite fond of Port Melbourne. I'm an extremely easy person to get along with. I'm passionate about music and miss my days of playing in bands but still love heading out to see live music when I can. I've had a sporty upbringing and enjoy the routine of the gym once I'm in a rhythm. In simple terms, I'm basically, a pretty normal, pleasant person looking forward to having a room to come back home to at the end of a day to relax in. Look forward to meeting you soon. Lachlan.
Greetings! I'm Jalal and have recently graduated from veterinary school at the University of Queensland. I'm moving down to Melbourne in early January 2018 to start work as a small animal vet in the south eastern suburbs and am looking to share with one or two other housemates. I'm really easy going, friendly, down to earth, super clean and tidy, respectful, vegetarian and into fitness/rockclimbing/the outdoors. Ideally I'd be looking for someone else who is working full time, very clean and tidy, open minded and up for a chat! I'm currently still living in Brisbane and will be down in Melbourne from January 2nd. Looking forward to finding a sweet pad and meeting some cool new folks!
My name is Dino, I am a 31-year-old male Australian Citizen who works full-time in Fawkner, Victoria, Australia. I'm originally from Adelaide but have successfully worked and lived in Melbourne since 2015. I am always clean, tidy, professional, responsible, good listener, excellent rent and bill payer who pays on time, friendly, polite, happy-go-lucky and easy going. Always cool, calm and collected, anger is never part of my vocabulary and seeking a flatmate/s who has the same temperament. Knows how to adapt to the person next to me (ie when to be quiet and serious and when to have fun and be social). My closest friends tell me I'm successful, enthusiastic, generous person who makes them laugh. In my spare down time I love to swim, study, read books, play guitar, play basketball, gym, keep myself fit, and go out with best friends some weeknights and weekends. More than happy to meet in Fawkner on either: my lunch break, immediately after work or weekends. I'm the best flatmate you will ever have! :)
We are a fun, happy and sociable couple who love to meet new people and hang out. We are from the UK and have been together 4 years and have built a good network of mutual friends throughout our travels. We are clean, tidy and respectful of others privacy. We work hard and love some chill time but also love a few beers and are always up for a laugh. Looking for somewhere to call home for the next few months in Melbourne... and somewhere to bake delicious baked goods😊
My name is Mahlia and I'm a 28 year old female currently working full time Monday to Friday. I am looking for a chilled out house where it can feel like a home. Not a huge drinker but don't mind the odd night out. A considerate and trustworthy housemate who is up for hanging out and a chat. Love getting outdoors and exercising around St Kilda and the beach. Massive yoga fan and generally eat pretty healthy but I do have the self control of a small child when it comes to sweets. I have a bike and would like to be able to store it somewhere safe also. *Ideally looking for something 5 minutes or less walking distance from Acland Street. I only want to live with clean and social people!!!! Would really prefer to live with females.
We are three norwegian girls who are moving to Melbourne in january. All of us are going to study at RMIT University, so we would like to live somewhere we easily can get ourselves to the university. We are nice, outgoing and tidy girls, who loves to be social. We can like everything from a movie night at home, to going out for a party. We really want to explore the city while we live here. Some of us might get a part-time job later in the semester. We are hoping for an accommodation that is already furnished, but we are open for unfurnished options as well.
I am a working professional who has an impeccable rental history. I am extremely house proud and enjoy making a house my own. I have a daughter, so therefore would rather rent a whole home, granny flat or duplex on my own, however if there was a suitable housemate, I would consider this too. I am currently studying a Diploma of Counseling and looking forward to commencing my own business early next year. I have previously lived in St Kilda on two separate occasions and love the area and the freedom to explore the city with ease. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
