I'm Meg, a 32 y/o textile designer. Just moved back from London after two years away. My weekends are usually pretty busy spending time with friends, family etc but keep it quiet mid week. Have lived in share houses for years so I know the drill. Would prefer to live with social people who also have their own thing going on. Move in date is flexible
I'm moving to Melbourne to start university next year at VCA in Southbank, and am looking for any nice and affordable place to live. I'm somewhat introverted and quiet but easygoing and up for socialising, and I'm easy to get along with. I am a photographer and love art, music, films, games, and pretty much anything creative. I'm also vegan and an animal lover, and great with pets.
Hi future flatmate! I'm Rob, I work full time in digital marketing corporate sales growing small to medium sized businesses and start-ups but stay in touch with my artistic roots. I value intellect and creativity. I'm always interested in learning something new from a genuine character. Ps, I'm a Kiwi! but no I do not want a chup. I'm counting macros. I'm pretty easy going and balanced. I get along with people who are also. I value creativity, authenticity, communication, humor, fitness, music, and I like to network. I'm tidy and clean but not OCD by any means. I'm big on personal development with some pretty challenging goals I'm excited about in the pipeline but I'm equally as excited to hear about yours and maybe even help if you like. I have some side projects I've been working on for a few years that do occupy my attention from time to time so I only ask you don't worry where I am if I'm busy working on them but I'm just going to put it out there casually... I'm fun. I look forward to hearing from you. Rob
Easy-going kiwi who moved over almost 3 years ago, currently working full time and often out with mates outside this. I'm looking for a friendly flat where people are happy to hang out sometimes at home but also like their private time. Being able to have mates over sometimes is essential but I respect being able to come home to a quiet place to relax as well. I usually spend my leisure time watching tv, hanging out with mates, playing pool, etc Send me a message if you think I'd fit with your flat!
Hi, I'm Nana I'm from Japan n 21 years old. I've been here for 8 months on Working Holiday. I'm friendly tidy n responsibility. I like to play sports, go out, go to the beach n talk with people. I would like to get along with flatmates.
my name is Pedro, from Spain, and I´m only 42. I'm in Australia to Study English, and a massage VET course, starting in December. I am clean, tidy, respectful and easy to live with. I love dancing salsa, like cooking playing board games and walking and I´m quiet when I come back home late.
Hi! I'm Mitch. I'm looking for a relatively longer arrangement. 6-12 months or longer. I'm single, non smoker, and have no pets. I work 9-5 for a small private health insurance company. My interests outside of work include seeing live music, enjoying a beverage or two with friends and family, taking iPhone photos of other people's doggos, scrolling through the movies and tv shows on Netflix and not watching a thing, and buying pot plants. I spend a fair few weekends hanging out with my family in country Vic too. I keep my living spaces clean and tidy. I'm chill with cooking my own food or sharing meals with people. I do sometimes go for the convenience of eating out or getting lite and easy delivered weekly. I'm really sociable but also like my own space. I'm all about home being free of confrontation and stress. That's what work is for! I've lived in a really big apartment for 5 years, so I'd like to live in a similar place. Somewhere new/renovated and clean with lots of light and lots of space. Looking for 2 or 3 bedroom apartments/houses/townhouses. I don't have a preference as to living with males or females. I'm also open to getting together a group of 3 or so, and looking at some apartments/houses/townhouses. Send me a message if you're interested! Cheers, Mitch :)
Manon and Vanja, 2 professionals working full time in finance and Health, in our late twenties. Both sporty, easy going and pretty happy to relax around some drinks and good food after a busy day/week at work, we are looking for a home and nice, professional, housemate(s). Feel free to get in touch if you think we would get along! Cheers, Manon & Vanja

I live a free simple life, love a good chat, binge watching tv series, heading out for drinks with m8s and the occasional cooking. I clean up well after myself, am neat but not a clean freak, open minded with a good sense of humour. Currently looking for a room to let that is PET FRIENDLY as I own TWO CATS. Looking to start rent end of december. Cheers!
Hi there. I'm a young professional relocating from Perth to Melbourne in late January. I work full time as an M&A lawyer and love a bit of banter and socialising but also enjoy my own space. I'm pretty easy going, clean and considerate. I also enjoy heading to the gym (when I have the time), watching GoT, weekend brunching and going to live gigs. Ideally looking for an affordable apartment with one or two flatmates, preferably female and also a young professional. Shoot me a message if you're interested.
I am quiet, clean, and keep to myself for the most part. My hobbies include reading, gaming, journaling, and going for runs/walks. I am an open-minded, accepting person and I am looking for a flat-mate/s with those same qualities as well :) I currently live in Adelaide and I hope to move to Melbourne by the end of January to prepare for university at RMIT, where I will be studying Legal and Dispute Studies. I will also be getting a job fairly quickly after I move, I will be on student allowance however so paying rent will not be a problem.

Hey guys! I'm a 26 year-old full-time law student also currently working FT as a barista. Not looking to move right away - probably looking at Feb/March at this stage. Am keen to team up and find a place with probably two more people, preferably similarly aged or find an existing place. Location-wise, I'm somewhat flexible but would love to find somewhere near the beach or potentially north side. Little more about me.. I'm very easy-going and do enjoy my own space and respect that everyone needs their down-time, but also do want to be in a social atmosphere (not a party house though). I love having the occasional wine or two, going to gigs, and getting outdoors. Right now am just really putting the feelers out to see if there's anyone who's not quite ready to make the move yet but want to start getting organised! Or if there's an existing place with someone planning to move out.
The past four years I've been living, studying and travelling through Europe, but decided to come back to Australia to study Architectural design in Melbourne. I'm super easy going and have been living with a few different fat mates before. I'm super tidy and easy to live with.
Im super easy going, love music, dancing and food. Into sustainability and nature. Kinda addicted to camping and sleeping on the beach. Vego 99% of the time and appreciate dry humour. Currently have a worm farm and would like to keep it as I move:)
I am a down to earth, friendly, reliable and clean guy (non-smoker) who has a full-time job in engineering, and enjoys doing various sports and activities at his spare time, crossfit, soccer, cycling. I'm looking for a room (preferably furnished) in St Kilda, South Yarra or surrounding areas.

I'm a nearly 19 year old female working part time and planning on working full time next year, I'm a clean person and I love music and baking. Looking to move in with someone/ a group around my age in the inner east. I'm looking for somewhere with no bond, however I am willing to pay rent in advance 4 weeks.
Hey, We're Bella and Liam, a really friendly couple who are respectful, friendly and easy to get along with. We're desperately looking to move in ASAP, as we need somewhere to commute from to go to work. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks so much, Bella
I am a yuppie, live and work within Melbourne CBD. I think the qualities that make me great to live with anyone are so many that they cannot even fit in this space... really? I think my past and current flat mates can tell you for sure that I am considerate, respectful and easygoing. You would find me caring and willing to help whenever it is required. I know the house rules well since I have been living in shared houses for almost 4 years. Currently, I am based on the corner of Flinder/Spencer Street and looking for a good location within CBD, preferably for 6 month. I already own all the necessities including white goods, appliances, crockery, furniture etc. so would prefer an unfurnished place that I could share with someone. Feel free to whisper or shout if you want to know more or just want to say HELLO :) Enough about me.... it is your turn now! Ball is in your court... hope to talk with my future flatmate soon. Cheers, Yasir
Hi! I'm Lisa, I'm just completed my Nursing degree at Deakin. I have a graduate year with Monash Health starting from late January. I am super organised, and great with bills. I'm tidy, but not overly OCD with cleanliness. Working shift work will mean that you'll have the house to yourself some nights, but it also means that sometimes I'll have to do night shift and will need to sleep during the day. I am easy to get along with, but I'm also all for personal space. I am an artistic person in the sense that I have tattoos, and I love creating different looks with my hair ect. I just want to move in with someone who is super easy going, and will happily watch The Walking Dead with me! :) I'm not interested in moving into an overcrowded run down share house.
I'm your standard "I can totally hang out with you in the flat and watch movies with wine together or I can totally give you your space because I'm super in touch with the needs of others" type of flatmate. I love cooking, baking, wine, biking, watching videos of dogs, tequila, board games, uber eats, and my air popper. I'm a good roommate and I'm good for my rent money, so yay live with me!
Hey everyone! I'm studying law at Monash in Clayton, and also work part-time. I've got 4 years of rental experience, and have never missed a payment, and have never had any dramas at each of the places I've lived. I'm sometimes pretty busy, but I'm always friendly, clean and chill, and am looking for a decently social or friendly place. Major hobbies are language learning (Italian, Japanese and Malayalam) and travelling (I try and do a day trip whenever I can). Would prefer something between my uni in Clayton and the city, or maybe in the city.

Hi guys, we are a German couple driving into Melbourne one of these days. This year, we have set out for the great adventure of traveling the world. So far we have been exploring and enjoying Israel, South East Asia, including Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and Malaysia, and now Australia. Upon arrival in Perth we bought our Mitsubishi Van and have since traveled through the Nullarbor, across the Great Ocean Road and hopefully soon into Melbourne. Before traveling we have been living in Berlin, Germany, and have come to get used to the many perks of living in a multicultural, young, creative and ever moving city. Some of the things we enjoy are live music, great food, festivals, sports, going dancing and meeting new people. We are social people, yet we respect other peoples' privacy. We are outgoing, but also enjoy a quiet night on the couch. We work hard, and therefore find that we are entitled to a little bit of fun after. We like the place clean, but don't fuss about a pan not cleaned. We believe that you should treat each others the way you want to be treated yourself. Therefore, if you feel like we would be a good addition to your shared house, you can expect us to treat you and your house with respect and consideration. We have both worked in hospitality and are going to look for that kind of work in Melbourne, too. We still have some savings, so we chose to look for an apartment first and then find something close by to be able to enjoy the many things to do in a city as big and vibrant as Melbourne. If you have any questions or concerns, please just give us a call and we'll be happy to answer them all! Cheers, Verena and Zeno :)
Hi guys! Manami is from Japan and I am originally from France. We used to live in Tokyo and work there as a financial accountant (her) and a public high school teacher (me) but we decided to take a break away from Japan and to move to Melbourne to live and work there for about a year. We are very clean, tidy, always eager to help if you need anything and we are a very friendly and sociable couple. We have no problem living in our own space and doing our own things but we are always more than happy to spend some time chatting, sharing beers or a bottle of wine or going out for dinner. We love to cook (especially French and Japanese food), watch TV shows (if you're looking for people to watch the next season of Game of Thrones with, you just found them!), go out to try new restaurants, bike around the city or just relax. If possible, we would like to leave in a central area of Melbourne so we can ride our bicycles anywhere from there. Our ideal budget would be 300 AUD but if your place is really nice and well located, we are ready to go up to 370 AUD (bills/internet included). We would like to move in this month but we are flexible with dates. If you would like us to be your new roommates or if you have any question, please feel free to contact us. Cheers! Manami and Vince
Hi! My name is Patricia, I am an 18 year old currently looking for a place to live close to the city. I work in Melbourne Central, and am hoping to go to Melbourne University to study a Bachelor of Arts in 2017. I'm artistic; I like to sing, write, paint and am currently learning to play the guitar. I'm organised and put together, but I'm also just really easy going. I spend most of my time at my part-time job, doing some volunteer work, and will be out of the house a fair bit. I'm really easy to make friends with, up for a good movie night/party/drinks/whatever from time to time. Personally not a smoker, but don't mind living with people who are.
I work full time as a nurse at St Vincent's. On my days off I enjoy getting outdoors and walking my dog and catching up with friends. I'm looking for a house in the Richmond area for myself and my dog. I'm currently living with my parents so move date is flexible
Hi, I am a very laid back Irish girl who is easy to get along with, I love having chats but I know how to respect people's privacy. I work full time whilst doing a business course so I'm not home very often. I am also very clean tidy.
I've been living in Melbourne for over a year. My currently living in Melbourne CBD and would like to move to the suburbs. I work and study full time, so I don't stay at home much. I enjoy to have a few drinks or cook at home with my flatmates, but I always respect their space. I am very clean and tidy.
Hi! Im looking for professional males/females who are social and have previous shared living experience. I work a typical 9-5 job in the city, keep it pretty low key during the week, go to the gym most evenings etc. During the weekend I enjoy (to name a few) socialising with friends, the odd Sunday session, brunch and dinners out. I love cooking and baking (especially for people other than myself). Have to be out my current house by the start of feb (at the latest). I have found a property in Hawthorn on Barkers Road which I am interested in applying for. I will furnish everything (save for your bedroom and unless you have some furnishings you want to bring as well). $255 per week (for second bedroom). I have a car too and I'm not sure what the parking arrangements are (street etc). See below link and message me if you're interested. https://www.realestate.com.au/property-townhouse-vic-hawthorn-419924634 Cheers :)

My mother is German, dad Egyptian and I speak three languages. Personally, I would say about me that am a very sociable person, I like to interact with people, but also like to spend time alone and respect the privacy of flatmates very much.I like to cook and keeping a place clean is very important to me.I like nice, long walks. I like to party from time to time but not every night...too old for that :)..i like nice interesting talks and meeting new people...could always stay up late for a good midnight talk...but other than that don't stay up too late.
Hi, I'm Bianca! I'm a primary school teacher, 26 years old. I love to discover new restaurants and cafes with my friends, go on weekends away, listen to music and podcasts, cook, and hang out with my family. In terms of a housemate, I am exceptionally tidy and clean. Looking for someone similar in that department... home is a haven :) I may occasionally like to have some close friends over for dinners or drinks, but nothing too crazy. You can expect me to be respectful, quiet, timely with any bills etc. and friendly. I have all furniture so I'm looking for a team up to start a new lease.
I've been traveling around the world for a few years, now deciding to go and do some studying in melbourne. I would say i have a chilled, funny personality, I'm clean round the house and always up for a few drinks and a new adventure. I'm looking for a place from the 13th of January. Just let me know if you want some more info about me. Jack
Hi there, my name is Kat and I am a full-time student looking for a fun and clean place to move it. Myself I between my 2 part-time jobs and uni I like to socialise and swim. Shoot me a message if you think we would make a good team.
I am creative and good for a chat. I like to confront issues rather than let thing fester. I am happy to share what I have. I do have bipolar, but am now medicated. I am a visual artist, currently focused on the creation of graphic novel's, although I have worked in all types of fields (from 3d animation to retail). Fun for me usually involves a few drinks and/or a movie or two.
**Just wanted to point out before anyone msgs me I'm not looking to share a room with someone** I'm originally from Byron Bay but have called Melbourne my home for almost 3 years now. I'm searching for a tidy and quiet-ish share house with people in their early-mid 20's, flexible with the move in date slightly - could wait until early/mid Jan - really just looking for the right place. I am working part time at ANZ head office, as well as studying International relations at Deakin, Burwood, which keeps me pretty busy. Aside from all the usual stuff, like can pay rent and bills on time, housetrained, clean and respectful... I like to get to the beach the rare times the weather is just right, adventure to unknown places, attempt to care for my few plants, yoga, embarrassingly spend way too much time wondering the homeware isles of kmart and love a BYO dinner with friends. Also I'm the girl on the left. Thanks x
Hi my name is Kurt, I work in a call centre in central Melbourne full time, and generally work a 9-5 or 11-7 shift. I'm a person who is always doing something, i love being around my friends, going out for coffees but sometimes i like my own personal time. I'm a very open, non judgemental, clean, organised, professional and a person who mixes well with everyone. If i sound like a person who would fit, send me a message.
Hi my name is Lucy and I'm moving from Adelaide to Melbourne in January to start a new job! I work M-F in the banking industry but always find time to squeeze in exercise (gym and Pilates), cook delicious healthy meals and a bit of down time on the couch to catch up on the social media. I enjoy going out and given I'll be in a new city, I'm very keen to meet new people. Must admit I do enjoy the finer things in life these days but always up for letting the hair down. Currently I play club tennis on a Saturday and would be keen to continue this in my new city. I'm looking for a house that feels like a home, is clean and tidy, and is filled with good vibes! Open to a housemate dinner and wine night every now and then too! Most people would say I'm easy going and fun to live with! Send me a message and we can FaceTime!
I'm a secondary school teacher, looking to move closer in to the city to avoid a 2 hour commute to work in 2017! I'm also finishing my degree at uni as well as working. I'm generally pretty quiet and keep to myself, and would sooner choose a night in with wine and Netflix over a party :)
I am a PhD student who would love to have a clean, organised and quite place to study. Don't watch much TV but don't mind having movie nights, also enjoy a glass of wine and a nice dinner once in a while. I like socializing but at the same time, need my privacy and time alone. Love brunching on weekends. I'm into healthy lifestyle and would like to live with people who have the similar mindset! Just recently started meditation and very new to it. I prefer no dogs in the house. :)
Hi I'm Will, looking for a place around the city campus. I'm great to live with if you are looking for an artistic mate, I play the guitar.I do photography and graphic design for living. I also like to study art, literature and like to draw. I'm an international student from China, I just finished yr 12 and is now heading to RMIT to study industrial design. I usually go out to eat and sleep around 10:30, I have my own vacuum and keep good environmental hygiene.
Hi, I'll be doing the JD at Melbourne uni and I'm after a place that's close to the campus. I'm pretty chilled out and I believe I can be pretty easy to live with. I've lived at college for two years so I really don't mind if you want to have a party every now and then. I'm always up for a few bevs and some good food. Feel free to send me a message if you'd like to have me as a housemate :)
We are two funky friends looking to team up with some new pals to form a share house, hopefully in January ! Georgie has been living on campus at Monash for the past three years studying Physiotherapy (gives good massages), and Austin is making the move up to the big smoke from Tassie in 2017 and hopefully going to start studying at uni here too. Georgie also works a few different jobs, and Austin be finding part time employment too. Georgie and Austin are a couple so would be sharing a room ($$$ off rent!!). We are all really fun and easy going people, love to have a boogie but (especially Georgie) love to buckle down and get some work done. We are all super clean and have good rental histories and references. We love going on nights out, hanging out at home with some bevs, watching tv and doing all the usual stuff you'd expect. We hope to find some like-minded folks to hang out with, cook family dinners and have an excellent year together!!
I am easy going, sociable but independent teacher originally from NZ. Have been flatting for 10 years now, so rest assured I know the drill, i.e. I'm clean, friendly and can pay bills on time. I love to travel, explore Melbourne, meet new people, watch sport, (sometimes play) and read a good book on the beach while drinking a fabulous New Zealand wine.
I am a 23 year old Biomedical Science graduate relocating from Noosa to Melbourne to start a Masters degree in Epidemiology at the University of Melbourne. I am a reliable, quiet, tidy and respectful individual who enjoys an active social lifestyle, with a balance of quiet nights in. I love to cook and indulge in all things food and wine related. Ideally I'm looking for longer term accommodation so I'd be happy to sign onto a 6 or 12 month lease. I am open to either furnished, or unfurnished accommodation as I have some pieces that can be transferred down from Queensland/I am able to provide or chip in for new furnishings. I can relocate down to Melbourne as soon as a place is available.
We are both really easy going and fun individuals. I have just graduated university in England having lived there with people for three years, so know exactly what it is like to share accommodation with people. Looking to find some more permanent accommodation so hope to hear back from anyone !
Hi there! I'm Alex and I'm a 21 year old full time retail worker. I love going out and experiencing new things but I also love my time to chill out and relax. I'm looking for a flat relatively close to the city, as I currently spend an hour getting to work each way, it's starting to wear thin. I'd love to live with a person (or persons) who like to hang out every now and again, but also are okay to want some time on their own. Thanks!
