Chinese-Indo Australian Mechatronic Engineer inbetween jobs moving to Melbourne from Perth on 18th March 2020. Returning to Australia after a 4-year escapade in Munich. Looking for another working lad to live with who's chill with a guy who likes to cook, have some friends over occasionally for a meal, perhaps strum a little guitar, and enjoys his quiet early morning routines.
I'm a sociable introvert. I mostly keep to myself, but if brunch or movies are involved, I'm game. I'm a PhD student at RMIT, so I might be home a lot reading hundreds of journal papers and trying my best to write. I am also a freelance game programmer and I teach kids coding during school holidays. I grew up in the Philippines, worked a bit in Taiwan, and finished my Masters in the UK, and did a working holiday stint here in Australia, before I started my PhD. I speak English, Mandarin and Tagalog. And I'd love to know more people from different cultures, and if you are new here on a Working Holiday (I know what that was like). I'm looking at apartments near CBD, Southbank, South Melbourne, North Melbourne, Carlton, Docklands, Abbotsford, Parkville, Footscray and Maribynong, with 2 bedrooms, looking for someone to team up.
Hi! I’m a clean, kind and considerate housemate, looking for a place to live SHORT TERM for three months. I start a course in early Feb, so ideally would like to move in the last week of January. This course will finish at the end of April, and I will be looking to move interstate thereafter. During my stay - I will be on campus two days of the week, working approx three days and studying otherwise. I do enjoy socialising with friends, love the outdoors and going for an adventure. In a household, I am down to have a beer at the end of day and yarn. Cooking together could be fun. But I do love my alone time and respect your space. I like to be clean. And if you have plants or dogs, that's a bonus! I'm great with both. I will be moving from the Byron Hinterlands so it may be hard to meet before I move in. But if you are open to Skype or FaceTime I'd be happy to do that. I can give you references and pay a portion of my rent beforehand if that helps secure it as well. I have lived in Melbourne for 4 years previously, so I am super familiar with the area and have loads of support networks there :) Hoping to find out open and like minded humans who are full of love. Drop me a message if you think we’d be a good fit :) thank you!
I am a landscape architect working full time in the CBD. I enjoy relaxing spaces and am easy going, up for a chat most nights after work and enjoy sharing meals and TV time. Not much of a partier but do enjoy down time and the company of friends during the weekend. I like to be clean and value housemates who help maintain nice living spaces.
Hey everyone, i'm looking for a new place in the New Year (preferably on the 10th of January, but any time after the 30th December should be fine. Length of stay is flexible.) Location's important, but i'm mostly looking for a friendly home environment where everyone feels comfortable and i'm open to heaps of different personalities/lifestyles! :) About me, i've been living out of home since I finished high school and have an excellent rental history- always on time with rent, bills and cleaning (I can provide references from real estates and even some old housemates!) I also just like to be a considerate housemate, I like to bring a warm vibe home and i'm still close friends with many of my old housemates! I'm super respectful of privacy/boundaries but love being able to chat with housemates too, it's nice to really feel at home- at home. :) (I'm always down to share a chat over a meal or just generally catch up.) I work full-time in the city but also have a writing career i'm starting in Feb, which is meant to slowly take over as my main job along with my various freelancing endeavours (writing webcomics, clothing/costume commissions and helping on film/TV sets!) So i'm definitely a creative type at heart, but also love to stay fit and spend alot of time socializing/exploring outdoors/having some bevs on the weekend to relax from my crazy schedule! I'm also generally just looking for new hobbies/experiences, I like to keep things interesting and enjoy as much stuff out there as I can. I'm honestly not great at writing about myself, but if I sound like someone you wouldn't mind having in your place shoot me a message and ask me some questions! I'm looking forward to meeting some people and seeing how we go. :) Thanks, -Dureece
I'm Ale, I'm a part time Community Services student with a part time job as well I'm 24 yo, from South America, super friendly easy going, clean and respectful. I'm into cooking, reading (crime and mystery) and traveling 😊 I've been in Melbourne for the last 3 years so I know how is to live in a shared house. I'm looking for a place to call home for the next (at least) 6 months, where the vibes are cool and where housemates are up for a chat, drinks or even watch a movie. Be more like a family than just housemates! Flick a message if you think I would be a good fit in your house 😊
Hey! I'm a Frenchie living in Melbourne! I am looking for a short term stay from now until end of February. I am easy going, tidy and respectful. Would love a cozy home and some nice flatmates. I love cooking and painting :) Will be at work most of the time x
I work full time. I like to keep clean and enjoy my own space but don't mind to cook a meal with someone or hang out. I'd like to find someone that is looking to share a flat close to the city.
Hello! My partner Luca and I are moving from Maitland, NSW to Melbourne to study at the University of Melbourne. I will be studying theatre at the Victorian College of Arts and Luca will be studying a Bachelor of Science. We are both creatively minded people, me with my theatre and a bit of art, and Luca with his many guitars (too many!) and would love an inviting space to share that with others. We both come from quite community minded households. We'll keep our space clean, and are always ready to help out around the house. We enjoy cooking and value a healthy lifestyle - we are both vegos :) A good chat over a shared meal is always welcome. Looking forward to finding a place to kick start our adventure in Melbourne!

Hi there. I'm Vishnu from India - headed soon to Australia. Will move in by Jan 2020 as a Masters of Creative Industries student at SAE, Melbourne. Though I am a laid back person, I clean up after myself. I am a huge Arsenal fan and look forward to making new friends while exploring the city for the music and food it has to offer. Looking for a place to stay, preferably close to my University.
