Hi Im 29yo female working full time in the northern suburbs. Im super easy going, very social, most weekends I’m out with friends or my dogs. During the week i like to keep to myself, I’m either walking my dogs or hanging out with them at home. My two dogs are extremely friendly and well trained inside and out.
I work full time with a reputable company, with early morning starts. This means my daughter and I would be out of the house by 5:30am. Saturday morning is spent out of the house until mid-afternoon doing extracurricular activites. I like to keep fit, I do this by running and yoga. We're a great team and have a schedule that keeps us busy, so when we get home we like to chill out and relax by watching movies. I work in a lab environment, and prefer to have some order and cleanliness at home. I'm happy to share a room between my daughter and I - (willing to discuss any reasonable changes to board.) Also I'm very interested in teaming up to find a home. There is much more involved in the process but the rewards are worth it. With the right people sharing the same objectives and values there are great rentals on the market at the moment.
Hi, I'm William, although most people just call me Will. I'm studying Science at La Trobe, so I need a place to stay around there. I live in Footscray right now, which isn't really working for me. I'm a bit of a nerd, I guess you could say. I enjoy gaming, both video and tabletop. I have a small collection of tabletop miniatures, although I still need to assemble a lot of them. I also enjoy a good book once in a while. I like skiing and cycling. I adore dogs. Cats can be pretty cool, too. I'm fascinated by space. That's the reason I decided to go to Uni.
My name is Shadi Alexander and if you recognize me it's probably because I was on First Dates Australia for 3 different episodes but have given up pursuing a career in acting for something more stable. I work for one of the big 4 banks in the head office located in Melbourne CBD. That's why I am looking for a unit or town house preferably in the the inner CBD or inner northern suburbs but am very flexible. Happy to stay in the right place for 1 year and beyond. I've been living out of home for many years now and I think I'm pretty much the perfect house mate, not too boring but never in your way either and not intrusive at all. I am very neat and clean and I have lived in share houses before so I know the ins and outs. I am easy going and fun to be around but also responsible and respectful of others and their space too. Also I am quite busy during the week as you'd expect working two jobs but always make an effort for my housemates regardless of how busy life gets. If it sounds like we'd get along feel free to drop me a line.
Hi I'm Dee (Dolores) I'm 59 yrs old and I am looking to team up with another woman to share a house , as I'm looking to make a fresh start. I work full time 7 to 4 pm, 5 day's a week. Outside of work I enjoy relaxing with a good book, gardening, movies, spending time with my family plus time out with my cats and a hot cuppa. I'm a very private person and I respect other people's space. However I'm also looking forward to enjoying new adventures in the near future. I don't have children of my own but I spend a lot of time visiting my Nieces and their children (who I only see at their houses) so I will be away on the weekend a lot. Most of my family work or live interstate, so I don't have many visitors, however I'm looking forward to meeting new friends and becoming involved in new adventures and hobbies as a recently single person. My cats live outside. They have their own houses / cat run so are no bother. They are older cats and most their time is spent just laying around and enjoy cuddles. They also will not be replaced when their time has come, as I want to start to travel. I'm a very quiet, caring person and I would like to live with someone who is much the same.
Hard working, easy going girl. Living in the country at the moment, planning on moving to Melbourne late May to further my studies. Don’t mind cleaning and cooking. Currently an Enrolled Nurse studying to become a Registered Nurse as of June. I don’t mind a couple of drinks but very rarely drink or party, enjoy my alone time but also don’t mind hanging out and having a chat.
Hey, me and my friend are looking for 2 separate rooms in a one house or flat or apartment. We are fun loving and working, studying during the week and love to chill out usually on weekends.
I cook most nights and I always clean up after myself. I'm currently undertaking a bachelor in psychology at La Trobe. I do Uber Bike, which I usually do in the evening and sometimes around lunch. I'm pretty quiet. I prefer to hang out with a small group over a party or crowd. I enjoy hiking, video games, listening to music, and reading.
I am a private and quiet person and i like to keep to myself, but i am also friendly and can hold a conversation. Working full-time during week days i like to chill out at weekends. I am very much a homebody and don't get out much, but do enjoy the movies and bowling. My interests include a lot of movies and tv series, some reading, plenty of music, some board games and drinks to celebrate special occasions : ) I've started attending a gym and regularly exercising recently to improve my health, but my major focus right now is downsizing my rental costs, thus my interest in share housing! I am interested in teaming up with person(s) who are also friendly, reasonably private and respect space and can offer to contribute two arm chairs, a fridge and washing machine. Ideally i would like my own bathroom and car space, will split bills evenly and would like to hire and share cost of a cleaner for shared spaces, but this is flexible because i can use a vacuum i just don't like doing it haha ; )
I am moving to Melbourne from Newcastle to study at La Trobe University, starting second semester. I am currently working in Newcastle and will constantly be looking for work before I move in May. I tend to keep to myself a lot and I don't know too many people in Melbourne at the moment. I do enjoy good conversation. I like to chill out, watch movies, work on new cosplay ideas when I have a day off. I would be moving earlier but I have commitments until the 19th May. I would like to secure somewhere as soon as possible so I can give my employer in Newcastle enough notice of my resignation. I smoke, I don't do drugs and I like the occasional drink. I will respect anyone's rule of no smoking at the house. I never smoke inside.
I'm a uni student hoping to get into Publishing, I currently work in a bookshop and I'm a huge booknerd so I'll probably just be reading most of the time. I'm not a rowdy person, bit of an introvert and prefer staying in rather than go out. I'm also an easy person to live with, clean, tidy and quiet. I do have an indoor cat though, so while you don't necessarily have to like cats, I won't tolerate any animal abuse or threats to her safety. I'm usually a very easy going and friendly person, and I'm also a super awkward dork who likes fantasy and sci-fi shows on top of reading (current tv obsession is Doctor Who <3)
Hey! I'm Emma,I'm 24 years old and working part time while I study a bachelor of photography. I'm quite artsy and have a lot of hobbies, and enjoy things like going out for a few drinks and seeing live bands with friends etc. I'm fairly quiet as a housemate, I like a bit of a chat but will also respect your privacy. I'm engaged but my partners job situation means we aren't living together right now, so he would come over and visit a couple of times a week. I don't have a car at the moment but I am trying to get my motorbike up and running so it would be good if there was somewhere I could park it. I also have a 2 year old labrador, her name is Sascha and she's a real sweetheart. She loves people and other dogs. She's very placid and quiet for a young lab as well. Hopefully you will consider us to be your new housemates! 😊
