Hi I work full time in real estate in Subiaco. I have been working in property management and leasing for 5 years, so I understand choosing the right tenant and how to look after a property. I am respectful, a bit of a home body during the week. Looking for ONE quiet and easy going person to live with (preferably a male). I have my own bedroom furniture and big TV. I love animals, so living with them does not bother me. Things I can't live with out: My own living space (I have my own big TV) and bathroom (preferably with a tub), NBN, air con and a big wardrobe (I own a lot of shoes). :) I have a small car, would prefer a garage parking spot, but can be flexible on this (depending on the area). About me: I enjoy having a wine or rum, and go to a lot of live music gigs during the weekends. I love the beach, music, travel, wining and dining and meeting new people. I rarely cook, and if I do it is simple meals. Usually home during week day evenings. The house MUST be drug free (also I have 0 tolerance for people who use drugs!) Child free and I need to be able to trust the person I am living with. This means, no one with any weird fetishes. My budget is $180 including all bills. I have a police clearance and rental references upon request :) Please don't contact me if your advert does not meet my criteria.

I'm not an every weekend party person. I'm in perth for working and will stay until 1 of oct. I'd like to have a good time during my stay in perth, with funny roommates who are up for a glas of wine in the kitchen after work.
Hello everyone! My boyfriend, Thomas, and I are looking for a place to live in Perth. I think that our best selling point is our story! So here it goes: Thomas and I met at Sziget festival (in Budapest) 1.5 years ago. I fell for his dark eyes, very thick French accent (you'll see!), his humor and his smile. I have no idea what he saw in me, but it might have something to do with the fact that I walked in a bikini all day. Or it might have something to do with my Dutch accent, who knows. Yes yes, we're originally from France and The Netherlands and have been doing the long distance thing ever since we met. Australia is an opportunity for us to be together for more than 2 days a month. Thomas will be studying and working and I'll be working (preferably in my field of work, deaf education). We absolutely love dogs (and cheese)! And unfortunately, my allergies (and hatred, sorry) make it impossible for me to live with cats. Thomas pretty much loves all animals, and humans for that matter. We're both people-people and like to be surrounded by them. We're arriving the 1st of August and we're planning to stay for at least 6 months and possibly even more than a year. This all depends on how it goes with Thomas' study, our job search and on how awesome Perth is. As long as it's affordable, we don't care whether we share a house or live by ourselves. We do prefer a private bathroom if possible. The area isn't that important either as long as it's not too far from the city center and in a safe neighborhood. If you have something for us, or you'd like to team up, please contact us :).
Im Sky, 18 and recently moved to the city from downsouth. I work permanent part-time at the airport so looking for a suburb relatively close, i am doing a double diploma in community services and human resource management this year before enrolling in psychology or nursing (yet to decide) . Easy going and chilled, still like to have a good time, a good laff and some banter never go astray. Very good at keeping the place tidy and happy to respectfully obide by all the house rules.
Love animals (studying them!), down to earth, communicative and amicable. Happy to have time to myself as well as socialising, but not big on drinking.
Hey there! I'm looking for some excellent new housemates to live with. I recently started working part time in an aged care facility in Kingsley, so looking for somewhere max 30mins away. I'm also studying part time so like to keep busy. I'm 24, and have 2 beautiful cats. They are both well trained and really chill. I can't part with them so hoping to find somewhere they will be welcome :). I'm from Scotland and have lived in Perth since I was 16. My hobbies include attempting to make films, attempting to learn the ukulele, going on drives/camping and taking naps. I would like to be near the beach but it's not a huge deal. I like to go out on weekends when I'm not working, and enjoy sociable outings with my housemates when our schedules match up. I've lived in houseshares for about 3 years now so am well conditioned in the art of sharing with strangers. I know how to pick up after myself and am respectful of others property. This isn't my first rodeo. I'm open to people from all walks of life, and am simply looking for a nice enough place that my kitties and I can call home for a while. (I'm happy to pay a pet bond to ensure your place is well looked after)
Hi my name is Allanna, I'm currently studying a Diploma in screen and media makeup artistry and special FX I am outgoing and enjoy a good chat but also happy to keep to my own space, I have a lovely affectionate russian blue called Cleocatra who's old and just loves to laze around with me. URGENT! We are a working couple from Sweden and Holland looking for a possible long term rent as soon as possible. We are a laid back pair, enjoy music, movies and trail walks. We like privacy but enjoy the occasional chat over a drink or a meal. Love pets, but have none of our own. Not smokers.
My name is Jane and I am a 21 year old high school teacher. I am an outgoing, friendly and tidy person who would like to move into a share house with like-minded people. I am not a party animal, however I do enjoy a glass of wine and a tasty cheese platter. I would like a share house that is social however can also respect personal space/quiet time as I do tend to bring work home with me. My lease in my current apartment ends beginning of June so I am hoping to find and move into a share house end of May/beginning of June. I am wanting to find a share house within half an hour of Mindarie as this is where I work. If I sound like the right fit for your share house, then please send me a message :)
Hi I'm Pete, a 27yo gay guy looking for a shared apartment, preferably in East Perth close to my work at Perth Concert Hall as I don't drive. Enoy a drink and having a good time but not a party animal. I am a smoker, outside only of course. I consider myself a respectful, clean and tidy person. I love playing card games (I will get you addicted to monopoly deal, so be prepared). I have the best fish in the world! Hi, my name is Stefan, 27yo male, works full time as a webshop manager for Cash Converters (I sell stuff online). Firstly I'd like to make clear I'm only interested in Team Ups; I have a house full of furniture, am looking to move, and would like to start my own share house with someone else, preferably just one other person. My idea is that I could find someone cool, meet up and get to know each other and then we could both search for a new place. i've only been in Perth for 18 months, I moved up from Bunbury for work (lived in the South West most of my life - I'm a country boy) I'm educated (have a Bachelor of Arts degree, worked previously in media), intelligent, introverted, quiet, deep, but love social interaction and connecting with people on a deeper level (If anyone is familiar with Meyers-Briggs' personality, I'm an INTJ [the architect ]). I work Monday to Friday during business hours, am highly clean, bordering on OCD, I cook my own meals, have a cooked breakfast every morning (willing to share) I work out at the gym regularly and always pay rent/utilities on time or often much earlier. I am looking for a someone whom I can not only be your housemate, but also your friend. My current housemate has become my friend and I developed a close friendship pretty quickly, hanging out, sharing about life, relationships, etc, so I wouldn't mind finding others like that. In my spare time I like working out, visiting family/friends, watching movies/TV shows, cooking, journaling, browsing online, and going to occasional events (don't hit town too often, but open to it). I am very open, honest and can come off as blunt and a bit full-on when you first meet me, but I'm a decent guy who's got his head screwed on. I also have a 4-year old ginger cat named Zoe. My current lease expires on May 25, so just seeing what's out there.
I'm a bubbly, kind-hearted person and I'm looking for a friendly share house to move into while I study theatre at Curtin. I'm a children's entertainer so I work over the weekends and my hobbies include singing, dancing, life modeling and sewing. I'm a tidy person and love to be social and enjoy some wine time.
Geophysics PhD student at Curtin, looking for a room to move in around late June, when my current lease expires. I'm looking for somewhere nearby to Tech Park (slightly north of Curtin Bentley campus) with secure parking for a car, and motorcycle. I'm reasonably quiet, and keep my stuff clean and organised. I have my own furnishings and would like a reasonably sized room to accommodate queen-sized bed, computer, tallboy, etc. Thanks for your interest!
I am looking for somewhere to live just until around November. I am currently full time studying at TAFE with a part time job. I am very friendly, but quite introverted... not much of a loud party person. Always up for a chat, mature and well self-maintained. Clean and tidy, bit of a minimalist.
Hey there! I'm Patrick. I'm currently studying Urban Planning at Curtin University graduating mid next year. I also work 32 hours a week, so paying rent won't be an issue. I'm looking to lease a place with someone for the next 12 months. I am not as interested in renting a single room as I have an apartment worth of furniture that I'd like to bring with me! Of course, if you're after a new flatmate who has a bunch of furniture, hit me up! Reasons I'd be a great roommate: - I love to cook, - I can get along with almost anyone, - I'm a good communicator, - I'm hilarious (and humble), - I love gardening, - I'm tidy (not in a judgy way, just don't leave dishes for me to do). Things I do for fun: - Rollerskating, - Yoga, - Hiking, - Cooking, - Reading, - Watching movies, - Going to gigs.
Im relaxed, easy going, tidy and social. I Love animals (I'm currently in the process of adopting a dog) and love the beach! I work full-time in hospitality in the city and I'm studying Paramedical science part time. Ive just come home from living and working in Hakuba in Japan and looking for a place to settle for awhile. I enjoy keeping fit and healthy, however I'm always up for a social beer or two.
I am a NZ business woman currently seeking to get into business so I am looking for accomodation for the next three months. I do not drink or smoke and love socialising but also love my quiet time as I am an independent individual who loves to keep busy.
