Hello, I am a Canadian postgraduate student moving to Sydney late July to start a Juris Doctor law degree at Macquarie University. I do not smoke, drink, or party, am committed to a healthy, active lifestyle in all regards and am especially quiet. I am looking for a quiet place away from busy roads.
I am very helpful and friendly, easy going, generous, loyal, humble, generous, funny and happy 😊. Love to chat. Work as a horticulturist at a wholesale plant nursery which supplies plants for all the flower power stalls in NSW. Love animals such as birds. Other hobbies are exercises eg weight training and running. Also one more thing, i love 😍 washing up and drying.
Hi, I'm a student at Macquarie university. I am easygoing, helpful and friendly. I don't smoke but I don't have a problem with smokers. I don't have pets but have no problems staying with someone who has pets.
Mature working professional (Asian male) looking for a place nearby Macquarie University - preferably walking distance but public transport is acceptable. I've just landed myself a position so will need to find accommodation pretty urgently mid June 2017 as I'm from Perth WA . Easy going, non-smoker, non-drinker and not a party type (not noisy for sure) and keep things to myself but sociable too. No pets and haven't got much on me to carry other than myself and necessities. I'll be out most of the time at work, just need a place to sleep and rest when I am home. Looking for a clean, secure, safe environment with ease of access to commute - bus/train. I will need partly furnished with a bed+mattress, cooking and laundry facilities. Prefer to have all utilities (electricity, gas & water) and internet included.
I'm from the U.S. and am moving in July to start graduate school at Macquarie University. I am personable and easy-going. I maintain cleanliness and respect boundaries. I have a 5 yr old Golden Retriever who is laid back and house trained.
Hi! My name is Amanda and I am moving from the US to Australia in July to start school at Macquarie University. Looking for a shared place to stay! I am very clean, nonsmoker, no pets, respectful, and kind. I will be living in Sydney for a few years while I complete my degree and I will be working part time as well. Open to finding like minded people to possibly find a place to share together as well.
Hi i am Pallavi from India and a student of Macquarie university. Would be coming to Sydney in Aug 2017. I am a post graduation student and i need a decent accommodation for myself. I am social, easy going, friendly and approachable, that's why it's easy for me to make friends. Love exploring new cultures and meet new people. Also, i am a bit talkative. I am very clean, hygienic and extremely organised. I am looking for a quite place near Macquarie university and i am willing to share this place with a female only.
I am going to Macquarie University in July for postgraduate study. This is my second time living in Australia. The first was in 2008 as working holiday and this time for study. I am responsible, sociable, modest, clean and tidy. I am looking for a place that is quiet, close to uni, and has gentle host and other house mates. Maximum budget is $200 with all bills and internet included. I will be moving in on July 21. Thank you.
❗️I have been given two weeks to move out of current place! (20th June) only been here two weeks and owners are taking it off the market 😩 Uni exams are right at this time too 😣 ▪️ I'm an outgoing homebody person ▪️ 2 cats (10years, raised from birth) so super friendly ▪️1 vehicle park needed ▪️Want to live as close to uni in modern, not so depressing of a place. ▪️ Need space for; Queen bed, 2 bedsides, dresser, vanity, study desk, bookshelf. ❗️Please do not contact if; 1. I can't have my two cats 2. If I can't have furniture as above 3. If the property is not modern and or equipped and nice to live in
Looking for a place to share with one or two others which has a decent sized room and preferably an ensuite/own bathroom and off street parking. Work full time as a primary teacher in the Ryde area. Clean, tidy and friendly.
Hi my name is Simon. I am 31 and have lived on my own for the past 7 years, well lived in the same place with a couple ex's, but out from the family roof is what I mean lol. I am a very neat person, cook and clean. Work full-time in property, also spend a lot of time in the gym. Have a small domestic cat named Timmy who I have had since he was 6wks old, he is 13 now and very house broken lol as he loves people and being around them (opposite to most cats that are moody haha). Anyways, don't mind living with men or women, I mix well with others and also enjoy my alone time. A must for me though is having my own bathroom, just for convenience is all. I have plenty of furniture if need be, including; my own bed/side tables, a large stainless fridge, full Jamie Oliver cook set, couch, couple of tv's etc. So can bring whatever needed. I'm a chilled person overall, like to have a chat over a glass of wine, but also respect a persons space. Look forward to getting to know you :)
I am very quiet and easygoing. You'll hardly know I'm there, as I just need a quiet place to sleep at night. I have another property where I will spend all my time that I am not sleeping, so my needs are very minimal. Access to wifi would be great. I do have a small, quiet, clean whippet dog who does not bark, or smell or shed fur. Please meet him before automatically saying no, as you'll hardly know he is there either. We just need a place between 11.30pm and 9.30am (no cooking etc) but I'm still happy to pay full price. Thanks!
Hey my name is Jan (25) from Germany. I am an exchange student at Macquarie University, arriving at the 19 of July in Sydney. Unfortunately I have not found any room so far and I ll be in Australia for 6 months. I like cooking, wine and relaxed evenings with a good movie or series. I am very chilled and like to be outside to do sports or do anything thats nice. And I am basically looking for nice people to join in a nice flat. Many thanks from Hamburg Jan
Hey there :) I am Sascha, 22 from Germany looking for an accommodation close to Macquarie University. Despite beeing german, people tell me I have some sense of humor. I lived in shared flats for the last 4 years and always enjoyed it. I´m easy going, little bit sports addicted and want to explore Sydney & Australia during my 6 months abroad. Therefore, you will find me a lot outside (because I plan to buy a surfboard, get sunburn and drink a lot of salty water) I will be in Sydney from 14th July on until January to take courses from the Master of Research at Macquarie University. So I will also need to do some stuff besides exploring. I hope you got some impression of mine. If you´re also interested into Teamups please let me know. I am looking forward to meet you :)
I am a very friendly open minded person always looking to make new friends, but life keeps me very busy with studies and work. Living with different people will be an awesome experience and help me find more friends.
I am friendly, clean, respectful of others, your belongings and privacy. I am outgoing and happy to chat and have a meal together, but know that everyone is busy with their own things going on. I'm out most days (uni, work, cheerleading and soccer), only cook once a week, drink a lot of coffee, and i love binge watching netflix. Nt: I can only afford $200 bills included! I'm after a home rather than a house (I don't fancy being cramped up in my room all the time) and would love to move in with like-minded people). Holla if I sound like the kinda gal you wanna flat with.
Hi, im a 25 year old dental assistant looking for a place to call home. I like my own space so when im home im likely hanging out in my room but am always up for a friendly chat or a laugh. I like to live in a clean house, but not sterile i still want it to feel lived in! Shoot me a message if your interested!
Hi I'm Luise or Lu, I'm 34 and have only been living in the area for 1 1/2 years. I'm an aged care nurse in Turramurra, so a bit of shift work/working random days. If I'm not working I like to get out and explore with my camera in my car. I'm quiet, respectful, chilled and accepting of all. I am hoping to live with like-minded people. I wouldn't mind sharing a drink/meal or watch a movie together at times. I'm a tidy person but I'll be honest, not to showroom conditions. I wouldn't mind you having friends over occasionally, as I may too, after all life is to be shared and enjoyed.
Hi I am looking to move closer to my work place in Turramurra. I've house shared before, and I understand boundaries. I am looking for a quiet, clean and chill place to move in to. I am easy-going, respectful and also very tidy. I'm looking for a place to call home, with good people to share it with. Easy to find parking spot can be advantage for me. Cheers
Looking for a great share house. Friendly, easy going working professional, usually likes to chill afterwork and make the most of the weekend. Likes - national parks, trekking, movie nights, GOT, beach days, steak, wine, road trips... Abit more about me -Born and bred in London. Spent 5 months travelling on route to Australia- fav travel stops included: Nashville, Rio, Iguazu Falls, South Africa, Chiang Mai, Halong bay and Sapa. As I don't have any family in Australia it is important for me to live with people who like to spend a bit of time together, share a meal, have a laugh about things. I have a nice double bed and some additional bedroom furniture. Budget of apx. $240-$280 for rent and bills, looking to share with those in their 20s/30s.
My name is Bree and I am a 21 year old female. I'm originally from the Central Coast and moved down to Sydney about 7 months ago. I moved down here without friends and family so I have a good understanding of rent and responsibilities. I work at Aldi full time and love to go to yoga in my spare time. I am full of positivity, clean and very independent. I am hoping to be partners with a fellow flatmate who is also clean but just s relaxed and carefree as myself. I like to give people their own personal space and hope you can do the same, however, would love to still become great friends =D I'm someone who does not care what you do as long as their is still respect and consideration involved. If you are interested you're more than welcome to contact me any time of the day!
