My girlfriend and I are both super chill, we like to cook meals together and have a few drinks together on an evening/weekend. I am from Byron Bay originally and Eliza is from the North of England and we've both been in Melbourne for around 2 years. Eliza is super into graphic design and works as a bartender in the CBD and I work full-time in wine sales, but play the occasional deep/tech house dj set at a few different venues. We are looking for a clean, chilled environment to make our home! We look forward to hearing from you 🙂

My lease is up in just over a week so looking to move into a friendly, social house share (that isn't a party house still) but want to meet new people and enjoy the last length of my Australian working holiday visa. Ive been travelling for the last 3 years so i understand and respect the fact people like their own privacy and space but want to be able to at least catch up over a beer or 3 at some point. I have a lot of friends here so i will be out at weekends enjoying the last of the summer rays - until winter comes and i hibernate in my room smashing out a new box set of some sort. So if you have anything in the preferred areas listed then drop me a message. Peace.
Hi there! I'm looking for a new share house to move into :) I am a 21 year old student studying a Bachelor of Science with a major in Pathology, at the University of Melbourne. I hope to pursue a career in forensic science one day. I have 3 part time jobs; one at a bakery, one at a creperie at unimelb, and I also work as a barista in Emporium. When I'm not studying or working, I like exploring local cafes, restaurants and bars, catching up with friends, cooking and watching various tv shows (true crime docos are my fave). I'm fairly independent but I'm always up for a meal/a few drinks with housemates. I have previous share house experience and I'm very reliable and organised. I always pay rent on time, if not early, and I value cleanliness in the house. I'm hoping to find somewhere closeish to shops so I can ride my bicycle, and not too far from the city so I don't spend too much time on public transport, as I don't drive. I am travelling to India and Nepal in February and so I am looking to find a place to move into when I get back, however my move-in date is flexible. If you have a room available that sounds like what I'm looking for and if you think I'd fit in with your household, please feel free to message me :)

I'm very sociable, but also value my personal space and time, and ideally, I’d like to live with someone who feels the same, and would be up for the occasional coffee or Netflix binge with wine. I am a self confessed nerd, and love movies, books and games, I come with a PlayStation, and maybe a few board games. I am not opposed to pets and especially love cats. I'm a non-smoker, and I train at a gym about 5 times a week. Please feel free to message me if you think we’d get along!

Heya! Im looking to move to inner west-side Footscray area within April-May. Open-minded to central Brunswick near Greens cafe but would prefer Footscray as my new stomping ground. Looking to share with two or more people in a spacious bright house. I have alot of personal nik-naks and clothes so would prefer a bigger sized room ideally with a BIR to store all my goodies. A little backyard area where we can chill and even start our own veggie patch would be great too! Bonuses would be: An ensuite, depending on the extra cost of it. A fairly updated bathroom and kitchen would be preferable too! Overall Im searching for a spacious but cosy place that is more on the quirky side (rather than modern apartment) that we can all make our own little home abode. Me Me Me I'm about to start studying Fashion Styling at Brunswick RMIT or possibly mid-year. So will be either studying full time or working fulltime. I'm easygoing and a mix between loud and quiet. I enjoy chilling out with a home cooked meal while watching Girls or Fresh Meat or trashy tv shows like The Bachelor or shows like River Cottage and Donna Hay, all depending on my mood. Also every so often enjoy heading out for some local quality grub and a drink. Definitely keen on being friends and not just roomies however I also need my alone time. I enjoy various things but mostly happy pondering about life and chatting about things like art, fashion, design, food, travel, music, health, wellbeing, politics and the world! I've rented a couple of places in Brunswick and Fawkner and had good experiences with both houses/roomies. Perks of having me as your roomie: I love cooking; mostly healthier/natural options. Im silly and can enjoy a laugh, I like humour such as Ricky Gervais, Girls, Daria, TwentySomething, Seinfeld etc. Im mostly considerate and clean up after myself, ensuring the toilet paper is stocked up, my hair is out of the shower drain and if Im heading to the shops I will ask if you need anything. Holla at me if Im your type of roomie!
Sane and stable guy who comes with all of the furniture and none of the drama! Ideally looking to begin a new share-house - or join one if it looks ideal. Professionally full time employed - and lead a busy lifestyle. A little bit too old for the full time party house - but don't mind a few drinks of the evening and a get together every now and again. Responsible enough to pay bills on time, and prefer nice & clean, good quality and good location accommodation. If the household goes alright - looking for 12 months plus!
I am a 26 year old English teacher. I work full time, and am a clean and considerate housemate. I love to cook, garden and read. I am also into film and music. I like hanging out and sharing a meal or a drink but am quite happy to do my own thing as well. Looking for a relaxed house with likeminded people.
I mind my own business and generally keep it to myself. Don't really party much. I read a lot and stay upto date with current affairs. I play a lot of sports in general.
I’m a 26yo Irish apprentice solicitor and father of none. I’m taking a gap year before I become a corporate wage slave back home in September. I was working in Chicago and San Diego for the last 6 months and am now in Melbourne working at a law firm in the CBD. Fun facts about me: 1. I once met Jamie Foxx at a party in The Hamptons and chatted to him for a while (I have pics). 2. The only tv show I’ve ever watched in its entirety is Game of Thrones. I don’t like watching tv generally unless it’s sports, which I absolutely love! Football of all variations, rugby, you name it – I’ll watch it. There’s also an embarrassingly long list of famous movies I’ve never seen but that’s because I much prefer documentaries and I love watching them in the evenings midweek, alone or with roommates. 3. At a sports day, I once set the record for throwing a toy plastic missile-thingy for 23 feet, javelin-style. That moment was clearly, the pinnacle of my existence so far. I’m very easygoing and have never had any problems with roommates. In fact my roommates from the US are travelling from Chicago and Switzerland to visit me in October. I like to go to work and the gym (not always with success) during the week but also like just lounging around the apartment chatting away to people. I definitely enjoy socialising and going out every weekend to meet nice girls. I can play the drums, guitar and bass to a respectable level without excelling in any of them. I speak advanced French and Irish(Gaelic) and basic Spanish. I’m clean but not a Nazi about other people being clean and I don’t freak out if people don’t do their dishes in the morning or whatever. In fact I don’t really stress about much, I’m usually laid back all the time. I also firmly believe that a glass of wine or beer can work wonders after a long day. I’m looking for somewhere for at least two months and would be more than happy to Skype or meet so you can make sure I’m just a normal, chill guy. Please let me know if you think I might be what you’re looking for.
I'm very easy going, respectful and always try to accomodate as best as I can. I love to have a great time. The best way I could describe myself is I'm generally a bubbly guy. I will always respect other housemates' personal space as I love my own space too. I am currently studying to be a paramedic, hoping to finish by the end of next year. Working part-time at a local Woolworths store, generally doing 3-5 days a week, depending on university requirements. Hoping to start working as a casual employee with a company in the medical sector to gain some experience, however, if that doesn't work out, will be volunteering for St. John's.
Hey guys.. I'm pretty much always relaxed and an easygoing kind of guy. Basically all about having a good time, enjoy a good night out, music, doing any type of sports, watching netflix and good food. In terms of living, I clean up after myself and do not mind helping around the house if needed. Some background information.. Grew up near Amsterdam. Worked in construction, restaurants, bars, warehouses, factories you name it. But for now I am a student and will be staying in Melbourne for an Exchange period at RMIT University, on a Working Holiday Visa, and will also be looking for a part-time job.
Hello ! We are Sam and Molly, we have been renting in Melbourne for 3 years, and living together for 1. We are pretty cruisy people who are neat and considerate of others. We both love cafes, coffee, music (triple j), travelling, dogs, Netflix and don't mind a wine or beer of a night time. We aren't into clubbing but do enjoy going to a bar or pub every now and then. Sam likes: AFL, Soccer, playing guitar (although not good at all), live music, and is partial to a game of FIFA. Molly likes: Live music, wine, yoga, heading to an exhibition every now and again, and trying to keep our herbs alive. We are looking to move into a place with another couple, preferably in the Fitzroy/Northcote area. Our current lease on the 18th or March, however we would like to have a place sorted before then. And would be more than happy for it to start earlier. Flick us a message and we can grab a coffee 😊
Hi! I'm looking for a place near the city for when I start full-time work in March. I'm generally pretty quiet, I like staying in and listening to music, reading, Netflixing, but I'm always up for a wine or four or heading to gigs or movies. And I know everyone says this but I'm actually clean as well haha. Hoping to find a place soon!
Hey guys, i'm relocating to Melbourne from regional NSW- and would love to move in with similarly chilled-out, open-minded people. I am very open to spending time with flatmates, whether at home or going out to places (especially movies and music events!) I'm quite laid-back and don't mind if you just want to do your own thing, not everyone is permanently social and needs alone time- which i'm *pretty* fond of myself. My (personal) interests include binge-watching TV serials/movies, comics, games, writing and fiction in general- but those aren't my only hobbies. I also love going out and socializing- movies, live music and generally going out for the day/night (or hanging out at home) are how I like to spend my non-alone time! I'm very interested in meeting new people and being introduced to new things- so if how i've described myself doesn't sound much like you, don't worry that I won't be interested- ahah I do like variety. (I'd prefer a somewhat lengthy stay so I can feel established and not have to rearrange myself all the time- but my exact move date and preferred suburbs are all just close estimates!) I look forward to hearing from you, don't feel shy to swing me a message! :)
Hi, I'm John Looking to move out, I work retail, clean, love outdoors, exercise, animals, travel, cooking, and cheesy jokes. Feel free to ask me anything.
Hi I'm Clare, 28 from Scotland. I'm a social worker so work Monday to Friday 9-5ish. I'm very easy going and sociable. Looking for housemates that are easy going, up for having a wine or two during the week or sharing the odd meal. I'm also a very respectful, clean and tidy housemate. Looking for a room to rent with a few other likeminded people! Hopefully hear from you soon :)
