Hi, we are young couple from Czech republic. We are clean, tidy, friendly, eassy going who like traveling, explore new cultures and foods. We decide to get more experience and start studying. So we move at the other end of the world.
Hi! I am a 19-year-old student from Leiden, the Netherlands looking for a room during my exchange semester at Melbourne University. As a psychology student I am fond of living with others and I love hanging out with friends. I am a hard worker and study a lot, but I am also in for great talks, nights out and of course exploring the city! I am looking for a private room from July until end of November. Let me know if you'd want to get to know me a bit better! :)
Hi guys! :) I am a 24 years old girl from Sweden who will be studying at Deakin University from late February to the middle/end of June. I just finished with my Bachelor of Physiotherapy in Sweden and I am now continuing my studies on an exchange program at Deakin University. I am an easygoing, tidy and social person and my biggest hobby is dancing ballet and contemporary dance :) I am currently looking for accommodation for my time in Melbourne, which is almost 4 month, and I'm looking for a private room. My boyfriend arrives to Melbourne on 29th March for a three weeks visit, and maybe we'll go to Sydney for one of those weeks. It would be so nice if we could share the room during his stay in Melbourne, of course we'll pay the extras for his stay! Cheers!

i am currently looking for a new home in a similar area that i am living in now (Calrton North). I am a 22 year old from Queensland, i get paid to tend to bars and i usually work late nights. I spend my days off with friends, relaxing in my room or watching basketball in the lounge room, and generally being far too excited about what is happening. I would love to move out of my current house as i feel like i cannot have friends over or friends stay from out of town. I would love to live with relaxed people who have a similar mindset as i do, which is keep all the shared areas tidy and pitch in to give the house a good clean every now and then. I have lived in shared accommodation allot and can understand that people need their space. I won't freak out if you have some of my milk or a beer as long as you ask. I would like to find a place ASAP but in not stressed unless its after the 23rd, if you need a relaxed roommate with average chat, please feel free to hit me up for a beer and we can try and see if it works. Thanks for having a look, Darcy

Hi guys, my name is Jessica. I grew up in Melbourne have traveled Europe and lived in London for a few years. I work a lot. 5-6days per week including 1 weekend day. I'm pretty relaxed- I've lived in house shares before. I like my own space and respect others. I think it's only fair common areas to be kept clean and tidy. I like getting to know my flatmats having a drink and/or dinner after work, a chat and laugh. I also enjoy heading out to local restaurants, pubs and bars.
Hi I'm Ali! I'm originally from Poland, but I have lived in California growing up and now I am studying for my Media and Communications masters in Sweden. I will be doing my semester abroad at RMIT, so I would love a place that's close-ish or with good communication to the center. I love to watch films and tv shows, hang out with friends over coffee or cider, or go out dancing from time to time. Traveling and exploring new places are some of my biggest passions so I'm super excited to live in Melbourne for a bit. I'm great to live with because I'm a pretty neat person when I try :P Being considerate of others is really important to me and I like having a good relationship with my housemates - we don't need to be BFFs but a bad atmosphere ruins the whole experience so I make it a priority to be on good terms.
Hey, my name is Dorian or Dozza, Dory, Doritos,... whatever you want to call me :D. 25yo, full time work. Hello! My name is Sarah, I am a vet from Ireland moving to Melbourne at the end of Feb for a year....hopefully more! I'll be working in Burwood East so would love somewhere near the 75 tram. I'm pretty easy going but I do like to keep things clean and tidy. I lived in house shares all through Uni so I know how to take the bins out and all that. I would love to find somewhere relaxed and homely that isn't a mad party house or really formal and sterile.......somewhere in between, where everyone gets along and can hang out together from time to time. When I'm not being attacked by cats at work I like all the usual things...eating/cooking, travel, going to gigs, napping, hummus. I am a terrible but ever enthusiastic surfer so will be making trips to the beach. Disclaimer...I can't keep a herb alive. I've killed at least 6 basil plants in my life so if you have any pet plants you might want to keep them away from me. Sarah :)

Hello Potential new House mate! I’m not one to toot my own horn so I have asked some of my friends to send me reviews. After receiving those reviews I have carefully selected, edited and fluffed them to make them appropriate for this format ‘ A charming Goofball’, ‘What a guy!’, ‘Really good fellow to watch a movie or play a game with’, ‘can play the guitar’ I’m an engineer working my first full time job. I’m in the weird transition stage between uni student and adult. I sing in the shower and love musicals and theatre. I am living healthy, and gymming as often as I can. Wouldn’t mind getting into a sport if you’re game. I like board games and have a couple. I jam with my band on Sundays and play board games with them too. As you may have gathered by now, we have not broken America yet. Come watch us play. It will be our first live gig. I love cooking, riding my push bike and gaming as well. I have built myself a little beast of a PC and I’m thinking of buying the new Nintendo switch. Yes! A switch! Things that I have: a brilliant Koala mattress, a desk and a PC I’d like to move into a place that is unfurnished but am happy to move into a place that is furnished as well. I am really looking for like minded people of a similar age who are respectful, fun and wonderful people. I’m very excited to get to know you and start a new adventure!
My name is Carol, I'm looking for some people I can share an apartment with for at least 6 months. I'm friendly, outgoing and clean and I like to socialise and cook. Previously been living and working in Spain as an English teacher, now on a working holiday visa in Melbourne. I'm interested in meeting new people that I can hang out with as I'm new to the city!
I'm an outgoing person who's been bitten by the travel bug and has somewhat developed into a social butterfly as well. (I'm the one on the left!) I'm a postgraduate student taking up communications. I'm very easy to socialize with a cup of coffee (Melbourne has the best so far!) or a glass wine (Australian Shiraz is my go to). With postgraduate studies coming up, I may be very into it so I do respect everyone's privacy as well. I'm very neat and tidy, clean as I go kind of person as I like keeping things organized. I'm adventurous and eager to try new things may it involve different fitness activities like yoga or circuit training, or mind boggling stuff like board games. I love pets! Even if I don't have one of my own but still adore them a lot. Have had dogs and cats before. Looking forward to meet new flatmates who can show me around my new second home.
Hi, I am 22 years old from Indonesia. I am a tourist and will be staying in Melbourne for about 2 months. I am looking for a room to stay, preferably apartment with own bathroom. It's just gonna be me, but sometimes my boyfriend comes and stays with me for a week. He is a smoker so we also need balcony or open window. If you think your place is perfect for me, please send me a message :)
I am currently a student in my second year at ACU in Fitzroy. I'm studying International Development and love it. I am 20 but am known for my maturity, after high school I took a gap year and went to Europe for 9 months. I have been very lucky to have travel a lot for my age. I work part time as a swim teacher as well as a nanny for 3 kids. On top of this I volunteer at the Royal Children's Hospital in the cancer centre once a week. I am someone who loves to keep busy and be organised and am very reliable.
Hello there! My name is Daniela Piedrahita, I'm 23 (almost 24), Colombian and in the hunt for a great place to live and someone to share my new experience in Melbourne with. I have been living here for the past 6 months and loved it so much that decided to stay longer. I'm starting a Marketing Diploma in March, which lasts 1 year and I'll be working part-time throughout my whole stay. I love hanging out with my friends after work, but also appreciate having time and space for myself. I'm friendly, caring, clean and respectful. I'm crazy passionate about food, but especially chocolate, so if you like trying new restaurants/recipes, we are for sure going to get along perfectly well. I can't deny the latin blood that flows trough my veins and therefore I really like dancing (although I'm not that good, even for a Colombian), regardless I can teach you some moves or some Spanish :)
Laid back, tidy, respectful student studying nutrition, working part time in a cafe. Health conscious, active, vegan
Hello my name is Ash, I'm 27 y/o professional working in property marketing. I work in the CBD and have a fairly busy work week, but also enjoy regular exercise and socialising with friends. I am easy going, clean, always up for an adventure and cooking / scoping out new food spots is definitely a passion of mine!
I consider myself a really easy going and friendly person, who loves to spend time relaxing or being with my friends. At home i'm often watching tv/movies, reading, doing puzzles, cooking and playing the piano or singing (this is my passion). Outside of the house I love to go to markets, plays, movies, on picnics and out for dinner and a drink. Occasionally I really enjoy yoga, hikes or riding my bike. I'm trying to be more active haha. I work 30-35 hours a week at a gelato store called Messina, so if you love gelato, i'm always in great supply! I'm also vegetarian but am not bothered if others cook meat in the house. Ideally, i'm after a place with people who are warm and friendly and who I can connect with. I want home to feel like a safe haven where I can come to relax. I'm not really a party person and I love my own space but i'm always open to have a chat, hang out and come together to make dinner together. I'm clean and tidy but am just happy to go with the flow of the house. :)
Here’s a little bit about me: I’m 26, from Tasmania and have lived in Hobart, Denmark and Peru. I'm moving to Melbourne to work full time in Communications at a University. I'm a Non-smoker I love good food, coffee, movies, podcasts, live music, books, magazines and travelling, walking and yoga I’m friendly, independent and very easy to live with.

I've just moved back to Melbourne after travelling for six months and very excited to be back. I am currently back at my old hospo job meanwhile looking for work in arts events management (MIFF and Fringe Fest type events) which is what I really want to be doing. I'm very much a home body in lots of ways, love having a nice space to call home and lovely things. I am very into cooking and food, trying new recipes and going out too! I'm respectful of others space, friendly, tidy, not a massive partier, active and am definitely looking for somewhere I can settle in.

My Visa is valid until march 2018 and if I have the chance to stay, I would like to. I'm looking for a quiet, nice and clean home in a central part of Melbourne. Look forward to hearing from you!
We're all sociable people from Latin America. Ian is from Peru, studying a Masters in Energy Law at Melbourne and recently arrived here. Carola is from Mexico, also studying a Masters of Law at Melbourne. Santi has been here for two years and graduated in December from the Masters in international relations at Melbourne. We all like to chill, have a beer or two and go out from time to time when not studying. We're all clean and tidy people who enjoy each other's company but also doing our own thing from time to time. We're probably the coolest latins you'll meet in Melbourne haha
Hey there, I'm an international student looking forward to spending the next 1,5 years here in Melbourne. I'm used to living in shared apartements and know how to be considerate and respectful. While I do have to study and work I'll make sure to make some time to go out and see as much of this beautiful place as I can manage, I didn't come all this way just to sit at my desk.
I am a very outgoing individual who loves to be sociable but also understands we all need our time by ourselves. I am from South West England and am currently working in hospitality. I very much enjoy going out on the weekend, but can also really love a quiet night in with a movie.
Hey beautiful humans, I'm on my working holiday visa and decided to rest my weary backpack and try the Melbourne thing for a bit. Below is a little story... Nina is a plant lover, vegan chef & big ass yoga fan from The Netherlands, but has spent the last 8 years living in the UK/London. She has spent much time bouncing around different countries, but always returning to London; not any more, as she got rid of all her belongings and headed for South America last October, trying all the food and documenting everything through photos and writing. She likes wandering streets and looking up (people don't do that enough) spending hours in book/record shops, eating good food and having the odd beer/glass of wine/cocktail. An adored individual and house mate for her groundedness and baking. All for communal meals/hang outs but also likes spending time on her own. Some things Nina likes - No plan is the best plan Wine is always an option Whatever you manifest internally reflects externally Ned Kelly was a babe & isn't a huge fan of - Awkward hugs Techno Eating badly Self absorbed humans Negative vibes Thanks for reading & looking forward to sharing some good hugs. x
Hi there! My name is Janelle and I am a 27 year old Canadian student doing a Master's in Social Work at La Trobe. I just returned from three months in Southeast Asia and am looking for a snazzy new place to call home! Preferably long term housing of 6-12 months. School and my work as a research assistant keeps me quite busy and therefore I am at the library quite a bit. However in the evenings I love having a glass of wine or sharing a meal. I'm also partial to the occasional Netflix binge session, keeping active, and Oreos. I enjoy spending time socializing but am also respectful of housemates privacy as I have lived in sharehouses for the past 8 years. If I sound like a good fit for your sharehouse, get in touch! Janelle
I'm a 31 year old female professional working full-time in PR in Prahran. My move date is totally flexible. I'm staying with family until I find a place so can move whenever suits you. I'm looking for somewhere to move in to where I can find a housemate (or housemates) who share some similar interests. I'm a pretty chilled person during the week. I'm easy going, mostly during the week I'll exercise, cook, watch some tv shows or a good netflix session, sometimes head out for dinner but I'm quiet during the week. On the weekends, I try and get out and about whether that's going out for dinner and drinks with friends, or a film or a getting outdoors. I'm a clean and considerate housemate, and I always pay my rent and bills on time, my former housemates would definitely vouch for me! If this sounds like something that would suit you then please get in touch and we can have a chat! Hope to speak soon! Ash
