I am good at cooking and would be happy to cook food for others during dinner. I am currently a residential advisor in my current place. I also like to keep things organized and clean. I would be very happy to find a place that would be my next place to stay to start my career.
I am an open minded and young at heart Social Worker and am moving from Adelaide to Melbourne to work in homelessness in St Kilda. I am clean and tidy & have a good understanding of housemate ediquette as I have lived with many people from all over the world. I like to share dinners/watch films with housemates sometimes but also give my roommates space.I have grown out of the whole party stage, dont smoke or do drugs but do enjoy a glass of wine. I am community minded and enjoy travel, music, human rights, dinners with friends, meditation, salsa dancing (beginner) the arts, board games and films. I love Melbourne and am looking foward to finding some chill housemates (mid twenties to late 30s) to share with. Richmond, Prahan, South Yarra or Balaclava would be ideal. p.s I cook a mean daal.
Hey I'm Reece, Originally from Brisbane but after 5 years living in London I decided there isn't enough happening in Brissi so I moved to Melbourne two years ago and haven't looked back. I work full time as an Account Manager in the CBD and Richmond which keeps me busy. I also lead a pretty active and healthy lifestyle with gym most days. I am a huge lover of the outdoors. When I can weekends are spent exploring the best vic has to offer hiking, camping , beach trips chasing sunrise/sunset and all that outdoorsy stuff. Also a keen photographer, amateur but its something I am working on as a hobby. If you don't find me doing all of that I will be out and about with mates eating and drinking my way around Melbourne's great bars and restaurants. Going to gigs and catching the footy. You'll very rarely see me on the couch all weekend watching Netflix. I am looking for a house to call a home and not just a spare room. I am a very neat and tidy person some say ocd I say neat. I enjoy my own time and appreciate we all have our own friends and life but I also want a house where we share the occasional dinner and red wine / movie night together. After years of living in share houses I would say I am pretty a custom to sharing and whats acceptable.... in other words I am a bloody good housemate !! send me a message and we can chat more. Looking to move at the end of June but I am flexible. Cheers, Reece

Hi there! I'm Hugh, a 24yo software dev & engineer working full-time in Melbourne, and currently living by myself over in Hawthorn East! The landlords here keep hiking up the rent, and I've decided that it's time to look for a new place - preferably one where I've not got the whole rental to myself, as it'd be great to be able to save a little too :P I'm a friendly fella who likes a laugh, spending most evenings after work either hanging out with friends, playing dodgeball, writing a research paper, or building something fun. I'm looking to find another place in Hawthorn because I love the area, have made a lot of local friends, and it's nice and convenient for getting to work! Please let me know if you think I might be a good fit, as I'd love to come take a look at your place and get to know you a bit! Thanks in advance, have a wonderful day! -Hugh
We are a friendly and sociable couple looking for a comfortable home. We are moving back to Melbourne after a short time away. We are both positive, courteous people who enjoy banter and a laugh, and we appreciate housemates who, like us, are busy with their own lives but enjoy casual chats and the occasional communal dinner. We both work in hospitality, so we usually come home late. We are always considerate of noise levels, but would prefer a house where we would feel comfortable to cook dinner late. We also care about making our home nice, so a well-kept house is a must. Timothy is a Kiwi. He enjoys cooking, wine, gardening, gaming, and conversations about science. Marie is from Norway. She enjoys food, wine, and in-depth conversations about the world.
Hello, I'm Stewart, an active individual who has a healthy and sporting lifestyle. I'm a PE and Drama teacher looking for a home that has some fun and laughter. My two main sports are hockey in the winter and am a keen cyclist year round (mostly in the summer when it's warm and dry.) I like to have a few beers or a cheeky whisky here and there but don't really drink that much on the regular. I was born in Kenya and still have family over there so I try to make at least one trip back a year. If you've ever thought about doing a safari I can hook you up with some sweet knowledge and contacts! I'm considerate and easy going. I'm in my early thirties and knuckling down in my profession. I'll always help to keep the house clean and tidy too. I'm social and love a good chat, at the same time am also happy in my own company too. I don't currently own any white goods but can always get some if required. I have a good TV that will be great in any living room if required. I'm happy to go with the flow. I've found food sharing schedules don't work well but if we're at home together and I'm cooking I'll always make enough for everyone :)
just got a job in Caulfield in education so super keen to move in near by with easy going people. im.a country giy so pretty chilled an clean
Hi, I am Nitish. 27 yrs old, recently moved to Melbourne from Tasmania. Doing a part-time job in the Crown casino. I am clean, tidy, open-minded and easy going person ( I have to say this to look decent to you just like everyone do). However, it is true too. I will mostly be busy with my job and an internship so will not be bothering you much. But would love to have casual chat and a meal together sometimes, if our timings match. I am just like any other ordinary person who minds his own business and respect others needs and space as well. Thanks! :)
I'm an easygoing 23 year old student, currently deferred and working in the interim to support my move to the city. I'm kind, compassionate, empathetic, relaxed and friendly. I respect personal space, have some cooking skills, like to keep things relatively clean and am looking for an environment which suits some basic needs of mine, a place to come back to and sleep inbetween work and study and then whatever needs my roommates require. I'm a person that adapts to the needs of others. I'm ok with people who are more social and enjoy conversation myself but I also recognise the need for others to want to keep to themselves. Personally, I like reading, gaming and food in my downtime, I'm a relatively simple human in that regard :) If I seem like someone who works for you, then hit me up! Thanks for your consideration :) I'm looking for something relatively stable in terms of stay duration, at least 4 months to over a year if the place seems hospitable and suitable to all parties.
Clean, independent and reliable. We have both lived in a sharehouse before and always pay our bills on time and understand the need of privacy. Charlotte is a vegetarian and knows how to make multiple delicious meals and so does Aiden. Aiden is currently working as an outdoor education assistant teacher which requires him to go away on multiple occasions. Charlotte is currently working 4 day jobs (animal attendant, dog walker, baby sitter and reptile handler). She also works during the night at a club. Aiden is currently studying certificate III in outdoor recreation and Charlotte is studying certificate III in Childcare. We are both very clean and always clean up after ourselves and understand what chores need to be done in a home to maintain a clean environment. In our spare time we enjoy day trips, watching Netflix, sleeping, walking, eating and going out! We are not after a party house. We are after an unfurnished room. We are looking for likeminded people who are clean, reliable, respectful and fun!
I am a dutch, 2nd year student at Erasmus University Rotterdam. In july, I will be moving to Melbourne for about 6 months on exchange. I am very excited to be starting this adventure but first things first: I need a place to stay. A little bit about myself: currently, I live with two housemates with whom I've been living with for the past 2 years. I am a clean and tidy person who is very social but also values her alone time. I enjoy hanging out with friends and exploring new places to go and places to eat. Furthermore, I am a creative person which is something that I am trying to further develop in Melbourne by following some more design focussed courses.
Young professional working full time in the city so I'm only home after 7PM on weeknights, or 8-9PM if I find the motivation to hit the gym haha :) On weekends, I try to be out and about for at least one of the days - brunch, coffee, shopping, picnics, beach time etc. (of course would love to live with someone I get along with and can join me!) When I'm home, I'm usually just chilling on my laptop editing photos/attempting to be creative or watching Netflix/YouTube. I don't party - definitely prefer real talk with some cheap wine over clubbing any day! I appreciate a balance of having your own space but also being able to hang out with good company. I like to keep things looking pretty and organised so I'm not the kind of person to leave my stuff everywhere. Close public transport, particularly those that go direct into the city is important for me as I don't own a car. I'm flexible on locations as long as it's within budget and getting about is convenient. Looking for a female roommate(s) for team ups as I'm hoping to find a place together to create a home not just a place to stay :)
Hi there! I am Jessica from Indonesia and I am a doctor. I am going to Melbourne for a short visit (2-3 months) regarding my license to practice in Australia. I am tidy, quiet, responsible, and I respect each other's privacy very well. I don't smoke, drink, or do drugs. I like sports and reading books in my leisure time. I am looking for a female housemate/(s), and preferrably with no pets. So if you like my profile and it matches yours, please send me a message! Thanks! :) cheers
My name is Carol, recently graduated from Holmesglen Institute and have been working as a cafe barista at 2 places in CBD. Therefore, I'm mostly occupied every day. I'm an easy-going and friendly person who highly appreciates privacy but also down for cafe brunch and friendly chats. I
