Whats up! Luke and I have just made our way to Melbourne and are actively searching for places to live though are hoping for 1 or 2 others to come and join us. We are looking to build a home so ideally you will also be social and like to hang out, drink and cook. We are clean and respectful though aren't clinical just as long as there is a mutual respect and help each other out from time to time. Originally from Brisbane we both work in Software. Really are just a couple of dudes who like chatting shit, drinking and hanging out. We like to keep the balance though so while we enjoy going out we just as much like to chill out. Bonus points from Luke if you read obscure books and bonus points from me if you watch premier league. We are looking in the range of about $250-$300/week in inner-city locations. Must have or about to start full time employment other than that swing us a message with a little about yourself we have a few inspections lined up so let's get the ball rolling!
Hey future friends, I'm an Architect and working full time in Hawthorn. I have a good sense of humour (i think) and enjoy meeting people. I do a lot of paintings in my spare time and read about consciousness and technology. I drink whiskey only and just on Fridays... maybe Saturday too. I also spend a lot of my time going to conferences and expanding my networks which includes builders, researchers and philosophers. I speak fluent English. If you're keen for a quick chat and most importantly, initiate some sort of friendship - feel free to write me back or call me. Coolest regards, Ananda
I am easygoing, responsible, can keep to myself but friendly at the same time. I keep things neat and tidy and am a considerate person. Don't smoke but am partial to a drink or two every now and again. I am looking forward to experiencing what the city life has to offer.
Hello everyone. My name is Jay. I recently moved back to Melbourne after staying with my parents in Country Vic. The house I'm currently in is up for sale and I am looking to move again. I need to move by the 6th of September. I'm on Centrelink and have a part-time paid volunteer role so there's no need to worry about rent or bills. I'm currently looking for another part-time or full-time job and preparing to study. Before I moved back with the parents I was living in Pakenham (on a lease) for 2 years while I was working as a firefighter and a security officer. I am quiet and keep to myself often. My partner and I mostly just watch movies in the bedroom. I will come out for food, movies or drinks if invited. I'm quirky like that. :) I'm perfectly house trained and don't make much of a mess anyway. I'm not too fussed about the room so long as I can fit a queen bed, a desk and somewhere for my clothes. I'm not allergic to any animals and if your dog needs a walk I'm happy to do it. I do smoke but only outside and not very often. I mostly smoke at work. so that's me in a nutshell. Hope to hear from you soon!
Hello, I'm Samantha, Italian, 29 years old, currently working in hospitality. I love languages and cultures, running, psychology, music gigs, good food and wine. I'm also very clean and tidy. I like to socialise but also to enjoy my own space. I'm looking for a place not only where to sleep but also to call home.
I am a very relaxed and easy going person, clean and and have good house etiquette. i like to watch movies and have a good chat but am also respectful of privacy and other people's space. Day to day i am very proactive and love to help out with things around the place.
Relatively quiet and happy to help out with life. Good sense of humor, occasional stand up comedian. I'm a 28yo working at Melbourne Polytechnic and finishing off the last of my PhD. Pretty quiet these days with writing but always up for a chat. Like building things but don't have much space these days, so if you have a shed that'd be aces. Thanks for considering me,
I'm Jacob, I'm 24 years old and I work in retail and hospitality, with a major focus on wine. Originally from England, but I'm now a permanent resident here in Australia. I love music (I spend way too much of my money on records) and gaming. I'm very flexible on lengths of stay but really need somewhere I can move to by the end of the month.

We are a couple of French people (22,27) who are traveling around the world. We used to live with others people and we love to share nice time around a bottle f wine and a nice diner (made by Louise, she is a chef haha). We've been in Australia since 6 months and we are now looking for new housemates cause we've been traveling in Asia for a month! (we will be back in melbourne the 25th of august). We both work in fine dining restaurant in the CBD (Louise: Press Club and myself: Philippe), clean, tidy, easy going and spending a huge part of the week at work.

Looking for a teamup to find a place within the St Kilda area. I'm looking for 1 housemate (aged 26+). I have a fully furnished apartment at the moment and will be bringing all of this with me. I work full time so would like someone who is also working full time and shares the same values of a relaxed, chilled, and clean environment - that's important. Housemates preferably vegetarian or vegan. I'm a friendly, kind, and considerate housemate who likes a chat but I also like my own space, especially after a long day. Someone of a similar nature would be great. :-) Looking to move early-mid October.
Hi, I am a recent engineering graduate from the Australian National University who is moving to Melbourne for work. I am a bubbly girl, a shopping addict and an Electronics engineer. I like tea, dancing, meal prepping, going to the gym and chatting over cocktails every now and then. I will be working full time and studying for postgraduate law school (yeah it's a career change from engineering :P). I am not a party animal and I am a clean freak who has been living in share-houses in Canberra. I respect everyone's personal space and privacy but I am always down for a chat. Oh also, I study a lot so I am very quiet and nerdy. I am looking for a room that fits a double bed and a study desk. I am also looking for clean respectable housemates who are preferably working professionals like me. I am looking to move in as soon as possible.
I'm a 26 year old young professional that just moved to Melbourne from the US on a working visa. I work full time as a project manager/business analyst. I enjoy biking, running and going to the gym, as well as golfing and playing other sports on the weekend. I generally lead a healthy lifestyle, but enjoying going out to bars and socialising on the weekends. I'm also clean and like to take care of the space I live in.
What an interesting question!!!!! Well I don't mean to blow my own trumpet but theres no better house mate than yours truly!! Ha!!!!! What makes me great ???? Well, I love to cook!!! Im relatively clean, Very sociable, enjoy varied pursuits, love people, love animals in general.... Im also very busy with work and play!! "So always out and about"... I am a flight attendant so I’m away about half the time, but my flatmates often actually miss me! This is because I’m fun, creative, thoughtful, clean, tidy and noise and space aware. I love cooking at home and relaxing with flatmates with a vino and prefer the house to be a home with friends, but I also love my own space (especially quiet-times to catch up on lost sleep). I like to socialize out with friends and occasionally at home, I love: listening to music, watching movies and working on my arty projects at home, or going off for a wandery bike ride or meeting friends. Basically I’m the perfect flatmate 🤩 NB $400 is my max budget including bills. I must be able to park my car near my home. No loud traffic noise. I like plants and they like me so gardens and houseplants (as well as well-trained pets) are great.
Irish couple looking for a private room in a house share or a one bedroom apartment fully furnished. Ideally would love the eastern suburbs, e.g. South Yarra, Balacava, Caulfield North etc. We have just completed farmwork and looking for a 6months lease. We are both qualified teachers, however taking the year out to explore different careers. Ideally be located near a train station as I work in the city. We are very clean, sporty and chilled. Parking space is required.
Hi, there! I'm a post-grad student moving from Brisbane/Gold Coast down to Melbourne to be closer to my university (RMIT) and other commitments. I'm currently studying online, though I'll probably switch to face-to-face study after moving if I'm able to. Regardless, I'm still very active in the community and I have a lot of things lined up to keep me busy (ie. volunteer work, meetings, conferences, and a research project). I can promise you that I'm a very kind person, very clean (maybe even too clean), and I make a really friendly housemate. I'm also an obsessive recycler and I'm completely willing to take over that task for everyone in the house if they aren't feeling up to it. I'm an early riser and I like to get a lot done in a day - which often leaves me ready to pass out by the end of the day (I can be a serial-napper after 5pm). Nonetheless, I can almost always be convinced to keep myself bright and awake long enough to chat over dinner, watch a movie, or get up to something fun. Interests include live music, exercise, travel, a good novel, and collecting vinyl records. I'm looking for a private room in a place that isn't too crowded and is close to both public transport and shops. I'm hoping (first and foremost) for a place that feels like home - so I'm really hoping to find like-minded housemates who are clean, friendly, have a good sense of humour, and are genuinely good people. On a side note, I ALWAYS pay my rent on time. Will provide references if you need them. Also willing to negotiate the length of my stay (4 months is just an easy length - willing to stay longer). Moving date is also flexible. Have a great day!
