Hey! We're Diana & Theo. Diana is originally from New Zealand, and Theo from the UK. We're very friendly, tidy, and respectful people to live with. Theo works full time in TV and I'm a full time psych student at Monash/part time medical receptionist. We're pretty busy throughout the week, but on the weekends we like to find nice walks, yoga classes, good coffee & food, and the odd Netflix chill time! We're looking for a room to move into April 1st, but can be flexible.
A recent graduate who works part-time as a salad artist until she finds a full-time job. Not a vegetarian but somehow there's no meat in my pantry and fridge. A senior but not expensive housemate, featuring: • 3+ years experience in house-sharing • Always clean, respectful and responsible • Above-average friendliness • Hosted 1 garage sale, 3 birthday surprises and 2 welcome parties for the housemates • Owns a 50" television, a wireless printer, a bike and a ukulele • Fluent in English and Mandarin (I'm also a private Mandarin teacher) • Overall, a very likeable young woman The place I currently live in is actually awesome but I would like to move to a more interesting location and meet new wonderful people.
Back home in Melbourne after travelling for 15months. Looking for a place with a fun bunch of social work professionals who enjoy their downtime. Into marketing, health, and personal development. Happy to have a chat on the phone, coffee or beer.
Hi I'm Matt. 27 years from UK. I work as a civil engineer designing railways on a regular 9-5. I enjoy sports both playing and watching, as well as cooking, going for drinks and socialising. I'm looking to move into a house that has a little bit of life to it but also respects peoples privacy
Hey there! New to Melbourne, I’ll be starting a new job on 29 April and looking to secure a place before then (anytime from now). Looking around the Richmond area and surrounding suburbs. I’m a full time professional, respectful and tidy housemate. I’m a social person but can also recognise when to leave you be. I enjoy keeping fit, trying new restaurants and bars, travelling and just new experiences in general. I also have basically new furniture I can bring to the house if needed (but don’t have to bring either)
Hi everyone, I'm Arjun, I work full-time in the CBD in the energy industry, and I'm looking to move a little bit closer towards the city! I've lived both in sharehouses and on my own, so I'm neat and tidy and will be very good at helping out with housework. When I'm home I tend to read a lot so I'm not a noisy housemate, but that being said, I love a good after-work chat (and would never say no to a G&T!) and have been known to stress-bake delicious cookies on occasion. I'm looking for somewhere that's friendly, neat, and respectful. Happy with somewhere quieter or a bit more social, but I'm probably too much of an old fogey to live in a party house! A longer-term place would be better than shorter term, but I'm happy with anything >8-9 months. Also, if you're short of literally any kitchen stuff at all, I have a million and one kitchen utensils and tools (big trays, shallow trays, huge pots, little pots, you name it) that I can either keep in storage (where they are now) or bring along :) Looking forward to getting in touch!
Hi! I’m Josh, 27 year old kiwi new to Melbourne from seven years living in Brisbane. I come from a performing arts background and work between hospo and labour jobs. I’m looking for a room ideally around the Northcote/Fitzroy area as I’m studying music performance at Melbourne Polytechnic in July, but open to anywhere around the inner city. Into most things creative and health & fitness oriented. So if anyone’s looking for a gym buddy flatmate then hit me up! I’m a tidy and quiet flatmate but also up for socialisng.
Hi, I come from China and just finished my master study in Environmental Sciences in Germany. Now I am a PhD student in the University of Melbourne. Therefore, I'm looking for a clean and quiet room to stay :)
I’m a PhD student, I’m super tidy, pick up after myself ya know the whole sharing space with other people- I’m good at that. I watch a lot of comedies, read a lot. I’m looking for a private room in a share house (female housemates preffered) ideally that isn’t too far for daily commute to the city, brownie points for a cafe close by :)
My boyfriend Joao, Brazilian 26 , and I, Rachele Italian 30, are looking for a double bedroom for few months from the 30/31st of March. I am on a Working Holiday Visa, working in a cafè in Carlton, my boyfriend is on Graduate Skilled visa. We are very clean and tidy, respectful and love cooking.
Do you have a spot in your home (and your heart) to take on a new housemate/ friend? :D If so please look closer :-P I’m 23, from England and looking for a spot in a houseshare. :) Super chatty, easy-going, clean and tidy, plus am always up for a laugh and activities. Love a good night out on the town but am equally happy chilling in with good people 😊 (plus food and wine off ;) ) I'm hoping to move in somewhere asap, so if you have a suitable room available it would be awesome if you could please swing a message my way :D Hope to see you soon! Sinead x
Hi, I’m Nicole. I’m 30 and work full time in Human Resources. I’m an easy going, tidy and respectful person. Originally from the GC but been here in Melbourne for over 4 years now. I’m pretty chilled during the week after work, head to the gym a couple of times a week, do the usual house tasks and relax with a good Netflix series. On the weekend I’m usually out for Fri or Sat night drinks, dinner or brunch with friends. Keen to hang out and have a drink at home with my housemate/s if we’re both around but also respect others space and that we have our own things going on. I have a car so would need a place with a car park or street parking available. I’m very flexible with move in dates, something over the next month would be ideal!
Hi there, I am currently living in Mitcham and looking to move into a new place for myself in the East or closer to the city soon; move date is flexible though sooner would be better than later, Clean and Tidy, work full-time in the city at RMIT Mon-Fri, I like to cook and play computer games, pretty easy going, , second language in Chinese mandarin.
Hi my name is Leila, i am 18 in October this year, but have been working full time for the last 6 months and am looking to move to the city to better my opportunities. I am an easy going person, I like to consider myself as both an introvert and an extrovert, meaning I am very sociable and also like my own company too. I enjoy cooking as i hope to start my chef apprenticeship in the coming years and also enjoy a clean house, so all share spaces will be looked after well. I love dining out or in, going for walks and exploring the city, or just chatting and having a good laugh together. I don't consider myself a very fussy person, Im happy if you're happy. I am from Melbourne, the Yarra Valley to be precise, so in between working full time i do have some family living in Prahran and Kew that i will go to visit too. Im looking for an all female household if possible, I don’t mind a mixed gender house, I’m hoping that my new flat mate/mates will become good friends to me.
I am a German girl who has been travelling solo through Southeast Asia for the last 6 months. Now I am in Australia on work & holiday visa. I met my boyfriend (Aussi) in Bali and we plan on living and working in Melbourne for quite a bit. I enjoy cooking and singing in my free time :D We are looking for a private double room as close to the center as possible.
Hi there! I'm a 29-year-old professional just wrapped up my PhD and working at a pharmaceutical company on St. Kilda road. I'm currently living in Toorak but will have to move out soon, as my housemate is having family over for a few months and I'd like to give him some space and move on to a new place. I'm currently looking for a sunny bright room with enough space for a double bed, desk and chair, preferably furnished and preferably with an ensuite, nearby St. Kilda road or close to public transport. I'd also prefer bills to be included in the rent. I'm tidy, hardworking and determined but also friendly and easy getting oing. I've grown up and lived in five countries and I enjoy exploring new places and experiences. I enjoy jogging, swimming, camping, soccer and cycling. I also love cats. While I'll be focused on a new job, that won't stop me from being a social flatmate who is keen to chill out and relax. Always respectful of space and privacy, clean and willing to help out and listen when it's required. I enjoy having a place with the right atmosphere where we eagerly look forward to coming back to at the end of a long day Looking forward to meeting you and checking out the place! :)
Recently returned to Melbourne after 15months overseas. Looking for a short term let until my partner moves over in June or a longer term let that can accommodate both of us from June onwards. I work 9-5, like to keep fit and cook tasty healthy food. Love listening to live music, dancing and trying new things. I am looking for housemates that are happy to socialise and have occasionally meals or a glass of wine and a chat but are also respectful of personal space. Are happy to have guests but aren't known as the party house as well as being considerate of each other's schedules and can clean shared spaces tidy.
Hiya! I'm Brit, easy-going, clean, sociable 22 yo, who enjoys her alone time almost(or equally) as much as a glass of wine(or two) every now and then. Love to read, play tennis and spend time with friends. Have lived in Melbourne for 4 years, and absolutely love it! Worning full time on Southbank. Looking for a room in a share house or a flatmate to share an apartment with.
My name is Katie and Im 26 years old. I moved down to Melbourne just under three years ago from the beautiful Sunshine Coast, I absolutely love this city and what it has to offer. Unfortunately I've broken up with my fiancé and have to move out of my current living situation, So I'm on the hunt to fine a new place to call home. I keep busy working 6 days a week, I'm a Hairdresser half of the week and a freelance Graphic Designer the rest. I'm sociable, respectful, tidy, lover of all food and wine, keen snowboarder, movie buff and illustrator. Now I do have a 8kilo ginger cat called Murphy, he's super chilled, happy, house trained and sleeps most of the day. I know most places don't accept animals but its worth asking I'm available to move in when ever and willing to stay 6 months + depending on the situation. If I sound like the kind of human you'd like to live with get in touch!
We are two friends looking for a third person to join us on a hunt for a 3 bedroom house in the Richmond/Cremorne area. We're keen to recruit as soon as possible, so we can apply together. That way, we can all be present for on the bond, and not have to deal with lease transfers down the track. We're both easy going, relaxed, and social people… so looking for someone similar who would be up for an occasional housemate dinner, drink or solid MAFS binge (haters gon hate). We're in our mid 20s, work full time, (one 9-5, the other a nurse). We enjoy going to the gym, cooking and drinking. But not, like, a bad amount. Like, a healthy amount…Kind of… If you would be interested in looking at houses with us, send us a message and we can meet up! Lizzie & Jaz
