I'm a fun , friendly 25 year old female here on a working holiday visa from the UK. Embarrassing knowledge of all things Harry Potter and game of thrones related I love spending time with other people sharing a glass of wine on the sofa over some crap tv , feasting on a good brunch or exploring parts of the city but also more than happy to do my own thing! I work full time in hospitality but the opening hours are quite sociable so no rolling in at 4am or anything! I had a 9-5 job in marketing before moving here so appreciate the need for peace and quiet after a long day at the office/ uni but also do enjoy visiting local bars at the weekend to attempt a new dance move or two! Not particularly fussy about living people on a similar schedule as I'm quite a heavy sleeper , I just want to live with some nice people who I can get along with , spend time with and entertain with my embarrassing attempts at cooking!
I'm a 30 year old Canadian who is loving my time in this city (1.5 years so far) and looking to stay long term. I'm employed full time as a welder/fabricator and also work a second job thats picks up from time to time and when it does I'm flat-out so you'd probably only see me when I get home late or when I leave early. Always up on my bills and a very tidy individual, but I also enjoy my privacy now and again and would definitely respect yours. I'm from a small town in Saskatchewan and have grown up outdoors doing various Canadian type activities, so I'm pretty handy around the house and yard and would gladly take part in any handyman type stuff. When I'm not crazy busy, I ride a lot of bmx bikes around this city's amazing facilities, I like my punk/metal shows, all types of outdoor activities, recently began collecting various odd themed tattoos for reasons I'm yet to decipher, and generally just down for a good time. Always keen for a mission out or random adventures providing I'm not working. I'm a pretty funny guy (so I'm told anyway, may not be accurate), very chill, basically just your average stereotypical friendly ice hockey loving Canadian. I do smoke, and I rarely if ever drink, but that doesn't stop me from enjoying a night out with the lads. Though I'm definitely not keen to move into a party scene again, I'm bit past that these days. My current flatmate is heading back to Canada after 5 years in Melbs, and that leaves me looking for a new flat hopefully by the end of the month (bit late for me to be looking but like I said, flat-out). Hoping to make it out for some viewings in the coming weeks and would love to meet any like minded individuals! Thanks for looking, and if you have any questions please feel free to contact me anytime for a chat or a meet up :) Cheers!
I’m a Canadian traveller looking to experience Melbourne! I’m fun, friendly, a good cook who will make food for nice room mates! Love keeping active, basketball, photography and trying new things I’m clean so no need to worry about me being a messy room mate. :)

Hello, my name is Shelby. I just recently moved here from Vancouver, Canada and started a job as a barista. I am working full time and looking for somewhere to call home until mid december when I go travelling. I am super easy going and easy to get along with. I am clean and respectful. I am vegan, and love cooking group meals and hanging out with the roomies. I work early mornings, but I'm not bothered by people working opposite shifts. Looking for something where I could be comfortable and make friends with the people I am living with, preferably with other travelers or travel minded individuals. thanks xx
My name is Carolin, I'm 27 years old and from Germany. Currently I'm doing a semester abroad at the Deakin University so therefore I'm searching for a room to stay for the next 4 - 5 month. In my free time I like to go out with friends and I love to cook so generally I like to keep it low key. I'm friendly, clean, respectful and easy-going. --> Move date as soon as possible :-)
Hello, I am Yiorlyn. A 19 years old Malaysian Chinese girl who is studying childcare in the city. I’ve been here for one year and haven’t explored much. Due to I planned to do something new and experience a different overseas student life, so I’ve decided to quit my current aupair position to move into the city. I am a childcare educator in a childcare centre in Berwick, also will be having more jobs in the future after settling down. I love going to the nature, feel the nature and feel myself. I always like to have me time but of course I do enjoy to spend wonderful time with amazing people. I would love to share room with international overseas student to get to know more different cultures and languages, as well as different’s life. It’s important to find good roommate, as if it’s really suitable, I wouldn’t mind to extend my stay. Well, hit me up if you have any accommodations to offer which is affordable for me. Thank you! Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
We're two Irish girls, and we've just arrived in Melbourne on a working holiday visa for one year. We both studied chemistry in college but thankfully that's over and now we're here and hoping to do something completely different. Pros of living with us: we're easy going, tidy, fairly quite, we're always up for a drink and a chat and we bake (and always need help eating the baked goods). Cons of living with us: sometimes we get distracted by Netflix and burn the baked goods...
Hey! I'm Rhi, Originally from Melbourne, but have been in the US for about 7 years. Came home recently and have been helping out my Grandma. Just a quick FYI - I'm actually flexible on how long/short I stay for. I work in the Music Industry full time and I am usually pretty work-focused (no noise), but I like to socialise when I can. Wine, beer, cheese and whiskey are all on my list. Pretty easy going actually. Love people I can have a good laugh with. At the same time things are actually very busy at the moment so I don't tend to have a lot of down time. I like to make an effort to create a cheerful environment. I'm into travel, culture, comedy, exercise, etc. and I'm clean, organised and very mindful about paying bills on time. I'm looking for housemate(s) that are easy to get along with... mature, honest, clean, friendly, easy going and kind. I'd like to live with people that are career driven but also easy going, but everyone is different, so I'm not too fussed, as long as it's a nice environment to live in. My friends are from different walks of life so there's not really anything specific that your life should involve for me to be happy living with you, haha. I love friendly, intelligent, good people. Anyone with a sense of humour is always great. Pretty easy going to be honest, as long as there are good vibes! I'm also ideally looking for a room with a bed and I'm after high speed cable wifi for work. The bed I can work around but good internet is important!
Looking for a shared apartment or studio in south Yarra, Collingwood, Toorak, St Kilda, Brighton, Elwood, Caulfield, Elsternwick, Prahran, Williamstown and surrounding areas. I am usually out at work or study for most of the day, so won't be a problem for potential flatmate(s). Never missed a payment in the past. I cook most of my meals and train regularly, so your potential flatmate is a healthy bloke. Interested in teaming up too, just shoot a message to discuss possibilities. Move in immediately.
Hey! I’m Sonny. 28, and working full-time. Moving from Canberra, and looking for a place in the inner suburbs of Melbourne. Ever since my uni days, I have lived in shared accommodation. I always try to keep a light and upbeat atmosphere. Love a good chat, but respect other people’s privacy. You will find me very going. I also like to keep the house clean and organized. Love to get out - always up for a game of soccer. On the flip side, binging on cable tv shows or old movies is a guilty pleasure!
My girlfriend Rea and I are looking for a place to stay from now until the end of December. We are both from England and have just finished travelling Asia for the past 4 months. We are both sociable people and are big foodies. We love to cook and explore new places. Happy to live in either a social house or a quiet house. We are very clean and respectful. Please get in touch if you have anything that would suit. 350 is our maximum amount a week. Thank you
I am a full time professional working in Business Analysis and studying post grad part time on the side. Moving out of my one bedroom apartment this month and looking for a new place to call home. I am very clean and respectful, hoping to find similar individuals to share accommodation with
Hello future flatmates, I'm a Canadian guy who's called Melbourne home for nearly three years. Originally from Toronto, I moved here for work and seeking new travel and cultural experiences. I see myself here for the next 2-3 years and would like a place I can settle into. My lease is up in mid-January so I thought it wouldn't hurt to start looking now. My ideal living situation could just as well be a studio apartment as it could be a share-house – if with the right folks. I'm willing to move house sooner than later if the right situation comes about. As I've entered my relative old-age at 30, I've still got a bit of fight left in me, but am far more focused on my career, fitness and hobbies than partying. I'm a creative copywriter working in the advertising industry. Which means I often work long hours coming up with brilliant ideas to sell such life-saving services as laser hair removal or food delivery. In my spare time I love to run (just did my first marathon), cycle (my bike is my main mode) and cook (I auditioned for Season 10 of MasterChef and didn't make it). Music and sports are my two greatest diversions in life. As far as the grand scheme of housemates goes, I'm much more on the cleaner, organised, reliable, independent side of the spectrum. I'm only interested in living with people who are equally respectful and capable as housemates and humans. Let me know if you want to kick it as housemates!
Hi we're Stacey & Cody, both 23YO & looking for someone to join us in a 3 bedroom home somewhere in the Southern Suburbs. We are currently looking at units around Malvern as it's a friendly area within reasonable price range however would consider other Southern suburbs but for no more than $500pw. A bit about us: Stacey works full-time work in finance in the city. Cody is studying & working part time as a fitness instructor in Hawthorn. We're both outgoing, friendly & easy going and avoid drama at all times! We enjoy cooking & keeping fit & healthy (with exception to the often cheese, wine & chocolate nights). We live social lives so love to get out & explore the city - always in search for a trendy cafe or bar with some live music. Although the social life is busy, we do appreciate down time & often find ourselves on the couch eating takeout & watching a cheesy TV series. We're both very neat & tidy and we're conservative of keeping the water, gas & electricity bills at a decent price. If you think we would get along & you're keen to check out some of the places we're currently inspecting then would love to hear from you :) Ps. Bonus points if you enjoy Meredith goats cheese & you're a batchelorette fan!! #TeamApollo
