Hey! My name is Eefke, 27 years old and I'm from Germany. I love traveling and getting to know new cultures and meeting new people! After just having finished my bachelors degree in architecture at the beginning of this year, I started traveling and would love to continue this great opportunity with the working holiday visa I just received and get to know Australia! I chose Melbourne as a starting point with its grand variety in culture and city life and the ocean nearby. I love nature and exploring outside, cooking together and am into music, dance and art. Growing up with four siblings and a cat, I love company and value a good community! Nevertheless, I respect that everyone needs to take time to themselves and that a clean environment is important for an easy going living together. I am looking forward to meeting you!
Hi there! My name is Rick, a student from the Netherlands heading to Melbourne to do an internship at University of Melbourne for three months. I'm used to living with fellow students and very much prefer to do so in Melbourne too. I'm easy going and can be tidy too. I like to hang out with friends and grab a beer or play a game, to sport (mountainbike) and I am planning to do some trips while in Australia. Really looking forward to coming to Melbourne! I'm fine with sharing a room. I will arrive in Melbourne at 2nd of October. Feel free to contact me if you would like to team up or if you are looking for a new roommate!
Hi! As a couple we’re looking for a room! We met each other during traveling. I’m (Tess) Dutch and Callum is English. We’re both looking for a job in Melbourne (hospitality/retail). I love food and like to spend some hours in the kitchen. Callum is a musician. He plays guitar, sings and writes his own music. We’re both very easy going and interested in Melbourne’s music scene. We like to go to gigs, drink some beers or have an easy night at home and watch a movie or play cards. We’re friendly, flexible, chatty, tidy, cozy and like to do things together with our flatmates!
I'm moving to Melbourne from London on the 1st October with a view to spending 2 to 3 months working either in engineering or something more casual. I'd ideally like to find a place to live with a few others who would be up for socialising, a couple of drinks, or generally exploring Melbourne. I value living in a clean and tidy environment and enjoy cooking. I like to keep active, and intend to get involved with cycling and rowing whilst in Melbourne.
So I'm moving to Melbourne and moving out of my house for the first time ever. *Cue dramatic music* Could be a scary thing but I'm sure I'll find a flatmate or two (it could be you reading this right now) who would end up becoming my best friend(s), and we could have the best time ever! So what do I like? Well, I love Technology (huge Apple fanboy), Football (so I would be staying awake late to watch some matches), watching stuff on YouTube, binge-watching shows, travelling, and playing sports like football, basketball, and table tennis. I do enjoy gaming, playing boardgames and love a great cup of coffee. When it comes to music, I've recently got Drake's Scorpion album on repeat! If you don't like that kind of music, don't worry, I love a lot of different genres :) Keeping my space clean is really important, and also having some privacy from time to time. I would be going to Melbourne School of Design to study Digital Technologies starting February 2019, so finding a place close-by would be great! Can't wait to hear from you! :)

I am a postgraduate Biomedical Sciences student from The Netherlands. From February on, I am going to do my research internship into Dementia in The Royal Melbourne Hospital for 6 months. During my internship I am looking for a shared home. I like being surrounded by other people to eat (I like to cook =)), sport, watch Netflix or explore the Australian culture and country together. However, I also appreciate quietness and peacefulness. Sharing living room, bathroom and kitchen is no problem.
Hi everyone! My name is Aleksandar and I'm a computer science masters student from Austria visiting Melbourne for half a year in order to work on my thesis with the nice folks at RMIT and explore Melbourne and Australia. When I'm working on my stuff I tend to be quiet and busy with my thoughts, however I do enjoy socialising, exploring my surroundings and just having a good time when I'm free :). I also prefer to have everything around me tidy and clean. I'll usually spend most of my days either working on my pc, or exploring the city. Oh and I'm into photography, travel, design, etc. (too much stuff to add here :D )
Hi ! I am Anil , I am studying in this semester in Monash Uni. so as you can guess i need a place to stay :) I graduated from civil engineering before coming Melbourne i worked at a Company as a civil engineer then i changed my mind and now i am on data things:) so i started to study Data Science in Monash and working part-time as well. I am living in shared houses since i started high school so i am really used to live in this kind of environment. I lived with many people from different cultural backgrounds. I am an easy going, cheerful, friendly, social and responsible individual and prefer to have a evening chat with my dear flat mates and of course a beer can be great :) I am chill and clean person and totally respectful for my housemates. So i search for a place which is clean and filled with friendly and respectful people :) I am trying to follow up all news and documentaries about cutting edge of science. I can live always with a music playing background of my life :) Generally down tempo house music but almost all types of music have master pieces so if you are a keen music listener probably we will have so much things to share. I will always be appreciated for a good movie advise that I haven’t watched yet. It is like giving me a good time for 2 hours :) By the way, I just wrote the positive things about me and there is one more thing that i am not a native english speaker and i came to Melbourne 3 months ago so if we meet , I will probably be asking for the meaning of any word in Australian slang and I hope you don’t feel yourself like a dictionary :) Oh one more thing, I am a terrible cooker. If it sounds like a match for your house, just let me know to arrange a meeting for additional details Hope to see you :)
Hi guys, my name's Greg, and I'm an American journalist. I visited Melbourne in April and fell in love, so I'm moving from Brooklyn to Melbourne this September to work for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. I've had roommates since college, so I'm clean, but also pretty relaxed about things. I like to go out and socialize on the weekends with friends, and sometimes during the week if I'm up for it. Every now and then I'll travel for work or to see a bit more of the country, and I'll be in Melbourne for at least a year.
Hello lovelies. I'm Leigh! 24, just moving back to Melbourne after six months travelling and would love to find some friendly housemates with a nice room for me. I’m a waitress and dance teacher, very well house trained and have no bad habits (at least that anyone has told me about yet). Hope to hear from you soon! Flexible with move in date.
A first-year Graduate student. Studying mechatronics at the University of Melbourne. I'm easy to get along with. I love sports football (soccer) precisely. Everything will be ok as long we keep the common areas we'll be sharing clean and tidy. A long-term stay is the goal!!

I am a student at Latrobe, living in Melborne since last year. I'm from Bahrain, and I have travelled around. I have lived four years in the US. People say that I am easy going, quiet and friendly and i believe them :). I mostly love long walks on the Beach and go to the gym. Feel free to ask any questions. Mo
Hi all, my name is Linda and one could say that I am a bit of a wanderer & traveller trying this settling down thing for a while. I'm 26 years old, originally from Germany but have lived, studied and worked in 5 different countries in the last 6 years. And now Melbourne it is for definitely a longer period of time as I am now working here full time. I work in Marketing as a brand manager and am enjoying this new opportunity so far. This is not my first time in Melbourne, I have already lived here twice before for a total of 9 months and got to love this city and particularly South Yarra as a place to live. I am looking for a new place to live in South Yarra in a nice shared house/apartment with (a) nice housemate(s). I'd love to find a place with other people who do not only share a house/apartment but a home. A social environment where housemates have a chat over dinner or enjoy the occasional spontaneous movie night together would be ideal. I also love exploring the area and trying out the great variety of restaurants South Yarra & Chapel Street have to offer. At the same time, I also like my quiet time for myself and am not a big party person but do enjoy an occasional night out here and there with friends. I like being out and about, going to my Pilates classes, meeting new people (as I do not know a lot of people here yet) and exploring the city and its surroundings. Most of all I love the beach and hikes and can't wait for summer to arrive quickly :) I'm looking for a new-ish place with heating and air con and some sort of balcony/terrace/outdoor area. An own bathroom would be awesome if possible (not a must). I'm thinking about getting a car, so parking would be a plus but is not a must. Furniture would be helpful but also not a must. Having a good vibe in the apartment is much more important to me :) As I do have a place right now, my moving dates are somewhat flexible, ideally I'd look at late October, early November. Please reach out if you have a free room and share similar views on living together. I'd love to come and meet you and have a look at the apartment. Cheers, Linda
Born and raised in Melbourne. Full-time professional working for local government. I am clean, caring and respectful. I enjoy cooking, drawing, dancing, reading, music and movies. Looking for flatmates who are easy going and social.
I'm a 22 year old guy from Rotterdam, The Netherlands looking for a place to stay in Melbourne. I love football, travelling, going to the beach, gaming, and probably most of all; going for a few drinks with mates. I will be needing a place for at least 6 months, which could go up to 12 months. My move to Melbourne will be for a Dutch company I am working for, but the main reason I am choosing to start a new life on the other side of the world is because I want to meet new people and experience new things. I'm hoping to make my Melbourne time the experience of a lifetime and I hope whoever I end up living with can be a big part of that.
