Hi everyone, I'm Arjun, I work full-time in the CBD in the energy industry, and I'm looking to move a little bit closer towards the city! I've lived both in sharehouses and on my own, so I'm neat and tidy and will be very good at helping out with housework. When I'm home I tend to read a lot so I'm not a noisy housemate, but that being said, I love a good after-work chat (and would never say no to a G&T!) and have been known to stress-bake delicious cookies on occasion. I'm looking for somewhere that's friendly, neat, and respectful. Happy with somewhere quieter or a bit more social, but I'm probably too much of an old fogey to live in a party house! A longer-term place would be better than shorter term, but I'm happy with anything >8-9 months. Also, if you're short of literally any kitchen stuff at all, I have a million and one kitchen utensils and tools (big trays, shallow trays, huge pots, little pots, you name it) that I can either keep in storage (where they are now) or bring along :) Looking forward to getting in touch!
A recent graduate who works part-time as a salad artist until she finds a full-time job. Not a vegetarian but somehow there's no meat in my pantry and fridge. A senior but not expensive housemate, featuring: • 3+ years experience in house-sharing • Always clean, respectful and responsible • Above-average friendliness • Hosted 1 garage sale, 3 birthday surprises and 2 welcome parties for the housemates • Owns a 50" television, a wireless printer, a bike and a ukulele • Fluent in English and Mandarin (I'm also a private Mandarin teacher) • Overall, a very likeable young woman The place I currently live in is actually awesome but I would like to move to a more interesting location and meet new wonderful people.
My boyfriend Joao, Brazilian 26 , and I, Rachele Italian 30, are looking for a double bedroom for few months from the 30/31st of March. I am on a Working Holiday Visa, working in a cafè in Carlton, my boyfriend is on Graduate Skilled visa. We are very clean and tidy, respectful and love cooking.
Do you have a spot in your home (and your heart) to take on a new housemate/ friend? :D If so please look closer :-P I’m 23, from England and looking for a spot in a houseshare. :) Super chatty, easy-going, clean and tidy, plus am always up for a laugh and activities. Love a good night out on the town but am equally happy chilling in with good people 😊 (plus food and wine off ;) ) I'm hoping to move in somewhere asap, so if you have a suitable room available it would be awesome if you could please swing a message my way :D Hope to see you soon! Sinead x
Hi there, I am currently living in Mitcham and looking to move into a new place for myself in the East or closer to the city soon; move date is flexible though sooner would be better than later, Clean and Tidy, work full-time in the city at RMIT Mon-Fri, I like to cook and play computer games, pretty easy going, , second language in Chinese mandarin.
Hi my name is Leila, i am 18 in October this year, but have been working full time for the last 6 months and am looking to move to the city to better my opportunities. I am an easy going person, I like to consider myself as both an introvert and an extrovert, meaning I am very sociable and also like my own company too. I enjoy cooking as i hope to start my chef apprenticeship in the coming years and also enjoy a clean house, so all share spaces will be looked after well. I love dining out or in, going for walks and exploring the city, or just chatting and having a good laugh together. I don't consider myself a very fussy person, Im happy if you're happy. I am from Melbourne, the Yarra Valley to be precise, so in between working full time i do have some family living in Prahran and Kew that i will go to visit too. Im looking for an all female household if possible, I don’t mind a mixed gender house, I’m hoping that my new flat mate/mates will become good friends to me.
I am a German girl who has been travelling solo through Southeast Asia for the last 6 months. Now I am in Australia on work & holiday visa. I met my boyfriend (Aussi) in Bali and we plan on living and working in Melbourne for quite a bit. I enjoy cooking and singing in my free time :D We are looking for a private double room as close to the center as possible.
Hi there! I'm a 29-year-old professional just wrapped up my PhD and working at a pharmaceutical company on St. Kilda road. I'm currently living in Toorak but will have to move out soon, as my housemate is having family over for a few months and I'd like to give him some space and move on to a new place. I'm currently looking for a sunny bright room with enough space for a double bed, desk and chair, preferably furnished and preferably with an ensuite, nearby St. Kilda road or close to public transport. I'd also prefer bills to be included in the rent. I'm tidy, hardworking and determined but also friendly and easy getting oing. I've grown up and lived in five countries and I enjoy exploring new places and experiences. I enjoy jogging, swimming, camping, soccer and cycling. I also love cats. While I'll be focused on a new job, that won't stop me from being a social flatmate who is keen to chill out and relax. Always respectful of space and privacy, clean and willing to help out and listen when it's required. I enjoy having a place with the right atmosphere where we eagerly look forward to coming back to at the end of a long day Looking forward to meeting you and checking out the place! :)
Recently returned to Melbourne after 15months overseas. Looking for a short term let until my partner moves over in June or a longer term let that can accommodate both of us from June onwards. I work 9-5, like to keep fit and cook tasty healthy food. Love listening to live music, dancing and trying new things. I am looking for housemates that are happy to socialise and have occasionally meals or a glass of wine and a chat but are also respectful of personal space. Are happy to have guests but aren't known as the party house as well as being considerate of each other's schedules and can clean shared spaces tidy.
Hey, I'm a 23 year old student studying Music Business. I also work in Food and Beverage at Arts Centre Melbourne and Crown so i'll be out of the place a lot between work and uni. I'd love a social place but not one that's constantly got parties happening, always down for dinner and drinks though!
I'm a nit and organised woman, working full time at a property management company. I like cooking and living a wellness lifestyle. I'm looking for a calm place to live, where I can have my own space and privacy but also keen for a chat and share with my flatmates.
Hi there, I am Luisa, 30 years old from Italy. I am working as export coordinator for a wine company and have lived in Melbourne for 3 years years now. Love the city! I will need a place for at least 6 months, maybe longer and possibly furnished. I am a clean person and would like to live in a clean place. I am very easy going, I enjoy cooking (mainly italian food), going to the gym, volleyball, watching netflix, learning new things, outdoor activities and catching up with my friends.
Hi everybody! I’m a 23 years old student and I’m going to live around 2 months in Melbourne from the beginning of April, in order to work and enjoy the life there. I love jogging, hiking, discovering new restaurants and pubs and I like playing boarding games ;) I used to live with flat mates during my university studies since I love meeting people. I like the life with mates, as having a talk and a beer in the evening, cooking together for a great dinner, hanging out in the city… Anyway, I’m open-minded, really easy to live, easy-going, quiet and clean. Cheers! Nadege
