My name is Yosuke, 25 yo originally from Japan. I have arrived in Melbourne a few days ago and plan to stay for a year. I worked in Film and TV production and hoping to do the same here. Especially passionate about everything to do with sound/sound design in film. Other than that, I love watching movies, skateboarding, kite boarding and anything outdoorsy!
Hola! I'm a young Kiwi making the move across the ditch! I work full time at a CA firm. I'm a tidy, quite and respectful person. I'd like to live with other sociable working professionals who are chilled out and enjoy the occasional drink after work but respect each other space and time. I'd be very busy with work most nights but would definitely be keen to go out for the odd flat dinner/outing or have a chill Netflix marathon :) Let me know if I would fit right into your flat!
Hello! I am a 28yr old wine and cheese lover from the western suburbs (currently living in Balaclava). I work full time as a travel agent and travel solo often so I enjoy my independence yet thrive off interactions with like minded people. People who see the positives in life yet are ok to curl up on the couch with a cup of tea and cry watching a cheesy series (or RuPauls Drag Race) haha but honestly I am just looking for a family vibe house that I can call home and make some great friends while I'm at it!! I ideally would love a little bit of space to spread my wings too (no Harry Potter style rooms preferred) :) anyways I could go on for a while here so please don't hesitate to call or message to find out more :) Kirst!!!

Hello! I'm a History and Psychology undergraduate student studying in Canada, and I'll be travelling to Melbourne for temporary research work. I'm a rather introverted person, quite a workaholic who likes to have a quiet environment and, once in a while, hang out with small groups of friends, out or at home. Am generally friendly and will give you your space when needed! I'm currently looking for a temporary housing for the period of late-April to mid-August, with the hopes of staying at a house where, hopefully, there won't be too many housemates (max. 3 would be ideal!), nor will it be much of a party house. Also, because I'm a little tight on budget given that I'm on limited funding for the research, I'm hoping to find a house that'll range at a cost of $150-$170pw, but I'm flexible if the offer is good :) I also hope to be able to cook at home, so do let me know if that's a problem. Looking forward to hearing from you soon :)
We're two chill friends looking for a place closer to our universities. I'm studying cultural studies and Georgia is some sort of eco/pol/phils undergrad thing that I don't get. We're vegetarian/vegan but not fussed about what you put in your bod. We are also clean, like housework, and would love a friendly and respectful home environment to live out our uni days.
Am looking to share a space with some like minded people. I’m an easy going, carefree, mature person who enjoys adventures, music and the creative arts. Clean and respectful I love my me time but am never shy of a conversation. I love reading with the occasional glass of wine, I work in hospitality and am a very driven, outgoing individual. Look forward to hearing back from you!
My usual occupation working as an accountant. I work full time during office hours. I am an outgoing and friendly person. I enjoy outdoor activites such as hiking, scenic road trips, interstate or overseas travel, etc. I like to keep the house clean, tidy and quiet. I also expect the same from my housemates.
Hi I'm Khaled, 29 years old from Egypt, working as a freelance web and game developer. I'm quite and a little bit introverted but a good listener. I love to spend most of my time on laptop and play videogames. I'm looking for a studio apartment or a private room.
Heya maybe future roomies! Let me introduce ourselves : I'm Alexie, French-Canadian chick, 26, studied Environmental biology, passionate about photography, and been living abroad for nearly 3 years now! Together with the amazing Az, New-Zealander, 24, bartender, aspiring videographer and lover of KFC chips. We are a really easy-going pair, overly hilarious (we'd like to think) and mostly laid back. We love a good chat over a drink or two (Az comes with his own bartending kit and expertise), trying our hand at cooking new dishes (success not guaranteed), and being really productive while minding our own business in front of our computer (that's what we'll say but we'll probably be watching Netflix or something). Having just moved from Sydney, we are here in Melbourne for a healthy balance of exploring, working hard and money-saving (we'll see how that last bit goes). So if you are in to discover or re-discover little gems around the city with us, to share a bit of our daily lives together or simply to receive a sleepy half-mumbled 'goodmorning' from us as you leave for work, we are the ones you've been looking for! Can't wait to find the right home, looking forward to hearing from you all! x
Hello, I'm Alyssa, a 25 year old from the US just looking to move into a new city, make some new friends and find a great place to live! I have lived in flatshares before. (Once with 5 girls and only 3 bedrooms, one bath) so I definitely know how to respect others space and the importance of staying tidy. I'm just looking for a clean flat with a private furnished bedroom. When I'm not working you can probably find me cooking and baking in the kitchen... (don't worry I'll share)!
Hi, i work as a receptionist for a periodontal clinic in the CBD. I'm easy going, very tidy, clean, pay bills on time. I look forward to living with someone who enjoys sharing the odd dinner and glass of wine. I'm social but also like time to myself and am looking for a peaceful household environment. I enjoy going out to see live gigs, getting out in nature for hikes, overseas travel and catching up with friends.
Hey! I'm Gary. I'm a 30 year old doctor raised in Melbourne. My interests include travel, fitness and live music. I'm looking for a room in all the usual haunts (South Yarra, Richmond, Abbotsford, Fitzroy, Brunswick) for at least the rest of the year. Potential housemates are friendly, easy going and enjoy banter, like myself. :) I'm tidy and respectful of other's space, but would also like a social household where housemates are more like friends.
I am moving to Melbourne from Brisbane! I work in hospitality so my hours can rotate like crazy! But when I'm not at work you'll probably find me at a gig or definitely a pub... not looking for a party house but definitely somewhere where everyone likes to have a drink after work and socialise! I am duper clean (room can be questionable however common areas will be spotless!)
Hey :) So my name is Niall Cahill, I'm from Dublin Ireland and ill be arriving in Melbourne on the 4th of May. The perfect place for me would be a studio flat. I've lived in about 7 share houses over the last 4 years and I want to live alone now as im sick of messy people. I'm super chilled, 420 friendly, open minded and well travelled. I've been a professional photographer for 7 years, doing portraits, concerts and events. While travelling I work in Civil construction as a skilled labourer. As it stands I'm going to stay in an Airbnb until I have 2-3 weeks of pay behind me before I can afford the bond and rent. I can supply 2 landlord references from Brisbane. If any sound landlords want to let me move in without the bond for a month that would be swell. I also want the Bond through RTA. Feel free to ask me any questions :)
I'm looking to join a small share house in Melbournes North or Eastern suburbs! I work part time in retail and study Bioscience full time at Latrobe! I've just returned back to Australia after 2 years traveling the globe! Looking for a small share house with respectful, reliable and CLEAN people (obviously) preferably people who are late 20's to mid 30's I'm always down for a chill sesh with friends at home! I love a bit of housemate/family bonding time also! but always respect everyone else privacy and alone time. I'm completely open minded. Hopefully I can find some people on the same level I can vibe with!
I am a full time working IT Professional at NAB. I am a Sri Lankan and play cricket on the weekends. I am a non smoker and a non drinker. I prefer a place without pets.
Melbourne amateur- recently moved here from North Queensland. Im a vet working night shifts for a clinic in the Malvern East. Indoor plants!! Love love love going to get good coffee and cafe snacks. Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day. Sucker for live music :) Looking for a house to move into, if not I am looking for people to join me in a share house of my own. I have two gorgeous dogs named Lily and Mila. Both very well-behaved. Mila is a delta therapy dog for children. They are two cuddley dogs that love to go to the beach or dog park or even cafe-ing! Basically they go wherever I am - when I am on nightshift they will be sleeping and when Im home during the day they will be out with me. They are good with cats and other dogs.
looking for somewhere clean and modern, willing to pay max amount p/w for the right place! Somewhere in or near the city preferred. looking to share with someone who is quite social but can also respect eachothers privacy when necessary! i’m extremely respectful, super friendly, genuine, and always reliable with rent - NEVER late! a pet friendly place is a must as i have a puppy! i am more than happy to negotiate and pay extra p/w on top of rent and bills to have the little one there as well :-) not a must but a big bonus!! any questions please don’t hesitate to ask :-)
Hey potential roomie/Netfix co-watcher/meal sharer/legend Im a 22 year old corporate gal working full time. I have 3.5 years rental experience with housemates so I know the drill when it comes to cleaning up and paying stuff on time! I've recently moved to Melbourne and am looking for somewhere to call home. I'm easy going, clean and respectful of alone time but love to have a yarn and am always up for the occasional room mate dinners if that is your thing (I make a mean goulash). I like to have a cheeky bev on the weekend but not a massive party goer. What I get up to in my spare time is watch Netflix more than is necessary, sketching, yoga or going out for a nice meal.
