Hello! I am over on a working holiday visa from the uk! And am looking for a room in a house for 4-6 weeks from the 1st January :) I am friendly, sociable and clean and tidy! Currently living in Elwood.
I’m from China and will study in UNIMEL for two years. I'm finding a clean and tidy place which is close to the uni. I’d like to make friends with people from different cultures. I like music and movies and even went to another city several times just for the film festival, so it's nice to watch the movie together in spare time. I'm not a sociable person and respect for other's privacy, but if you need someone to hang out for drinking, I'd like to join. Please be free to message.
Hi potential roomies, hope to hear from you soon! My name is Lucas and I'm a 30 year old guy currently working for the Bureau of Meteorology near southern cross. I enjoy watching movies and TV shows in my spare time, or reading useless facts on the internet (trivia is fun). I also enjoy going to the beach, going on road-trips, and Nandos! I can alternate between being very social and very not, depends on mood. I grew up in QLD though have lived in Melbourne since 2009. I'm getting back into fitness and health after knee surgery in April (2017)... Starting off well so far and looking at trying to find some new hobbies when I can (rock climbing hopefully soon). Would enjoy doing these types of things with you if you're interested. I'm looking for somewhere that will become available any time after now through to 'early-ish' next year (Just after new year's would probably be ideal.) Also, need somewhere close to public transport due to lack of a vehicle. Thanks! Lucas
Hi there, My name is Viliam and I am 29 years old Slovakian returning to Melbourne with my WH visa. I am looking for nice place to live. I am open to take my own room as well as share with one person if there are gonna be positive vibes. I am looking for one bed in cosy, friendly, tidy, but no drama appartment around CBD, where I can enjoy facilities such as swiming pool or gym and call the place home for next 6 months. But what I am exited most about is to make a friends from all around the world. I am not really party person but time to time I can really enjoy party with my friends, flatmates. I am tidy, organized, mature, respectful but still quiet laid back and spontaneous person. I have been living in shareaccomodations for last 4-5 years and it always turned out great. I am working full time in hospitality and looking for job in fitness industry as a personal traineer. I am enjoying sport, traveling, music, books, nature, adventure, people, and surprisingly even my work. I have really great conection with spanish people and I am learning spanish now so it would be big plus to have some in my new home. So if there is anyone out there with decent offer (team up, sharing, or place to stay) I am happy to hear about that :) thanks
I am really quiet person. Respectful of each other. I love to live in a super clean house. That's really important for me! I love to do sports. Few times a week I'm going to gym and pool! I like to have a chat and a drink with mine housemates but at same time I love to have time for myself cause working 6 days a week doesn't let me have much time on my own.
I consider myself to be an interesting, peaceful, friendly individual with an open mind. I enjoy spontaneous adventures, treks, Music festivals and any kind of fitness/wellbeing. I'm someone who likes socialising and equally enjoys time by myself. I tend to keep things tidy and respect shared space. Always up for going out exploring and trying new things or just lay back sit at home and watch something or even engaging in deep intellectual conversations. Un-winding with a drink or an is something I tend to enjoy. I'm from Bombay, India and currently doing my Masters of business in Monash. Will be spending most of my time studying or working part-time. Looking forward in meeting my new housemates :)
Chilled guy from Perth, I've been in Melbourne around 2 years now, into the local music scene, travelling asia, street food, basketball and fitness and all types of ales. I work in CBD and just want live with easy going people that dont mind a chat, I always clean in after myself and a decent cook too. I would like to stay in a modern place close to work, so If this fits the bill let me know. Cheers Jules
We have just finished travelling New Zealand an would now like to set up in Melbourne. We lived in Sydney for the last 6 months and now want to give Melbourne a go. Me and my partner are both easy going fun people who are flirty clean, tidy and respectful people. We will both be looking for full time work when we find a place to stay. I work in sales an recruitment and my partner works on construction. We are both willing to listen to any offered and properties as we really just want to settle in as soon as possible and start looking for work.
We are Juan Caicedo and Nata Gómez a couple of Photographer and Designer starting a new life in Mebourne. We are hard workers with interest in traveling and building a life toghether. We are easygoing and share insterests in art, illustration, and design, music, riding on bike and dancing some once in a while. We enjoy cooking (I'm not the gifted one but the best kitchen hand you could find).
I currently work full-time in the legal/medical field in the CBD. I’m friendly, social and easy to get along with. In my spare time l love to keep active in the community, bushwalking, I’m just getting back into rock climbing, I like to read, write, go to art and fashion exhibitions, food and wine festivals and spending time with family and friends. I am also vegetarian. I come with my little dog Bobby, he is a Maltese terrier and a rescue pooch. Bob is super friendly and affectionate. He has love to spare for everyone and is great company and loves to be in amongst whatever may be going on. He is fully house trained and is indoors and outdoors, and spends his time mostly with me.
28 year old professional from Scotland looking for a furnished room in a flat share. I have lived in Melbourne before for 2 years between 2014 and 2016 on a company sponsored visa and i am returning to Melbourne on a working holiday visa. In terms of flatmates, I am a bit of a neat freak so looking to live with people who are clean. I am also not much of a drinker so not looking for a party flat but enjoy socialising, brunching and grabbing coffee. In terms of hobbies, I am a keen traveler and enjoy running, golf and AFL - go ROOS!!
Moved to Melbourne three months ago and am now looking for a longterm place to call my own! Easy to get along with, especially over a bottle of wine! I love cooking, reading, writing, listening to music and relaxing.. I'm an introverted extrovert, and am very respectful of personal space and hope mine can be respected too.
I'm clean and tidy. Work full time as engineer. Like to keep part of my free time at home to myself, and part of it socializing with my flatmate; especially on weekends when I have more free time. I enjoy good movies, travelling, camping, arts, books and beer, music, ... I play guitar and sing sometimes but I'm super considerate and in worst case, I can be silenced by a bottle of wine (or any bottles in general). I'm only looking for a short term stay until 17th of December.
Scottish, I'm very easy going, very sporty and enjoy a drink now and again. Just moved here for a year and I'm past living in hostels now. Very clean, neat and tidy and reliable. Getting work as a stonecarver, my job from back home. Whats app me
Hi, Were a couple from Ireland who love to travel and have moved to Melbourne. We're both easy going, clean, sporty and social people. Hoping to find somewhere with similar types, not a house where everyone hides in their room! I run a marketing company which is mostly online so can work from anywhere really but will take some additional short term projects in Melbourne. My girlfriend works in the beauty industry and will be working full time.
House trained, approachable and easy-going. I work full-time and like to stay active. Originally from the country, I've lived out of home for a while now and am a respectful roommate, very clean and tidy, and I'm always open to a chat or to do something! looking for a home, to stay a minimum of 6 months.
I am a 20-year-old student, hoping to relocate to Melbourne from rural Armidale, NSW to study and work part-time. I am known to be organised, tidy and out-going. I had a GAP year which thought me how to be independent and open up to all cultures. I am a big foodie and am also vegetarian. Coffee, dog and plant lover. I enjoy a good cheese board and watching endless amounts of tv shows while so going out to socialise. I've decided to move to Melbourne as I believe there is more opportunity to be in the media/communication industry.
Hi! A 27yo female originally from South Korea, a graduate from UniMelb, who's been working overseas in the corporate sector for the last four years, now taking a break to do a master. I just flew back to Australia 2-3 months ago. Currently, I am doing a part-time job, and looking for a place to move in preferably with people around my age to chill together, grab a beer or a glass of wine every now and then, you know. I love love love animals, prefers edms, and in my spare time I tend to go to the gym, clean the closet, (try to) surf, and read a book on the beach, movies :)
