Hi I'm Eve, I'm 21, a Deakin student studying Arts majoring in Criminology and Middle Eastern Studies and I'm working part-time with a steady income. I'm neat and tidy, independent but love a good chat and a glass of wine every now and then. I'm easy going and friendly and love just hanging out with friends and exploring the city whenever I get the chance!
I am 19 y.o girl from Estonia. I am always smiling, clean, adventurous and starving from new experiences. Most of the time I like to be alone but there are also pretty many days when i would like to chill with my new friends in town or at home :)
Hi I'm looking for a nice room to stay in CBD. Acually I'm staying with my parents atm but my house a bit far from the city. I'm deciding to find a room to stay when I'm tired to back home and when i want to hang out. I will stay in my parents house mostly and in the room I'm finding i might be there 3-4 days/week or 4-5hours/day for take some rest then i might back home.😅 And no worries I always pay rent on time, I would like to share electric bill in 50/50 with yours and want to stay for long term. Im very polite, responsible, clean, friendly, drinking and party (I mean in the club not in the room😅) but sometime I'm introvert. And we are looking for someone who open mind, chill, not sweat the small stuff, and respect in our space. Im Thai girl by the way. 😊 Feel free to text me if you like Thai food. 😜

My name is Courtney and I’m 25 years old, I study a full time Bachelor’s degree via correspondence and i’m making the move to Melbourne in February 2018 to study on campus. I currently work full time in administration and have been working in the same position for 3 years. I’m an easy going person and I respect people’s space within a shared house, I’m tidy and will always pull my weight around the house. I enjoy quiet time and love to watch Netflix but at the same time I can be quiet sociable and enjoy weekend brunches and coffee, I also have a love for cooking vegetarian cuisine, listening to music and attending live gigs. I’m not looking to live in a party house but at the same times I don’t mind the occasional drink on weekends and going out. Looking for someone who shares similar interests to myself. Please feel free to message me if you have a room available anytime in February 2018 and you think we would be a good fit 😊
Hi! My name's Sam and I'm looking for a new place to call home. I’m a 29 year-old male working in tech support and studying physics at RMIT (not to be confused with psychics… I cannot tell the future, sorry in advance). I keep pretty busy during the week, but love to come home to hang out, share a meal (pumpkin pesto pasta is my specialty), have a few drinks, listen to some music or binge watch a TV series or two (currently obsessed with Stranger Things). I also apologise in advance for getting too emotionally invested in the footy. I’m really considerate and clean, especially of all the shared spaces in the house. I’ve lived in share houses before, so I’m pretty comfortable with all the unwritten rules of housemate life. Ideally, I’m looking at anything from $500-760 p/month. Location wise, inner city is good but mostly it’s about finding great housemates who can become great friends. If you’ve got a spare room, or know someone who does, get in touch. Cheers Sam
Friendly, clean, quiet couple looking for long term accommodation around the centre. Most of our days will involve working, and in the evenings we enjoy a drink, smoke, watching films and playing cards. I'm also not too bad in the kitchen if you ever want to join us for a meal 👌
Very easy going & looking for a chill home environment. Working professional, do like quiet times but also like to socialise and looking for a place to call home. Tidy and responsible as I've housesat for many years caring for peoples homes and pets. Originally from Brisbane, now call Melbourne home
Hi!, I am originally from Lithuania, moved to Melbourne early this year from Chicago which was home base for the past 10+ yrs. Work brought me here, postdoc researcher in physics at Monash Uni. I am easy to get along with and laid back, lived with roommates before so have some rough idea how to maintain a smooth sailing and a home in good shape. I work 10a-6p wkdays, after work head to gym few times a week, travel/explore Oz and the surroundings. Looking for a chill to place to settle in. ~ 3-12 months lease would suit as not yet sure whether will stay in Oz beyond Feb '19, car parking needed,, Cheers, -Tadas
Working full time Monday to Friday and some of the weekends travelling to Sydney as my family is living there. I am okay to have a chat with 1 or 2 drinks after work and very much open minded personality. I prefer my personal time in my room most of the time. Thanks Sujan
Hey guys Currently on the hunt for a flat mate either as a team up or in an existing house! I work full time during the week and do 1 to 2 shifts a week in a bar. When I'm not Working you'll find me out and about with friends being social or in the gym. I'm easy going and respectful. I'm clean and tidy without being OCD! I do have a little dog whos fully trained and loves ppl! If I sound like someone who'd be a fit for Your place feel free to contact me :)
Hi! I'm Tamsin. I'm a bit of a nomad looking to finally settle back down in my home city. I've been working as a tour guide in Europe for the last 3 years so I can entertain you with some crazy travel stories. I'm currently working part time and have a few passion projects on the side to keep me busy, like acting and playing guitar. I'm a pretty chilled out housemate. I'm relatively clean (or at least, my mess is self-contained! I like to call it 'organised mess' and don't worry, it stays in my room.). I'm happy to keep to myself but do like the occasional wine night at home. Ideally I would like to find some like minded people who I can be mates with. I'm looking for somewhere in the inner east, or maybe north to hopefully move to at the start of 2018, although I'm pretty flexible as I'm more interested in finding a great place than sticking to a schedule! Also, I love dogs. I won't bring any to the house ... unless you want me to ... in which case let me know because I'm sure I'll be able to find one in a legitimate, non-theft related manner. Maybe.
Hey, I'm Maddison. I'm 18, which I know is younger than most people are typically looking for when looking for a new housemate, but there are many good things about me that make up for the fact I am a tad younger. I cook, quite a fair bit. I come from Eastern European background so I was taught to cook for an army, so you'll always have leftovers and lunch to take to work or uni (or whatever it may be you do). I'm extremely friendly and bubbly, I have a very vibrant personality and I love to have a chat. I work full-time as a first year hairdressing apprentice, which yes it does mean (in the future) that you'll get unlimited free hair treatments, haircuts and blow waves (if you're into that). I have an extremely positive and friendly personality but of course, I respect people space as we all need that. Message me if you want to talk or have any questions for me :)
I'm 24 and just completed my masters in HR. Looking for work in that field at the moment , and working in retail for the time being . I'm originally from regional Victoria, and have been living in Melbourne the past year. But unfortunately our lease is ending. I'm a non-smoker and very clean and tidy. I like to socialise but also have my own private time. If possible I would like to bring my little dachshund. She's extremely cute and very well trained . I can guarantee you'll fall in love with her. I walk her regularly so she doesn't need a big yard, and she likes to sleep most of the time. Looking for private rooms only - no sharing
Hi there, My names Jacq and I am looking at moving from Sydney to Melbourne in January next year. I will be working full time, and studying online as well (studying sports management). I have already completed a degree in NSW and lived on-campus for 4 years. This means I have experience living with people I don't know, and have never had any problems. Moving from Sydney, I won't know many people around, so having a good relationship with my roommates is important to me. I love sport, wine, Netflix, coffee and just hanging out. Also keen on attending footy games or any form of sporting event :) Keen to hear from some of you soon!
Hey there, I'm looking for a place to move into in mid-late December. I work as an Outdoor Ed Instructor and I'm away most weeks on school camps but then also teach PE part time. I like chatting with housemates but also respect that we all need our alone time. I love the outdoors - I surf, snowboard, swim and go to the gym I love sports - I play and go to the footy, enjoy cricket and work the Australian open I enjoy quiet nights at home, cooking (inc baking!) and walking along the river and through the park :) I'm also a Christian and I'm passionate about my faith. I don't mind living with Christians or non Christians but just ask that you respect my faith. I would really like to be walking diatance to a train station or tram line. I enjoy some outdoor space to have a cup of tea and enjoy the sunshine. I've had chickens in the past and would love them again :) Ive also lived with super hairy cats and dogs and that's not my fave! Hit me up if you want to meet up :)
A very easy going, laid back and friendly couple from England. We enjoy socialising but are not looking for a party house. We are tidy, respectful and happy to do our share of the chores. We have both secured jobs in Melbourne and are now looking for a place to call home for the next 2-3 months. Please feel free to contact us for any more info :)
I'm Steph, 29, single, working professional. Originally from Sydney and looking for a Melbourne change. I'm used to the expat life in Tokyo, and I enjoy going out for a quiet drink or bite to eat. I'm an avid reader, I love listening to music and love great food. I'm mostly quiet, but up for a chat too. I'm looking for something short term (~6 months) and a place for my car to live too! Non smoker, no pets, no kids.
I am 26 years old and female. Ive just moved to Melbourne from Perth for a full time job. I am a good humoured person that likes my alone time but am friendly and also like to go out and socialise. Super clean around the house, don’t smoke or take drugs. Do drink, although generally not to excess in the house. I would not want to feel uncomfortable to have some beers at home or pre drinks - but I am not going to throw an all night rager or anything like that! I am looking for a furnished room in the listed suburbs but am especially interested in St Kilda. I would ideally like bills to be included and a good internet connection for netflix, Skype etc. I am open to negotiation and fiddling with the budget on that for the right place. I would like a month to month arrangement or three months max to start - just to be on the safe side. That said, if I am happy and you are happy, I am pleased to be in it for the long haul too. I am a 9-5 worker and pretty quiet through the week because I take work seriously. I would like to live with someone 20's/30's who is clean and respectful of space. I am happy for people to stay over (friends, boyfriends/girlfriends/family) as long as it is not so much they should basically be paying rent. I am not weird about people coming over or anything and want a housemate I can trust to make good decisions and who trusts me to do the same. Basically looking for true share environment where I am comfortable to use the space and don't feel like I need to hide in my room (and no one else in said environment feels that way either). Keen to move ASAP. Please get in touch if you think it would be a good match. Please no offers out of area. Thanks so much!
Hi 👋 I’m Cristina and me and my friends are international students working part time, one graduating soon to work full time and one working full time. We’re a respectful, clean and wholesome group. We are foodies, love to watch movies and discover new places in Melbourne and meet new friends. Hoping to find a nice cozy, safe and affordable place near public transport and shops that we could call our home for the long haul. Thanks.
Easy going, fairly social, tend work a lot, studying part time. Also started a small e-commerce business online. Into fitness, will find me at the gym most nights. Don’t mind heading out to catch up with friends for a drink or dinner. Always looking to go to any gigs or Melbourne events. Very clean and tidy. Ask me if you want to know more.
I'm Laura, 25 and from Ireland. I am currently doing farmwork for my second year visa but will be finishing up at the start of December. I usually work Monday to Friday in a childcare centre. I enjoy having a few drinks at the weekends and also love finding a good Netflix documentary with a cup of Irish tea 😋
