I'm pretty easy going and don't drink. Some trivia and dinner with the ladies is my idea of a night out these days. I like to maintain a clean house. Work in accounts CBD 9-5 and love a sleep in on a Saturday lol So the closer to the city the better however I am open to areas out west because I spend most weekends and weeknights there. Have been dieting for the last few weeks so prefer someone who isn't going to help drive me back into my old eating habits 😂🔫 I'm pretty sociable but enjoy my private space as well. Please note I can't move until end of August /September & would really prefer an ensuite or somewhere where I don't have to share a bathroom :) Not a fan of cats so I'm probably not the right housemate for you if you keep one indoors. I don't however mind dogs :)
Hi, I'm 38 yo , French and been living in Melbourne (south of the river) for a few years. I work in accounting for a hospitality Group, which means I get pretty regular hours. Apparently I neither look my age nor look like an accountant, which I guess is a good thing. Like to go out with friends, meeting for a few drinks, but definitely not bringing the party at home. I enjoy leaving in a clean environment so will always do my share of chores.
I'm a newly qualified Nutritionist who currently works within a health food store in Cronulla, NSW. I would be looking for a similar full-time position within Melbourne or a job within the health industry. I'm moving to Melbourne from Sydney as I want a change in environment, people and to move out of home. I'm a foodie who loves cooking and keeping fit whether it's going for walks, doing yoga or going to the gym. I like to be creative whether it's with my fashion sense, house styling or food presentation. I enjoy socialising and going out for a few glasses of wine or cocktails. I prefer going to bars or pubs than night clubbing although I do enjoy having a boogie from time to time. I love getting out in nature but somedays I'm happy to watch Netflix in bed. I would be a great to live with as I like to keep clean and tidy. I am respectful of the people I live with and their lifestyle whether it's working full time or studying so I won't be playing loud music or coming in from a night out at 4am in the morning. I am very prompt with most things I do in my life whether it's turning up to work on time, so I will pay rent on time. I have lived in a share house before when I went to the UK for a working holiday so I'm familiar with the process. I enjoy making breakfast, dinner or treats for anyone who will eat/try my creations so that would be a benefit of having me around! I'm a bit shy around people when I first meet them but once I'm comfortable, I'm a positive, down to earth, bubbly and friendly individual. I'm looking to live with females or a couple who I can not only get along with but I can become friends with and hang out outside of the household. I would prefer an unfurnished place as I have furniture that I want to bring down from Sydney but will be happy with furnished if the items are suitable/in line with my style. I am coming down to Melbourne the first week of August for a few job interviews and I would like to view some potential properties. As I am currently in a casual position, I would be ready to move within 1 - 2 weeks so I would be looking at a move in period from the start to mid August.
I am a grad student at Melb Uni, and my partner is a grad student at Monash. We are looking for a place for our 2 years in Melbourne (may extend more).
Danny and I are English and we're fully equipped with dry wit, sarcasm, puns, innuendos and banter. Danny and I aren't a couple but we do want to share a room so that we can save money to travel Asia, plus I wouldn't want anyone else having to put up with Danny and his snoring and grating Yorkshire accent. We're both labouring and we do dabble in the occasional drink, but - like i said - we're saving so we don't plan on partying too hard. We're tired and frustrated off dirty hostel kitchens and untidy, too cold one minute or too hot the next rooms and smelly douchie whiny bunk mates. Oh yeah and creaky, uncomfortable bunk beds. If you could save us from this pit of annoyance and uncleanliness, please open up your heart and allow us to be happy again in a nice but affordable room...with twin beds please.
Hi my name is Tegan, I'm 25 years old, born in south NZ, moved to Sydney 2 years ago and now recently moved to Melbourne! I'm a passionate, professional chef, i have done this profession for 8 years. So, with that i enjoy cooking! I'm also very passionate about sport, music and i love going out to see new places, explore and have a beer! I'm a very social, but considerate, fun and kind person also! I work in the CBD so only looking for places that are close to here!
Hello this is Sky! Me and Jojo,we are two girls looking for a room close to tram or train station. We are lovely girls, with good reference, tidy, happy and relaxed. Respect each other as we share everyday together!
Hi there :) I'm James and I'm an actor who's been living it Melbourne for four and a half years (from the Gold Coast). When I'm not doing acting, I work in events at the Convention Centre. I'm self-taught in acoustic guitar and Spanish... and it really shows haha. I love music, movies, food, coffee, beer, red wine, chats, and learning about history and culture. I'm organised and always clean up after myself. In fact, I rarely use all that much so as to lighten the cleaning load haha. I'm solo-travelling to Latin America after Christmas and my current lease is up in late August, so I'm looking for a place to fill in that time in between. I already have a queen size bed and everything of my own (TV, washer, dryer, fridge, etc) which will all be in storage so I'm happy to loan anything for the duration of my stay :)
I'm Ryan, 25, full time electrical engineer working with robotics startup. I like music, going to gigs/festivals, having beers and hanging out, looking to move into a fun sharehouse where everyone gets along. Looking to move immediately for the right room! Some things that are on my wishlist but aren't deal breakers: -NBN or fast internet -Garage/Shed for tinkering Some things that are important to me: -Unfurnished room - I have my own stuff -Parking (permit/off street or quiet street)
Hi future Flatmates! I am Anu, 23, studying full time and working part time at Dominos! (Yes, I get free pizzas once in a while ;) ). I am looking for a private room anywhere near Chapel street. I am very easy going and a social person and I also love my occasional 'ME' time. I will be pretty busy during the weekdays either working/studying and during the weekends I love to let off some steam by either partying or going out with friends or just chilling at home with you guys over a bottle of wine, gossiping all night :p I am not a house-party kinda girl, but I don't mind if you are, as long as I am informed about it before. I won't call myself a cook but I do cook whenever I have time to kill, so you can expect good food once in a while! Oh and I love shopping!! We would get along so well if you do too :D - Neat and tidy but not a freak like 'Monica' ;) - Got a car, a plus point! - Vegetarian, but I do eat chicken once in a while (Don't mind if you are not :) ) I am looking for someone like-minded and if I am the kind of a person you are looking for, please feel free to contact me. We can meet over coffee/drinks and know more about each other :) Cheers!
Hi there I am a working professional from Singapore who have been in Melbourne for 9 months. On weekends I enjoy hanging out with friends and doing some yoga and on weekdays would be glad to be in a chill household where we can have a glass or two occasionally. I am looking for a private room within walking distance from the city. Many thanks! Charlene
Marketing professional by day, stand up comedienne by night, so I will probably spend a lot of weeknights out and about. When I am at home, I like watching series, playing computer games but hardly have time for it. I'm neat, clean and respectful, smoke-free, pet-free, kid-free, drama-free South African born, Melbourne convert. Very adaptable and have a great sense of humour. If there's anything more you'd like to know, please don't hesitate to ask.
Hey! I'm a 25 year old female professional relocating from Sydney. I'm looking to live near the cafe/ bar atmosphere with housemates that are social with each other and enjoy a glass of wine or a chat after work. My preference is to have one female and one male roommate around the same age as me.
Hello guys, I’m a 27yo Frenchie here for at least the next 6 months. I’m social, speak my mind, and appreciate good company. I like a boogie on the weekend but also geeking on my laptop with a cuppa for a cozy night in. I currently work in a pub in Carlton and like to tinker on my app a few projects in my spare time. Tidy, friendly, considerate I would love to participate in a household and call it my home. Let’s talk about scheduling a viewing soon? My move out date flexible but ideally early/mid July. I’m available for viewing now. Get in touch I wanna bear from you ASAP! Laurent
Easy going, tidy and neat. Enjoy the odd drink with housemates. Love boardgames and music. I will pick up on your pop culture references and movie quotes. I like houses that don't watch free-to-air television (the ads annoy me). I don't smoke but am cool with smokers provided it's outside. I love pets but don't have one myself. I'm an office worker/mechanical engineer currently looking for work. If you think we might get along, message me and I'll come round for a chat.
Im marco, Im english student... Im from Chile, I want to move to the city or close there, because I want to find a second job in the evenings or nights. I like to meet new people, Im friendly person and I think the respect for others is the most important.
Hello! I'm 25, originally from Geelong. I was living in Carlton for over a year but unfortunately my landlord sold the apartment :( I'm currently back in Geelong doing the daily commute! I work 6 days a week; in Ecommerce in South Yarra and also as an assistant for a creative label in Collingwood. In my spare time I catch up with friends, eat (I love food), like (try) to stay active and enjoy live music. I'm also a massive travel enthusiast and love going exploring and the beach! I'm looking to live with someone who is easy going, respectful, has a decent sense of humor and cleans up after themselves. I pride myself on keeping my living space clean and tidy, in saying that, I'm a clean freak especially when it means not having a sink full of dishes at the end of the night. I'm not looking for a party house, however I may sometimes have friends over for bevs and a platter (I'm a platter queen). Although I love animals, I do get pet allergies :( . Aside from that, the dishes and party house thing I am totally chill when it comes to anything else! If I'm not being busy doing my own things, I'm always down for housemate hangs and make great netflix binge company! I already have my own furniture (full queen sized suite). I also have a dining table and chairs, and kitchen appliances if needed! If that all suits you shoot me a message and tell me a bit about yourself/housemates :)
27 Years old, Persian from deserts! Since 4 months ago when I moved here in Melbourne, I lived in City, however, my job is in South Yara. I want to live with housemates to become new friends. Looking for a place sometimes around 1st of August. If you have any option for me, please let me know

I'm looking for a private room in a share house/ apartment that's not too far away from the city since I need to travel back home again when I finish my shifts in the late night. I've got 6 months left of my visa so I'm looking for a place where I can stay for at least 3 months. looking forward to hear from you. Evelina
