Hey there! I am Trish, Canadian and Scott is a Kiwi - we are non smokers, no kids or pets obviously haha - no vehcile so we do not require parking! We both work full time Monday to Friday - I work for the Dept of Education and Scott is in construction. We are not big partiers but like to cook, explore new spots, hit the cinema or just happy to chill and hangout. Looking for something for 1 -3 months at the moment as we would like to do some travelling later on in 2019. 350$ a week or less would be ideal for our budget; any other questions, feel free to ask! -cheers :)
27 year old gal from Scotland 🏴 just moved to Melbourne and got a job in the city :) looking for somewhere furnished to stay for 6 weeks from 30th April to finish off my time in Australia :) I work full time but always up for a chat and a drink at the weekends.
German girl, coming to Melbourne for my semester abroad; I enjoy going out/hanging out with friends, discovering new places, drinking coffee, reading, doing sports, going to museums, cooking, dancing, going to concerts, taking weekend trips, and the list goes on... I am a clean, sociable and easy going person, I love to be around people and to get to know new people. I would love to hang out or to undertake things with my flat mates or to cook occasionally together, so ideally, I am looking for an open and friendly and sharing interaction with my future flat mates!
Hi, I'm moving to Melbourne in June as a nurse on a working holiday visa! Im from the UK and looking for a friendly house to help with the transition!
Hi! I'm a Spanish backpacker looking for a room for a month. I'm easy-going, clean and tidy. I like meeting new people, sharing time with my flatmates but also enjoy quite time on my own.
Hi, my name is Shane and I am from Orange County, California. Currently, I reside in Salt Lake City and am a full-time student at the University of Utah. I will be moving to Melbourne starting May 15th and will be staying till the beginning of August for an internship with a company located within the city. I am very outgoing, clean and understanding; looking for students or individuals that are around my age group to live with/ enjoy adventures with.
Hello! I am Brazilian and I am a friendly, easy-going, tidy and responsible guy. I am moving to Melbourne in June/July to study and work part-time. I love music concerts and traveling. I also enjoy playing board games, reading books, exercising and watching TV. I am looking for friendly housemates, ideally students and professionals.
Hi I'm Marcus. I've just moved to Melbourne to work full time as a Software Developer in the city so I'm looking for a place to call home. I'm clean, quiet and domesticated. Can't cook (yet), but planning to learn. Non smoker and occasional drinker. Throughout the week I'm pretty low key and I'll probably be reading or hitting the gym after work. At the end of the day I tend to need a bit of alone time to recharge but I can be plenty social once I've had some rest. I'd love to find a place with people who I can become friends with. My preferred neighbourhoods are Fitzroy, Fitzroy North, Collingwood, Brunswick, Northcote and St Kilda. I'd like to be near transit because I'll be commuting to docklands (right by southern cross station). Near the supermarket is good too because I don't plan on driving. Looking for something ASAP. If you think I'd be a good fit for your place hit me up :)
Hi, my name is Alex and I'm 31years old. I've been living in Melbourne for the last 2 years and I love this city. I'm working in hospitality full time and I'm also studying so I keep myself busy most of the time. I love traveling, listening to music, concerts, movies and TV shows. I'm gonna stay 'down under' for at least 2 more years. I have already lived before in a sharing flat/house so there will be no problem with the basics about keeping the place clean, and the good vibes in the house. I'm really easy going, respectful and a tidy person. I can move in as soon as possible, so please let me know what you think.

I llike cooking for friends so you ( future flatmate) will be a lucky one to try my yummy authentic Thai food.
Hi, I have moved to Melbourne from Colombia two months ago. Looking for a furnished private room. prices between 150-200 per week. Location nothing further than 30 minutes from the city. I’m friendly, clean, tidy and looking for somewhere to move in on May 13. Please PM if anyone knows of anything suitable. Thank you!
Hi my name is Lyca, 24 years old! I'm from Philippines and working as a part time for now while applying for permanent job. My husband name was Josh he's from Sydney, 29 years old and working as full time. We both looking for sharing a house and for a long term. We keep the house neat and clean so looking for someone who is considerate in this regard. We keep things pretty chill, with peace and quiet and respect for each others space. Also, We like cooking, gardening and adventure. ps - It's very helpful if the bills are included in rent too. We also have Kitchen stuff for cooking and Dining, Fridge (Big), Couch (Big. and also looking to sell "Maybe") Dining Table, and Coffee Table. If you need some stuff for the house if it's unfurnished.
Looking for a place to call home! So long term stay preferable. I work in Moonee Ponds, so location is a priority (not too far away or too complicated with public transport). Positive and bubbly personality, clean and tidy, social, and respectful.
I'm very tidy, clean, Social, fun to be with and love working so most at times i will be busy at work or school. I my respect others privacy and love doing my own things.
My name’s Georgia, I am working full time in South Melbourne as an Inventory Analyst. 9-5, Mon-Fri + a fair but of overtime. I’m in my early 20’s and enjoy sport and will often spend half my weekend playing cricket or lacrosse; depending on the time of year. Whilst I hear the early twenties is all about partying it up I’ve been happy just having drinks on Friday’s with work mates and friends. I absolutely love dogs and would love to be renting somewhere where there is already a dog/s or where I’d be able to get my own.
Hi my name is Lucy. I am a full-time law student, and I work part-time as a Paralegal in a Construction Law firm. This means that I attend university from 6-9pm, but I am extremely well practiced in the art of closing doors quietly when I arrive home! I also volunteer at the Trades Hall helping young people with employment law issues. I enjoy dragon-boat racing, chess (all board games) and debating. I am looking for two key criteria. Close to public transport and a big enough room. In addition, I am looking for a friendly home that is a good fit. I love to have a laugh and I deeply enjoy intellectual conversations and value the sharing of knowledge. However, I am reasonably busy and therefore, happy to also live my own independent life. I am looking for flat/house share either in, or just outside of the Melbourne CBD, such as Docklands, or Kilda Road. I would happily live in just about any suburb (within thirty minutes of the city) as long as the place is close to a train station (within a five minutes walk). I can supply a fridge, a (small but new) washing-machine and cooking equipment for the house. I am looking for an unfurnished room (unless of course, your bed and mattress is of a better quality than the Queen size bed I own already). Although I do not drink, smoke or watch television, I am totally relaxed and open to you enjoying these things. The only thing that really bothers me is the smell of incense. I am afraid I have an antipathy towards it. I rarely use the kitchen to prepare food as I mostly eat out or eat microwaveable meals. I am happy to contribute to my share of the chores and I'd would be even happier to put in for a cleaner! In addition, I am looking for a room with the following features: -A window that opens with natural light -Can accommodate a large desk and a queen size bed -Access to fast, unlimited internet (does not have to be included in the price) -I must be able to pay the bond to the RTBA -The room must be an actual room (not partitioned) with a door, and not sharing with others in the same room. -I do not wish to use communal laundry shared between apartments. Happy for us to both use my washing machine if you have somewhere to install it. I would prefer not to live with a couple and I think the ideal number of housemates is two others. (three housemates total) but I am flexible on this. * Please note that $300 is the maximum amount of weekly rent I wish to pay and a higher rent price is non-negotiable (not inclusive of bills and internet). Many thanks, Lucy
