Hi ! I'm French and I found a great job in Melbourne, as a leathersmith. I have a WHV so I want to take the time to discover the city and its people too ! Before that, I lived in two different shared houses in France : one year with 3 other girls and another year with 2 boys and 2 girls. I really loved these experiences and I think I'm a trustworthy, tidy and cheerful person to live with ! I love going out with people, drinking a glass of wine (or two), reading books as well as going to exhibitions or gigs. Eating good-quality food and doing sport are more a "project of life" than a current fact but I'm a very motivated person ! Another thing : My level of english is approximate but I plan on improving it, so I'm looking for patient mates ;) Hope we will get along ! Can't wait to meeting you !
Hey! I am a third year science student at the University of Melbourne. I am also currently working in marketing. I enjoy reading, cooking and I am also vegetarian. I am looking for a place not too far from the university of Melbourne in suburbs such as Brunswick or North Melbourne since I usually only walk or take public transport. I am very reliable in terms of rent payment and have previous experiences in renting before. I am not disruptive and can keep to myself but can also provide company :)
Hi this is Sally ,originally from Korea live in Australia for 7years (Australian citizen now) . I live in Townsville, North Queensland and I'll move to Melbourne end of Jan. I'll do small business related photography and I'm beautician as well. Im willing to pay rent on time. I'm pretty easygoing, chill, not picky, very clean and tidy, animal lover. I love going out and hang out with friends, travel, hiking, enjoy casual drinking. I bring my friends over sometimes but not big party person. Always clean up afterwards. If you have a rule don't bring guest over please don't contact me. I'm looking for place which is clean, prefer big room , own bathroom, must have a car park, internet available and freindly social share mate. Can hangout together and have a meal sometimes. So looking for someone live with that I can call a friend more than share mate and understanding my broken English:D Thanks:)
I'm a Brisbane girl who is transferring from UQ to Monash to study Engineering and major in Developmental Biology - meaning I like to drink. I've lived out of home for a while now and am searching for similar people who like to hang out and share some dinners etc. I'm a fairly clean person especially in the kitchen (it helps as I can't cook) and lounge room and am respectful of others needs. Hoping to move out with about 2 other flat mates, please feel free to message me if you're interested :)
Hi, dear friends! I am about to start 2nd year of Master of IT (computing) and very keen on programming and technologies especially AI, ML. Also, I am 27 years old international student, from Uzbekistan (close to Russia). Currently, I am working as a full-time web developer in Sydney. As a mate Good points about me: I donʻt smoke and prefer people without this bad habit, neat, honest, calm, hardworking, sociable and respectful of otherʻs privacy. Bad points about me: donʻt like parties at home; hate a messy and dirty place. Perfect place will be: Somewhere I can call home and peaceful, with high-speed internet, and not so many people (max 3-4). But the good point is if I find it amazing, I live there for a long period of time (about 1 year). I have got a budget at max $150 per week. Best regards, Bahriddin.
I'm from Brisbane, I studied Wildlife Science at UQ, now heading into Honours at UniMelb. I make films about animals and trees and things when I can. All around a 7/10 guy, full marks! I'm a big fan of people (both as a concept - we should definitely have people - and to actually make friends with), but I treat my home as my quiet place. So I balance personability well with personal space. Have me! P.S. Elliott is also cool.
Hey guys I'm Marine a French girl and I'm currently studying in Melbourne. I've been living in share house for a long time, sharing my room or the flat so I'm really use to collocation :) I'm looking for a private room in order to have my own space but I also enjoy meeting up around a glass of wine and having fun :) I work part-time in education and hospitality sector so I work pretty much 9-5 when I'm not studying. If you have any questions, feel free to ask :) See you soon!
Hi! I've recently gotten into RMIT and will be moving down from Queensland as soon as possible. I'm super super tidy, and always clean up after myself. I'm very new to Melbourne and in turn don't know anyone, so I'd love to find housemates who are up for a chat or wine. However, I have been living in share housing for a few years now and completely understand the need for privacy and quiet time. I'm in hospitality and will be looking for a job quite soon once I settle in. As I'm in QLD I won't be able to come in for an interview but I'm happy to skype or something of the like if you want. :)
Little about myself... Australian born and raised, Vietnamese background. I am looking for a private bedroom long term rental. Mature, open, honest and accepting of all walks of life. Moving to the CBD to be closer to RMIT. Held current job for 3 years+ and will continue to be employed on a part time basis. Interests include fishing, hiking, alternative rock, reading and cooking. I can be solitary or sociable, depending on my roommates' needs and my own workload. A very honest person who appreciates open communication and opportunity.
Hi! I'm looking to move into an inner north room ASAP. Will consider Footscray area too. I have accommodation in the place I was renting in Geelong but I no longer need to be there so I'm returning to Melbourne. Me: Clean. Reliable. Respectful of all cultures and lifestyles and can move in any time. No gender household preferred. Audio producer by trade. Maybe I can produce that record you're sitting on if you let me sing harmony backing ;) You: Are who you are and I can fit in around that. I'm an asset to a house share situation so hit me up. I might banter in Suessian rhyme. You may find it sublime. And like my rent payments they are always on time. <3 I've been in Geelong a couple of years for education reasons but that's all in the past (hah). SMASH CUT: (Present Day) I am really looking forward to moving back into Melbourne and establishing myself here and would be grateful to take on that space you have available. Still have accommodation til Feb 15 but I can move at a moments notice and will do so if required. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Outgoing, sarcastic, clean, considerate and honest pretty much sums me up. I'm fairly social, enjoy making the most of life wining, dining, dancing and exploring Melbourne but also appreciate downtime and having a peaceful space to kick off the trainers, relax and watch a little Netflix. From the States, work in Sales. Big time animal lover! Flexible with length of stay just looking for a good fit!

Hello, we are an Italian couple looking for a room in Melbourne. I’m Chiara and I’m an art teacher, photographer and curator, I’m 24, My boyfriend is a freelance photographer and is 29. We are both artsy working in the art industry, we would love to live with people from all over the world, we enjoy good wine and food, music and are happy to live with pets (more than happy). One necessary thing for us is to live in a clean, tidy place with clean and tidy people. We’ll be arriving in Melbourne on February 27th from Sydney and would like to have a place ready for us. We have a budget that varies of 280 to 350 $ per week (between the two of us). Get in touch! :))) Chiara & Walter
Hi, I’m Yasmin 27 year old nurse from the UK. I’ll be arriving in Melbourne on the 28th February, looking for somewhere to live not to far from the city and with good transport links to all the hospitals. Looking for a fully furnished room as I will just be coming with just my backpack. I am an outgoing, fun loving person, I love traveling and enjoy running, yoga, bouldering and relaxing with good food and good friends but I also enjoy my own space. I’m pretty chill, tidy and easy to live with.
We’re a Swedish couple, taking a break from the Swedish cold for a couple of months! We’re very easy going and want to get to know Melbourne everyday life and culture. Frida, 25, has a working holiday visa and will be working in retail or restaurant. She’s also applying for architecture school in Stockholm and will be working on the admission test in Melbourne. Benjamin, 32, has taken time off from work as graphic designer and project manager in the tech business, to focus on personal startups and to get a nice break from ten years in employment. He will attend tech meet ups, work on personal projects, and do touristy things during the stay.
Hi all! I'm James. I moved down to Melbourne about 7 months ago, and I'm currently living in an apartment in Southbank. Now I’m comfortable with the city (especially living so close to the cbd), I want to move a little further afield to somewhere like South Yarra or St Kilda or something. I work as a lead designer (graphics, websites, animations, videos, games, apps and more) in the city Monday to Friday (9am to 5:30pm) at a pretty cool company! I’m also a pole dancer (but not a stripper)... I'm looking to share with one other person (male or female), preferably around my age. I like going out, enjoy dinners (cooked at home and eating out), and like to keep a tidy home. I'm looking to share with someone who wouldn't mind hanging out some of the time, but also appreciates their own time too. I come with fridge, super awesome couch, 2 TVs, a few consoles (PS3, PS4, etc), a bookcase and a chest of drawers. I love making cocktails and other drinks. Playing videogames is occasionally a thing that happens. So too are boardgames! Before we move in, I am going to want to get to know you better - I'd prefer if we had some things in common, because hey I wouldn't say no to another friend.
Hej, I am Sandra coming from Austria. I will be joining an exchange program at Melbourne Conservatorium of Music. I am searching for a nice place to stay for at least 6 months. Whenever I have time I like to cook some lovely meals, do yoga, go swimming or make music. I prefer it clean and tidy that´s the reason why I will always clean up after myself. I am very open-minded and friendly, I like to laugh and enjoy nature in my spare time. I do not mind going out for a drink, go to concerts or try some new food but I also like to stay at home someday and spend time on my own. I will respect the privacy of other flatmates but also enjoy socializing and learning about new cultures. I prefer to have an own room in a flat, please funrnished as I cannot bring my furniture from Austria. I would be very happy to hearing from you! SANDRA
