Hi! Hi ! I’m Emma, a baker originally from England. I came to Australia with my girlfriend to travel last August. We planned to stop in Melbourne to work for 6 months. Anna’s been offered a sponsorship and I’m an Australian citizen, so we’ve decided to stay at least another year due to loving our jobs and the area so much!! ((We’re looking for separate places)) I work two bakery jobs, one in Fitzroy and one in Kensington. I’m looking for a place that will feel like a home with housemates that can become friends to hang out with sometimes. In my spare time I like to bake and cook at home, watch tv shows and do yoga.
I'm an outgoing Kiwi with a sharp sense of humour who is moving back to Melbourne after 6 months in South America. In the evenings I like to come home and relax but on the weekends I love to socialise and am always keen to have a few drinks. I am after somewhere chilled but clean where I can veg, meet some people and have a good time.
Hi there. I’m a 23 year old kiwi female from Auckland, looking for a flat. I enjoy being social, having a laugh, and am also respectful towards others, and tidy up after myself. Starting my new job next week, so would be interested in viewing flats this week. Thanks
Hi, I'm Andrew. I'm 26, I manage an Aussie designer clothing store in Souh Yarra. I love to go out but equally love to stay in. When I'm not working, I love to gym, spend time with my friends, I love a good Netflix binge (most recently Schitt's Creek - so good btw), I love reading and occasionally playing piano/video games. But never fear - my piano is electric and comes with headphones so no noise disruptions, I promise. I’ve lived in share houses before and appreciate our personal space but also love having a meal or drink together from time to time. I’m tidy and respectful, I’m a non smoker and a pet lover. I love to practice new recipes for baked deliciousness so hopefully you won’t mind being my guinea pig?!?
Hello ! I'm Samuel, a 19 years old french student in political studies, doing a year exchange in Melbourne. I'm looking for a place to spend an awesome time in Australia. I'm pretty easy going, I can also cook quite well. I like chilling home, but also going out. I want to explore everything in Australia.

I'm a 21 year old student from the UK on a study abroad year at La Trobe university. Fun, friendly, considerate and looking for similar people to flatshare with . Looking to live with students or people around my age. I arrive on the 11th July, so looking for somewhere on or around these dates.
Hello! I was born and raised in Chicago and I've lived here most of my life... but it's time for an adventure! I'll be coming to Australia for a year beginning Nov 1 and I plan on living in Melbourne for the duration! I'm super active, love biking, the gym, climbing, and am interested in finding a flatmate who regularly bushwalks! I love nature and animals, although I'm allergic to cats. I'm also an excellent cook and would love to cook for the flat! I like to keep my apartment clean and tidy, and hope you do too. I work as a freelance camera operator and when I'm not on set I'm working from home finding gigs. I'm looking forward to learning to love your city!
Hi I’m Jennifer, a registered nurse from the UK. I’m coming over to melbourne to work as a nurse on 31st July and looking for a place to stay long term. I’m friendly, fun and outgoing. I’m up for meeting new people, I’m very clean and tidy so would make a good house mate!
I'm very good at keeping clean, most you'll have to wait is a couple hours for dishes to be done. I'm sociable, but like to keep to my self most of the time unless I'm brought into the conversation. I'm Canadian, so you get that exotic factor hahaha. I like to imagine that I'm funny, and I'm fairly active so if anyone needs a gym buddy or wants to skate board I'm down. You don't need to worry about me being thrown out of the country because I already have a full setup in Australia including a phone number and tax file number since I'm a dual citizen and I've been there before!
I am a Dutch student who currently lives in Amsterdam. From the beginning of July until November I am going to study at the University of Melbourne, Parkville campus. I will arrive the 6th of July and I am still looking for a room. I think my friends will describe me as a social and open minded person. I am also very interested in different kinds of culture. Next to that, I would love to have dinner, drink a cup of tea or a glass of wine with my roommates and have a good time, but also think it is important that there are no obligations. I would also love to discover Melbourne to the fullest and to really enjoy my time abroad. It would be great to do something like that with my roommates.
I'm over from Perth for work and looking for accommodation around the city. Planning to stay around 1 year. Hobbies: Dancing, travelling/exploring, food, sports Easygoing, friendly, social ambivert. Always up for a chat, good sense of humour. Considerate, previous share-house experience. Not obnoxious/selfish/arrogant. Clean and tidy. No smoking. No pets. Pay on time. Staying in South Yarra at the moment. Shoot us a message to arrange a meet and view!
My partner and I are looking for a place preferably no futher than a 20 - 30 minute travel from the city as that is where we both work. We are both also PT dependant so close to a train station would be ideal for us. We don't really want to live with more than 2 or 3 other people. We would kinda just prefer a place where we would be able to find a moment of quiet and privacy. But we also want to be able to have a friendly relationship with our house mates. We want to live somewhere that feels like home. We are both pretty clean people but not anally clean to the point of us cracking it at you for your dishes. We take care of our own and would kinda just expect that would do the same. But honestly, we are both pretty relaxed type of people. We want to be just as much a good match for you as you are for us. So if we sound like your people, hit us up and we will go from there. Cheers ✌
We are friends, aged 27-28, an Indonesian and a Filipina, with background in Psychology and Medicine. We are both professionals and are planning to sit in a review course. We need a place from September to November. Both of us are currently in the Philippines. We love pets, watching movies, and music. We also like eating a lot :) Although we love to make new friends, we also like private and alone time and will appreciate others'. We can spend hours not talking and just minding our own business. We will be busy everyday with classes and will probably come home at night already. So we would not be bothering others much.
Hi there! I'm looking for a new home (long term) with some cool people in Fitzroy/Carlton/Parkville/Brunswik East area. A bit about myself: I'm 23 years old, originally from Russia, been living in Australia for 5 years. I really love to laugh at myself and love people who have good banter and don't take life tooo seriosly. I'm very open minded and love everything creative, arts, photography, good music, unusual movies etc. I'm pretty busy, but when I'm not pretty busy I love going to gigs/markets/doing crafts/eat cheese/drink wine/drink beer etc. I also enjoy talking about deep stuff like the universe, planets, power of mind and why we are here🌍:)) Workwise: I work full time in financial planning industry & planning to start my masters in a year. Can help you to become rich. Roomwise: I'm a big fan of natural light and plants. I can bring you the plants, but I don't have my own bed and wardrobe, so looking for something at least semi furnished. I'm not rushing to move out, just want to find likeminded people and a nice place!:) (somewhere in July-August would be great). Let me know if you have something suitable! If you need to stalk - insta: ulianakusik Thanks, Uliana

Sophie: I am from London and moving to Melbourne on the 5th of September to spend a year with Andres. Studied nursing and will look for a 9-5 hospital related job. Hello all! My name is Trenton Marable and I'm an engineering exchange student from America that will be studying at UniMelb this coming semester. I love many different outdoor activities, including: hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, water sports, ultimate frisbee, etc... I'm looking forward to exploring all the different parts (and food) of Melbourne so if you already know of places, or wanna tag along, that's a plus. I will definitely need to be studying a lot throughout the week, but will enjoy going out on the weekends. I will respect your space and expect you to respect mine, but that doesn't mean we can't hangout, get to know each other, cook together, and have fun sometimes. Location: Anywhere that you think I could get to the UniMelb campus from in a reasonable amount of time (you would know better than me). I'd prefer my own room, but would be open to sharing. I'm looking for flatmates that share somewhat similar interests, are down for an occasional spontaneous adventure, respect privacy, but also enjoy hanging and going out. If you think we'd get along, and have a place for me to stay, hit me up! If you have an iPhone, you can text me through iMessages, or just message me on here...
I'm a 20 year old bubbly fun female, I'm moving from Byron Bay and about to start a new full time job in Camberwell, I'm always up for a good time but am also happy to just stay home and chill out with a glass of wine and chat. I play basketball and netball and like to go exploring and going to gigs. You'll probably just see me at home listening to music and reading a book or watching a movie on Netflix. But being in an entirely new state I'll probably be out exploring the city and trying to make new friends :) *NOTE: I will not be down to Melbourne till 1st July, so I can't come meet anyone till that date :) *
I am a neat and organized person with a great sense of humour who is really into video games and programming. I mostly keep to myself but do enjoy the occasional chat. I am currently studying at RMIT.
I'm a 21-year-old dynamic French student, living here until August 31st for an internship (working hours: 8 am - 18 pm approximately). I love sharing my passion for sports, food, travelling and discovering new people and new cultures... I can cook quite well and I am very clean. I can keep quiet too as I also like to have my quiet moments; I can adapt easily. You can rely on me not to disturb you if needed.
I love Pho and I believe that life is great! I'd love to live with some humans that feel the same :) I'm a positive guys with a lust for life, and am on a daily mission to find curiosity, focus and adventures. 6am morning walks, cold showers and meditation pretty much sums me up - hoping to find flatmate(s) who would be up for this kind of stuff!! I love red wine, I love swirling it, I love deep philosophical chats, I love cats, (and dogs), but mostly cats because they do weird things, I play jazz piano (badly), and cooking is a big thing for me! I usually play devils advocate in conversation, I like seeing how differently people perceive the world, no one is really right, so its kind-of fun just watching how chaos in conversation unfolds. I try to always bring positive energy to the table, and never take a day in my life for granted. Life is short and there to be lived. I'm a free spirit - and the kinds of people that I wanna hang around will be open to questioning everything. Side interests: Human movement/gymnastics, baking bread, Chef's Table (on netflix), Evolutionary theory, mindfulness, psychedelics and PHO!
