Hi! I'm looking for a place to rent/share near a train station (I work in the city) to save a bit more and enjoy the company. I'm conscientious and like to keep a clean environment, and enjoy both company and my own time. When I'm not working I'm usually hanging with friends, studying japanese, watching a movie, or otherwise keeping active. I also travel whenever possible.
Hey! I'm Sam, I've lived in New Zealand my whole life and now I've decided to make the jump over to Melbourne in the beginning of April. I've worked as a Stylist in the Advertising Industry for 3 years and I absolutely love my job. I'm looking for a space that I can socialize but also have my alone time when required. I'm easy going and always up for a great chat. I love to go to the beach or sight see in my free time.
I am a 21-year old Medicine student, will be 22 in May, from Madrid, Spain. I am going to Melbourne for approximately 1 month to do a medicine practice and I'm looking for a place to stay. I love reading, writing, drawing and MUSIC most of all! Also watching films and series. And I am very sporty, I do boxing 2-3 times a week and love biking and hiking whenever I can. I think I'm really easy-going, but I love having my things clean and in order. I live with my dad and we take care of the household chores by ourselves, so I'm pretty good at cleaning and cooking.
Hi everyone! I'm a kind, friendly, considerate, and respectful person. You'll never have to worry about me paying bills on time as they are my priority. Love animals so if you have pets, I'm happy to give them pats and cuddles! Non smoker, and prefer a non smoking home No judgement, but only will consider drug free homes. Just not my scene. I respect the need for solitude and privacy to recharge, and hope for the same in return. If you want to go for a yoga class, gym session or a coffee walk, watch a crime doco or trashy TV marathons on the weekend or an occasional wine or cider I'll be down for that too! Send me a message if I sound like the right fit for your flat. 🙂
Hi, Im Josefin and just moved here from Sweden. I am on a whv for one year and would love to find somewhere to stay for a while, aprox a half year - one year. I don't have a job here in Australia yet, but I had three jobs back home in Sweden (sales assistant, restaurant and guide) with that said, I really enjoy keeping myself busy and active. When I am not working I enjoy chilling on the beach, shopping, partying and explore new stuff and places. Hope you may have found it interesting, Josefin

Hi! I'm Maya, and I am going to be working in a research lab while in Melbourne, and Justin will be doing an internship in the fine arts. We currently live in Ohio and go to school at The Ohio State University (I am a neuroscience major and Justin is an art education major). We are both adventurous people who are going to want to see Australia on the weekends. During the week, we will both be working full time, so we will be out of the flat for most of the time. Justin may be in the flat painting during the week (he is a very good artist), but he never makes any messes with the paint. We both love music, food, adventuring, and art, and I love the sciences as well. We are both very easy to get along with, laid back but tidy, and very rarely argue. We really are just looking for a place to stay that has easy access to the city, whether that be right in the city or close to public transit that can get to the city. Again, we are very laid back and don't have any requests about living, besides being furnished and no constant partying since we will be working a lot during the week.

Would love to have the same this year again 🙂
Hello! My name is Adam. I spend most my long working hours at a busy bayside bar and restaurant, and at other times I like to read and research, to write, or plan the next adventure. Going out once in a while and spending quality time in small groups, I make those little intense moments into a collection called our life. I earned my bachelor level a few years ago and worked in technical fields for a while, then decided I need to change and see the world. Open-minded about almost everything, I'm a seeker and free-thinker. At home I'm calm and keep to myself, and respect one another's space of each with whom I live. Not at all to say I don't participate together; rather I put myself whole-heartedly into it, and then regenerate. I keep busy with pastimes that include: travelling, camping, training, cooking, and deep conversations. I am housework-trained, very clean and reliable with accounts, and choose to live with mature persons who take responsibility. If this is comfortable with you, then I would like to meet you and your sharemates, and perhaps we could tune in and become the best flatmates you've had. 1. Animal friendly and plant nurturer. Non-smoker. Straight but LGBT+ respectful. 2. Minimum stay of six months but prefer to stay longer. 3. Music lover of electronic subgenres, classical, metal, ethnic, and singer-songwriter. 4. Film, documentary, and game interests are eclectic and tend toward the darker nature and of exploring complexities and finding simplicities. 5. Fitness and spirit, mindfulness. 6. Third generation Aussie, with cultural backgrounds from Japan and Hong Kong. Next destination is the South American continent.
