I'm Agnes, 22yo and an exchange student from BR. I will be studying Leadership & Management at Greenwich. I arrive in Melbourne on 19 Jan and I need a room starting on this day. I am a really chill person who loves to watch netflix or read a book on leisure time but I am also up for a great chat, I am not only looking for roommates but friends eventually since I will be all by myself in a country I've never been before. I have a cat and he will stay overseas so if you have a pet that would be just amazing! I don't smoke but I don't mind if you do. Oh, and I'm a barista so I make an excellent cup of coffee.
I’m a clean and considerate guy. I’m very good at sharing a living space and I like being independent. I enjoy sharing a laugh and being social, although my solitude is very important to me. I can cook a mad feed as well. I’m currently out of study and only working on a casual basis, but I’m hoping to change that at the start of the year. It’s been a crazy few months and I’m just looking for a relaxing place to share.
I am a student at La Trobe University while working at Jetts Gym, working at Foddies Cafe, working online with Babes in Buisness and occasionally working at the MCG. I have my license but not a car so I rely a lot on public transport so easy access to public transport would be ideal. I’m a very clean and organised person. I hate having a messy area. I’m social and cheery and always up for a chat but are aware of personal space and time out as I study quite a lot. I have two beautiful bunnies. They are generally in a cage inside but I do let them roam the house a little. I always clean up after them regularly. They are very well behaved and you will definitely fall in love with them the moment you see them.
Hi future flatmate! I'm Rob, I work in digital marketing and account management corporate sales growing small to medium sized businesses and start-ups and also for Energy Australia (Lucky you! I can half our power and gas bill) but...I stay in touch with my artistic roots also. I value intellect and creativity. I'm always interested in learning something new from a genuine character. Ps, I'm a Kiwi! but no I do not want a "chup"... I'm counting macros. I'm pretty easy going and balanced. I get along with people who are also. I value authenticity, communication, humour, fitness, music, and I like to network. I'm tidy and clean but not OCD by any means. I'm big on personal development with some pretty challenging goals I'm excited about in the pipeline but I'm equally as excited to hear about yours and maybe even help if you like. I have some side projects I've been working on for a few years that do occupy my attention from time to time so I only ask you don't worry where I am if I'm busy working on them but I'm just going to put it out there casually... I'm fun. I look forward to hearing from you. Robin
Would prefer to pay rent monthly, in full, but flexible on that if need be. I keep to myself and tidy but very capable of being social and having a good time. I am working full-time, 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri, so on weekdays it's early to bed early to rise. I'm a regular runner, I occasionally workout, I love pets but am currently without. I rarely smoke unless I'm at work, so if its an issue I'm more than happy to not smoke at all while home. Any questions feel free to send me a message :)
Wanting to live closer to work during busy periods (Jan-Apr) at work. Working full-time in finance. Have a very busy schedule on week days. In weekends I enjoy exploring outdoor or chilling at home depending on weather. I am easy going and respect others boundary.
Relatively tidy person, happy to pitch in with chores and other jobs around the house. Currently working fulltime in sale doing waterbore drilling. Very easy going, enjoy relaxing watching a movie or going out and doing some adventuring. Looking to stay at least a year with a possibility of moving on after that time.
I am from Sweden and live currently in Melbourne. I like to workout alot in the gym and when im not training i spend time with my Friends going out sometimes in the weekend or spend time with my family. We are 3 girls in our early 30's studying and with permanent jobs. We are organised, clean and friendly. We all have lived in shared houses before so we are very respectfull of people's space and about the organisation of the house. We hope to find a place to call home.
Hi everyone, We are an international working couple: Ian does physics, and Nadya works with arts. We moved to Australia a year ago, we previously lived in the US, Russia, and the Netherlands. We are friendly, easy-going and sporty. We bike and hike a lot, but enjoy vegging out at home occasionally. We're looking to relocate to Melbourne where Nadya has just got a job offer and Ian will be traveling frequently between Melbourne and Sydney. We have a small, adorable, yet slightly introverted dog who we rescued in Montenegro. We are looking to join in a household of pet-friendly individuals by the beginning of December.
I’m a Scottish traveler in search for a place to stay the next few months. I plan to stay in Melbourne till Jan/Feb time and plan on spending Christmas with my family that live just outside Melbourne. In the meantime, working and saving more money for my travels. I am easy going and can get along with just about anyone. I tidy up after myself and normally spend my days out of the house, keeping busy.
Looking for a *FURNISHED* place in Carlton/Fitzroy/Collingwood/Brunswick/Northcote/East Melbourne/Richmond available ASAP! We are a happy and outgoing couple who enjoy evenings at the pubs or playing board games with friends. We're both bookish (esp Hannah) and interested in history and politics. We like to help look after the environment. Bethany really likes flowers and all plants in general really. We would be happy to live with pets (but cats only if they are hypoallergenic as we are both allergic!)
Hi there! I am easy going, friendly and respectful. When I’m not working I like to be out and about enjoying nature. When I’m home I am quiet and tidy, and will respect your space. I am not a party animal, but I do enjoy a glass of wine and chill time. Ideally I would prefer to live with one other person. Looking forward to meeting you :) CBD/ SOUTHBANK/ SOUTH YARRA/ SOUTH MELBOURNE/ PRAHRAN/ ST KILDA EAST ONLY
Hey guys, 28 year old Half Australian/Japanese Male looking for a new place to live! I currently manage Irish Pub in the city full time, but outside of work, I'm very chilled. I've also got two degrees, a Bachelor of International Relations and a Masters Degree in Public Policy, but I'm delaying my move into governance as I'm really enjoying hospitality management at the moment (Irish Whiskey). I'm also fluent in Japanese, and have cooked professionally in the past. So any kitchen of mine is fully stocked with food and a fine selection of alcohol. My main interests outside of the above is of course, travel, football (soccer), losing money on the ASX.
From the UK, been in Melbourne since June and thinking of moving out of the CBD before Christmas! I'm looking for a private room preferably near tramlines or trains. Currently working as a bartender in the CBD and in Prahran, so will be working most evenings. Looking for somewhere with a laid-back and quiet vibe but open to going for a drink or two when the sun's out Not one to throw house or flat parties so preferably somewhere quieter than most Feel free to message me about anything if you want to know more!
I'm a recent graduate and now looking for a place to stay for the summer and possibly/hopefully) longer. I'm usually quiet, and laid-back and would love to share the house with people sharing the same traits. I would love to connect with people that I'll share the house with, so house dinners, board game nights, movie sessions are some of the things I would want to do as a house together :) I often work at home so if you have a strong, unlimited internet connection, you are the One! :)
I am going to work and study in Melbourne from Nov 2018 to Apr 2019 and I am looking for a good place to live. I will study in Ability English School at 55 Swanston St, so the closer the better. I will study in the morning so I am going to wake up around 7am and go sleep around 11pm during the week. I have lived in my own place for two years so I know how to do the daily chores, like laundry, cooking, making my bed and keeping the house clean and tidy. I intend to have lunch and dinner at home most of the time, so a house with cooking appliances would be great! In my free time I like to play acoustic guitar, surf, play soccer and snooker, ride a bike, go to pubs, go trekking, go camping, exercising... I am ready to meet open minded, respectful and communicative people who like to enjoy life as I do.
