I like reading, experiencing different cultures, dancing (tap, hip-hop beginning level). I will be new to Melbourne so it is great if I can make some friends in the apartment. Hey, I'l be moving to Melbourne for the first time in July to study a Masters in Fashion at RMIT, and i'm looking for a wonderful place i could call home. I am 22 years old and originally from Kenya. I am fun, respectable, down to earth and clean so you wouldn't have to worry about me tidying up. I am also trustworthy, calm and open. I am looking for a place i could stay for approximately 6 months, preferably furnished and en suite. I am looking for housemates that i cannot only stay with but those i could call family. Looking forward to hearing from you soon and if you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
Hi! I'm Rachel, I'm 26 and I work full time as a Relationship Manager in the city. I'm looking for somewhere fully furnished for a while but can purchase my furniture if need be. I'm very tidy and keep to myself most of the time but like a chat sometimes. Love the coast and getting out of the house on the weekends. I'm easy going, laid back and love cooking and getting out for a walk. Let me know if you've got anything going :-) Rachel
Originally from the tiny country of Monaco, I will be coming to Melbourne around mid-January 2018, on a Working Holiday visa, for a six month internship in the CBD. I am easy-going, friendly and respectful. I enjoy spending my free time hanging out with friends but also like to be on my own.
I'm a 23 year old who has recently moved to Melbourne. I work full time in the CBD and like to spend my weekends exploring the city. I am looking for housemates who I get along with, and are just as easy going and up for a chat and a wine as I am.
Hello there We are two Dutch guys, age 25 and 26 , who are currently working as movers in Melbourne after travelling Asia and the East Coast. As we've been become bored of hostels, we're searching for a nice place to stay during our stay in this beautiful city. Our English is good and as we work a lot we wont be partying all the time. Although we're always in for grabbing a drink during our day off. Hope to meet you seen!
Hello Moving to melbourne in late december Seeking to share with 1person only i have a quiet small dog, happy to live in any suburb near public transport, msg me cheers
Tidy, reapectful, relaxed housemate. I have shared for a few years and am respectful of my environment and other housemates. I work in the corporate environment as a HR Manager and in my time off love to be out and about hiking, rock climbing, trying new restaurants, movies and enjoying all Melb has to offer. I currently have furniture in storage and can either bring or move into furnished home with too much disruption. Looking forward to hearing from you. Regards Jo
I'm a chill, movie lover, musician and book worm! Always keen for a conversation and always around to lend an ear! I'm generally tidy and prone to weekends on the couch with a glass of wine and a bingeable tv show! I'm moving down to Melbourne from Sydney for work and would be keen to house-share with some fun people around my age!
Hey everyone, I’m looking for a room near Hawthorn- flexible with length of stay/suburbs and open to teamups. :) I don't really mind who you are or what things you like doing, the only traits i'm really looking for are people who are laidback, open-minded and considerate of personal boundaries like privacy and comfort zones- if we get along well, nothing else is a concern for me. ...and punctuality with rent/housekeeping, but I suppose that's a given. 😌 I'd like to establish a cosy home atmosphere where everyone can feel genuinely "at home" and not just staying somewhere, and where there's no constant pressure to socialize but the opportunity is always there- it'd be great to live with people who can give you space but also have a good chat with. I love doing things that involve film, music, games and outings such as live events- and especially love it when there's other people to do it with, so flatmates who'd like to do those things are a bonus. If those things aren't really your cup of tea, i'm also open to new things and don't really drag people into my personal hobbies anyway. I don't care if you're alternative, sporty, artsy, introvert or extrovert, it's all totally fine- anyone that's kind and open-minded is good in my books. :) If you think we might get along, send me a message so we can chat- and possibly make plans if we do get along well. :) (Oh, if you're worried about my age and capacity for living independently- i've already adjusted to adult life so i'm fine in that regard, not a big spender. I also have an excellent rental history that I can provide references for upon request.)
Hey my name is Jo, i'm 19 years old and moving to Melbourne to study International Relations at Monash Caulfield Campus. I'm looking for affordable accommodation close to campus, hopefully shared with someone likeminded I can get along well with. I'm tidy, responsible, and respectful of both privacy and boundaries. I'm amiable and open minded and i like traveling, art, reading, music, and good food. I hope we can find a nice place together :)
Hey, My wife and I (both 27) are coming to explore Australia. We are looking where to stay for about 2 weeks, maybe longer. It would be nice to stay with cool company who likes adventures. We love traveling and trying new activities.
Hi! :) I am a 22 year old undergrad studying commerce at UniMelb! I spend lots of my time studying, would do yoga for fitness, likes to go out with friends occasionally and volunteer quite often. A little bit about myself: I am friendly, respectful and easy going, at the same time, I know how important it is to understand the needs for personal space, especially as it is about sharing a space together. Although not OCD clean, I like to keep the space I live in clean and neat. What I am looking for: Looking for a furnished room to stay from January, prefers all-female apartments but share houses are good too! Definitely not a party person and love peace & quiet, although I am open to company when needed. :) If you have a room for let, please give me a heads up. Thanks!
I'm a very outgoing, positive and upbeat person, who loves meeting new people, staying fit and healthy, but also loves to socialise and let my hair down. I work as a Pharmacist on Chapel St 3 days a week and run an online Skincare business from home the other days. I'm in no way shape or form a domestic goddess (don't live with me if you're expecting freshly baked goodies), but I am clean and pull my weight with chores and love having a beautifully styled home. I am looking for house mates who would double as friends (I already have a great crew of friends in melbourne but you can always have more) and a house that I feel like is also my home and I'm not just a guest.
Looking for an apartment in the city, with my *own* room and preferably with windows. A pool and/or tennis court would definitely be a plus. I love music, food, drinks, yoga and keeping things clean and organized. I would love to hangout every now and then, but I can also keep to myself. I'm a full time mobile application developer with a bit of an active lifestyle; usually out with friends.
Hi!!! I'm looking for a place near the 96 tram line preferably, since it goes directly to my workplace =). I would prefer a house with a garden, and some flatmates that I can call my new Aussie family . A little bit about myself, I'm an Agricultural engineer/Winemaker/Brewer from Chile, fluent in English and Spanish, but can understand italian, portuguese and french if spoken slowly. I work full time in a Distillery in South Melbourne (yes making alcohol is my life and no, I'm not an alchoholic xD). I play guitar and practice a lot of slackline, love the outdoors and the beach!! I enjoy cooking, watching movies, and hanging out, during the weekends mostly since I go to work really early!! I'm a really clean person, I really dislike it when it's dirty, so I always clean after myself. Message me up if you feel like I would fit in your household Cheeers!!!!!!!!
