Hi there! I'm a 29-year-old professional just wrapped up my PhD and working at a pharmaceutical company on St. Kilda road. I'm currently living in Toorak but will have to move out soon, as my housemate is having family over for a few months and I'd like to give them some space and move on to a new place. I'm currently looking for a sunny bright room with enough space for a double bed, desk and chair, preferably furnished and preferably with an ensuite, nearby St. Kilda road or close to public transport. I'd also prefer bills to be included in the rent. I'd like to start with a six month lease and then see how we go. I'm tidy, hardworking and determined but also friendly and easy getting oing. I've grown up and lived in five countries and I enjoy exploring new places and experiences. I enjoy jogging, swimming, camping, soccer and cycling. I also love cats. While I'll be focused on a new job, that won't stop me from being a social flatmate who is keen to chill out and relax. Always respectful of space and privacy, clean and willing to help out and listen when it's required. I enjoy having a place with the right atmosphere where we eagerly look forward to coming back to at the end of a long day Looking forward to meeting you and checking out the place! :)

I'm 27, a chef, I enjoy staying active and live a pretty busy lifestyle. I've just moved down from Brisbane but was living in Melbourne for 2 years. I've lived in share houses for about 6 years, so I know the drill. I'm super easy going, enjoy socialising and meeting new people but still understand that sometimes we all need some space! I'd love to come through and have a look at a time that suits you. Also I've got a full time job secured.

Hello 👋 My name is Anne, filo 🇵🇭😊 working fulltime Nurse at the Royal Children’s. I am looking for a room near my workplace. I am easy to get along with. I’m ody, a human looking for an established home of several social, independent and kind cuties to settle into. I’m looking in Northcote, Thornbury, North Fitzroy, Clifton Hill and south Preston only, having spent the last nine years in the area and keen to stick around 😊 • I’m 32 and currently in my last year of a hairdressing apprenticeship with a whole bunch of varied work/study/life/sharehouse experience behind me. In my downtime I enjoy sitting in the sun, impulsive creativity, watching shows or movies, a good ol' lol and a tea or wine with housemates and/or pals. • I like being comfy at home and chatting with housemates/doing our own things in each other’s company/striking a gr8 balance between sporadic silliness and cute chill, but also love time alone in my own space as well as getting out and pottering around the neighbourhood. I'm considerate of communal spaces, cook at home a fair bit, clean up after myself, and am a fan of dealing with house issues in a direct manner with a side of patience and kindness. • (Also despite my current apprentice status I’m very much a reliable adult human and always good for timely payment of rent/bills ✨) • Looking forward to meeting you and seeing if I’m a good fit for your house! ☺️
