I am a Audio Production student in SAE, I'm currently studying in SAE Byron Bay campus. I will transfer to Melbourne for the next school year, starting on the 4th of February. I need a room downtown by the start of February, but I can be there before if needed. I will be Studying or Working most of my time, so I won't be home most of the day. I'm a neat, quiet, respectful housemate. I don't party often. Maybe once or twice a month. Other than studying I like to travel, make music, and take pictures. I think Melbourne is the capital of music at the moment and I really want to explore its nightlife, and music & arts scene.
PhD candidate at the University of Melbourne and part-time Youth Mental Health researcher. Lives life to the full and believes in a good work-life balance. Love exercising, the outdoors and watersports. Very social so it is important for me to live somewhere inclusive with a good family type vibe, where everyone feels comfortable hanging out in communal areas together (apart from when some time alone is needed of course). Looking to rent from January onwards - I will be moving from Ireland so will not be able to view before then.
Pleasure to meet you! I'm Tayler. I work full time as a corporate event Audio/Visual Technician on South Wharf and am looking for a place close to the city to make my commute much less tiresome. As much as I enjoy the odd beer or 5, ideally I'm looking for a quiet, shift-worker friendly dwelling. My main hobbies are; Snowboarding, video gaming, reading, programming and cooking. Hit me up if I fit your quota! I'm happy to answer any other questions you have to ask and would love to meet-and-greet over coffee (my shout)! Looking for approx $250 pw max inclusive of bills but would consider more for something in a great location! **Text is greatly preferred as I am in show most days and am unavailable to talk**
I will be working full time at the Pan Pacific Hotel starting in early January. I have just completed my university degree in Business in Sydney and looking to find a home to begin my the next stage of my life. I have lived in share houses in London, Queensland and Sydney and would love to find like minded people to explore Melbourne with and hopefully become friends :) Please feel free to message me if you are interested in teaming up or think I would be well-suited to your share house!
Hello! My name is Sven Feijen and I'm a student visiting Melbourne for an exchange study for about 6 months (February - July), all the way from the other side of the world; the Netherlands! For these 5-6 months, I'm looking for a room to rent, preferably with some other students/people who wouldn't mind hanging out together. Currently, I live in a 4-room student house in Utrecht, so obviously I'm used to cleaning and I think I'm a pretty decent cook. I would describe myself as an easy-going, open and relaxed guy who likes sports, skiing and the occasional drinks with friends.
I’m easy going and responsible. I work and study at the same time so you may not see me at home much but totally open to go out for a walk or cooking together if our time match. Lookin for likeminded people who’s also respectful and have a regular schedule. Preferably keeping quiet after 11pm. Cheers!
I'm a 22 years old guy from Paris, with a working holiday visa. I've had a lot of roomates in different countries, everything has always went well. Very tidy and respectful, and also a very fun person, which is a plus.
Hi everyone ! I am a graphic designer, I usually share an apartment with other people. I am sociable & very clean. I appreciate a glass of red wine and talking over a good meal but also enjoy being by myself. For my criteria, I'd like to have a private full furnished room with my own bathroom. All this for 270 maximum per weekend all included. Looking forward to hearing from you, Cheers, Léa
I am easy-going and open-minded. When I come home I like peace and quiet, I need the place to be clean (for real!), I guarantee I will always do my part to make it stay that way. I think that there is almost nothing that can't be solved by a nice and clarifying chat, and also, my sense of humor usually comes to the rescue in tricky situations ;-)
I work full time in the city Monday-Friday and the occasional Saturday night so I won’t be home much on the weekends. I mainly keep to myself but I do enjoy going out for dinners and having movie/tv binge nights! Im not a big drinker myself but I can definitely make a killer cocktail if you feel like getting a little tipsy with dinner. I am a very happy person, with a chilled out vibe unless I’m really hungry. I also have a 3.5 year old cat named George. He is desexed and an indoor only cat as he isn’t the brightest crayon in the box. Other than that he is very timid but cuddly once he’s warmed up to you. He mostly sleeps on or under my bed all day and is very well behaved. Please let me know if you have any questions! I would prefer to live somewhere close to a train station so I can rely on PT to get to and from work! My max budget is $200 a week not including bills, but ideally I’d like to live a bit cheaper so I can save. I’ve lived out of home for 4 years but so I am a well trained housemate, very tidy and respectful. I would also prefer to live with only females, but if you think we’d be a good match feel free to send me a message ☺️
Australian born and raised. Looking for a private bedroom and bathroom for the long run. Moving out of current Southbank apartment due to rent increase, need somewhere close to RMIT. Mature, clean, organised. Simplistic in belongings and nature. Interests include fishing, rock climbing, Stone Sour and TMG podcasts. Usually buried in studies, but happy to chat if the headphones aren't on. Occasionally will drink and/or have a fun night out. Not fussed about mid-week madness or loud houses, but happy to negotiate. I have a second home so I move between places for days at a time, which means peanuts on the utility bills and the place to yourself! Overall a very honest person who appreciates open communication and opportunity.

Hey guys, I'm 26, just moved here from London and planning on being here for the next two years. I've just started working as a bar manager in a pretty sick bar in the CBD. I'm gay, a pescatarian and a creative type looking to get back in to it. Clean & tidy, good banter and can whip up some pretty tasty drinks. I'm looking to get back in to photography and some directing work as I'm here so a creative house a ++. I'm also planning on doing a TEFL and a programming course, so not going to be your usual late-night/party hard hospitality character.
Hey! My name is Viji and I'm a full time professional, working as an Operations Manager. Born and raised in Melbourne, I barrack for the pies (don't hold it against me) and I enjoy going to the gym to keep fit. I do like to have a few drinks on a Friday/Saturday with colleagues and friends though I'm not an every weekend party animal and I am always up for a chat.
I’m an easygoing, friendly professional working in corporate finance. I enjoy socialising, love a glass of wine and a good chat and live a very active lifestyle. I like trying new foods and on weekends, am often out and about exploring or visiting my family. I am neat, respectful and considerate, and am looking for someone/a group of people who share similar values.
I am honest and very respectful of peoples privacy and personal space. I like to be involved in household decisions and I am very tidy. Can cook and enjoy keeping fit and active.
Hi! I'm from Brisbane and am moving to Melbourne to start working in the CBD full time as a chemical engineer early February. I know a few people there, but am looking forward to moving into a place where I can be friends with my flatmates. I'm just getting back into the gym after a few months of intense study, am keen on the outdoors and definitely some drinks on the weekend. I have some experience living with people, having lived in a shared dorm overseas. I am clean and easy to communicate with and enjoy my alone time every so often, so as long as you are too, there should be no issues.
Two girls from the UK looking for a place from 24th December until 11th March 2019
Hello! I have recently moved to Melbourne from the UK and am looking for a cool place to live with some great people! I am friendly, outgoing and very easy to get along with :) I love chilling by the beach, going hiking and grabbing a glass of wine in the city with friends!
CLEAN, TIDY, RESPECTFUL, CONSIDERATE, TRUSTWORTHY and FRIENDLY. I'm someone who has an OPEN MIND, a FRIENDLY PERSONALITY but likes their own space. I am easy to mingle with , understanding , caring , reasonable to live, kind of a person. I don't go around poking my nose into other people's business , but if anyone needs my help, I'll be there first one to help. I just completed my bachelor of engineering in India and I'm planning to do my masters in UniMelb, Feb 2019 intake. During my free time, I usually hang out with a couple of friends and have some beer and chill, I love watching and playing football. I love socializing and exploring new places.
