Just a guy studying IT at Griffith Gold Coast. Need a place to stay for my final year of study in 2017. In short I'm friendly and fairly quiet but always up for a chat. Last place was essentially a glorified prison with all the restrictions, so I'm looking for a place a little more relaxed with the rules. I keep clean and have respect for my environment. As far as what I do for fun, I play guitar, tennis, game, enjoy a drink, and fiddle around with technology. I guess an added bonus of having an IT student as a flatmate is that there's a fair chance I can help fix your computer issues ;) I'm looking to move in any time between now and the end of February.
I'm honest and can be trusted. I think I'm funny. Lol. I got lots of cool life stories to share and like the occasional drink. I have recently separated from my wife and am wheelchair dependant, so would dearly love help to get myself into the right place for me. I'm not closed off to living on my own, so if anyone has a studio flat or 1 bedroom unit for rent, that would definitely be considered. I guess I'm asking for everyone's to get me the right place. If it's the right fit I'm happy. I know I can't do this on my own and am hoping that the awesome Gold Coast people will come through for me. 🤘🤓🤘. If I do end up as part of a flat, I love getting out and about but also love sitting in front of the TV and watching a good movie. If I can do it physically, I'm in!
I'm a prospective Masters of Architecture, Griffith University International Student. I am looking for an affordable place close to the University's Gold Coast Campus. I'm friendly. I love watching movies and hanging out, though my friends say I'm an introvert.
English, though a bit of a nomad, id love to settle on the goldcoast. Love to travel. I'm a qualified beauty/skin/massage therapist...laid back and easy to get along with. I enjoy cooking and Im organised, clean and tidy majority of the time. I love keeping fit and adventures!
Hi, My name is Hinano, I'm a full-time uni student at QUT in Brisbane and a employed healthcare professional. I'm looking for accommodation on the Gold Coast as a new change of location from Brisbane's North-side which I've resided in for many years. I enjoy spending my time with my family and dog, at the beach, crossfit, playing sports, hiking, listening to music, reading, going for a drive, watching movies and catching up with friends. Also enjoy a good glass of wine (red, white & champagne) too.
I'm respectful, friendly, social & chatty with a good sense of humour but do enjoy my own space also. Very organised clean & tidy. I'm very easy going & get along with almost everyone, I fit in & adjust to people & whatever works. Weather it be your after a housemate to a create a friendship with or someone who totally keeps to themselves, I'm happy either way. I do however work a lot 6-7 days a week doing split shifts & when I'm not working I am studying a lot, at the gym or out exercising my horse. Enjoy the healthy active lifestyle so not into the party scene these days but often out for social drinks. I am a package deal so do come with the cutest miniature 5month old french bulldog pup. She is a super happy friendly little girl & loves all dogs & people especially children! She is very well behaved, super quiet, crate trained & doesn't chew anything other then her toys. Plus she will provide you with endless amounts of laughs! She is however an inside dog due to her breed & skin pigmentation as she is cream/white but doesn't shed hair & will mature at only around 6kg. Ideally I would like to live in a location as close to the beach as possible due to walking my pup each night when it's cooler. Any questions feel free to message. Madi
Hi there, benefits of living with me - I'm reserved, friendly, genuine, intelligent and a little OCD (I love cleaning). I don't have a car I just use my skateboard, and I don't really watch television either so noise will never be an issue. I'm considerate, respectful and am happy to keep to myself or if you prefer, I consider my self a great friend, or even acquaintance. I am unemployed but do have a steady source of income to pay the rent with

Gday Everyone... I'm an easygoing openminded down-to-earth honest (some say too honest for my own good lol) fit 40s man looking for a share house or unit from Main Beach down to Currumbin. I am on disability pension for a bad back but i do massage from home when i can so that i can still have a social life, i love meeting new people and enjoy old friends over a few drinks. I have high standards of cleanliness and like others to feel comfortable knowing they can have a visitor without nagging me to clean up the kitchen. I am social at times but most of the time i'm pretty quiet and like to take each day as it comes... I also love to build and design furniture and restore/renovate older pieces too. i'm pretty handy to have round the place as i can usually fix things or know what needs doing having worked in building industry for nearly half my working career. i am a honest reliable trustworthy male in 40s urgently looking for a room to rent short or lng term, ideal areas Southport, Main Beach, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Nobby's Beach. Miami, Burleigh Heads. I dont have a car so being close to the G. C. Highway is important. I have a stable income and can afford up to $250/week. I'm an easy going and get along with all types of people. I have a good rent record and always pay on time, phone references are available. Ideally it be good to find a place where i can go the lease but not too important this stage. I'm currently couch surfing due to my previous flatmate spending the rent money on himself rather than paying rent... So if you room to rent and want to share with a fun-loving, good nature genuine young(ish) man, please get in touch.
My partner and I work managerial roles full-time in retail. We are courteous and respectful of others and others privacy. We are very easy going, friendly, patient and understanding. We love keeping a healthy active lifestyle and stay busy through out the week. I play netball twice a week and go to fitclub three times a week. Scott enjoys graphic design and gaming in his spare time. We love meeting new people and would be great tenants :)
I'm a sporty/athletic type of person, like adventures and doing physical fun activities. I'm well accustomed to household work, I'm not a very loud person. I don't smoke and I only drink on occasions. I'm from Maryborough, so I will need to look for a job when I move. Previously worked as a builders labourer and have been involved farmwork over the years. Looking to move to the gold coast pretty well asap

Hey everybody! I´m an exchange student from Germany and I will be attending Griffith Gold Coast University in February 2017. I´m searching for nice people who take me in and to have a good time with. I´m a calm person but also adventurous and sociable. I hope I will have a great time with you!
Hi! I'm 24, work full time and am fully house trained - can cook, I DO clean up after myself and enjoy making healthy "treats". I like living a pretty active, healthy lifestyle and love a good adventure on the weekend. Working full time, and generally getting up early, I'm pretty exhausted by the end of the day and not much of a partier. But I do enjoy the occasional social drink and the night out (although I'll probably be in bed by midnight). I'm currently in Mermaid Beach, but am looking at starting a new place anywhere from Mermaid to Currumbin. Shoot a message if you want to know more (I'm 100% open to dogs, if you have a dog it's a bonus).

I'm a part time worker who likes a good chat and a drink at the end of the week. Easy to get along with and i respect personal space. Love animals and the outdoors but also enjoy nights in binge watching netflix. I'm a social guy so enjoy hanging out but can also keep to myself if needed. I always clean up after myself and don't mind doing some maintenance and enjoy helping out around the house. I'm looking for somewhere LGBT+ friendly and hopefully allows animals, though not a big deal about the animal thing. I'm looking to move in the new year, hopefully around the logan area but i don't mind the location if it's affordable and the people are nice.
I am a young yet very mature kiwi girl looking to move to the Gold Coast for at least 10 months from Feb 2017 to November / December 2017 but may stay longer. I intend to be working full time as a nanny, happy to live with children (not as an au pair). I own my own business here in Auckland so require a large'ish room or space for a desk. I am social but not a party animal, seeking a quiet place to live! I have never been late on a rent payment and am very clean and tidy.
Hello, My name is Kylen. I'm looking for accommodation for myself and my friends (they are a couple) Sean and Sophie. We are looking for 2 bedrooms in an existing share house or a 2 bedroom flat. We all work part to full time and are responsible, respectful flat mates. We are not here to party, we are traveling, enjoying the beach and the surrounding area. If you have an apartment fitting this description, please message me your phone number and a good time to reach you and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. I will be checking my messages at least once a day so you can expect a quick response. Thank you for your time, if you have any questions for us, don't hesitate to ask! Thanks again, Kylen, Sean, and Sophie
I'm Aleks, out-going, down to earth and easy to be around. I like positive people with good vibes, who are open-minded and appreciate the little things in life. I'm a clean roommate, love art and adventure, fitness, cooking/eating, find new cafes, restaurants and bars. I enjoy red wine and the occasional nights out, as well as cozying up at home with a movie. Moving to Australia from Canada with an open mind, looking right now around Surfer's Paradise (preferably close to the beach), where I will be looking for a part-time job. Any like-minded happy people who are willing to offer a room or search with me are welcome!
My name is jacqueline. My partners name is faton. We are desperately needing a home as of today. We teamed up with 2 backpackers who decided to stop paying rent. Which has forced the police to come and change the locks. We are currently homeless with two beautiful cats who are both toilet trained. Please get back to me asap. This would mean the world to us right now please.
Hello! I am a nursing student and usually work in health/cosmetic medicine or temp in offices (until degree is finished). I need a house with a yard with grass. I am making the move from Syd where I have held a lease for years and had my mix of good and bad flatmates. I don't really want the hassle of managing a house and flatmates on my own anymore. I have a house full of cool antique and vintage furniture in storage which can come with me or stay there. I am a good person to live with. I take quick showers, bathroom is tidy after I use it. If I cook I wash and dry same night, wipe down and no food in sink! I empty bins, tidy as I go etc. I keep to myself but can be chatty if you feel like it. I have a very good sense of humour. I come with two quiet dogs. I don't have people over or make noise. All my flatmates have loved my dogs. They would need a corner in a living room for their day beds or a really large bedroom so they could have beds in there. Believe me they sleep a lot. One is a greyhound and one is a mix. No barking, very good in the house. May raid bins if given access, so they have to be supervised if kitchen is open or bins on floor. Never any accidents in house. They don't smell doggy as regularly cleaned. A covered area in back yard or access to a garage would be needed for when I am at work so they can be dry and warm. I am extremely responsible and hard working so all bills and rent are paid on time every time and my dogs have the best of care and no responsibility is on anyone else in house to care for them. I have lived with 19 year olds up to mid 50's. I do Taekwondo and weights. My two best friends live in Yarraville. I love being busy and in my downtime I watch good drama or home Reno shows :) I like to eat out as well. I have been known to down G&T's or champagne and come home drunk once in a while after dancing all night, but that is rare these days, I lean to the left in my politics and would probably like a house that recycles etc..

Hi - I'm Glenn. I have a long history working in the helping type fields such as nursing and psychology with multiple undergraduate and post graduate degrees. I am very caring, empathic, considerate and have always been compassionate towards others, regardless of who they are or where they've been. I guess humility, acceptance and openness are some of my key values/traits and although my path is not the same as others, I love to hear about other people's past experiences and their hopes and visions for the future. More recently, I have been focusing on my music composing and looking at how I can use my skills to generate an additional income whilst doing something that I have always loved. Initially, I have created alliances with video game developers to provide background music, but I have always wanted the music I write to be more uplifting than to purely motivate people to slay the purple dragon and find the blessed magic brussel sprout (Clearly with that description, I don't play video games - but hey... that is a great idea for a game yeah??) I'm currently liaising with wedding planners and wedding celebrants to provide personalized music that couples can use as part of their wedding day. Songs that not only express how they feel about each other but promote this love and excitement in others. But, the desire to make people feel special goes much deeper than this. Last year, a friend was suicidal and in a very bad way. She had several admissions to hospital, and some very intense treatment. It was heartbreaking that she was unable to see just how beautiful and special she is and just how much she is love by those around her. I wrote her a song titled "We love you" which tried to remind her of that fact. (You are welcome to listen to it). So, I feel passionate about reminding people when they just cant see it - through music - just how important they really are - I hope I can do that more. I'd love to set up some kind of not for profit organisation where I can write individual, personalized music for people purely to help remind them that they are important. I'm leaning towards the name 'Every Note' because when it comes to music, each note works together to create an overall piece of musical truth and beauty. I think that is just as applicable to people. Every person is inherently important and an integral part of the world. Plus, I think music in its various forms, is so influential on people individually, yet at the same time joins our collective souls. I also LOVE animals - and I have two adorable cats. You don't have to love them - but I could never live with a cat hater. I am their carer, protector, food giver (most importantly) - and they rely on me. Having them is a gift and I don't take that lightly. I need somewhere that they would feel comfortable. I also enjoy doing woodwork as a hobby - although I'm pretty bloody useless at it - but it doesn't seem to have lessened my enthusiasm for some reason. Not sure why that is. I pretty much get on with anyone and seem to be able to find something to talk about. I make a point of making people feel comfortable and welcome without being over the top. I'm probably more mature now and settled and stuff and enjoy more quieter times - but I still tend to get excited over someone saying "Hey.... why don't we....." which usually results in a "*#@^ yeah! That is brilliant" I'm very respectful, considerate, empathic and compassionate, and a great listener. But, I'm also sensitive to other people's needs and respect my own and others personal space. Oh and I also make a point of trying to do volunteer work where I can - that has previously included cleaning out, washing dog yards at the RSPCA, being a welcomer/cuppa person for people attending the Salvation Army who are experiencing difficult times, to try and make them feel at ease, Hon secretary for community support group and I am currently volunteering as Treasurer for a not for profit, community support group. As a bonus I also come with an unlimited supply of lame jokes and am the person to have on your trivia team if the subject "Hits of the 80's"ever comes up. Probably crapped on enough. Cheers Glenn

Hi, I am a female non-smoker. I eat healthily and rarely drink. I am looking for a place where I can have 1 medium sized dog! I am a Japanese interpreter and English teacher. I am very quiet and clean and am more than happy to help out around the house! I particularly appreciate a clean and tidy kitchen. I would like to get a dog as I am also a dog obedience instructor. I intend to train my dog to competition level so it will be well behaved. I am therefore looking for medium sized DOG PERMITTED accommodation! I am open to most locations on the Gold Coast. I am also happy to team up with another person and rent a pet friendly place together. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask! Thank you.
Hi! I am Merel. I'm from the rainy, small but great country The Netherlands. I am currently studying to become teacher of the English language and my university decided to send every student away to an English speaking country, so here I am ;) While I'm here I'll be studying at Griffith University from February until the end of June. In my spare time I love to play football, I am a pretty active person so I love to be out and about. Hanging out with people and grabbing some drinks is also one of my favourite things to do. I also enjoy reading or watching series while drinking a nice cup of coffee. I'm looking for a room that's not too far away from Griffith University. Hopefully I can bike my way around Gold Coast (Dutch as I am haha!)
Architect that just moved across seas from America and going for my second masters at Bond Uni. Looking to move sometime December, finding the right people is incredibly important to me. Responsible, reliable, clean, open-minded, and respectful. Social bird, designer, sketcher, ukulele-player, cook, and traveler. I'm super easy to get along with and really prefer fun people that like to stay active, can dish out some quality banter, love the beach, enjoy small gatherings at the homestead, okay with taking awesome pictures, adhere to margarita mondays, can go for a drink out after a long week or sit in and binge watch netflix with a bottle of vino. I'm also a bit of a handyman and can, and probably will, fix anything that goes wrong with the house and i tend to always fix my roommates tech devices when shit wont work. Enthusiasts of all music, including country = huge plus. Cheers Michael

hey there! I'm a very cruisy, laid back chicky.. straight shooter, witty, honest and reliable.. have the sensible mother side, though I still like to have a bit of crazy fun every now & then as well;-P (leave that to my kid free wknds every 2nd wknd!)... I have 3 princesses, a 12yr old, 2 & 1yr old.. we're all extremely well behaved, (my children are 'not' crazy little adhd nutters or anything like that), very clean & easy to get along with. We have 2 black ragdoll cross kitty cats which we consider family, they are impeccably well house trained and very smoochy kitties;) Am currently paying $515 p/wk in rent which is making me run it a bit fine.. so instead of downgrading, I just wish there was someone else we could go on a lease with together.. we could get an awesome house, possibly on the water (love fishing!), with a pool.. a pimp pad which would be a dream!! Moving date is dependent on when & if we find something suitable as we need 3 rooms alone. Preferably looking to live around the Mermaid Waters area and suburbs. Actively inspecting houses right now & wanting to apply, so hoping I can find a flatmate asap to go on the applications with me. Need someone who would be able to pay around $200-$400 and I'll at least double it in order to secure something spesh;) Please don't hesitate to contact if you'd like to know anything more about me/us ok;) cheers
