Hiya, I'm a young 34, fun loving, outgoing, adventurous, single, full time Nurse and full-time Uni student. I'm looking for a room to rent on a permanent basis and happy to sign lease for 6-12mnth for the right property. Would love pool, sauna, gym, close to the beach. A Bachelorette share house would be ideal, but happy to share with single males, prefer no couples or kids, I love all animals, so pets are all good. Party, professional, student house is fine as long as it's clean and tidy. I have 2 older children 12 & 16, who live with their dad, who does FIFO, he's away for 21 days, back for 7 days. I stay with the kids in our family home while he's away and then I have a week off to myself when he is home. Monday - Friday I'm busy with work and uni. I do 0600-1430 AM shifts And 1200-1830, 2030 and 2230 PM shifts. Weekends i like to be social, so usually out on road trips or with friends. If I'm home, I like to cook and have a meal with the roomies or a few drinks if everyone is feeling social, if not I'm happy to study, listen to tunes and chill in my room. I'm super clean, tidy and organised, considerate and respectful of others privacy, peace and quiet. I'm a social smoker when drinking and only outside. Flexible with move in dates. My best contact Mon-fri is txt as I'm at work Feel free to call on weekends. ✌️️
Hello. I'm a full-time dentistry student who is looking for accommodation from mid February, preferably within walking distance to the uni. I'm clean and social but also like my own space. I like going out on occasion and am always down for a chat! :)
I am liberal minded yet mature and experienced but somehow also manage to be young at heart. Happily, unsmugly married and very independent, I do believe strongly in family, love, inclusion. I'm on working holiday from UK where I've lived/worked/loved for 22 yrs, originally from Newcastle,NSW. Also lived in Sydney &Melbourne & have travelled heaps. Extremely proud to be Australian. I'm clean & tidy but, as a Bartender, I don't mind a bit of organised chaos. I'm quite partial to a Single Malt, once or twice a week at most.

Would be good to chat. Cheers Monique

I am just looking to be given a chance....we are being kicked out by my mother and have a week to find somewhere. It is a very stressful time as my son goes back to school next week and I don't need him to be worrying about this....he should be getting excited for school.

I'm currently a manager of a successful salon and aspire to do something similar when I arrive. I'm extremely outgoing and social. My weekends consist of mainly of spending time out in the sun and hanging out with friends. I've lost my license due to accumulation of points, so being near public transport would be ideal. I do have a car so I would need a car space/or on street parking. I don't know many people people in Goldy, I hope to move in with likeminded people around my age who can be more than just a roommate/s and be more of a friend as well. I'm looking to move in the last week of February as my current lease runs out start of march. If I fit your description feel free to message me!
I'm 18 and starting first year at Griffith. I'm clean and easy going but like to keep to myself. I like going out on occasion but I'm not a big drinker or party girl. I like my space but I'm always up for a chat. I'm looking for more of a friend rather than just a roommate.
I'm moving to the coast from brissy. I'm looking to start a new place with someone that has similar interests as me! Im always up for an adventure and I'm really looking forward to meeting new people and making some new friends!
Looking for any area asap I'm very chilled, can be social but also need my own time. Respectful of others, I don't mind house work and not a bad cook either. I'm not looking for a party house but do have a social drink. Feel free to ask anything. An honest household is hopefully out there,

I'm very clean, tidy, respectful, reliable, honest and easy to get along with. Sociable but also like my personal time. Have a very well trained dog (Kelplie x Collie) who's my bestie. When I'm not working, at the gym or catching up with mates- I'm out and about with him. I like a beer as much as the next person but not looking for a house that parties on a work night.
Dutch, social girl coming to Melbourne for an internship. I love to cook and meet new people. I love playing sports and eat healthy, but also love pizza. Non-smoker.
My name is Riann. I am 22 years old and currently living in Melbourne. Since visiting the Gold Coast I have really considered a move with my good friend. We both love the gym and living a healthy and active lifestyle. We are very am easy going, and love meeting new people. We are clean, neat and tidy. We will be travelling overseas March and April and would then like to settle in Broadbeach, Burleigh, or surrounding suburbs. Please message me if you have anything for us both :) we would ideally love 2 seperate rooms but one bigger room would be fine because I know it's much harder to find two rooms available. Please message me! :)
Hey! So I'm currently in the process of moving from Sydney to the Gold Coast. I'm neat, tidy and tend to keep to myself so I'll be a good house mate. I don't have any pets and I'll have my car and a job when I come up. I'm on the coast until the end of January so if you want to meet up and discuss possible rental arrangements just give me a buzz :)
I'm a clean, respectful young woman who enjoys the outdoors and adventures! Moving from WA and hoping to pursue a career in Real Estate in the Gold Coast. I study full time online and have a little chihuahua named Chico who is toilet trained and loves cuddles. Need a cheap place to live close to shops and surf would be ideal but not too picky at this point in time. Despite my age any one would think I'm in my mid 30's as I live the life of one: wake up, walk the dog, go to work, do the groceries, clean the house, do some washing, do a bit of study, cook dinner and sit down with a lovely glass of wine to unwind. Hoping to be a little more youthful this year though haha! Keen to get meeting with new people and enjoy the lifestyle that Gold Coast has to offer!
Love to keep fit, eat healthy, surfing, fishing, hiking, anything active and out doors really. Looking for other similar chilled house mates to share an epic pad with!
I am a Young Single 40 year old. I love to keep active Riding my bike, crossfit, beachvolleyball, I want to learn how to Surf when i start living on the coast. I am not a huge party animal any more, but do enjoy a night out on the town. I like living in a clean environment, pay my bills on time and I am very easy to get along with. Love nothing more than staying in and binging on a TV show or watch movies.

Hi I am 34 and studying Psych at Griffith Uni. You will get a laid back and relaxed, tidy, respectful, very active housemate, who enjoys good company and good communication.
Me and My Partner Jake are relocating our little family from New Zealand to Gold Coast. We require either a temporary living situation that will allow our 2 medium sized dogs until we can secure a house or a long term rental home that is dog friendly. We are a quiet, tidy professional couple who will be working full time. My partner Jake is a chef/sales rep and I work in customer service/communications. Our dogs are medium sized females who are all up to date with Vet care, They are mainly outside dogs and are well-behaved. We currently rent our own home in New Zealand, and have fantastic references here. We are generally laid back but do enjoy being social from time to time. I love all dogs so I am happy to move into a house that has other dogs. My two girls are very social, Maybe a little bit cheeky too! Luna is pictured in the photo above, She is a English Staffy x - aged 2 and is a ball of happiness and fun, Enjoys her toys alot. Zari is 3 - British bulldog x Staffy and is more laid back, She would rather be cuddling up or lying in the sun. Fully fenced back yard is all we really require. Bond is no issue and we can inspect/meet with you after the 22 Jan 2017 - Would be really grateful if someone is willing to help us out and take a lot of stress out of our big move situation. Thanks Emily & Jake.
Hey there! So a bit about me and the way i am as a roomie :) Firstly I'm flexible with the move date as I am staying at a friends so I am able to stay here until I find a place. I love to work but when i am home i'm usually doing house chores, cooking/baking awesome stuff (sometimes not so awesome) or socializing with whoever i am living with... I like my own space too as I'm sure most people can understand so I know when to give other people there's. I am not a big party animal although I don't mind the occasional night out I do also enjoy a couple of drinks at home chilling out watching movies. I like to get out and be active at the gym 4 days a week plus anything that's fun and active like paintball, beach, eating out, movies etc I have never missed a rent payment and always on top of bills, i am looking for next place to be an en-suite room I am looking for something modern and no longer then 15 minutes from surfers as that's where i mainly work, pretty easy going on the suburb though. I am from Wollongong and have been here for a year now. Would like to meet like minded positive people, who are easy going but mature and keep a clean house :) Happy to answer any questions you have and provide the right people my Facebook so you can do the necessary stalking :P Thanks for reading! Tam x
Site manager so I'm usually never home during the day if I'm home I'll be probably going surfing. Elke works during the day usually aswell as event planner manager and is usually training in her spare time.
Friendly, easy going and polite Estonian couple discovering Australia. We recently graduated uni and decided to discover the world before settling down. Backpackers with suitcase. We respect everyone's privacy and do like to have our privacy as well. We always clean after ourselves. We would prefer a room with our own bathroom, but shared bathroom is also good as long as we don't have to share it with 5 people.
Hi there my name is Janelle I am a 20y/o female from New Zealand I have lived here for about 6 months. I move out of my flat in 2 days as lease is expiring so am looking for a room to rent ASAP. I work a casual job in retail and a part time job in pharmacy so am reliable for rent. I am an easy person to live with as I am often out working or enjoying the beach or time with friends on my days off. Normally only home in evenings. I am a social person but am often quiet and I'm a tidy person as I can't stand mess or clutter
I am a laid back full time uni student. When I'm not at uni I'm usually at the beach or visiting friends so I'm not home that often. I do like the occasional drink but I am in my honours year so I wouldn't suit a party type house hold. I love the beach so a place walking distance is preferable. Please contact me if you think you have a suitable room.
Hi I’m Chris I am friendly, outgoing, fairly relaxed kind a person but also love my own space as that’s where I recharge my batteries and I’m looking for a new home. I’m wanting to share a non smoking active/healthy household or townhouse, that is environmentally aware. Preferable with just one other person. I would love an unfurnished, decent sized room, with space to move and built in wardrobes. If there is an en-suite, bonus! A place where the common areas are kept in a good state of cleanliness, especially the kitchen, and bills are paid on time, with a minimum of fuss. I prefer an independent household but with the possibility of sharing a drink, a laugh, or the odd meal together. I get on well with most people and I’m responsible and considerate when it comes to other people’s things and space. Currently I'm on a break from working but will start looking again early next year probably contract work or part time. I like to keep reasonably fit and active, but I also like curling up with a good book or DVD. Sometimes weekends will find me, outside somewhere, hiking camping or whatever else I can find or talk people into. I'm pretty independent but like knowing that there are other bodies living in the same space, the random conversations, laughter, or drinks but live reasonably quietly, prefer to go out rather than entertain at home and I go to bed early :-) ish. My days of being a night owl are over so prefer to live with people with similar habits. Cheers
hey there, this is Max, 29 yrs old male who works part-time in a large retailer company and study my last trimester of MBA course. I am looking for a place for short term least 2months+ . I am friendly and quiet, keep my place clean and tidy, respect others space.
Hello I'm Mia. I'm a 19 years old working 25-30 hours a week, I'm a bartender/waitress. Would love to find easy going, kind housemates. I’m a clean and tidy person and easy to get along with, as well as quite quiet. I mainly sleep through the day, and work by night.
Looking for a new place to move into as I'm selling my present apartment. I don't spend a lot of time at home as I'm mostly working, studying or at the gym :) but like to socialise whenever I get the free time. very clean, tidy and respectful!
I am a remedial massage therapist studying acupuncture. I'm easy going, love the ocean and outdoors activities. Originally from Sweden but lived in France for a while too, this is my 3rd year in Australia.
Hey guys, my name is Nikolas, I'm 24 years old and currently I'm studying to become a teacher in Germany. Beginning from mid of February I am going to study full-time at the Griffith University for one semester. My personality may be best described as friendly, open-minded, easy-going, humorous, tidy, punctual, reliable, respecting, conscientious and honest. I really like hanging out together chatting about everything and anything, going out in cafés, bars, clubs or just chill out. Of course, I will give you enough space and retreat possibilities just the same as I expect from you . Surfing is just one of many other sports and activities I favourite (beside of studying sports). Cooking, playing the ukulele, pool, traveling, movies, card and board games, literature and socializing count to my varied interests. I'm interested in meeting respective, friendly, open-minded and easy-going mates to share accommodation, interests and positive vibes with because I want to have another good time in Australia. Beautiful pristine looking landscapes, the easy-going way and kindness of the Aussies are just a few reasons which draw me back again and again.

CURRENTLY FOUND A PLACE Hey, I'm a 19 year old, university student at griffith in southport. It currently takes me anywhere from 45-80 mins to get to uni each day and would love to live closer. I'm currently on uni summer break, although next year will be at uni 4days a week starting in February. I have a casual job on the weekends. I am honest, reliable, responsible, hardworking, usually quiet and quite clean. I am often quite shy around most people at first but social and love a chat once I get to know them. I am defiantly not a party animal but don't mind an occasional drink or a night out. Although, I am quite independent and generally will keep to myself so won't know I'm around most the time, as I study and sleep a lot when I'm not at uni or work. I have my own furniture and a small car (need parking off street). I have a partner that would visit and maybe stay 1 or 2 nights a week. Don't mind when I move in. NEED RENT TO INCLUDE BILLS Would prefer own bathroom but willing to share. Don't want a lot of housemates (like my own space). Housemates need to be around my age and preferred female.
We are a friendly couple from Brazil looking for a home. We are organized and respectful. We don't work fix hours, always different from week to week. In our free time we like to surf, to gym, and we don't party much, but we drink sometimes in the week and weekends to relax. =)
My partner and I are looking for a short term place to live for the summer holidays. We are looking for a place near the city or 30-50 minutes transport ride to the city would be okay too. We are easy going people who enjoy to have a chat, tidy and enjoy getting out of the house.
Moving from Sydney to the Gold Coast to study Psychology at Bond University Looking for somewhere close to the uni I'm laid back, but I like keeping myself busy I enjoy keeping a tidy space I enjoy good music and good movies I like being near the beach and I live for coffee
I moved to the Gold Coast from Canada to study law at Bond. Now that I've graduated, I'm not quite ready to return to the Great White North (it's cold AF). I'm hoping to live closer to the beach, meet some new people and experience more Australia has to offer (while I work towards my accreditation). I'm tidy and easy-going. I'm social but I also need my down time. I have questionable taste in television shows (yes, I watch The Bachelor). Sometimes I cook.
I am 24 years old currently finishing off a postgraduate program. I am super friendly, easy-going and tidy. I am always up for a chat but respectful of people's privacy. You'll find me at the beach in my spare time or chilling with friends.
I am a clean and healthy person, i have respect for all people (young or old) I approach life in a positive out look, I get along with anyone and everyone
My names Sammie, I'd say I'm a great person to live with. I'm looking for someone to move to Australia with however I'm doing this quite a bit in advance in order to get to know and trust someone before doing so. I am moving from the UK and have never been to Australia before, but has been a dream to live there since being a child. I am a tidy well respectful person, I like to make any space look homely. I'm never too noisy and I respect other peoples space and belongings, I'm basically looking for someone I can become very good friends with, (preferably at least one or two females as I don't want to house share with all males And like all girls, I'll need some girly chit chat) I love my movies and books with a nice box of chocolates or a tub of ice cream, I love those hair slapped back no makeup on type of days but just as much as this I love getting ready nice and early and getting out of the house. I like finding new places to eat, new things to do and I love making new friends. I'd say I'm quite sociable around people I get a good vibe from. Yes I do smoke but I will never and will not move with anyone who smokes indoors. Smoking outside only as I cannot stand furniture or the smell of smoke in the space where me and other people have to spend our time as it is not pleasant at all. I hope to find someone like me who I can get to know, trust and make plans with before setting off on the big move.
I'm Lizzie from Tasmania, I'm moving up to the Gold Coast to work/train/compete as a professional surfer! It has been a life long dream of mine and I'm very determined to give it a good shot! I will be competing a bit during the year and I have a training scholarship at the HPC surfing academy, so I will be training there throughout the week also. I'm a very relaxed person, clean and tidy, I'm a social person but respect when people want time to themselves and respect their privacy. I'm active and healthy and love the beach so I'm looking for a room semi close, but I will look at anything. I'm looking for flat mates of similar age or similar interests but I'm not too fussed. I'm moving up soon but have a month of travelling and competing so I don't need anything urgently, but I'm keen to find a place to settle in and call home.
Hey I'm Cass 21 years young, working full time Keen to escape the heat of Brisbane and enjoy the beach everyday after work Have my own place now and love own space although looking for a change of scenery with the new year's work scope Always run a neat household always down for a beer or 2
Hey! My name is Kevin and I am fairly urgently looking for somewhere permanent to live. I recently moved to Melbourne and work has areanged me temporary accomodation until 29 Jan at the latest. I'm looking to houseshare with some people roughly my age as I settle into the new city. Who I am: I moved interstate for the last 3 years for Uni and have been living with others the whole time. I'm super chill and spend the majority of my spare time outdoors! I love watching movies, snowboarding, playing soccer and Im a very well travelled person. On weekends you'll generally find me exploring the local area, or at the beach/snow depending on the season. I also have a job working in the logistics industry. My ideal housemates: I'd like to have housemates that I could socialise with and show me around. I understand the need for personal privacy and 'me time' but it'd kinda suck to have roomies who couldn't even catch a movie together, right? If you have a pet, that's also an added bonus. Other than that, I'd expect the usual (clean after yourself, be respectful etc which I think everyone should be anyway). Bit of a read but if you got this far and would still like to have me onboard, please shoot me a message!
Fledgling uni student keen to take on the world. I am studying at Griffith Gold Coast this year, looking to move closer to study. Clean and really easy going person. Lots of fun to hang out with and not a pet owner myself but love animals.
