Hi all, my name is Nat. I've lived in Brisbane for about 12 years and throughout this time have rented in New Farm and Fortitude Valley. I've been in my current apartement for about 7 years, however I am looking to accept a full-time job on the Gold Coast and need to find somewhere to call home there for about 7 months until mid-April 2018. I'm clean, responsible, pay bills on time and understand the importance of social interaction as well as independent space. My apartment in Fortitude Valley is currently furnished so if moving there I'd be open to taking my own stuff and going into an unfurnished option, or alternatively I would consider moving into an already furnished place. I don't have any pets and I don't smoke. I cook my own meals. Also, if I decide to take this job, I do have the option to stay in Brisbane for another six months and commute to the Coast everyday. My next break lease move option would be January 2018, so if anyone has any openings for places then let me know. Please ask me any questions you have!
I am 21 you from Russia and have been living on Gold Coast for almost 3 years. I just graduated from the Griffith University and now I am on post - graduate visa just working almost all the time and enjoying Gold Coast for the next couple of years. I am very easy - going. honest, tidy and fun. I am looking for a room to rent for myself anywhere between Broadbeach and Griffith Univeristy, do not mind sharing bathrooms, etc but do want a room for myself, it'll be perfect for me to move in around 15th of September, but I can do it earlier or a bit later if necessary! Please help almost homeless person out!
Mike and I (Kevin) are both from Canada and are moving to the Gold Coast with our super friendly Golden Retriever pup, Chevy. I got accepted into the post-graduate medical program at Griffith so will be studying and working at the Gold Coast Uni hospital full-time. Mike will be working full time running an events/catering company. We are looking for either our own place or a place to share, preferably near the water as we love the ocean and a park or yard would be great for the dog! We will be moving in December-can't wait to be GC residents!
I'm Dave, 30 year old landscaper. Quiet tidy housemate, work full time, always on time with rent, haven't missed a week in around 15 years. Looking to move closer to my work which is mainly located around Broadbeach/Runnaway Bay areas. Always keep my quarters tidy. I don't mind doing my share of floors, lawns etc I always clean my way out of the kitchen. Thanks for reading ;)
HEY HEY! My friend and I are from Melbourne and are moving up to QLD at the end of November and are looking for a place to call our new home, whether that be you have 2 available rooms OR you want to team up and get a place together. We are both very social individuals and very outgoing so would prefer people with the same personalities as us, this includes being able to have friends over such as get togethers on weekends! Besides this we are job focused so will treat the week days with respect for our roomies. We are both beach bums so are looking for a place close to the beach! Let us know if you wanna team up! I'm a good cook so I don't mind cooking dinner for everyone too!
:-) Hello 26 year old female on the lookout for a new home on the GC. With me, I have a super relaxed, no fuss, no mess cat - Leon, who is home trained and well behaved, people described him as 'chilled out...' :) he will sleep 12 hours a day, go outside and then veg out some more. He's pretty straight forward ;)! During the week I keep a pretty busy lifestyle, as I attend university full-time, and when i'm not at school i'll be at work at the health food shop which is situated in Southport. I have an excellent rental history and have been housesharing for over 7 years now. Rent and bills for me are always paid on time, I have absolutely no troubles giving others their personal space, privacy, and I feel I'm the type of person that is independent and does her own thing regardless. I'm clean but not OCD clean and intuitively i feel I'm an easy going type to live with. When I'm not studying or working or at school I love to socialise, laugh, cook, read, enjoy the beach. These days I'm not the party animal type, I am after a comfortable home where I can focus on my studies and live with other like minded adults that are chilled. If this overall sounds like someone you could happily share a place with, I'm open to discussing more and taking it from there. Cheers for your time Alexandra
* clean & tidy * easy going * will have your own handy woman around the house * never home * work late most days * quite nature * my home is my sanctuary * straight forward personality * trades person * rarely drink * love the gym * eat out a lot so never in the kitchen * sociable after a coffee :)
Full time shift worker @ GCUH so I won't always be home at the same times. Adds some spice, I'm easy to live with, pretty quite, keep communal areas clean because room mates aren't your parents. Been known to be terrible at Golf, binge watch some Netflix and just have a good time. I've lived in a shared place with multiple people and for the last 3 years I've lived with a single female on two occasions and always got along well. Guy or girl doesn't bother me, never had a problem with a room mate before. Any locations more on the north side of the coast since I have to be within 30min for on call and I hate wasting time travelling to work. Looking for a team up for something @ The Sphere since I have internet which would come with me to the new place!
I am a spanish guy that comes to study and work. I am 20 years old. I am a easy flatmate becouse i got experience when i lived in London for 2 years and i'll be in gold coast for a few years. i am very reliable and clean, i have 1 cat who is very friendly and will not disturb you, he loves to play and loves pats. i am currently working part time but am aiming to become full time. i am a clean person and i will look after myself and will not rely on any of my roommates. i am not the standard 18 year old who goes out drinking a lot. i love to work. i would also love to get to know all my roommates and get to know them more and i hope i get to stay for long time. i am able to move in on the 23rd of August. if you have anymore questions don't hesitate to ask me! thank you! Arian
Hello! I'm Sophie, a mix of English and Barbadian (grew up in the UK) I love to travel hence being on this working holiday visa. And am looking to call a place home for a while! I am easy going, friendly and enjoy keeping active by doing yoga, SUP going on hikes etc. (equally I enjoy those chilled weekends watching netflix and totally relaxing!) I wouldn't call myself a fitness freak, however I do try to eat healthy and anyone who can encourage me to do so and eat less meat is greatly appreciated! However I hold no judgements and enjoy meeting different people from across the world. I don't have any pets myself but love them and would be more than happy to live with them. I'm clean and tidy and respectful of peoples privacy. However enjoy a good chat and a wine/beer on occasion. I work full time in the boating industry, so am usually busy at work Mon-Fri. I look forward to getting in contact. Thanks! Sophie

Easy going professional guy moving from Sydney to GC late August looking for a nice place to stay. I am studying and working for myself at the moment and will be working full time when on the GC. I enjoy a clean place and keep to myself mostly during the week while studying but I'm friendly, down to earth and respectful of shared spaces. I don't party that much so not looking for a party house or anywhere that's got a lot of noise going on :)

Hi, I'm Erin! I'm 22 and a criminology student at Griffith Uni. I've lived out of home for a while but as my current roomies are moving out I'm on the lookout for a new place. I'm clean, reliable with rent and happy to live with pets. I also have my own bedroom furniture (and possibly some living room furniture if needed). I do like my own personal space but am definitely up for chat and want to actually make friends with the people I live with. I also don't mind the occasional night out but generally prefer a pretty quiet and chilled household. I'm into cheerleading, surfing, footy and watching movies and would love to live with like-minded people. I'd also prefer to live with people around my own age if possible :)
Im 18 years old and easy to get along with. I like to stay clean and tidy especially in the kitchen and living area. I love a good chat but also enjoy to have alone time. Im currently working at Kmart so i work any day between Monday and Sunday.
