Hi! I'm Taylah and I'm 19 years old. I'm currently working casually and studying full-time at UQ. I'm a pretty busy person and am looking for a place close to the city for easy access to uni and work. I would be a very respectful yet fun room mate, i'm easy going and considerate and honestly just looking for a place to sleep on week nights and rarely on weekends.
I am a tidy sociable girl who also enjoys a little quiet time. However sociability is a big thing for me and I love making new friends and meeting new people. I am respectful of others and I am polite. I love a good laugh and I am a happy and positive but realistic person. I really enjoy card games and group activities. I have a wide variety of interests and am a very open-minded person. I always pay my bills on time. My length of stay is flexible and I am looking to stay from THREE to SIX months depending on the weekly rent. The move in date is also flexible. I am looking for a private room. I would love a mix of guys and gals to hang with :) I am currently a student studying full-time at QUT and working part-time.
I'm a QUT student major in bachelor of social work, and also having part time job as a child care teacher. I'm a person who really like to share my life, and i think it's enjoyable to cook dinner with my housemate some times. I'm a really organised person as well. looking forward to meet some new housemate :-)
Looking for a place to rent while on nursing/paramedicine placement. Currently live with my partner but he is moving back home to Tassie a few months before I do so need a place for the interim. Will be at placement most days and at my job in the chemist but love a hang out and chill when I have time off! Relaxed and easy to get along with but always up for a boogie!
Hi, I'm a 30 something yo professional looking to settle in Brisbane after spending 10 years in Western Australia and 3 years in Victoria. My dream home would consist of: - Max 3 other friendly, relaxed peeps in the house - Unfurnished bedroom with space for a queen bed and a small desk - Hopefully some form of cooling in the house for summer months (what can I say, I’m Victorian...) - Ideally have somewhere that I can store a bike and SUP board...can be in bedroom if suitable - some form of car parking, my car is my sanity and freedom machine - Chilled, drama free vibe with people that like to occasionally socialise and have a meal together, and whom are able to share the load of household chores. I've spent a lot of my adult life in share houses so it's something that I prefer over living alone. I like to get to know my flatmates but also happy to do my own thing (anything outdoors, adventure, salsa dancing, hiking, skiing, fitness). Definitely not looking for a party house but I can get on board with a get together at mutually convenient times. I'm open minded and I try to be positive and supportive of those around me. My new job starts 1st April, working 9-5 in the CBD, occasional work trips away. So ideally looking to move in before then if possible. Thanks for stopping by, looking foward to meeting you!
Hi everyone! I'm looking to join or create a sharehouse in the inner-north or inner-west. I am a freelance writer and have two part-time jobs so I'm rarely home during the day, but my labradoodle Finn will be. He's house trained and takes two long walks a day so he's pretty chill and will only bother you for a cuddle. Looking for a relaxed and social house but not a party house, I value my sleep too much ;) Happy to hang out, have a drink, play some board games, go to a gig but also very respectful of your space and I like my alone time too! Let me know if you'd be keen to meet up to talk about your sharehouse or creating our own. Speak soon!
I wouldn't say I'm OCD but I generally like a really clean house so I'll often clean 2-3 times a week to maintain a sense of order and cleanliness. I have to work for a living so I don't want to get sick. This is one of the main reasons I like to maintain a clean space while getting along with people who think and live the same way. On my days off, I'll often be away to visit family or just generally be out and about with my friends. I really like my own space so my future housemates won't have any issues affecting their own privacy. Unless, its' about bin nights or something house-related I'm pretty much all ears. Overall, I'm looking to live in a space that is just generally clean and housemates who respect each other's privacy and space. I like to chat too but I'm generally understanding that someone might be tired from work or other things. I'm not looking for a huge space. I'm happy with just a room that could fit me as I don't really horde things as I generally travel alot and I like to have as minimal things to carry as possible.
We are an easy going, clean and friendly couple. We just recently came to Australia on a Working Holiday. I've worked many jobs, from cafes to freight. I like to illustrate, read, ride my bike, exercise, have good conversation and the list goes on. I'm from Colorado in the US and Jiwon is from Incheon South Korea. We are looking for a nice, clean and spacious room. We are hoping to find somewhere with a convenient location, a bit of privacy and a warm atmosphere. Pets are always a plus!
Quite, like to keep to myself. Will socialise and be friendly, I'm not rude or disrespectful in any way. I have a tiny dog names Tilly, she loves people and will probably pee herself with excitement to meet you. I have a 30ft caravan I am working on so some land or yard space to put it on would be great! Need somewhere stable, welcoming and clean! I work a lot as I am a gymnastics coach so I won't be around much anyway.
Hi there! About me: I’m an easy going housemate, who is very tidy/cleans up after myself, enjoys either time alone or cooking together/wines after work. I work full time in accounting (super enthralling work). I do overtime quite a bit, but in my spare time I like to read, cook, drink (ha) or see friends out and about. I’ve recently just finished post graduate study. I get along well with others, and have lived in a number of share houses over the years and have experience in being respectful of others. I currently own a lot of furniture, so can either contribute goods to the shared areas or put my things in storage. What I’m looking for: I’m currently looking for a sharehouse arrangement in early May - For around a 6mth lease, around $160-$250 per week price range. I’m flexible on number of housemates, but would prefer own bathroom if available. I’m going to be working abroad over June/July too - so won’t be back until August. I’d love to live with social professionals or students too / like minded individuals. Let me know if any of the above suits what you’re looking for.
We are a French couple looking for a room, we have been living in Ireland for two years and a half, we have referencies from our previous landlord, we are currently in a Airbnb in Kangaroo Point. I am hairdresser and my partner is Software engineer.
Dental assistant working full time in the city, I considered myself as clean and tidy, trying to have a healthy life. I like to ride my back or have some rest at home on my free time. I need an place with secure car park spot. Willing to meet up and make teamups to rent a place. Ariana
Well groomed and presented Trainer/Educator with an easygoing nature, intelligent and can hold a conversation. Pay my bills on time, honest, neat and tidy with a good sense of humour. Enjoy a fine red, good food and good natured company.
Hey! I'm looking for a new place as the lease at mine is ending on the 12th April- I am flexible on the move date as I just have to give my current real estate 2 weeks notice. I currently study full time at QUT and work part-time in Toowong. I'll either be at work or uni most if not all afternoons until about 8pm so during the week you won't see a lot of me then. Would love to find a social household with people around the same age as me as it would be great to have a chat and maybe a few cheeky drinks on the weekend. I do have a queen bed + a desk so will need a room big enough to fit them. Send me a message if you have any questions etc.
I am an Information Systems student from Munich (you all know Oktoberfest), who is doing research at the QUT until October 2019. From now on I am searching for a private room in a shared house, where I can stay during that time. Ideally, the room is located near to the city center and QUT Gardens Point campus. I will be busy during the week due to work, but more than happy to meet up for a drink or two afterwards or to do trips on the weekend. I love playing Volleyball and enjoy watching basically any kind of ball sports. Finally, I am a clean person who looks after others.
Morning everyone!.. Today is the day!!!, I have found a beautiful Queenslander with 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms to share the place with two persons more (move in the middle of April). Selfcontained first floor for yourself. Please send me an email if the information below sounds like a good deal for you too. The house has a self contained first floor, bedroom with absolutely great built-in and Airconditioning. It has a large space where you can accommodate your furniture and a kitchenette( you may get a gas stove and fridge or welcome to use kitchen upstairs. All downstairs area is for yourself. I anticipate that my mother will come for the first time to Australia between September and October this year and although we will be travelling for a few weeks ( so you have full space for yourself during this time), I would like her to be comfortable upon our return). Off course during her time, I will pay extra regarding bills. This apply in the same way if you have a close friend/family to visit, thus the bills are reasonable divided. I will buy part of the essential furniture and hope to find a great Housemate who is responsible with bills, clean and tidy. who would like to share a Queenslander house that is located within walking distance to Auchenflower train station. So if you work at Wesley Hospital, in the city Cbd, this place is really close. Love riding bike!???? Yes, it is not far from the riverside bike path. The cost for downstairs is $240 and you will need to contact current tenants who are breaking the lease. I'm very keen to make this place home! I work full time in the city with the government, enjoy dancing rehearsals on Wednesdays and occasionally paintings on Saturdays. I'm not a big drinker,, perhaps I share more coffee times and sometimes a glass of wine. The other person in the house is my Friend and she works full time and study part time. Please send me an email with a brief note if this sounds something similar to what you are looking for. I can send you some pictures about the place. Thank you so much!!!,, Cheers :)
Hi all, I've been in Brissy just over a year now - am honest, reliable, clean, friendly, independent and enjoy a laugh and a glass of wine or 2. I work full time as a management consultant in the CBD so often work evenings, during the week and some weekends. Ideally I am seeking an ensuite or my own bathroom, own balcony would be a massive plus. I am looking for either a place on my own or with mature professionals who are social but not a party house. Look forward to hearing from you :)
