Lease runs out on my current place end of November and I’m looking for people to move into a bigger place together. Want to stay close to Springfield as it’s the meeting place of my running group. I’m very laid-back with a good sense of humour! I like to stay organised and clean. I work full-time 7:30-4 in Darra as an Executive Administrator. When I’m not at work I’m running or eating cheese. (I run because I eat cheese.) Love the occasional wine and I almost always have chilled music playing. Also appreciate my own space from time to time. I have a cat who is happy to be outside during the day but likes to be in with me at night. (Although for the first week or so I’d like her to be inside to get used to the place, but she is fully house-trained and keeps well to herself) Please note I’m wanting my own bathroom. Thanks!
23 year old student currently studying Social Work and working as a disability service worker. Enjoy playing sports like volleyball and netball and currently playing in a band.
I mostly keep to myself as I work a lot and I am not home much except my days off. I have a staffy x ridgeback called Jack who is a big softy and loves cuddles at night with me. I work as a travel agent and like to chill on my days off ... read, Netflix, hang with my dog. I am single and don’t like a lot of people in my house ... it’s my sanctuary so not into house parties and stuff. I am not fussed if I live with a male or female as long as there is no drama!!! Let me know if you are interested in meeting.
I am a 21 year old professional looking to move to Brisbane’s South Western Suburbs between late November and early January. I have been living in the Sunshine Cost for the past 2 years, prior to that I lived in North Qld. I will be studying at Springfield Tafe 2 nights each week to further my career, beginning late January. I have lived in share housing on and off since I was 18, before that I went to boarding school, so I have learnt how to be respectful of my housemates at all times. I am clean and tidy an mostly keep to myself but I do love a good chat a few drinks every now and then. My maximum rent at this stage is $200 per week including bills but I may be able swing higher once I have secured a full time position and know my pay rate before I move. I am a smoker, however respectful enough to understand most people don’t smoke, I will ALWAYS only smoke outside and ensure the smoke doesn’t bother anyone else. I am able to provide rent receipts and a written and/ or verbal reference from my current land lord as well as a written reference from my current housemate.
Hi, I’m Jada. I am 17 years old and I am currently finishing my last year of high school and TAFE in only a couple weeks. I also work a part time job. My partners name is Mitchell. He is 18 years old and he works full time. After I graduate school and TAFE, my partner and myself would love to move out and become independent. I will also be attending university next year as I would like to continue my studies as well as continue working. My partner and I are easy going and love getting to know new people. In our spare time my partner Mitchell, likes playing video games, playing basketball and binge watching anime tv shows. I love to read, binge watch tv series on Netflix and I spend a lot of my time occupied with studying. Speaking for myself, I am a clean freak and love relaxing when I have free time. Mitchell and I love spending time together and also enjoy privacy and boundaries between ourselves and other people around.
Full time Personal Trainer, start part time uni study Feb 2019 but this doesn’t affect income. I work some sort of split shift Mon-Sat generally something like 5am-11:30am and 4pm- 8pm. Non-smoker and massive fan of physical activity/sport, consider myself very easygoing and definitely prefer cleanliness.
Hi! I'm Maddie, I'm 21 and will be studying a Bachelor of Education specializing in Early Childhood at USQ's Springfield campus commencing Feb 2019 and am looking for a place to live nearby. I work casually for Goodstart Early Learning at the moment but will have a part-time job before moving out. I am putting myself out here early to check out the options available and to also see if I can find people in the same boat to find a place with. I am single, straight, I don't have any children, am a non-smoker, don't do any sort of drugs and don't really drink much. I am a tidy, relatively quiet person and I will be studying so a quieter more laid-back environment would be nice. I would prefer to find other uni students. I have a pet Bearded Dragon named Calcifer who I adore and who will be moving with me and I would like to have the option to have a cat or dog at some stage so an animal-friendly household is required. I am a pretty laid back person and have a lot of interests indoor and outddor and I'm into most genres of music. I also play piano, guitar, and alto saxophone. House/unit wise a double bedroom with private bathroom and wireless internet are required. My budget including all bills and internet is $190 a week. If you will have a room available or are someone looking for people to rent a house with around Springfield in November and think we would get along please feel free to message me :)
Very mature minded yet easy going, partner is also the same We are neat and tidy and don’t mind cleaning Don’t do drinks or party I Work part time in Indooroopilly as a nail technician so preferably somewhere near that area and my partner also works part time.
My name is Gopal, I am friendly and interesting person you will ever meet, I am a student from USQ, cooking is my second passion after sport, cleaning myself not a problem, I am helpful goal focused person.
Very easy going, respectful of others, not interested in house partys, just looking for somewhere to live when im not working full time. Friendly, get on well with anybody.
Hi prospective roomie(s)! I'm Nikki, 32 years old, currently working for Woolworths at Greenbank. I'm keen to find a(n inside) dog friendly house, and willing to pay up to $180 rent inclusive of bills (excluding food). I come coupled with a dog - he's a small Tibetan Spaniel who only stands a foot tall and weighs in at 11kg. Me: I'm quiet, respectful, always pay my rent on time and I do casual work as a cleaner so you know I'll always be neat, tidy and clean :) Benson: He's house trained, mostly quiet (I say mostly because he's not keen on doorbells!) and just absolutely adorable (slightly biased perhaps).
Hi guys, I’m a young professional currently looking for a drama free household to be apart of. I work long hours and train 6 days a week, so you won’t have to deal with me too often! I respect the need for space when living with others & consider myself to be a fairly laid back person & considerate of others so a household with the same mentality is what I’m chasing. Realistically I’m looking to move at the beginning of November, I have my own bed currently so that isn’t a requirement. :) Please be aware I am a smoker, so if this is something that bothers you it wouldn’t be an ideal mix.
Aussie guy, works in browns plains very active with sport, gym etc, need a little pad to come back to so I can meal prep watch Netflix and do my washing and carry on living my life.
Hi I am originally from Melbourne. I am a marketing and communications professional working full time. I am a techie and usually keep to myself on my tech-related gadgets. Sports-minded as well to a certain degree as I grew up working in professional sports. The reason why I'm looking to move is that I'm trying to compromise with my partner. We're too early in our relationship to live together yet where I'm living now is too far away to be there for her when she needs me. She has her own house and will not be visiting very often (it will be me to her). I'm looking for somewhere to live for the next six or so months before we do ultimately move in together. I am a very easy going and laid back individual. I am social but also enjoy my alone time.
