Hi I am looking for placement accomodation from July - October. Looking for a place that accommodates pets, I have a very sweet natured 1 yr old kelpie. She's well trained and social with other dogs. Please get in contact.
My husband and I are looking for short term accomadation, preferabley fully furnished but not essential until our new home is ready in October/November We have a small 3 year old cavoodle. She is non shedding and well behaved inside dog. We are non smokers, quiet and both work full time.
I am a non-smoker who lives an active lifestyle while being very neat and organized. I always clean up after myself and I am quiet most of the times. Added to this, I always follow all the house rules and would only use the necessary areas such as the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Aside from going to work, I'm usually out on training either swimming, cycling, running or working out at the gym so I prefer to be located close to any of these facilities. Also, I would thrive well in a modern establishment with respectful housemates. Utilities/Facilities that I'm looking for: -Nearby gym & swimming pool -Indoor aircon & heating -Washing Machine and Dryer for clothes -Super fast internet that can play YouTube videos in HD without delay (I used to live at a flatshare where it takes 5-10 mins to open my e-mails) -Garage space (for my car & 2 bikes - 1 bike will be stored inside my bedroom since it will only be used for weekend trainings) -A small yard with garden hose to wash my bikes (optional) If you contact me, please provide photos to your listing as I am currently in Melbourne and would not be able to come over for viewing.
I am 52 years old and very quiet. I am after basically a room and not much else. Work 4 days a week in Canberra and sleep most other times. I love camping and the outdoors/fishing. I am a non smoker and drinker but doesnt bother me being around others that do.
Quite clean and keep to myself
Full-time public servant who plays a bunch of sports. I dont mind a beer and hanging out on the weekend but respect peoples privacy. Im really easy going and easy to get along with.
Previously worked in mining as a Drill and Blast Engineer out of Adelaide. I'm moving to Canberra for study. I'm generally regarded as a good bloke. I like to keep my things in order, so I won't be intruding on your space if I can help it. Happy to have a drink anytime if you've got a good head about you.
Working full time and a full time student studying occupation therapy. Have a multese shitzhu fully trained and well behaved

I enjoy having a glass of wine once a week with company but completely understand if you don't want to see my face... I love my me time(alot) SO i understand privacy and will respect your space.
I'm currently 19 years of age turn 20 in September, currently working in before and after school care looking after children looking at changing drops mid year. Love the outdoors, always up for a laugh and drink, like to keep fit, just your average easy going girl get on with anyone and have a contagious bubbly personality. Also am very involved in rugby union train on a Tuesday and Thursday and game days on a Saturday.
Hi I'm Teagan. Currently working in public service full time. Looking to live in far North Canberra as that is close to where my horse is kept (yep, I'm one of those crazy horse girls). I am very clean (borderline clean freak), although my room can tend to get messy with too many clothes! Very laid back, friendly, definitely enjoy a drink on a Friday.. or Monday. I am hardly ever home - pretty much just somewhere to sleep and cook, and most weekends I am gone. Also interested in starting up a new sharehouse on acres somewhere on the outskirts of canberra (sutton, bywong, bungendore, gundaroo) with others may want to live rurally or have a horse with them - just cant afford it on my own. Would preferably like to live with 1 or 2 like minded people. Any other questions please email me :)
I'm clean and easy-going. Sporty person. Looking for friendly and social flatmates. I don't have issues living with pets and I work between 7am-7pm most days. Feel free to message me if you want to catch-up and discuss anything else.
I am a clean and tidy, friendly, easy going, relaxed housemate that is just as happy to socialize as well as do my own thing. Looking for a new place to move in to as soon as possible for at least several months while I am trying to sell my house and buy a new one. I haven't rented for a while but I am always reliable with all rent and bills. I am a builder and have a ute and trailer that I need to be able to park safely and a few tools that I would like to store in the corner of a lock up garage if possible.
I am a type of guys who want to keep things tidy, organise so i prefer to live people who keep the living space clean too. You will be find me easy going, friendly. Prefer to socialize and play sport over weekend. Love travelling, hiking and explore new places. Preferably looking a ensuite room but not necessary and not prefer to live with couples
I moved to Canberra in Jan 2016 after traveling around Australia. Originally from England, I was granted my permanent residency here last May. I'm 27 and I love to socialise, but also enjoy my quiet nights in overdosing on Netflix. I'm pretty laid back but I do like living in a clean house - I work with children so the last thing I want to do when I get home is clean up after others (and trust me, after living in a house share with 5 people, I found out what that was like...) I'm looking for somewhere that's a home, not just a house. I would like to live with one or two other people who are professional, clean and respectful others. Oh! I also have my own fridge/freezer if that gains bonus points.
Full time Podiatrist moving from Hobart after 5 years. I am originally from Wagga so just moving closer to home. I enjoy camping, heading out for drinks (but not clubbing, can't stand clubs actually) would prefer the pub or a bar. Looking for a share house with a backyard, any location within 25 minutes of the city. i have taken up surfing, and enjoy my golf and social tennis with mates. Used to play Aussie Rules and soccer for years, an I may get back into a team sport. Enjoy traveling when I can. Been to a few places, Brazil world cup a highlight. Property is also another interest of mine. Weeknights I generally don't do a lot, go for a run after work and have a beer at home, enjoy cooking. Looking at trying to do more things mid week though. Ill be moving from a full on job to a job that will offer more work/lifestyle balance so would enjoy being able to go out for after work drinks once or twice a week. Weekends I tend to have a round of golf or go for a hike, or head out of town sight seeing or to the beach. Friday/Saturday nights I take them as they come, either head out with friends, or settle in and watch the footy or Netflix with takeaway. Or get some board games going. Last two and a half years I have been renovating my own place in Hobart so that has taken up most of my weekends. Very sociable and easy to get along with, lived in share houses my whole life and have also renting out rooms in my own place. Respect peoples privacy but would ideally like to move into a place or team up with people that don't keep to them selves 100% of the time. If you enjoy having the occasional meal together, watching a common TV show together, and having the odd weekend BBQ with friends that would be perfect. If I sound like someone that would fit your current house set up, or if you would like to team up and rent a place please get in touch with me. I am flexible in regards to housemates but from previous experiences i think a balance always works best, 2 females, 2 males in a four bedrooms place. But as I said, very easy and flexible. I will be bring my 3 year old Kelpie with me, so that might not be ideal for a a lot of places. She is a great dog, house trained, and very friendly. Anyway, Ive written enough, get in touch.
