Hi, my name is Jing. I'm a quiet, non-drinking, non-smoking, respectful, tidy person looking for a private room, studio, or 1-bedroom flat. I will study full-time in Monash Peninsula campus for 3 years (international student from China) and I'm looking for a place to stay for my length of study. As I'm not in Melbourne yet, I would like to find a place where I can stay for a short term first (like a month or so) and if it's the right place, then It's possible to have year long contract. Because I don't have a car, a place near to the campus, public transportation and shopping will be perfect. I worked in Thailand for 3-4 years as a Chinese language teacher/translator. And I traveled/worked in Australia for 10 months, starting from Melbourne and up to NT and back to Brisbane. I will spend most of my day studying/working outside and it will be nice to have a clean, quite home after a long day. I'm a landlord's drama-free dream come true. Contact me now---I'd like to move in on January 18th. Cheers!
