I work full time in St Leonards for a NFP, working in Events. I am easy going, enjoy being social but also happy with a quiet night in with tv! Keep clean, trying to get into cooking!! Would love a room that has built in wardrobes and house has A/C and wifi! I have all furnishings for the room On the weekend I like to catch up with friends, go for a coastal walk or just read a book in the sun!
Hi, I'm Alex and I'm just finishing up my bachelors degree. I'm currently living at home but previously rented at two separate places for the past 2 years with no issues or complaints. I moved home for my last semester and now need to start looking for somewhere to live now that it finishes up. I work at Fox Sports, so my shifts can be literally any time, but I'll do my best to be quiet and respectful of my other housemates. I'm good with my finances and will try to be cooperative and contribute to chores wherever I can. I'm an open, bubbly person who's always up for a chat and happy to discuss anything, especially over a drink or two. I love to hang out, but I'm more than willing to give space when needed. As my work suggests I love sport and will watch nearly anything. I also enjoy some casual gaming and like to cook whenever I get the chance. I might have a slightly messy room but I'm crazy about clean bathrooms and clean kitchens. Really looking for a cool place where I can come home and relax and share some banter with my flatmates.
I'm a professional editor looking for a short term accomodation while on a 3 month contract. I will generally be pretty busy spending longish days at work and going to the gym or a bike ride. (No i'm not a fitness fanatic, just need to keep healthy). I also love a good chat over a glass of wine.
Looking for early June move flexible to the 14th June. Please do not contact if you need an ASAP person. I am a quiet person who keeps any mess contained to my own room and I love to cook and usually enough that people are welcome a bite. I'm a bit of a geek and like a lot of different tv shows, cartoons and video games. I like chipping in to help make common areas clean and tidy. I'm working full time in North Sydney and am looking for a place that's not a long commute. I love cats and other pets are no issue for me.
I am organized, I like to keep the house clean and tidy. I am a positive person. In my free time, I love playing sports, watching movies, reading, music listening, know new places, stay with my family. I like very much be together with the people good mood and easygoing. I am opening my new business and studying. So I am looking for a place where I have calm, clean/tidy, airy/bright, and relax in my free time.
Hi I'm Shannon, I'm looking either to team up with people to live in the North Sydney or city area or for my own studio. I work full time so will be out during the week days. I respect other people's privacy however I'm also always down for a wine and chat. Ideally looking for somewhere with 2 bathrooms so that we would have our space
Hi guys. I'm looking for a shared flat near the city (suburbs nearby are ok). Private bedroom is required, private bathroom is preferred. Flat with swimming pool / gym would be preferred as well. About me: 29 years old Chilean pharmacist, working full time in Chatswood. I speak fluent Spanish and English, and some basic Italian, Portuguese and German. I don't smoke, drink occasionally. I'm super clean, organized and tidy. Passionate about traveling, coffee and motorcycles! Love to hang out with friends, watch movies and go for a beer or glass of wine. Privacy and respect comes first! I'm looking for someone (or a couple) with similar characteristics :)
Hi there. I am an engineer who has recently moved from Melbourne. I am of mixed asian-western heritage, born in Australia. I really like coffee and brunches, and either relaxing at home, or going out and about just to see things. My idea of a good night would be cheese, wine and crackers over some board games. Otherwise I am rather quiet and ensure that I clean up after myself. Some considerations: - I don't smoke, and would rather live with people who don't smoke as well - My fiance is likely to visit for a weekend once every two months, and I will be away for a weekend once every two months to head back to Melbourne to see her - Flexible with furnishing, and I don't mind buying my own - I have a Costco membership and am happy to bring housemates along for a trip - I am also happy to share home made coffee - Not willing to share a room with someone else. Private room only. - Mainly looking for places near a train station (walkable distance of 10min or less)
I am in my late thirties and I am looking for a short term rental from the 31st May for 4 to 6 weeks maximum. I am a financial analyst for an IT company and work in Macquarie Park. I recently bought an apartment and it needs renovating, one of my housemates is moving out, so having to pay two lots of rent plus a mortgage would make it really expensive. I am into cycling, so I get up at 5am to ride with a club starting in Centennial Park. I love travelling, reading, going to the theatre and the cinema and I like to cook. I have shared houses and apartments since uni, so I like to have my own space on and off, but I enjoy having a chat and a laugh every now and again and swapping notes on the day just gone. I know how to keep an apartment clean and be tidy and respectful.
Hello, I'm Lisi, I'm from Austria, I'm studying medicine and will be doing an internship at the Royal North Shore Hospital in June and July. I like the Nature, hiking, snowboarding and surfing and I'm searching for some nice company while I'm staying in Sydney :)
Hi there! My partner and I are both moving to Sydney after having spent ~8 years in Canberra. We are looking for short-term furnished accommodation for now (May/June 2019), but are hoping to find a more permanent place in a few months (July/August 2019). We have lived in multiple sharehouses over the years, and are still very good friends with all our old housemates. :) In the last 1.5 years, my partner and I have been living by ourselves in a small 2-bedroom apartment - and are hoping to find a place of the same size or larger in Sydney later this year. We both work in IT, our interests are quite varied (guitar, singing, EPL, FIFA, yoga, badminton, board games, cricket, movies, food!), and we love spending time with our friends as much as we can. We don't know too many people in Sydney, so hoping to build new friend circles soon. If any of that vague description piqued your interest, send us a message. Happy to catch up over a latte or brunch, even if it's unrelated to accommodation! :) Lavinia K.
22yo looking to make the move to Sydney. I work in the film industry, but can also get you a sweet 20% items at TVSN so that's something. I'm not particularly extroverted, and nothing makes me feel worse than thinking of having a house party. I'm professional, relatively quiet, and relatively tidy. Seeking a share house or a shared apartment - I've just started the search for a place so I'm pretty flexible in what I'm looking for. Would prefer something long-term as I'm not keen on moving again in a hurry.
I have a Scottish accent, am sure you will get to understand me. Originally born in Sydney. Great sense of humour, professional, easy to get along with. I will be working full time and studying part-time at St Leonards TAFE. Ideally I would like to be around transport lines. I have lived in shared accommodation before, I know when and where to keep to my business. I am very polite, have great manners, can easily become friends. Budget is negotiable/flexible. Don't mind a drink or two...or three ;-) Not really fussy about rooms etc....would need a desk for my studies. Thanks inadvance
