Hi! My name is Eden, I'm a currently studying a bachelor of science doing a double major in sustainable resource management and psychology at Newcastle University. Which means that I have to travel to university throughout the week. I also work weekends in a bar and finish late (but I am super quiet coming in), and also work part time during the week. My partners name is Aaron, he is from the uk and will be on a working holiday visa while we work towards a partner visa. Aaron has a degree in sport coaching and is a big football fan. Very easy going couple, respect others space but do enjoy a drink or two at the end of a long day (no partying). I’m looking for a sharehouse/room for rent with a private room in a relaxed, clean household. No preference of male/female ratio or age. Preferably will find somewhere with pets considered as I volunteer for a cat rescue group and would like to be able to foster cats. (Max 1-2 depending on space/roommates) As it will be fostering instead of adopting, if there are any issues with the cat I can send it back. (Obviously I would take full responsibility of cleaning and care) I am currently in Europe and looking for somewhere to move into upon returning home to aus on nov 9th. Inspections will start immediately upon return. Look forward to hearing from you, thanks so much
26 year old male, working full time in finance. Grew up in Sydney, and have been calling the lower north shore home for the last year. Neat and Clean and respect peolpe's space but also happy to hang out with housemates. Have a brand new car so ideally looking for undercover parking :)
My name's Dominic, a 29-y.o., young professional who has a three-week posting in North Sydney, beginning from Wednesday 19 September. I'm quiet, clean, easygoing, and absolutely no hassle. My job has offered to rent me an apartment for my time in Sydney but I would prefer to live with locals, as it would be great to get to know the city more intimately while I'm there. While I'm likely to be very busy during the week, my weekends would be relatively free and I'd love to share a meal or a glass of wine with whoever I live with. Outside of work I'm a writer, and will try to get to readings and literary events whenever I can. If you think I sound like a fun person to live with for a few weeks, I'd love to hear from you!
Teacher, writer, philosopher, scholar and inspirational cartoonist. Friendly but quiet. Non smoker. Love animals and vegan :-) Sincere and reliable. Am environment conscious and believe that people sharing a space should clean up after. Very light cooking. Cheers, SR
Luke and I are neuroscientists looking to move to Sydney from Brisbane as we will be studying medicine next year. We are both super passionate about what we do. We are very tidy and like things to be kept clean. Socializing and having fun is a must but we also like our space as we will be very busy studying most of the time. I am a very good cook and can fix just about anything.
Active 36 year old working professional within IT management, therefore I work during the week. For my standard week I enjoy exercising most days and cooking, during the weekend I enjoy catching up with friends. I love travel which I do a fair bit of both personally and professionally. Non-smoker
Hello, I am a vet nurse from Canada finishing my working holiday visa in Sydney! I will be working full time with the same job for about 3 months. Close to St. Leonards station so hoping to a find a place that could get me there by public transport in less than an hour. I am a quiet and honest person who loves to try new things and adventure. The closer we are to wildlife the better! Pretty easy to get along with and looking for some people to hopefully become friends with on my days off :)
Hi, I'm Jason, 27 and work full-time as a marketing manager in the IT industry. I'm looking to move around the Lane Cove/St. Leonards area in Jan/Feb 2019, as my current lease is ending. My hours can be on the longer side, so tend to decompress when I am home - though a social introvert, I'm always up for a bit of a chat :) Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym most evenings, cycling, boxing, music, art, and spending time out with friends. I can fully furnish a place, owning the following: KITCHEN: - Fridge - Appliances - Cookware etc. LOUNGE ROOM: - TV - Shelving - Coffee table - Couch DINING: - 6 seat dining table - Dining sets LAUNDRY: - I do not currently own a washing machine or dryer as these are provided in my current lease, but I would be open to purchasing if you do not own one. Though I am pretty flexible on furniture if you also own some. Ideally looking for someone employed full-time or a mature student, who also shares a clean-as-you-go mentality and respects each other's privacy.
I'm a marketing professional working in Manly, with a little cavoodle named Ruby. She's very friendly and will happily give cuddles to anyone. I love living a healthy lifestyle, seeing friends, walking Rubes, baking (delicious) cookies, reading and watching movies and/or tv shows. I'm always up for a chat, but also am great at giving people space when needed! Pretty much a friendly ball of down to earth human that is looking forward to this next new stage of life :) Samara
We are a couple from Hungary, on our working holiday visa, and we need a place to stay for only two weeks from 29th September till 13-15th October.
Hi! We’re a couple from Germany looking for a place to stay until Oct 5t. My is a medical student and finishing up her internship at the RNS hospital (Oct 5th is her last day and she’ll be heading off to go hiking in NZ!). Björn is a PhD student and came to visit My while she was visiting Australia. He’ll be sadly leaving Oct 1st and is pretty jealous about missing out on NZ. We’ll be mostly out during the day (working/exploring Sydney) and will treat your flat with care :)
Currently a lecturer at The University of Sydney, with plans to return to study next year but where that will happen remains yet to be determined. I'm very much low key and low maintenance, and tend to dine out and be around people most nights and on the weekend. I've been living in Sydney all my life, so definitely treat the city as my own. I tend to keep to myself when at home, but definitely value a cohesive unit at home, and am all for creating that/being a part of that. I have a very small dog that will come with me, and don't see reason to suspect that she will put any landlords on edge.
Chilled, Thoughtful. Looking for a place that I can say, "cool, i'm lucky to find this one." Maybe once or twice a week have friends over as long as flatmate approves. Can be creative in the kitchen and can do basic gardening. I need the basics, washing machine, dryer, secure property. I'm ok with moderate traffic noise. I work in the events industry, my hours can vary a little. Enjoy the outdoors and being on the water. I have a few small boxes to store, mainly childhood memories so built in wardrobe would be good or similar Non smoker and will only live with non smokers, drug free. $270 is a maximum for me, to include bills. Extra keen on places with own bathroom or shared only with one. Epping-Eastwood area not suitable.
Easy going, social and clean. I am a snowboarder who has just starting to get into surfing and loving it. Originally a plumber from the UK, lived in the french alps on and off and then Canada for a year. Have been in Sydney for a year now on a sponsorship working as a pool technician. Currently on the northern beaches and looking to move to the north shore to be closer to work
Hi, I’m a 21 year old professional moving to Sydney to work in a new Marketing role. I’ve spent the majority of the last four years living abroad in the United Kingdom. I’m very socialable, love to get out on weekends and spend time with friends.
Hi I’m Ash, I’m a very clean and tidy non-smoker who enjoys fitness, the gym, the outdoors and people. I generally don’t drink through the week and rarely drink on the weekends. I eat healthy and cook as such. I enjoy conversation and meeting people but not interested in a party house. Respectful of your space, guests and privacy. I work for myself as a videographer and web designer. I do this from home so I will have a small desk setup in my room. When I’m not at home working I prefer to be out in the sun, running, training, visiting friends or seeing a movie. I’m not a couch potatoe.
Hello guys, my name's Federica and I'm a 31-year-old Italian girl. I'm a friendly and respectful lady, tidy and clean. I work full-time and when I'm off I like doing sport, having long walks, reading a book in a park or at the beach, as well as having a nice chat and meeting friends. I would like to find a nice and relaxed place to call home to share with like-minded mates. Ciao! :)
Hello! I work full time as a Marketing Manager in Retail and work normal office hours 9-5pm but will often work from home in the evenings. I love to socialise and keep myself busy with finding new restaurants with my boyfriend & friends, going to ceramic art classes and yoga classes. When I'm not out I enjoy some serious downtime of binge watching Netflix series. I am very respectful of other people's space. I am tidy & will always leave common areas clean. Looking for someone who is the same and would also enjoy occasionally chilling out with a movie, cheese platter & bottle of wine!
