Hey! I'm Kiara, 22 years old and looking for like-minded housemate/s in the Inner West. Ideally looking for a friend who is tidy, open-minded and understanding of the balance of being an extrovert and introvert. I'm into collecting second hand bric-a-brac, yoga, vegetarian food, masala chai, plants, a holistic and wholesome approach to living, reducing plastic consumption and all things herbal (including waving palo santo and a smudge stick around the house). I'm in no rush to move just yet as I'm still saving my foundation for a bond and furniture but am looking for a new beginning by September when I will commence my studies in Health Science in Natural Therapies. I'm currently working at a yoga studio in Newtown & am an amateur/volunteer yoga teacher in the works. I am open to sharing an apartment with 1 or 2 people, or a bigger house/terrace with a group - preferably girls. My goal is to create a home that is open, bright and spacious for creativity, self-care and positive energy. Think along a picturesque Pinterest post ;) If this sounds like I'm on your vibe and you won't be turned off my typical-hippie-inner-west attributes, hit me up and we can grab a coffee to chat all things home-y! :)))) Kiki xxx
I’m looking for someplace to call home, I work in civil construction so it’s long days and sometimes weekend work. I get up early most mornings so I hope that won’t be an issue. I’m a pretty chilled person, clean and respectful of privacy but also love a good chat and a Netflix night.
Hi, We are a young friendly couple from Glasgow, Scotland. We are currently travelling South East Asia and will be arriving in Australia in early October for a 1 year working holiday. We are planning to base ourselves in Sydney for a minimum of 6 months. We will both be looking to take up employment while we are in Sydney, likely in an office role. We enjoy socialising, eating out, cooking and keeping fit. However, we also enjoy a quiet night in watching movies and eating pizza! We are considerate and tidy and are looking forward to making new friends. We'd love to hear from you if you'd be interested in having us as your flat mates. Anything else you would like to know please get in touch :)
Hi, I moved from Brisbane to Sydney two years ago for work. Im fairly quiet during the week and I like to be outdoors on the weekend and socialising with friends. I'm pretty active; I enjoy running and playing most sports. I'm pretty relaxed to live with. I respect people's space, but I like to come home and have a chat, and share the occasional wine with my roommate/s.
Oscar is an analyst at a Tech Startup in Surry Hills. Whilst not at work Oscar loves playing pool, skiing, going to gigs, looking for records, and getting into the Sydney music scene in his own nerdy way. He is looking forward to setting up his much loved sound system in his new home. Milena is a half french/dutch girl currently working in a cafe. She's previously worked in photography galleries and museums (including the Van Gogh in Amsterdam!) and is keen to find a job in her field here in Sydney. Milena is also a qualified piano teacher, and is looking to purchase a piano for our new house. We have a number of common interests including but not limited to music, art, shitty movies, and shit talking the night away. We met whilst Oscar was travelling around Europe and Milena was working in Barcelona and quickly became fast friends. Ideally looking for someone similar, who is looking to be cosy and proud of the house they live in.
Hello! My name is Lyla, I'm studying Social Work. My current rental lease is about to run up but I’m heading to South Africa for allof October so looking to move around the 5th of November! I'd say I'm laid back, I'd consider myself open minded and easy to get along with. I'm tidy and respect where I'm living and I'm always keen to do my bit around the house. I can respect personal space but also love to get together. I paint a bit and am very into my music and try to get out and see as much as possible of Sydney's live music scene, would love to live with people who are as equally passionate about it. I bartend most nights and tend to go away most weekends so I would love a social and relaxed home! I moved to Australia 6 years ago from Ireland and before that I was in South Africa and if you have an outdoor area thats a major plus, I'm also keen to team up, so if you think we might be like minded people I'd love to grab a coffee with potential housemates and see if we get along! (Preferably no units/apartments as Im terrified of elevators) Thanks!!
I'm Gino, an IT professional who currently works for an educational institute. I'm originally from Philippines and I've been living here in Sydney for more than 5 years now. I'm a happy go lucky person and I enjoy hearing stories from people with different backgrounds. I can mingle with people and have a good time and also enjoy staying in my room just to feel the peace. I don't mind people who smoke or even pets. I'm looking for a place near the station and also kinda near the city because I work there.
I like a good laugh, easy going, OCD level of cleanliness 😁 I’m 19 working in North Sydney, full-time at a Hawaiian Restaurant. I’m looking to relocate to be closer to work, I hope to find somewhere I can stay long term :) I’m currently living in Lakemba. Since working full-time, I won’t be home often. I’m not noisy and am respectful to everyone’s privacy and space!
I'm a design consultant working in the CBD. I'm a creative that's low-key, easy going and enjoys some banter. I'm looking for a quiet place, long-term that's walkable to a train line. Let me know if you've got a spot in mind.
Hi I'm Steve, Irish 31 y/o white collar professional working in the city, i travel interstate frequently for my job. Pretty easy going, laid back and enjoy a beer or two at the weekend. Clean, quiet and tidy. Expert ping pong player! I'm looking to share an apartment with a single male or female only, no house shares or couples. My budget includes bills and length of stay can be 3-6 months.
Hi Flatmates, Im looking for a room to rent preferably furnished. Single or double bed set up is fine. I currently live in the inner Sydney in a one bedroom apartment with my older sister and the situation is getting cramped. ABOUT ME- I moved from Canberra earlier this year. I currently work part time and have enough savings to cover bond & rent for the next 6 months. I am clean, friendly & respectful of others and they're privacy. I will be starting an apprenticeship in building and construction industry and working 5 days a week over the next month. I preferably need something ASAP and would like to meet for inspections today/ tomorrow and over the weekend. Call me if you have something suited to my needs. PRIVATE ROOM ONLY, DEPOSIT AND RENT IN ADVANCE AVAILABLE UPON INSPECTION FOR THE RIGHT PLACE I look forward to hearing from a potential flatmate in the near future. Regards
I have lived in share houses in the inner west for the better part of 10 years alongside every possible personality type, so I am pretty well educated in share house living. I work Monday- Friday programming music and entertainment. Weeknights are usually spent exercising, eating and sleeping, weekends are for beers, live music and being outside. I want my next move to be into a place that I will look forward to coming home to and live at for awhile, so more interested in finding the right people to live with. If you think I’d be a good fit, let me know :)
Hey! I'm Nikki, I'm a 24 and I work full time as an upholsterer (I can make us awesome cushions and dining chairs XD). I'm a huge fan of music festivals, beach trips, brunch, Game of Thrones, photography and daydreaming about travel. I'm looking for flatmates that can also be good friends, and love socialising with tea and wine and snacks, but I'm also more than happy chilling in my own space with Netflix :) I'm easy going and clean up after myself, I work during the day so I'm pretty quiet at night during the week. My move-in date is flexible, I’m currently living in the north shore but am looking for a change of pace and to meet some awesome new people. I’ve lived out of home for the past 4 years, so I’m very well house-trained lol. Hit me up!
Hi everyone! My name is Kritika and I am looking for a furnished private room within walking distance to a train station in the inner west, preferably in either of the following suburbs: Newtown, St. Peters, Darlington, Marrickville, Redfern. My rental budget is $300-320 per week including bills for ideally a 6 months lease. My move in date is ASAP. I have lived in share houses before, so I am completely house trained. I am looking for a furnished place with all utilities and facilities including laundry. Many thanks and happy house hunting! :-)
24 y/o male looking for somewhere to live, ideally in the inner west and surrounds. I work in Mascot doing Point of Sale tech and customer facing. I am clean, tidy, reliable and respectful, and am hoping to set myself up somewhere long term. As a housemate I am bubbly and sociable, a decent cook, always cleaning, and fun to be around. For fun I usually hit up some mates for a drink, or sitcoms/cartoons and video games. Aside from finding a room in a sharehouse, I am also open to having a duel lease with someone and finding a place to rent. I have a solid rental history and paying all my bills is my first priority when I get my paycheck. Contact me for more information. Thanks guys.
I value manners, hygiene and respect privacy. I usually keep to myself unless something fun is happening. I like parties but not ay my house hehe. You'll never have to ask me for rent, I work full time. I love to cook, so you can taste my creations if you want :P You won't have to ask me to clean after myself cause I can't live in sticky, dusty place :/ If you laugh at my jokes I'll pay more rent. Also, the last sentence is a lie. But you should still laugh at my jokes ;P
Hi I’m Hana, 28 yrs old, from Taiwan. Working holiday! I have been working in a farm in Caboolture, and currently thought about my next stop! After farm life, I would like to stay in cities with convenient transportation nearby. I'm pretty excited about having more interactions with the locals and people all over the world, and experiencing more different kinds of jobs which can support my life here. (Therefore, I'm also looking for a decent job. If there's any, please let me know. Thanks!!) I'm kinda picky when choosing the place to stay.. - prefer a single bed to a bond bed (Private space is important.) - prefer a cozy and relaxing place better with less people (not accept ppl sleeping in the living room..) For being a good flatmate, there are some qualities of me: 1. I keep clean and tidy no matter where I stay or what I use. 2. I respect others' privacy (and need it from others, too). 3. I am real and honest with people, no stealing or lying.
