It's been a year since I moved to Brisbane to do a full time day job at a software company in Albion. I'm easy to get along with, respectful and independent. Love to cook (Asian), share meals and household chores. I've been sharing an apartment with 2 others for almost a year and decided to move on and find a place that share mutual respect and doesn't get offended when everyone does their own thing. Happy to chat and socialize, only needs alone time to recharge. Looking preferably closer to the train station. No pets but love dogs. Non smoker and looking for the same.
Hey! A few dot points about me: - Electrician - Active (train most nights of the week) - Social but can also do quiet time - Like to get out and about, but do enjoy a lazy day in. - Clean - Respectful - Easy going Cheers. note- 6 months is selected as a minimal time frame :)
Full time worker, quiet, pays bills on time and i like my own space. Looking for a 6 month term. Spend most weekends at work and office during the week. Not home very much. I want my own space and when I am at home I like to keep to myself and relax.
I'm a recently single, easygoing, non drinking smoker. I was in a long term relationship with two children. Unfortunately, at this stage, I do not see them often, so visiting children is not a regular occurrence, however, I am working to change this. I am officially "unemployed" ATM after 7 years FT government work. I am a musician, producer and DJ and am currently working on several avenues of work accociated with my skill set and equipment. I can, however, be as quiet (or as loud;) as required, and my musical tastes are varied and diverse. I'm in a transitional period of my journey and am looking for like minded people to share my creative and living space.
I'm looking for 1-2 People to move into a new place with me. I'm looking to move in the middle of September as my current lease ends in the end.I have all communal furniture/appliances/kitchen things needed (Couch, Fridge, washer, dryer, outdoor setting, microwave, you name it) the only thing I don't have is a dining room table. Although if you have a nice tv for the lounge room that would be great! At this stage my Partner is unsure as to whether he'll be moving out with me. Either way, I'll be looking at 3 bedroom places. If he moves with me we'd like 1 extra person. If he doesn't i'll be looking for 2 people. I'm a really easy going and laid back person. I work full time so i'm out of the house all day Monday-Friday. When I get home from work I usually keep to myself a bit but don't mind the casual chat or hangout. I've had mixed experiences with this site (I've been in share houses for the past 3 years) so I'd like to get to know you a bit before we decide to live together. At this stage I think I would prefer to live with guys (based on past experiences) however I would be open to girls if need be. If there's anything more you'd like to know about me please send me a message! I'd love to hear from you :)
We need a flat with a secure garage. Hobbies: 4x4, MX, boxing and mountain biking. We are clean, tidy and sociable (we just moved here this year so if you're into bikes, 4x4 or the occasional beersie that's a bonus :) !) We both have full time careers. Mitch is 25 and an Engineer in Virginia. I am 27 and a teacher in Albany Creek. We are kiwi as, so pretty chill and friendly but also tidy and considerate of others. We are happy in our current place but need a secure garage so we can get back into our hobbies :) Feel free to get in touch, Kind regards, Renee
Hi, I'm Connor! I'm an 18 year old student studying psychology at UQ, however I've deferred this semester while I sort out my living situation. I work part-time as a manager at Target, however am actively looking for more work right now. For he last few months I've been renting a flat in Warner with my partner, however this is no longer suitable as we have recently separated. I'm very responsible and tidy for someone my age. I don't mind having a drink every now and then however lately I've just been too busy for recreation.
I am a fun, friendly, clean and organised individual who respects others privacy and belongings. I enjoy having my own quiet space to relax and study, but also enjoy catching up with friends and going out for drinks on the weekend. I study Marketing at QUT and work a casual job in retail, so ideally, I would love to live close to Westfield, Chermside for this reason. Interests: cooking, healthy food, keeping fit, netflix, coffee with friends, weekend trips to the sunny coast (visit family and friends) Ideally, I am looking to rent with another female of a similar age with similar interests. Who will respect my own space and privacy, but is also willing to make a new friend.
Hi! I am looking for a 1-2 people to move into a house with me. I am very clean and tidy. I am organised and make sure bills and rent are either in early or on time. I love having a good time with friends and people that I live with. I have a beautiful chocolate Labrador who loves to play and cuddle and is such a great companion to have and is an outside dog, and we come as a pair so if you aren't happy living with a dog don't bother messaging me. I am studying externally and working part-time and looking for somewhere for myself and my dog. I like hanging out just watching movies and don't mind going for a cheeky bevvie every now and then.
I'm moving to Brisbane to start a new job at Royal Brisbane Hospital in Sept. I'm a busy professional / academic with a 10 year old desexed male pug who loves people and needs a small fenced/yard area. So my ideal flatmate will Love dogs or even have a dog too that would enjoy company. I'm looking for a non-smoking share house or to team-up with someone who is a no-fuss person that's tidy, quiet and respectful of others (like I am).
Entertaining, social, clean, respectful, relaxed and easy to get along with. Australian- back from a few years away for work and travel. Now working fulltime at Bowen Hills. I'm very active, constantly out and about and very social. At the same time I respect privacy and everyone's right to their own time and space. I cook, clean, happy to spend time with housemates.
Hi, I am 30 year old non smoking female who's looking for a new place to rent as my current lease is up in just under a week. I have an excellent rental record and have always treated the properties I have lived on as if they were my own. I work full time as an office manager at a real estate agency and am currently doing my property management registration course. I don't have any pets or children. So if you have a whole property, granny flat or 1 bedroom flat for rent, send me a message :)
Clean, considerate, kind, happy, can cook a little, very respectful of other peoples belongings. I am a flight attendant so I am often away for a few nights per week. I'm often away on the weekends too. I like to swim, socialise, go to music gigs. But if you have any questions, just ask :)
Hey guys! I'm Nickie from Thailand. I have been here for a year and 8 months. I'm living in Sunshine Coast but I study in Brissy. So I decide to move to Brisbane on 3rd Sep 2017. I m looking a room for rent. Im easy going , friendly , drink sometimes and party :) feel free to talk thank you very much everyone :)
Pay my rent on time, non-smoker, not a drinker but can have one or two if the occasion calls for, love to have a chat, relaxed but clean, love meeting new people! Says PT work, but at 4 days p/week it's more of a technicality :) studying on the fifth.
Studying IT at QUT. I'm a quiet guy and quite flexible and easy to live with. No gender or nationality preference although it would be better if roommates were closer to my own age 20-30 and general region i.e. South Asia due to food preferences. Having someone to have a chat with and hang out with occasionally is not a mandatory but would be nice. Vegan/non-vegan, doesn't matter. I'm also up for team-ups and sharing whole properties.
I am a 43 year single dad. My little girl is 3 years old and I do have her anything up to 50% of the time. It is a share custody agreement that we decide as we go, depending on the needs of both her and her mum on the week ahead. My daughter is very important to me, so it is important for me to find a room suitable for the two of us to live in. We do cosleep so an extra bed in the room would not be necessary. I do have most of my own furniture, but will to put some in storage if the need arises. I have just recently graduated from a Diploma of Human Resources Management, so am currently looking for work in this field to kick start my new career. In saying that I am determined to find work in the near future, so on the days I dont have my daughter, Im usually busy trying to find suitable employment. I am very responsible with rent, and pay on the day it is due fortnightly as a first priority. I have lived in the same Stafford Residence for three years since my daughters mother and I separated, and quite happy to produce references to show there will never be an issue with my rent, am clean and tidy, respectful, and an allround awesome housemate. Before I livedin my current Residence, I lived in Everton Park, where my daughter is currently residing. In saying that am quite happy to take my time in moving to find the right house and right fit for my daughter, as it is important to me to find something long term as want to be able to provide stability for my little girl. I am a man of word however, and definatly want to do the right thing by my current landlord, so from the date an agreement is made with us, I would have to give him two weeks notice. It is important to me to stay relatively close to the area of Everton Park/Stafford as I dont have transport, and need to be close to my daughter in case of any emergencies that may arise if needed. My life very much does revolve around my munchkin. I have not worked an exact dollar amount I can afford in rent at the moment but hoping for something along the price range of up to $160 per week, although this amount is mentioned it is just a rough estimate until i can work out the figures with an exact dollar amount, as budgeting is also very important to me in my situation so willing to go higher but prefer to go smaller. I am very honest person and tells it is how it is, so I am saying if there is a bond, an arrangement would have to be made to pay it off with my rent upon my tenancy starting, as I honestly do not have that sort of money upfront. Im not sure how all this works so if your interested please get back to me asap with a number or contact details, and be only to happy to contact you as soon as possible. Kind Regards Steven
Hey, currently looking for a room or someone to get a place with. My current lease ends on August 13, so looking to move around that date- preferably before. I work part time at Telstra & study Business full time at QUT, so I'm not home heaps. I've been living with house mates for the past 3 years, so at this point I honestly just want a chill, easy environment to live in. Looking for someone who I can have a drink with after work but can still be independent. Give me a text & let's grab coffee.

IT'S BETTER FOR ME TO HAVE SOMEONE TO TALK TO WHEN I CAME HOME. I like to talk to people that's why I work retail. If you like to know more about me I'm happy to tell you more.
