Who I am: Honest, respectful, clean and tidy, friendly, non smoker, healthy. I enjoy a drink every now and then, but not a party animal. Where I am from: Originally from Chile and currently living in Brisbane. Working status/incomes: I just got my working visa but I must live in regional area (out from Brisbane), so I need to move asap, and then find a job hopefully in my area (hospital) or anything else. Don't worry! I have incomes from my overseas flat and some business to pay rent and expenses, while finding a job. I can pay a month in advance, if necessary. What I look for: Ideally, I'm looking for a furnished bedroom and private bathroom, or sharing with someone very clean and tidy. Hopefully only one more flatmate. Gender or age doesnt matter, as long as she/he is respectful, honest and non inside smoker. My budget will depend on the features of the room and flat. Deal breaker: Unfortunatly, I'm really allergic to mozzies. So please let me know if you have that problem in your place. Have a beutiful day!
Hi all 😌 I'm looking for a second person to join up on a lease with me in the next couple months. I study full time (3rd year of social work) and work part time in Mooloolaba. In the very little spare time I have I love to just relax, check out live music and generally unwind. So if you like stevie nicks and a red wine on a Sunday we will probably get along very well. In a weird twist of events, I'm expecting a baby at the end of February, 2018. So unfortunately I'm going to have to find somewhere a bit more spacious then the beautiful apartment I am in right now. So ideally I'm looking for someone for at least til Christmas time, or longer if you are comfortable living with a new born in the house. So ideally it would be someone with a kind nature, who is independent and happy to contribute to cleaning, bills ect. My party days are over, however I still love to have my beautiful friends over to cook and enjoy good music together. So by all means it won't be a party house, but it's not going to be the silent section of the library either. I love meeting new people and have had some AMAZING flat mates in the past that I've found through here so if you feel like you could fit into our future home send me a message 😌
We are a mature young couple who preferably looking for a dual-living property. We are friendly and easy to get along with. Both currently working full-time we understand the importance of a stable home life so we ensure that we pay our rent and bills on time whilst maintaining a clean and tidy household. We have a friendly cat named Xavier who gets along well with both humans and other animals - he is extremely easy to manage however that responsibility would be solely ours so you wouldn't have to worry about anything at all :) We are usually at home and relaxing watching something on TV- most often in our room as we don't want to infringe on anyone else, but we're happy to have a chat and hang out and maybe get a bite together if that's what you'd like. We have no issues with whatever you're into or like doing, so long as you're respectful and clean, and we'll endeavour to be the same :)
MOVE IN DATE: i dont know when to move in, i have to give my landlord 2 weeks notice if i was to move in, but yeah, i just put that date bc i didnt know what to put Im neat, clean, tidy, i like to have things clean and im always quiet. my life consists of sleeping in bed on days off or going out to the shops with my friends, not a party person, only go out occasionally for like a celebration or somewhat of the sort. I'm currently in a place right now which i moved in just a few weeks ago, but things have happened and i need to bring my cat down from sunshine coast and he has no where to go, and the place im in, doesnt allow cats, dogs only, so yeah. I'm just looking for a good place that allows pets, my cat is 2 years old, hes a pretty boy, loves sleeping and most of them he is never actually near or in the house, he loves to go out and explore. he is not desexed yet, which i will most likely be getting him desexed next week after 23rd of august. LGBT+: im lgbt+ friendly if anyone was wondering
I am a C student, and my partner works at Bli Bli Wake Park. We both love the water and often wakeboard/surf together, but also enjoy things like (live) music, gardening and exploring the local cafe scene. We are looking for a tidy, yet social house with people our age, or people to start a share house with. We love having people over from time to time, but are not looking for a party house. Ideally I would like to have a room with ensuite, a spacious kitchen, and a small area (2mx1.5m) for us to continue our veggie patch. (Our move date is very flexible)
We are both working professionals looking to teamup with another female and find a beautiful 3 bedroom house in Inner North Brisbane. We are pretty chilled and enjoy living a quiet life most of the time, but do enjoy being social in the evenings and weekends. I have an adorable beagle who will live with us on a part time basis so being good with animals is a must!
Hi I'm Ben. I'm 34, I work professionally, am studying for a bachelor of photography and have just moved up from Melbourne. I'm chill, friendly, quiet, clean and tidy, reliable and social. I smoke (outside only), I don't do drugs or drink (well I'll have a drink for an occasion- birthdays, weddings... Fridays). Im a quiet and considderate person, easy going and get a long well with almost everyone. I am gay, and recently out of a 10yr relationship. Photography is my passion and pasttime. I also like food, animals, exploring new places, movies, music, cars and am getting into fitness. I would be looking for somewhere for about 6-12months preferably while I get settled and am looking for somewhere asap within the vacinity of the areas I have selected. Thanks Ben
Hey :) I am a laid back, clean, happy, friendly respectful, private, non-drinking but fun 27 year old female student (full-time) at USC. I enjoy yoga, mediation, any beach or forest activities, and a mostly clean, natural diet & lifestyle. I have a small 7 year old female staffy, who can be very energetic and loves people. But has not really lived with other animals; she's more of a spoiled people dog lol. And she needs a fenced yard for when I am not home. I am currently only working sporadically, nannying around my study. Due to some long term health conditions and a permanent disability in my leg from a skateboarding accident almost two years ago I've been out of action for a while. So my budget is super tight. Living on Austudy and trying to make ends meet. I've been living with family but it's not working out. So I need to make other arrangements. I would love to be living with young, like-minded, friendly people. I am trying to find a nice comfy home for me and my girl, on my budget, where we can be happy. Max rent would probably be around $150. But am open to any suggestions at this stage. I have to find a place by the end of the month. Looking for anywhere within reasonable driving distance to USC Sippy Downs campus, as close as possible would be great, but I am currently in Tewantin so can travel a little. Hoping some one is looking for a decent housemate with a cool dog :) Any questions; I'm an open book. Ask away. Would love to meet and figure something out. Warmest Regards Kirsty & Loui
Hi, I'm a tradie, I'm employed full time at the moment and also in the process of getting my own contractors licence. So I work a lot. Living in a great spot at the moment, but unfortunately my house mates new girlfriend is the reason I'm looking to move. Ideally I would like to find someone also looking at signing onto a lease, although I would consider moving into an existing share house. Also I have a 3 yr old staffy, so I would like someone who is good with dogs
Hey! I'm Paige, I am currently working full-time in Admin in Brisbane CBD and I'm looking to move somewhere closer to my work. I'd preferably like to find an apartment in the City/surrounding suburbs with another 1-2 roommates. I'm fun, very clean, easy going and would love to find someone to move in with that I can be good pals with but also enjoy alone time too. I'm also very down for Game of Thrones nights. :) At the moment I live alone so I have all required furniture (lounge, TV, washer/dryer, dining table, fridge etc.) but I'm happy to compromise and mix and match things, or sell if you already have a furnished apartment! I'd like to find people to team up with to find a new apartment, but feel free to message me if you already have one because I'm very open to moving in too. I'm also super flexible with move dates. I do have a dog, he's a gorgeous 8 year old Staffy (if you meet him, it's basically guaranteed you'll fall in love with him) and I'd love to have him stay with me but I have alternative options if not. Feel free to message me if you're interested, or even just for some cute dog photos.
Hi Myself and my very well behaved 17yr old cat are looking for a nice place to live, preferably in the inner northern suburbs - I work full time in as a retail store manager at Chermside. I'd love to find a house (not a flat or apartment) with air-conditioning, good internet, and hopefully a bit of extra space for activities. Ideally I want to team up with 2 - 3 people to get a nice place and cheapen the rent. I've put down inner north suburbs, if there is one close I haven't listed just assume its cool Im very tidy, considerate and the last share house I was in years ago I still am friends with them so i must be ok ha.
Hi, my name is Madi and I'm 19. I moved here from Adelaide about 6 months ago. I am a student and I work as a bartender. I am a fun, easy goingand clean person. I do work and study all week and weekends but I still like to find the time to hang out and have a few drinks. :)
Hi I'm Anita and I'll be moving to Brisbanes inner north on or around the 30th August. I'm a 25 year old child care educator and I'm moving closer to work in Gordon Park. Im clean, tidy and like to relax after work. I do babysitting/nanny work some weekends and evenings. I have a small 11 year old jack russel and two small birds. I'm not looking to rent a unit or flat as my dog needs a yard. I'll be renting: - a 3-4 bedroom house with a decent sized enclosed back yard - a pet friendly property with a small/medium dog or a cat considered - somewhere close to public transport and amenities I will be supplying: - Fridge, microwave, coffee machine and everything required for a kitchen - 6 seater dining table - TV, Netflix and lounge furniture - Washing machine - Unlimited internet - Bedroom furniture for one housemate if required - double ikea bed, bedside table, clothes rack or portable wardrobe, large study desk I'm looking for a housemate that: - Can pay $150 - $200 per week (inc internet and supplied bedroom furniture if needed) - The real estate may require you to pay bond and sign the lease - Is tidy, fun and friendly
Hey! :) I'm Steph, I'm 29, I work full time and study part time, I'm pretty neat and like a clean and tidy house :) Looking to move anytime over the next few months, no rush but happy to do it asap if i was to find the right roomy :) I'm looking to live preferably on the Southside (Springfield Lakes, Augustine Heights, Brookwater, Collingwood Park etc), but would also consider the Northside :) Ok... so I know a lot of people don't wanna live with a kid but honestly, it's really no big deal at all. You can still have friends round etc, nothing would have to change i promise! :) My boy is 9 years old, so if you like playing xbox you guys will be best buds lol He's a good kid, looks after things, helps around the house, is pretty easy going and quiet to live with :) We also have an indoor ragdoll cat named Alice. Shes like a dog and follows you around everywhere and waits at the door when u get home lol :) so cute! (she also gets along well with other animals) So, I'm looking for another person to get a house with. You'll need to be reliable and pay rent on time, respectful of privacy, the property and of other peoples things, work and have a stable income, funny, preferably single and around similar age. If you've already got a place and think I'd be suitable to move in there that'd also work :) I have all of the furniture a house requires, which includes a big corner leather lounge with a chase and recliner, tv, dining, fridge, washing machine, dryer etc as well as all the little things like cutlery, microwave, cups etc etc :) So I couldnt really move into somewhere that was fully furnished already. I'd prefer a house rather than a unit coz thatd be too squishy. It would also need to have a lock up garage (preferably 2 car garage) so our cars can be in there as I dont want to leave mine on the street or outside incase of hail etc :) Ideally the house would need to have at least 3 bedrooms coz I need my own space too and I dont want to be crammed into the same room with my son lol so I'd have one, he'd have one and you'd have the other one/two etc :) I'd also be keen for a few drinks on a Friday or Saturday night sometimes to relax and unwind after a busy working week if you are :) I looooove cooking and literally make the best caramel tarts you'll ever eat (i have references for this lol), im pretty easy going, love a good laugh and have a very sarcastic sense of humour. So you'd definitely have to be funny, easy going, down to earth and be able to take a joke lol Anyhoo, hope to hear from you soon to organise a day to meet up and see if we connect :)

Hi! I'm a health professional at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital and am looking to move to a place within walking distance of the hospital. I'd prefer a furnished place, however am open to purchasing furniture if required. I work normal business hours (with the occasional weekend). I'm not a big party animal and am quite clean and tidy :)

Hi, we are two young women, with a little kitten who is desexed. My name is kat I work in a bar and study nursing, I am very out going. Im not a neat freak but I do clean, I pay rent on time. My friend sarah also works in a bar, she has a boyfriend who she spends half the week with. She is also out going, we are best friends, she is a great renter because she keeps to herself and works hard. We both work on the weekends, do overnighters, ... we are often at work at night and asleep during the day.
Hi future housemate, A little bit about myself: I'm currently studying a Bachelor of nursing full time at the university of the sunshine coast. I love the sunny coast lifestyle and have pretty much lived here my whole life. I usually spend my time at Uni, at the gym or down the beach. I love to travel and go on adventures. I like to go out for a few casual drinks but I'm not really a big party person. I am a clean, respectful friendly person and if you think I am the perfect addition to your home feel free to contact me.
